        In this paper, we prove that the transformed sample Lorenz curve, normalized sample Lorenz curve, and the test statistics for testing of normality based on the normalized sample Lorenz curve and the modified Lorenz curve which were introduced by Kang and Cho (2001a, 2002) are location and scale invariant statistics.

        Unified Estimates for Parameter Changes in a Pareto Model with an Exponential Outlier

        We shall propose several estimators for the scale parameter in the Pareto distribution with an unidentified exponential outlier when the scale parameter is functions of a known exposure level, and obtain expectations and variances for their proposed estimators. And we shall compare numerically efficiencies for proposed estimators of the scale and shape parameters in the small sample sizes.

        A Study on the Change of Tourism Marketing Trends through Big Data

        Recently, there has been an increasing trend in the role of social media in tourism marketing. We analyze changes in tourism marketing trends using tourism marketing keywords through social media networks. The aim is to understand marketing trends based on the analyzed data and effectively create, maintain, and manage customers, as well as efficiently supply tourism products. Data was collected using web data from platforms such as Naver, Google, and Daum through TexTom. The data collection period was set for one year, from December 1, 2022, to December 1, 2023. The collected data, after undergoing refinement, was analyzed as keyword networks based on frequency analysis results. Network visualization and CONCOR analysis were conducted using the Ucinet program. The top words in frequency were 'tourists,' 'promotion,' 'travel,' and 'research.' Clusters were categorized into four: tourism field, tourism products, marketing, and motivation for visits. Through this, it was confirmed that tourism marketing is being conducted in various tourism sectors such as MICE, medical tourism, and conventions. Utilizing digital marketing via online platforms, tourism products are promoted to tourists, and unique tourism products are developed to increase city branding and tourism demand through integrated tourism content. We identify trends in tourism marketing, providing tourists with a positive image and contributing to the activation of local tourism.

        A Study on the Sentiment Analysis of City Tour Using Big Data

        This study aims to find out what tourists' interests and perceptions are like through online big data. Big data for a total of five years from 2018 to 2022 were collected using the Textom program. Sentiment analysis was performed with the collected data. Sentiment analysis expresses the necessity and emotions of city tours in online reviews written by tourists using city tours. The purpose of this study is to extract and analyze keywords representing satisfaction. The sentiment analysis program provided by the big data analysis platform TEXTOM was used to study positives and negatives based on sentiment analysis of tourists' online reviews. Sentiment analysis was conducted by collecting reviews related to the city tour. The degree of positive and negative emotions for the city tour was investigated and what emotional words were analyzed for each item. As a result of big data sentiment analysis to examine the emotions and sentiments of tourists about the city tour, 93.8% positive and 6.2% negative, indicating that more than half of the tourists are positively aware. This paper collects tourists' opinions based on the analyzed sentiment analysis, understands the quality characteristics of city tours based on the analysis using the collected data, and sentiment analysis provides important information to the city tour platform for each region.

        연구논문(硏究論文) : BSC도입기업의 기업지배구조에 따른 경영성과의 비교

        본 연구는 BSC를 도입한 기업을 대상으로 기업지배구조에 따른 BSC도입이전과 도입이후의 성과를 비교함으로써 BSC의 도입에는 기업 지배구조가 중요한 변수가 될 수 있음을 밝히고자하는 것이다. 이를 분석하기위해서 BSC를 도입한 기업을 표본으로 하여 검정한 결과 기업지배구조지수에 따른 BSC의 도입으로 인한 경영성과가 증가되었음이 부분적으로 입증이 되어, 기업지배구조의 합리화는 시장가치를 증가시킬 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 즉, BSC의 도입에 기업지배구조변수를 도입하여 실증분석 한 결과 기업지배구조의 개선이 BSC의 도입이후의 경영성과를 더욱 높일 수 있음을 나타내었다. 이는 기존의 연구들이 BSC의 도입으로 인한 경영성과의 개선에 집중되어 있는 반면, 본 연구는 경영성과를 극대화시킬 수 있는 방안으로 기업지배구조의 개선이 중요한 변수가 될수 있음을 보여준다는 점에서 의의를 찾을 수 있을 것이다. The purposes of this study are to investigate ⑴ whether the BSC adoption firm`s management performances are significant difference in the relationship between BSC adoption firm`s pre-performance and post-performance and to investigate ⑵ whether the BSC adoption firm`s management performances are significant difference in the relationship between BSC adoption firm`s pre-performance and post-performance by Corporate Governance Index(CGI). The results of the analysis are summarized as follows. First, BSC adoption firms` post management performance is partially higher than pre management performance. Second, BSC adoption firms` post management performance is partially higher than pre management performance by Corporate Governance Index(CGI). Eventually, we could find the fact that BSC adoption firm`s performance has improved by Corporate Governance. Nevertheless, future studies are demanded more delicate methodology, analysis and many samples.

