        Benztropine Mesylate가 Haloperidol 타액농도에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구

        Nineteen patients with schizophrenia by the DSM-III-R were administrated with only haloperidol in the first period. And the second period began after extrapyramidal symptoms developed, in this period they were administrated with haloperidol and benztropine concomittantly. At the third period, after withdrawal of benztropine, they were administrated with only haloperidol. For the purpose of evaluating the effect of benztropine mesylate on the haloperidol saliva level, the authors measured the haloperidol saliva level, the reduced haloperidol saliva level and the ratio of the reduced haloperidol saliva level/the haloperidol saliva level at the seperated administration period. The results are as follows : 1) Though the haloperidol saliva level of the single administration period of haloperidol was higher than that of other two periods, there was no statistically significant change. 2) The reduced haloperidol saliva level had no statistically significant change among three periods. 3) The reduced haloperidol saliva level/the haloperidol saliva level ratio had no statistically signifiant change among three periods. The authors concluded that the benztropine mesylate had no significant effect on the haloperidol saliva level in this study.

        급성 조증에서 기분안정제와 리스페리돈의 병합 투여 효과 : 다기관 개방연구

        Ohjective : The primary purpose of this study was a replication of the effectiveness and tolerability of rispehdone in the treatment of patients with acute mania in very larger cohon in naturalistic treatment setting to extend the data on the effect and tolerability of risperidone in the treatment of patients with acute mania to Asian population. Methods : A total of 909 patients with DSM-TV criteria of bipolar disorder current manic and hypomanic episode, entered this large, open, multicentre study. The Young Mania Rating Scale (YMRS), Clinical Global Impression (CGI) and Simpson-Angus Rating Scale (SARS) were measured at baseline and weeks 1, 3 and 6, for the assessment of effectiveness and extra-pyramidal symptom (EPS). Results : This study showed statistically significant reduction of scores on the YMRS and CGI-s (mean change=-23.5±11.8, p<0.0001 ; mean change=-2.7±1.5, p<0.0001, respectively) from the baseline to the endpoint (week 6). Number of patients with 50% reduction or more in the YMRS and CGI-s scores was 693 (77.8%) and 630 (70.7%) at endpoint, respec-tively. There were no statistically significant increments of scores on SARS. Risperidone was generally well tolerated. Conclusion : The present larger open study demonstrates that hsperidone add-on therapy is effective and tolerable in treat-ment of bipolar disorder, replicating results in various controlled and uncontrolled studies from Western countries.

        농산물 가격 책정방식에 따른 소비자 잉여 비교분석 :

        Consumer cooperatives usually adopt the fixed price policy for highly price volatile agricultural products. Economic theories suggest that consumers are better off when the market prices are high due to short supply or strong demand. However, consumers often complain about the fixed price policy when the market prices are low and stable. The objective of this study is to analyze which is more beneficial between floating pricing policy and fixed pricing policy for consumers in terms of the welfare perspective. For this, we conduct a Monte Carlo simulation and compare consumer surpluses from both pricing policies. The results show that the fixed prices provide higher welfare for consumers, as the economic theory suggests. The risk premium to accept the floating prices is estimated around 7 percent for the sample products. The results give some implications about the value of the government policies for price stability.

      • 마이크로파와 열압프레스를 이용하여 제조한 압축목재 특성

        최근 국내 목재를 효율적인 고부가가치화를 도모하고자 목재의 형태를 열과 압력을 가하여 변형 및 고정시켜 품질과 내구성을 향상시킬 수 있는 열압축목재생산에 많은 관심을 가지고 있다. 본 연구는 소나무재를 이용하여 마이크로파와 열압프레스에 의해 제조된 압축목재에 대한 해부학적 및 물리·역학적 특성에 대해서 평가하였다. 원료로 사용된 소나무재는 5(R) X 5(T) X 20(L)cm의 크기로 제조하였다. 이 후 wrap을 이용하여 포장시료와 미포장시료로 조건을 구분하여 실시하였다. 마이크로파에 의한 소나무재의 가열은 출력이 가변되는 가정용 전자렌지(LG-MW23GD)를 이용하여 최대 30분간 실시하였다. 압축은 핸드프레스(한국종합기기, HK-HP12T)로 단위면적당 30kg/㎠의 조건으로 10분동안 실시하였다. 압축간격은 마이크로파 가열시간 10분마다 1회(총 3회), 20분에 1회, 30분에 1회 압력을 가하는 방법으로 실시하였다. 열화상 카메라를 이용하여 마이크로파로 가열시 미포장 목재의 온도는 가열시간이 증가할수록 재내의 온도가 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 30분동안 가열에 의한 재내온도는 193℃정도였다. 그러나 포장재는 마이크로파 가열시간 증가에 따른 온도차이가 크지 않았으며, 최고 재온은 110℃정도였다. SEM을 이용하여 압축목재의 횡단면을 관찰한 결과, 마이크로파 가열시간과 압축횟수 증가함에 따라 조재가도관의 찌그러짐이 증가하는 것을 확인하였다. 압축강도를 비강도로 하여 비교분석한 결과, 포장재가 미포장재에 비해 높은 강도비를 보여주었다. 가장 높은 강도비는 미포장재를 마이크로파로 30분동안 가열하고 3회 압축한 조건으로 1186였다. 따라서 마이크로파에 의한 압축목재 제조에는 일정시간 간격으로 반복적으로 실시하는 것이 효율성이 높은 것으로 판단된다.

