중고령층 자영업 이탈 요인 분석: 자영업 이탈 이유를 중심으로

본 연구는 중고령층 자영업 이탈에 영향을 주는 요인을 자영업 이탈 이유를 고려하여 분석하였다. 분석에는 고령화 연구 패널(KLoSA)의 1∼6차 및 직업력 자료를 이용하였다. 자영업 이탈 이유 중 경영상 어려움으로 인해 이탈한 집단이 다른 이유로 이탈한 집단보다 경제적 어려움에 처할 가능성이 큼에 따라 이들을 중심으로 분석하였다. 분석 모형으로는 경영상 어려움으로 인한 이탈만을 실패로 정의하는 경쟁위험회귀모형(competing risk regression models)을 이용하였다. 그 결과, 자영업 이탈 요인으로 알려졌던 성별, 연령, 학력 변수의 유의성이 사라졌다. 반면 동종 산업 경력이 자영업 이탈 위험률을 낮추는 경향이 있음을 확인하였다. 이에 따라 경제적 어려움과 실업에 직면할 위험이 큰 자영업 이탈을 방지 하기 위해서는 동종 산업 내 경력이 부족한 채로 자영업을 시작하는 중고령층을 지원하는 방안이 필요함을 제시할 수 있다. This study analyzed the determinants of self-employment exits among the middle-aged and senior adults. For the analysis, we used KLoSA(Korean Longitudinal Study of Ageing) data from the first(2006) to the sixth(2016) and vocational data, which is a retrospective data surveyed in 2007. Among the reasons for exiting the self-employment, we find that the group that went out of their businesses due to management difficulties were more likely to have economic difficulties after the exit. Therefore, we analyzed the determinants of self-employment exits considering the exit reason due to management difficulties. The analysis model used a competing risk regression model that defined the only exit due to management difficulties as failures. As a result, the significance of gender, age, and education variables, which were well known as determinants of exiting the self-employment, disappeared. On the other hand, we find that the prior experience in the same industry tended to lower the risk of exiting the self-employment. To summarize the results, we suggest that we need some ways to help the middle-aged and senior adults who start their own businesses without any experience in the same industry to prevent them from failures.

In this paper, Static load models are developed using measurement based approach which is fundamental for on-line load modeling. The measurement data can be acquired from PMU(phasor measurement units). On the assumption that we have on-line measurement data, a scheme which is for Static load model capable to apply SCADA/EMS is developed. The Least Squares criterion is used for minimizing between measured and simulated data. In this manner, On-line Static load modeling algorithm can be developed‘ In this paper, a scheme that simple Static load model is applied for On-line load modeling is studied.

Purpose: Analyses on pure laparoscopy in donor hepatectomies, including the middle hepatic vein (MHV), are still scarce. This study aimed to compare the outcomes of donor right hepatectomy, including the MHV, when performed laparoscopically with conventional open surgery. Methods: Data from living donors who underwent donor right hepatectomy between January 2012 and December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. The intraoperative and postoperative complication rates of the pure laparoscopic donor right hepatectomy (PLDRH) with MHV inclusion (PLDRHM) group were compared with the conventional open donor right hepatectomy with MHV inclusion (CDRHM) group and the PLDRH without MHV inclusion [PLDRHM(–)] group. Results: Compared to the CDRHM group, the PLDRHM group had a longer bench time (P < 0.001) and higher Δ%, calculated as [(preoperative value – postoperative value)/preoperative value] × 100, of AST (P < 0.001), ALT (P < 0.001), and total bilirubin (P = 0.023), but shorter hospital stay (P = 0.004) and a lower rate of complications (P = 0.005). Compared to the PLDRHM(–) group, the PLDRHM group had fewer male donors (P < 0.001) and a lower body mass index (P < 0.001), estimated total liver volume (P < 0.001), and real graft weight (P < 0.001). Results of laboratory changes, hospital stays, and complication rates were similar between the 2 groups. Conclusion: PLDRH with the inclusion of the MHV in selected donors and recipients is feasible and safe when performed by surgeons experienced in laparoscopic surgery, with favorable complication rates compared to CDRHM and PLDRHM(–).

본 논문은 수도권의 융통전력 한계를 고려한 제약급전사례를 검토하고 FACTS의 투입에 따른 운전이익을 계산함으로써 FACTS 투입의 최적위치를 결정하는 방안에 대하여 논한다. 계통 전압안정성과 경제성을 동시에 고려하여 FACTS 투입이익을 계산한다. 즉, 연구계통에 대한 FV해석을 통하여 융통조류한계값을 결정하고, 결정된 한계값을 가지고 P-POOL 모의를 수행하며 FACTS 투입에 따른 증대된 수도권 융통전력한계를 적용하여 운전이익을 계산한다. 최종적으로 FACTS 투입 후보지에 대한 운전이익을 비교하여 경제성 있는 투입위치와 용량을 제안한다.

We provide a comprehensive algorithm for Laplace approximate inference in multivariate Gaussian process classification model with multiclass. First, we have derived the posterior distribution of the latent function representing each class of observation based on the training data by using the Bayesian theorem and Laplace approximation, and compute its mode and the covariance matrix. Further, we calculate the marginal distribution of the class indicator vector for observations. Second, we have also derived the predictive distribution of the latent function corresponding to the new input vector by using the existing training data as well as the new input vector. Next, we generate the n random samples from the predictive distribution of latent function corresponding to input vector. Further, we calculate the estimate of the classification probability by using the formula of the link function on the basis of generated random samples. Finally, we will classify the input vector to the class which its classification probability is maximized.

<P>This letter presents an investigation of analog synapse characteristics of a PCMO-based interface switching device with varying electrode materials. In comparison with the filamentary switching device having only 1-b storage and variability issues, the interface switching devices exhibit excellent electrical properties, such as 5-b (32-level) multi-level cell characteristics, wafer-scale switching uniformity, and scalability of the switching energy with device area. To improve data retention of the interface switching device, we propose a Mo electrode to increase the oxidation barrier height (similar to 0.4 eV) that, in turn, significantly improves the retention time and pattern classification accuracy of neural networks.</P>
