        Gas holdup and volumeteric liquid phase mass transfer coefficient in a bubble column with granular activated carbon were measured according to partcle size and concentration of granular activated carbon and gas velocity. The results of the experiments were as follows ; 1. Gas holdup and volumetric liquid phase mass transfer coefficient increase with increasing the gas velocity. 2. Gas holdup has no effect on concentration of granular activated carbon, but volumetric liquid phase mass transfer coefficient decrease with increasing the concentration. 3. Gas holdup increase with being enlarged particle size of granular activated carbon, but volumetric liquid phase mass transfer cofficient decrease. 4. Correlations among various parameters having an influence on Gas holdup and volumetric liquid phase mass transfer coeffient were expressed by Eq.(9) and Eq.(10) respectively.

        프레탈^(R)정(실로스타졸 50mg)에 대한 실로졸^(R)정의 생물학적 동등성

        Bioequivalence of two cilostazol tablets, the Pletaal^(R)(Korea Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and the Cilozol^(R)(Hanmi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.), was evaluated according to the guideline of KFDA, Sixteen normal male volunteers(age 20~29 years old) were divided into two groups and a randomized 22 cross-over study was employed. After two tablets containing 50㎎ of cilostazol were orally administered. blood was taken at predetermined time intervals and the concentration of cilostazol in plasma was determined with an HPLC method using UV detector. The pharmacokinetic parameters(C_(max), T_(max) and AUC_(t)) were calculated and ANOVA was utilized for the statistical analysis of parameters. The results showed that the differences in C_(max), T_(max) and AUC_(t) between two tablets were 4.99%, 1.74% and 7.68%, respectively. The powers(1-β) for C_(max), T_(max) and AUC_(t) were83.92%, 80.12% and 85.03%, respectively. Detectable differences(Δ) and confidence intervals were all less than 20%, and confidence interval of all the parameters were also less than 20% at the significance level(α) of 0.05. All of these parameters met the criteria of KFDA for bioequivalence, indicating that Cilozol^(R) tablet is bioequivalent to Pletaal^(R) tablet.

        Abstract- In a plasma source ion implantation, the target is successively biased by negative voltage pulses with an intrinsic finite rise time, resulting in the time-dependent sheath formation around the target. Measurement of time-dependent sheath during the pulse rise show the ion matrix sheath development which is in proportion to square root of time and pulse rise rate over plasma density but independent of the ion mass.

        The effect of gas houdup and volumetric liquid-phase mass transfer coeffecient in the bubble coplumn with multiple draft tube were investigated experimentally, according to gas velocity, plate interval and the diameter and plate number of draft tube at 298±0.5K. The gas holdup and volumtric liquid-phase mass transfer coeffecient increased with decreasing the interval of draft tube when the diameter ratio of draft was small but decreased when the diameter ratio of draft tube was large. Also based on these observations, correlation equations of gas holdup and volumetric liquid phase mass transfer coefficients were proposed.

        Silicon piezoresistive absolute pressure sensor for gas leakage alarm system was developed. This sensor must operate normally in the range of 0-600 mmH_(2)O for pressure, 0-100 ℃ for temperature. To make the most of this sensor for gas leakage alarm system, gas must not leak from sensor itself when sensor-diaphragm fractures. Thus the sealed diaphragm cavity was anodically bonded to pyrex 7740 glass under the condition of ~2 mtorr, at 400 °C. The sensitivity of developed sensor was 4.06 μV/VmmH_(2)O for 600 mmH_(2)O full-scale pressure range. And temperature compensation method of this sensor is to change bridge-input-voltage linearly in proportion to the temperature variation. By this method the temperature effect in the range of 0-100 C was compensated over 90 %.

        The effect of draught tube dimension, properties of CMC aqueous solution and gas velocity on the gas holdup, ??, and the volumetric liquidphase masstransfer coefficient, ??, in a bubble column with draught tube were measured in highly viscous-pseudo plastic carboxymethylcellulose aqueous solution. The results were as follows : 1. ?? and ?? increase with increasing gas velocity and decrease with increasing concentration of CMC aqueous solution. 2. ?? and ?? increase with being enlarged diameter ratio of draught tube but specially ?? decreases to some degree in the CMC concentration of 0.05∼0.7wt%. 3. Correlations among various parameters having an influence on ?? and ?? were expressed by Eq. (16) and Eq. (17), respectively. ??

