        원거리 플라즈마 화학증착법으로 증착된 이산화규소박막의 물성

        원거리 플라즈마 화학증착법을 이용하여 저온에서 이산화규소박막을 제조하였다. 본 연구 에서는 공정변수인 기판의 온도, 반응기체의 조성 및 분압과 플라즈마 전력에 따른 산화막의 재료적인 물성을 평가하였다. XPS결과에서 산화막은 양론비(O/Si=2)보다 약간 적어 실리콘이 많이 함유된 막으로 나타났다. 이 경우 굴절율과 ESR분석에 의해 미결합된 실리콘의 양이 증가함을 알 수 있었다. SIMS분석에 의해 미량의 질소성분이 계면에 존재하는 것과 실리콘 미결함을 관찰하였다. FT-IR로부터 막내 수소량을 정량화하였으며 결합각 분포는 20$0^{\circ}C$이상에서 열산화막과 비슷한 값을 얻었다. 하지만 열산화막에 비해 높은 식각율을 보여 계면 스트레스에 의해 막내의 결합력이 약해진 것으로 생각된다. Silicon oxide thin films were deposited by remote plasma chemical vapor deposition (RPCYD). The effect of the operating variables, such as plasma power, deposition temperature and partial pressure of reactant on the material Properties of the silicon oxide film was investigated. By XPS, it was found out that the film was suboxide (O/Si<2) and small amount of nitrogen due to the plasma excitation was accumulated at the Si/SiO$_2$interface. The amount of dangling bonds at the Si/SiO$_2$interfaces were measured by ESR and the concentration of hydrogen bond was obtained by SIMS and FT-IR. The bond angle distribution(d$\theta$/$\theta$) was shown to be similiar to thermal oxide above 20$0^{\circ}C$ but the etch rate was higher than that of the thermal oxides due to the structural difference and the stress between silicon substrate and silicon oxide film.

      • PCR과 SDS-PAGE를 이용한 Bifidobacteria의 동정

        SDS-PAGE를 이용한 단백질 패턴의 분석결과, 같은 종의 Bifidobacterium은 동일한 단백질 패턴을 보이며, 다른 종의 Bifidobacterium은 서로 다른 패턴을 보이고 있는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서 SDS-PAGE를 이용한 whole cell protein 패턴 분석으로 Bifidobacterium을 간편하고 빠르게 동정할 수 있는 가능성을 보였다. DNA homology 98% 이상으로 PCR에 의해 동정에 어려움이 많았던 B. catenulatum, B. Pseudocatenulatum group, B. animalis을 SDS-PAGE로 확인한 결과, B. catenulatum과 B. pseudocatenulatum, B. animalis는 뚜렷한 단백질 패턴의 차이를 보임으로써 구별이 가능했다. PCR 수행 시 primer제작은 기존에 보고된 것과 NCBI blast program을 통하여 제작을 하였으며, 그 결과 B. longum, B. bifidum, B. adolescentis 3종류의 종에서만 특이적으로 band가 나타나는 것을 확인할 수가 있었다. 본 실험에서는 SDS-PAGE와 PCR을 이용한 균주 동정법으로 신속하고 정확하게 Bifidobacterium을 탐색할 수 있었으며, 발효유 제조나 의약품 제조 등 산업적으로 이용 될 수 있을 것이다 (Mitsuoka, 1984). Bifidobacterium is a Gram-positive obligate anaerobic bacterium which is able to change cellular shape by nutritional conditions and dominant species in intestinal microflora of human. In order to identify Bifidobacteria spp. in human intestine, PCR and SDS-PAGE of whole cell proteins were used. Species-specific primer sets based on the 16S rRNA, 16S-23S intergenic spacer and heat shock protein genes of three Bifidobacteria spp. were constructed using NCBI blast program (Bifidobacteria adolescentis, B. longum and B. bifidum). PCR products using each primer sets showed the same sizes of expected target genes. From the SDS-PAGE of whole cell proteins in bifidobacteria, profiles of SDS-PAGE between 13 type strains showed distinct differences. These methods will be useful for monitoring and evaluating Bifidobacteria spp. in human intestine microbial population.

        This paper describes the development of sputtered tungsten electrode for discharge tube by making use of Sputtering method using plasma. The Xe discharge tube was designed and fabricated by using sputtered tungsten electrode, and the ICCD(Intensified Charged Coupled Device) and monochromator were used in order to observe the discharge image distribution and to measure the signal intensity. As a result, the emission light form the electrode was spreaded almost uniformly over a wide wavelength band, and the discharge image distribution and the signal intensity show quite a uniform distribution. The emission light from the Xe discharge tube was peaked at 488[nm] and 648[nm].

        This study attempted to determine the degree of asbestos release from the aging slate roof by comparing the asbestos content in the slate roof rain gutter with a colored steel plate (tin plate) over the slate roof. Four slate roof houses located in Haengmok-ri, Asan-si, Chungcheongnam-do, and one house constructed with a colored steel plate on the slate roof were selected to collect the sediment of the roof rain gutter. The asbestos fiber content was calculated by a point counting method using a polarization microscope after pretreatment with conversion treatment and hydrochloric acid treatment. The average asbestos content of the four slate roof rain gutter were 1.89%. However, asbestos was not detected in the Slate covering roof rain gutter, which were constructed on the slate roof. Asbestos fiber content was the highest at 2.89% in the slate roof rain gutter installed in 1976, followed by 2.44% in 1953. From the above results, it is necessary to minimize secondary damage as asbestos fibers released from slate roof houses to the surrounding atmosphere or leaked from slate roofs as rainwater may cause soil pollution and seriously affect residents' health. Although covering with colored steel plates (tin plates) has been shown to prevent the leakage of asbestos fibers to some extent, it is believed that a policy alternative to remove the slate roof as soon as possible is needed to solve the fundamental problem.