        흉강경을 이용한 농흉 치료의 결과

        연구배경: 농흉을 치료하는데 VATS가 도입된 후 VATS의 유용성에 대해 많은 연구의 결과들이 보고 되고 있으며 실제로 치료 프로토콜에도 변화를 가져 왔으나 아직까지는 문헌상의 보고가 양적으로 충분하지 못하며 기존의 치료방법에 비해 VATS의 장점 역시 명확하게 검증되어 있지 못한 상태이다. 방법: 의무기록과 흉부 방사선 사진을 검토하여 기존의 치료 환자 군과 VATS 환자 군을 비교하였다. 2001년 1월부터 2003년 12월까지 한림대학교 춘천성심병원에 농흉으로 입원하여 기존의 방법으로 치료받은 환자들을 A군으로 하고 2003년 12월부터 2006년 8월까지 농흉으로 흉강경 수술을 받은 환자들을 B군으로 나누어 입원기간, 흉관 유지 기간, 백혈구증가증이 있던 기간, 발열이 있던 기간, 항생제 사용기간을 비교하였다. 그리고 흉막비후, 갈비가로막각이 각각 치료 전후 어떻게 변하였는지 비교하여 보았다. 결과: A군은 15명으로 남자가 11명 여자가 4명이었고, 평균 나이는 58.2±15.7세 이었고, B군은 11명으로 남자가 9명, 여자가 2명이었으며 평균 나이는 51.6±9.5세 이었다. B군에서 입원 기간(16.6±7.4일, A군은 33.7±22.6일; p=0.014)과 흉관 유지 기간 (10.5±5.7일, A군은 19.5±14.4; p=0.039), 백혈구증가 기간(6.7±6.5일, A군은 18.8±13.2일; p=0.008), 발열 기간(0.8±1.8일, A군은 9.4±9.2일; p=0.004), 항생제 사용기간 (B군 14.9±6.4일, A군 25.4±13.9일; p=0.018)이 A군에서보다 통계적으로 유의하게 감소하였다. 그러나 흉막비후, 갈비가로막의 둔함의 정도는 통계적으로 유의한 변화는 없었다. 결론: 농흉에서 흉강경을 이용한 치료를 하면 기존의 방법에 비해 입원 기간, 흉관 유지기간, 백혈구증가증 기간, 발열 기간, 항생제 사용기간을 단축시킬수 있어 환자의 증상을 더 빨리 개선시키며, 흉관을 조기에 제거할 수 있고 입원기간을 단축시킨다. Background: Since video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) was introduced as a new treatment modality for empyema thoracis, numerous reports have suggested that VATS is a more effective treatment method than the traditional methods that mainly use antibiotics and drainage apparatus. However, no confirmative evidence of the superiority of VATS over the traditional method has been provided yet. Methods: We attempted to evaluate the efficacy of VATS for the treatment of empyema thoracis by reviewing past medical records and simple chest films. First, we divided the patients into two groups based on the treatment method: group A of 15 patients who were treated with the traditional method between January 2001 and December 2003, and group B of 9 patients who were treated with VATS between December 2003 and August 2006. The final outcomes used in this study were the number of days of hospital stay, chest tube duration, leukocytosis duration, febrile duration, and intravenous antibiotics usage duration. In addition, radiological improvements were compared. Results: The mean age(±standard deviation) of 11 men and 4 women in group A was 58.2±15.7 years, and of 9 men and 2 women in group B was 51.6±9.5 years. Group B had a significantly shorter hospital stay (16.6±7.4 vs. 33.7±22.6 days; p=0.014), shorter chest tube duration (10.5±5.7 vs. 19.5±14.4 days; p=0.039), shorter leukocytosis duration (6.7±6.5 vs. 18.8±13.2 days; p=0.008), shorter febrile duration (0.8±1.8 vs. 9.4±9.2 days; p=0.004), and shorter duration of intravenous antibiotics usage (14.9±6.4 vs. 25.4±13.9 days; p=0.018). However, radiological improvements did not show any statistical differences. Conclusion: Early application of VATS for empyema thoracis treatment reduced hospital stay, thoracostomy tube duration, leukocytosis duration, febrile duration, and antibiotics usage duration in comparison with the traditional methods. The early performing of VATS might be an effective treatment modality for empyema thoracis. (Tuberc Respir Dis 2006; 61: 463-472)

        A Study on the Analysis of Museum Gamification Keywords Using Social Media Big Data

        The purpose of this paper is to identify keywords related to museums, gamification, and visitors, and provide basic data that the museum market can be expanded by using gamification. That used to collect data for blogs, news, cafes, intellectuals, academic information by Naver and Daum which is Web documents in Korea, and Google Web, news, Facebook, Baidu, YouTube, and Twitter for analysis. For the data analysis period, a total of one year of data was selected from April 16, 2020 to April 16, 2021, after Corona. For data collection and analysis, the frequency and matrix of keywords were extracted through Textom, a social matrix site, and the relationship and connection centrality between keywords were analysed and visualized using the Netdraw function in the UCINET6 program. In addition, We performed CONCOR analysis to derive clusters for similar keywords. As a result, a total of 25,761 cases that analysing the keywords of museum, gamification and visitors were derived. This shows that the museum, gamification, and spectators are related to each other. Furthermore, if a system using gamification is developed for museums, the museum market can be developed.
