        As modern people's interest in health grows, wearable healthcare-related technologies that can collect biometric information and receive health-related services regardless of time and place are developing. This paper proposes the healthcare system based on voice recognition function. Unlike conventional wearable healthcare systems, the proposed system provides real-time telemedicine and diagnosis and the direct connection with doctors is possible through it. And almost all functions of the application in it are operated with voice commands to lower user access barriers. Because it deals with personal information including medical information, encryption algorithms have been applied between all data movements. Finally, the healthcare system proposed in this paper is expected to increase convenience in health care and reduce the medical gap.

      • 퍼지제어기를 이용한 분산 Multi Vehicle의 Color인식을 통한 물체이송 연구

        In this paper, we present a collaboration method for material delivery with distributed vehicle agents system. Generally used AGV(Autonomous Guided Vehicle) systems in FA need extraordinary facilities like guidepaths, landmarks and have lots of limitation for applying in various environments and in case of controlling multi vehicles including different types is increasing nowadays for automation of materials between vehicles including different types is increasing nowadays for automation of material of material flow. Thus to compensate and improve functions of AGV, it is important to endow vehicles with intelligence to recognize environments, goods and determine goal point to approach. In this study we propose interaction method between hetero-type vehicles and fuzzy logic controller for sensor based path planning method and material identifying method by recognizing color. For the purpose of carrying materials to the goal, instead of intricate vision system, simple color sensor is used to search for material, and recognize its color to determine goal point to transfer it to. The ability for proposed method will be demonstrated by computer simulation and experiment.

      • 외상성 뇌손상 환자의 지능 장애와 K-WAIS 소검사내 분산도

        본 연구는 외상성 뇌손상 환자의 병전 지능을 추정하여, 추정된 지능을 현재 지능과 비교하고, K-WAIS 소검사내 분산도 분석을 시행하여 인지 기능의 효율성을 평가하고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 외상성 뇌손상 환자 집단은 정신분열증 집단이나 기타 임상 집단의 환자들에 비해 지능이 유의하게 저하되어 있었다. 그러나 소검사내 분산도 분석에서는 외상성 뇌손상 환자 집단이 다른 두 집단보다 인지적 효율성이 더 높았다. In this study, premorbid IQ in patients with traumatic brain injury were estimated and compared with measured IQ, and examined efficiency of cognitive function through K-WAIS intrasubtest scatter analysis. These results suggested that traumatic brain injury patient's IQ were significantly lower than those of the schizophrenia and other psychiatric patients. But traumatic brain injury patient's cognitive efficiency were higher than those of the schizophrenia and other psychiatric patients.

        The field of software engineering has been doing a new research to find out a desirable security system with its established study because the significance of information security is recently getting bigger and bigger in modern technology. As a result, a number of challenges are being attempted to devise a new method which is able to evaluate the security degree of software, like reliability estimation model that has been the criterion of software to decide whether it is trustworthy or not. In this paper, the reliability growth model, which has been previously designed to estimate the reliability of software, will be discussed. In addition, the uppermost limit and the application plan of the reliability growth model falls within the ambit of this research when this model is being applied to the reliability estimation model.

        딜티아젬 함유 코아 펠렛으로부터 약물의 용출에 미치는 폴록사머 함량의 영향

        In order to evaluate the effect of poloxamer 407 content on the dissolution profiles of pellets, diltiazem HCl (DTL) core pellets were prepared with poloxamer 407 (50∼90% w/w, with lactose as filler) using an extruder and a spheronizer. Any possible interaction between the drug and excipients was evaluated using DSC, IR and TLC. Dissolution tests were performed using USP basket method. In addition, scanning electron micrograph was performed to examine the surface roughness and cross sections. The release of DTL from the core pellets was decreased with increasing poloxamer 407 content. Cracks appeared on the surface of the core pellets with increasing the poloxamer 407 content, which may play a role on the retardation of the release of DTL from core pellets. There was no any significant interaction between the drug and excipients employed to prepare the core pellets.

        정신분열병 또는 정신분열형장애를 가진 입원환자에서 Risperidone과 Olanzapine의 효과의 비교 : 6주간의 개방적 전향적 연구 6 Weeks, Open-Labelled, Prospective Study