      • 조기진통 임부의 조기진통 스트레스와 불안 및 간호요구도의 관계

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the degrees and relationships of preterm labor stress, anxiety, and nursing needs in pregnancy. Methods: As a descriptive correlation study, data was collected from 72 pregnant women in preterm labor, admitted to 2 general hospitals and 2 women s hospitals. Data was analysed using t-test, ANOVA, pearson s correlation coefficients. Results: The mean of Preterm labor stress, anxiety, and nursing needs were 2.04±0.47, 2.31±0.59, 2.47±0.52, 2.47±0.52, respectively. The nursing needs according to the general characteristics of the subjects was found to be not significantly different. Nursing needs had a positive correlation with preterm labor stress (r=.64, p<.001) and anxiety (r=.27, p<.018). Conclusion: It is suggested to improve the satisfaction of nursing needs for women in preterm labor, it is necessary to develop and apply an educational intervention program to minimize preterm labor stress and anxiety.

        Unsteady flow and heat transfer characteristics around three cylinders are numerically analyzed. Under the condition of Re=100, the proximity effect of three circular cylinders are studied. As the distance between cylinders, the wall heat transfer rates are increased. The wall effects are disappeared for the distance of 1.5D. Also, the wall effect on the heat transfer rate is differently dependent on the cylinder angle.

        확률적 주문취소 및 반품이 있는 재고 시스템의 수리모형

        정보ㆍ통신기술의 급격한 발전으로 인해 온라인 시장은 매우 빠른 속도로 성장하고 있다. 따라서 오프라인 시장과는 다른 행태를 보이는 온라인 시장의 고객 구매 패턴과 온라인 시장의 특성에 대한 보다 면밀한 연구가 필요하다. 일반적으로 온라인 시장의 소비자는 오프라인 시장의 소비자보다 의사결정의 변화성이 심하기 때문에 온라인 시장에 참여하고 있는 기업들은 온라인 고객의 구매 패턴을 파악하고 그에 맞게 적절한 전략을 취해야 한다. 특히 재고관리의 관점에서 보면, 온라인 시장에서는 고객의 주문취소 또는 반품이 오프라인 시장보다 빈번하게 발생하므로 온라인 시장에 참여하고 있는 기업들은 합리적인 재고관리를 위해서 주문취소 및 반품을 보다 중요한 요소로 고려해야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존 주문취소를 다루었던 연구들에서 보편적으로 사용되는 ‘주문취소를 고려하여 실제 주문의 도착률을 수정하여 사용하는 방법’과 ‘주문취소율을 하나의 파라미터로 설정하여 실제 주문과 주문취소율을 동시에 고려하는 방법’의 특성을 비교하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 도착과정(수요, 주문취소, 반품)은 확률적으로 발생하는 마코프 과정(Markov process)이라고 가정하여 재고모형을 구축한 후, 연속조사와 주기조사(continuous review and periodic review) 두 경우에 대해 재고 시스템의 사이클 타임의 확률분포와 기댓값을 도출한다. The scale of on-line market is growing rapidly by radical change of information and communication technologies. So, it would be necessary to investigate behaviors of purchasing patterns of online customers as well as characteristics of on-line market. Usually, since consumers of on-line market compared to those of off-line market change their decisions frequently the companies involved in on-line market should figure out the purchasing patterns of on-line customers and then establish various strategies suitable for the current situation. In particular, from the inventory control point of view, the companies involved in on-line market must consider the order cancellation and returns of products as one of the most important factors due to frequent changes of customers' decisions for efficient inventory control. In this research, we compare the performances of two methods: (i) method which modifies the real arrival rate of order with considering order cancellations or returns and (ii) method which consider both rates of order and order cancellations or returns simultaneously without modification of the real arrival rate. For this, we investigate the inventory system with stochastic demands, returns, and cancellations. We construct an inventory model with Markovian arrival processes of demands and order cancellations(or returns) and derive the probability distribution and expectation of length of the cycle-time for both continuous review and periodic review cases. And then, we compare the expected values and variances of cycle time of the modified method and the suggested method.

        The measurement of stable isotope ratios on total organic carbon (TOC) has long posed analytical problems and limited the use of this powerful tracer in biogeochemical studies in aquatic systems. Here, we provide a detailed description of a successful coupling of a custom-modified total organic carbon and nitrogen analyzer (Elementar, ISO TOC Cube) to an isotope-ratio mass spectrometer (Isoprime precision, CF-IRMS). The method is based on the wet oxidation of up to 20 mL aqueous sample in a closed reactor, produced CO<sub>2</sub> is carried over a water trap and purification column in a stream of He and introduced into the IRMS via a conventional open-split interface, enabling both quantification and δ<sup>13</sup>C analysis. Typical repeatability of δ<sup>13</sup>C analyses on TOC in this setup is in the order of 0.3‰ or better, comparable to that obtained in a more conventional elemental analyzer-IRMS setup. Typical overall system blank values for TOC analysis are in the order of 1 ㎍ C. Analytical conditions (reaction time, reagent concentrations) were optimized for samples, so that a single method can handle all types of environmental TOC samples. To evaluate a success of the method developed in this study, two international standards, IAEA-600 (δ<sup>13</sup>C = -27.7‰) and IAEA-CO-8 (δ<sup>13</sup>C = -5.7‰) were used. Measured their δ<sup>13</sup>C values were -27.7 ± 0.3‰ (n=100) for IAEA-600 and -5.7 ± 0.4‰ (n=100) for IAEA-CO-8, respectively, in excellent agreement with recommended values within the error. The method developed in this study will help researcher studying carbon cycle and tracing sources of TOC in the aquatic environment.