        Allium속의 Ni, Cu 및 Pb 흡착력

        본 연구는 Allium속의 중금속 흡착력을 구명하고자 식물체의 식용부위별, 시료의 입자별, 중금속 농도별, 용액의 온도별, pH별 실험 결과이다. Allium속에 의한 중금속의 흡착량은 Allium속의 종류에 관계 없이 Pb이 Ni, Cu보다 훨씬 많았다. 대파, 쪽파는 Cu에 대하여 시료 입자가 클수록 흡착이 잘 되었으나 Ni, Pb은 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 농도별 중금속 흡착력은 농도가 높을 수록 증가하였으나 증가율은 일정하지 않았다. 온도에 따른 중금속의 흡착력은 온도 증가에 따라 증가하였으나, Ni은 대파, 달래, 부추에서 Pb은 쪽파, 달래, 부추에서 감소하였다. Pb의 흡착력은 pH에 따른 영향을 받지 않았다. Ni 및 Cu는 pH 영향을 많이 받았다. Ni은 pH증가에 달라 흡착량이 증가되었고, Cu는 오히려 감소되었다. 중금속들의 흡착에 미치는 Allium속 성분함량사이의 관계는 함황 아미노산과 비타민 B_2에서 유의성이 인정되었다. The study was performed under the various conditions, such as the edible parts and particle sizes of Allium, the concentrations, the temperatures, and the pH of heavy metal solutions to investigate their adsorption capacity of heavy metals by genus Allium. the adsorption amount of Pb by Allium in the aqueous solution was apparently higher than that of Ni and Cu by them. The larger the particle size of welsh onion and shallot was, the higher the adsorption of Cu was. The adsorptions of Cu, Ni and Pb by Allium were not much different between. The higher the concentration was, the more the adsorption was. But the adsorption ratio was not different. As the temperature increased, the amount of heavy metal adsorption increased in general, but the adsorption of Ni by welsh onion and wild garlic and leek, Cu by wild garlic, Pb by shallot, wild garlic and leek decreased. Adsorption of Pb to Allium was not affected by the different values of pH, and adsorptions of Ni and Cu were greatly affected by those of pH. Especially, the higher the pH was, the greater the Ni adsorption to Allium was, and the lower the pH was, the higher th e Cu adsorption was. The correlation between the amount of components in edible parts of Allium and that of adsorption of heavy metals was significantly high in amino acids containing sulfhydryl group(-SH) and vitamin B_2.

        A probabilistic micromechanical modeling for electrical properties of nanocomposites with multi-walled carbon nanotube morphology

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>The nanoscopic characteristics of the multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) used in composites are crucial for attempting to understand and design nanocomposites of a novel class. We investigate the correlations between the nanofiller properties and effective electrical properties of MWCNT-embedded polycarbonate composites by theoretical and experimental approaches. A probabilistic computational model is proposed to predict the influence of MWCNT morphology on the electrical behaviors of MWCNTs-embedded polymer composites. A parameter optimization method in accordance with a genetic algorithm is then applied to the model, resulting that the ideal sets of model constant for the simulation are computationally estimated. For the experimental validation purpose, a comparison between the present theoretical and experimental results is made to assess the capability of the proposed methods. In overall, good agreement between the predictions and experimental results can be observed and the electrical performance of the composites can be improved as the MWCNT length increases.</P>

        Analysis of SOHOS Flash Memory with 3-level Charge Pumping Method

        This paper discusses the 3-level charge pumping (CP) method in planar-type Silicon-Oxide-High-k-Oxide-Silicon (SOHOS) and Silicon-Oxide-Nitride-Oxide-Silicon (SONOS) devices to find out the reason of the degradation of data retention properties. In the CP technique, pulses are applied to the gate of the MOSFET which alternately fill the traps with electrons and holes, thereby causing a recombination current Icp to flow in the substrate. The 3-level charge pumping method may be used to determine not only interface trap densities but also capture cross sections as a function of trap energy. By applying this method, SOHOS device found to have a higher interface trap density than SONOS device. Therefore, degradation of data retention characteristics is attributed to the many interface trap sites.

      • 數種의 增量劑 粒度와 增量比率에 따른 尿素樹脂合板의 接着 特性

        The purpose of this research was to evaluate and to examine the substitutional feasibility of paper sludge extender instead of wheat flour. As the extending materials, taro flour, paper sludge, wood flour and wheat were selected and dried at 103±2℃ during 24 hours in the drying oven and pulverized into three levels(-50∼+100, -100∼+200, -200∼mesh). The extenders were mixed with urea formaldehyde resin in the ratio of 10, 20 and 30%. After plywoods were manufactured by the above extended ratios, dry and wet shear strength were examined. The results obtained at this research were summarized as follows : 1) In 10% extionsion on -50∼+100 mesh particle size, paper sludge showed the highest dry and wet shear strength among the extenders. 2) As 20% extension, wheat showed the highest value. 3) the shear strength was affected by the particle size and extending ratios, and the shear strength extended by paper sludge powder was sensitively varied with particle sizes and extending ratios. 4) The shear strength extended by taro and wheat flour were less affected by the particle size of extender. Therefore, the particle size of extender would be considered along the extention ratios and extender types.