        우라늄 오염 금속표면의 제염을 위한 UO_2 용해특성 연구

        국내의 가동 중지된 우라늄 변환시설의 해체 시 대량으로 발생될 탱크류 및 배관 등 공정 계통 부품으로 이루어진 금속 폐기물의 재팔용 또는 자체처분을 위한 현장 제염기술로 질산 제염공정을 선정하였다. 오염 물질로써 UO_2를 대상으로 UO_2 입자의 용해 거동을 통해 우라늄 화합물로 오염된 금속 폐기물에 대한 질산 용액의 표면제염 적용성을 평가하였고, 우라늄 변환시설 내에서 직접 인출한 UO_2 오염 시편의 제염 실증실험을 통해 제염 공정의 성능을 검증하였다. 질산 제염 용액에서 UO_2 입자의 용해속도는 질산의 농도 및 용액의 온도에 크게 의존하였으며, 산화제로 H_2O_2를 첨가함에 의해서 상온의 저 농도 질산 제염 용액 내에서도 H_2O_2가 첨가되지 않은 경우에 비해서 속도가 현저하게 증가되었다 UO_2로 오염된 시편의 제염에 있어서, H_2O_2가 첨가되지 않은 질산 용액 내에서의 제염계수는 α 방사능에 대해서는 1.8~2.7, β 방사능에 대해서는 1.8~2.3인 반면에 질산 용액에 H_2O_2를 첨가한 경우에는 α 방사능에 대해서 61.7~338.5, β 방사능에 대해서는 20.1~92.4를 나타냄으로써 H_2O_2를 첨가함에 의해서 상온, 저농도 질산 용액 내에서도 UO_2 오염된 금속표면을 효과적으로 제염할 수 있음을 확인하였다. In this study, a decontamination process using nitric acid was selected as an in-situ technology for recycle or disposal of large amount of metallic wastes, which includes process system components such as tanks, piping, etc that are generated as a result of dismantling retired uranium conversion facility in Korea. The applicability of nitric acid solution for surface decontamination of metallic wastes that are contaminated with uranium compounds was evaluated through dissolution of UO_2 powder. The decontamination decontamination performance are verified using UO_2 contaminated specimen that came from an uranium conversion facility. Dissolution rate of UO_2 powder was dependant considerably upon nitric acid concentration and solution temperature. Notable enhancement of dissolution rate was achieved by addition of H_2O_2 as an oxidant even in the condition of low concentration of nitric acid and low temperature. The results for decontamination of the specimen contaminated with UO_2 showed that the decontamination factors (DFs) for nitric acid solution without H_2O_2 were 1.8~2.7 and 1.8~2.3 for α and β-radioactivity. respectively, while DFs for nitric acid solution containing H_2O_2 were 61.7~338.5 and 20.1 ~92.4 for α and β-radioactivity, respectively. Thus, the metallic surfaces contaminated with UO_2 can be decontaminated effectively with low concentration of nitric acid at mom temperature in the presence of H_2O_2.

      • 기포탑내에서 비뉴튼류의 기-액간 물질이동

        비뉴튼류인 CMC수용액중의 기체체류량과 용량액상물질전달계수를 분산판 구멍의 면적비와 용액의 물성에 따라 실험하였다. ε??와 K??a의 값은 CMC의 농도가 증가할 수록 감소하나 구멍의 수가 3∼8개 범위에서는 분산판의 구멍 면적비에 거의 영향이 없었다. 실험에 의하여 column에 적용될 수 있는 ε??와 K??a에 대한 식을 제안 하였다. The effect of properties of CMC-solution and area ratio of distributor hole on gas holdup and volu-metric liquid-phase mass transfer coefficient in a bubble column have been experimentally studied. The values of ε?? and K??a were decreased with increasing concentration of CMC and were scarcely affected by the area ratio of distributor in the range of the 3∼8 hole number. Correlations for ε?? and K??a were formulated from the experimental result.

        This study was carried out to investigate the flora of Mt. Undal (alt. 1,097.2m) located on the northwestern side of province Gyeongsangbuk-do, near Myngyeong-si city, from April 2000 to Sept. 2000. Total number of vascular plants discovered in Mt. Undal were 70 families, 154 genera, and 243 taxa(including species, subspecies, varieties and forma). Major vegetation was Acer pictum var. mono - Quercus mongolica - Carpinus laxiflora community. The overall forest stand age of this area was 40 to 50 years, and occasionally ca 70 years old Abies holophylla trees were found. Although, there were no rare and endangered speices, we found two species of level IV by the Ministry of Environment - Anemone koraiensis Nakai, Anemone reflexa. Steph. et Willd.