        Objectives : Risperidone and olanzapine, which are atypical antipsychotics. are widely used in the treatment of schizophrenia as the 1st line drug, proving their effectiveness for both positive and negative symptoms. They also have many advantages even from the side effects. However, they show differences with the chemical structure and pharmacokinetics and they work differently to receptors. Researchers have studied the effect and side effect during the acute phase of schizophrenia as an open prospective study. Methods : Forty subjects with DSM-IV schizophrenia or schizoaffective patients including 1) 1st onset schizophrenia patient, 2) patient who has been treated by the prior antipsychotics and not improved or even worse to be admitted again, were assigned to receive risperidone or olanzapine for 6 weeks. Psychopathology, adverse effect. weight change, fasting serum glucose, and drug cost were compared within and across groups. Results : After 6 weeks later both treatment groups showed the significant decrease in PANSS positive, general psychopathology and total score while they did not show any significant difference between two groups. Risperidone group, however. showed the significant decrease in PANS negative score, which olanzapine group did not. In terms of adverse effect risperidone group showed more extrapyramidal symptom than olanzapine group. Body weight rised significantly after Gweeks, but no significant difference between two treatment groups. There were no significant indrease of fasting serum glucose level. Conclusions : Risperidone and olanzapine are effective drugs which can be used during the acute phase of schizophrenia. Risperidone is expected to shorten the admission day and remission of the symptom of acute phase, mile olarizapine is more advantage in a neurologic side effect than rispendone.

      • 소장내 위석에 의한 장폐쇄증으로 발생한 급성신부전 1례

        Gastric bezoars are concretions or hard masses of foreign matter found in the gastrointestinal tract. It may induce many complications including intestinal obstruction. No report has been proposed on a case of prerenal ARF induced by intestinal obstruction by small-bowel bezoar. Therefore, we report a case of the patient with ARF associated with small-bowel bezoar, who initially visited with the symptoms of nausea and frequent vomiting. 위석(bezoar)은 여러 가지 이물 및 내재성물질이 위장관내에서 혼합되어 응고물을 형성한 것을 말하며, 가장 흔한 형태의 합병증으로 장폐쇄증이 올 수 있으나, 그로 인하여 신부전의 양상으로 나타나는 경우는 흔하지 않다. 이에 저자들은 내원 당시의 병력 및 이학적 검사만으로 장폐색의 원인이 위석임을 의심할 수 없었던 비전형적인 소견을 보인 소장내의 위석에 의한 장폐쇄증과 이로 인해 발생한 급성신부전의 예를 경험하였기에 이에 보고하는 바이다.

      • 인체 간 Microsome에서의 우슬 추출물의 Cytochrome P450 약물 대사효소에 대한 억제작용

        Objective : Achyranthes bidentata radix (Usul) has been used as anti-arthritic, antiallergic, antidiuretic and so on Recently extracts of Achyranthes bidentata radix have shown anti-inflammatory and cancer preventive effects in vitro and in vivo. Methods : We therefore evaluated the inhibitory potential of ehtanol extracts of Achyranthes bidentata radix on cytochrome P450(CYP) isoforms-catalyzecd reactions, which relate to causes of cancer and inflammation, including CYP1A2, CYP2C9, CYP2C19, CYP2E1, CYP2D6, CYP2C8, and CYP3A4, using human liver microsomal preparations. Results : The extracts showed weak or negligible inhibitory effects on CYP2C9-catalyzed (S)-warfarin 7-hydroxylation, CYP2C19-catalyzed S-mephenytoin 4-hydroxylation, and CYP2D6-catalyzed dextromethorphan O-demethylation with each IC50 over 1750 g/㎖, respectively. However, it showed relatively significant inhibitory effect on CYP1A2-catalyzed phenacetin O-deethylation and CYP2E1-catalyzed chloizoxazone 6-hydroxylation with IC50s of 970.5 g/㎖ and 821.4 g/㎖, respectively. Conclusions : These results suggest that extracts of Achyranthes bidentata radix have inhibitory effects on CYP-catalyzed reactions, expeciallyCYP1A2 and CYP2E1, in human liver microsomes. These effects appear to relate to anti-inflammatory and cancer prevention following decrease of reactive oxygen species formed by CYP, especially CYP1A2 and CYP2E1, by Achyranthes bidentata radix. However, further evaluation is necessary to demonstrate and to confirm its effects in human.

        하수 2차 처리수 재이용을 위한 저압 및 중압 고도산화시스템의 성능평가

        In the present study, the feasibility of UV/H₂O₂ systems was investigated using low and medium-pres sure lamps on biologically treated wastewater effluents for secondary effluent reclamation. Two types of UV lamps were used as the light sources (a 33W lowpressure mercury lamp and a 350-W mediumpressure mercury lamp). The results from these UV systems showed that the removal of organic compounds could be achieved in the contact time of longer than 30min (i.e., low UV doses). Efficiencies of color removal and disinfection were far better than those of organic matters measured as TOC, DOC and TCOD_(cr). In the low pressure lamp UV system, it has been found that DOC and color removals were 60.9 and 86.2% with 50㎎/L of H₂O₂ and contact times of 30 minute, respectively. Whereas, with the mediumpressure lamp UV system, TOC, DOC and color removal were 27.1, 5.6 and 95% with 14.3㎎/L of H₂O₂ and 14 minute of contact times, respectively. Both systems could be applied for the reclamation of secondary effluent treated with biological treatment processes.
