        표준화 환자를 이용한 가천의대 임상수행평가의 운영 경험

        Purpose: This study aims to abstract the differences of scores between the clinical instructors and standardized patients (SPs) in a clinical performance examination (CPX) using SPs and to correlate the concordance between the evaluation scores and the school records. Methods: The CPX was administered in 2003 to a total of thirty-six fifth year medical students at Gachon Medical School. The examination consisted of four cases, and four stations were duplicated, each requiring a total of 7.5 minutes per station. Evaluation of the student s performances was conducted by both clinical instructors and SPs using a formatted checklist. Results were analysed by t-test, agreement rates, and Pearson correlation. Result: The mean scores given out by the clinical instructors and the SPs for the newly developed case were significantly different, while those scores for pre-existing cases were not in the old cases. The correlation coefficients between these two evaluation groups were relatively high. And agreements between the two evaluation groups were 0.37~0.72. The mean scores among clinical instructors were not significantly different, but the correlation coefficients and agreement rates were relatively high. The correlation between the evaluation scores and school records did not correlate significantly. Conclusion: It is concluded that the CPX is a useful tool to measure the students essential competences in areas of knowledge, skills and attitude during the subinternship stage. In conducting a successful CPX, it is crucial to reconsider the recycling of cases and the selection and training of SPs aside from the development of an objective checklist.

        스마트폰에서 NFC를 이용한 융·복합 하이브리드 취약점

        스마트폰의 최근 보급 확대와 함께 비접촉식 초단거리 무선통신 기술인 NFC(Near Field Communication)기술이 탑재 된 모바일 NFC 단말기가 주목을 받고 있다. 본 논문은 모바일 NFC 단말기의 개방형 특성과 다양한 서비스, 통신 기술과의 접목으로 인한 보안 취 약성 발생 가능 성을 알아보고자 한다. 해커는 악성코드가 포함된 URL을 기록한 NFC 태그를 대중 교통 단말기 근처 숨겨진 장소에 부착 한다. 이는 온 오프라인이 결합된 융 복합 하이브리드 성격의 공격시도로서 스마트폰은 NFC 운용모 드 중 하나인 Reader/Writer 모드를 통해 악의적으로 부착된 NFC 태그를 인식하여 악성코드에 감염이 된다. 다음으 로 단말기 사용자 는 NFC 운용모드 중 하나인 Peer-to-Peer 모드 이용으로 불특정 다수에게 무의식적인 악성코드 확산을 돕고, 마침내 지 정된 D-day에 모바일 DDoS의 형태로 최종 목표지점을 공격한다는 취약점에 대해서 연구한다.

        보건실 환경색채에 대한 문화집단별 비교연구

        한국사회는 대내외적으로 국제사회와 밀접한 관계를 맺으며 문화적 부흥기를 맞이하고 있다. 그러나 서울올림픽 개최 이후, 많은 중소규모 제조업이 인력난을 겪게 되면서 중국과 동남아시아 지역에서 외국인 노동자들이 유입되기 시작하였다. 이에 따라 한국사회가 다문화적 성격의 사회로 변모해가는 시점에서, 다양한 문화에 대한 이해와 배려가 이루어지고 있는지, 그 중에서도 타문화권에서 이주한 사람들의 성향 및 선호를 배려한 환경색채계획이 이루어지고 있는지에 대해서 점검해 볼 필요가 있다고 사료된다. 따라서 한국인과 말레이시아인을 대상으로 각 국의 인지색채와 환경색채에 대한 감성적 인식을 비교분석하여 문화적, 감성적 인식차이를 알아내고, 환경배색에 대한 선호 경향을 알아내어 환경배색에 대한 감성차이를 알아보고자 하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 우선, 집단별 연구에 대한 문헌조사와 선행연구를 통하여 문화집단 간 연구에 대한 이론적 배경을 도출하였다. 2014년 8월초에서 9월초까지 ‘보건실 현대화 사업’에 참여한 10개의 초등학교를 직접 방문하여 분광측색기를 이용한 환경색채를 측색하였으며 측색된 색채데이터를 기반으로, 환경배색팔레트를 제작하여 본 연구의 조사도구로 활용하였다. 마지막 단계로 각 국가의 인지색채 및 보건실 환경색채에 대한 인식을 비교하기 위하여 2014년 11월에 디자인전공 한국인 80명과, 2015년 1월에 말레이시아를 방문하여 디자인 전공 말레이시아인 80명, 총160명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 한국인과 말레이시아인을 대상으로 인지색채, 환경색채에 대한 감성인지 및 환경배색에 대한 선호 경향을 비교분석함으로서, 색에 대한 국가 간 문화적 차이를 알아 볼 수 있으며, 이를 통하여 타문화의 색채의식 및 선호에 따라 향후 환경의 색채계획에 활용하는데 도움이 될 것으로 여겨진다. Korean society is facing a cultural renaissance connecting intimate relationship with the international community internally and externally. Since Seoul Olympics, small or medium-sized manufacturing industries, especially in the 3D industry(Dirty, Difficult and Dangerous) have been experiencing the shortage of manpower, therefore foreign workers from China and Southeast Asia countries began to enter Korea to search for jobs. Korea is at the point of transforming into a multi-cultural society, so there is a need to be considerate and understanding on variety of different cultures. Hence, it is necessary to learn about foreigners" preferring color schemes for friendliness. The purpose of this study is to find out the cultural differences in perception of colors between Korean and Malaysian and to evaluate the emotional difference on the environment as the most preferred and non-preferred trends and environment colors. First of all, theoretical backgrounds on cross-cultural studies were drawn through wide range of previous studies. In early August till September 2014, we visited the 10 primary schools were involved in "health unit modernization" to measure the environment colors, using the spectrophotometer(Minolta CM-2500d). Lastly, a survey was conducted by 160 people (80 Koreans and 80 Malaysians) from November 2014 to January 2015, in order to examine the trend of preferred color schemes of each country. The collected results from Korean and Malaysian were compared, and the cultural differences between countries were found out by comparing the color awareness and preference. We believe this study will be helpful for the color scheme in the future environment design according to different color awareness and preference.

      • High Performance PbS Quantum Dot/Graphene Hybrid Solar Cell with Efficient Charge Extraction

        <P/><P>Hybrid colloidal quantum dot (CQD) solar cells are fabricated from multilayer stacks of lead sulfide (PbS) CQD and single layer graphene (SG). The inclusion of graphene interlayers is shown to increase power conversion efficiency by 9.18%. It is shown that the inclusion of conductive graphene enhances charge extraction in devices. Photoluminescence shows that graphene quenches emission from the quantum dot suggesting spontaneous charge transfer to graphene. CQD photodetectors exhibit increased photoresponse and improved transport properties. We propose that the CQD/SG hybrid structure is a route to make CQD thin films with improved charge extraction, therefore resulting in improved solar cell efficiency.</P>

        열가소성 리그닌폴리에스터와 나노클레이를 이용한 천연섬유/폴리프로필렌복합체 연구

        제지폐기물 등 목재에서 유래한 리그닌은 비식량계 바이오매스이나 열안정성이 부족하여 사용이 제한적이었지만, 리그닌 폴리에스터(lignin polyester, LigPS)는 고온가공이 가능하도록 합성되어 복합재료 기지재로서 활용이 가능해 졌다. 황마섬유(jute fiber, JF)/폴리프로필렌(polypropylene, PP) 복합재료에 LigPS와 몬모릴로나이트(montmorillonite, MMT) 함량을 변화시키며 첨가하여 특성변화를 연구했다. LigPS는 복합재료에 20 wt%까지 첨가가 가능하였고 5%만 첨가하여도 인장강도와 탄성률이 증가였고, JF와 계면에서는 상용성을 보였고 수분흡수 실험에서는 내수성도 향상되었다. 또한 여기에 MMT는 5 wt% 투입했을 때 탄성률이 50% 증가하는 등 기계적 물성이 크게 증가였다. 이로부터 JF/PP 복합재료에 LigPS와 MMT로 복합화하여 바이오매스 함량을 증가시키면서 성능도 변화시켜 친환경 나노복합소재로의 활용 가능성을 확인하였다. Lignin has derived from black liquor or wood, and it shows a lack of thermal stability, which restricts its direct use in industrial applicaion. Synthesized lignin polyester (LigPS) from lignin can be melt-processable and matrix of composites. We investigated the jute-fiber/polypropylene (PP) composite system by incorporating LigPS and montmorillonite (MMT) nanoplatelets through extrusion and injection molding processes. The modulus of PP/jute/LigPS composite was increased due to its compatibilizing effect in the PP-jute interface. Also the water resistance was increased, when LigPS was incorporated into PP/jute composites in 5 wt%. While the montmorillonite nanoclay was added and exfoliated in the PP/jute composites by 5 wt%, the modulus was substantially increased by 50%. As a novel green composite system, the LigPS and MMT nanoplatelets demonstrated that the compatibility, the water resistance and the mechanical performance of PP/jute composites could be desirably tailored for various eco-friendly composite applications.

        Henoch - Shonein 자반증 환자의 혈중 제 13 혈액응고인자의 변동

        N/A Objectives: Factor X III is activated by thrombin to have transglutaminase activity that catalyzes the formation of ε-(Υ-glutamyl)lysine cross-links Between fibrin monomers rendering fibrin more elastie and less amenable to resolution by fibrinolytic agents, therefore diminished Factor X III activity leads to serious defect in hemostasis. Henoch-Sh5nlein purpura is different from other primary hemorrhagic diseases in that the disease connot be detected by routine tests in coagulation lab. But several reports have shown that hemorrhagic tendency of Henoch-Sh6nlein purpura is related to decreased level of the Factor X III. Method: Twenty one patients with Henoch-Sh5nlein purpura were collected from october 1988 and, Factor X III activity in the patients were compared to 10normal controls. The patients were diagnosed as Henoch- Shonlein purpura by typical clinical symptoms and giving mormal value in routine coagulation tests, The Factor XUI activity was assayed by isotope method. We also tried to find out the Factor X III activity variation according to clinical symptoms such as purpura and hematuria. Result: 1) The Factor XIII activity in normal controls and Henoch-Shonlein purpura were 3344±1126.7cpm and 2550.8±831.3cpm respectively. The degree of decreased Factor X III activity in patients compared to normal controls was statistically significant (p<0.05). 2) The Factor XIII activity during purpuric period was lower than that of non-purpuric period without statistical significance (p=0.1729). 3) Comparing hematuric period with non-hematuric period, the Factor X III activity during hematuric period was decreased without statistical significance (p=0, 2049). 4) There was more frequent hematuric symptom in purpuric period than non-purpuric period (p<0.05). Conclusion: We confirmed that the Factor XIII activity of patients with Henoch-Shonlein purpura was diminished, and the degree of reduction was correlated to the clinical symptoms such as prupura and hematuria. We consider that Factor X III activity monitoring would be helpful in diagnosis and determination of prognosis of Henoch-Shonlein purpura, furthermore replacement fo Factor X III concentrate could alter the course of the disease.

        활성 포렌식 기술을 이용한 좀비 PC 탐지시스템 모델

        2009년에 발생한 7.7 DDoS(Distributed Denial of Service) 공격에 이어 2010년 3월 4일에도 주요 기관 사이트를 대상으로 대규모의 DDoS 공격이 발생 하였다. 악성코드 제작과 배포는 누구나 쉽게 좀비 PC를 양산할 수 있게 되고 DDoS 공격기법이 지능화?고도화되어 감에 따라서 DDoS 공격을 대응하는 보안담당자의 어려움은 점점 커져가고 있다. 정상 PC에서 좀비 PC로 감염되어 호스트에서 발생하는 변조내용을 분석하여 활성 포렌식 기술로 점검해야 하는 항목이 무엇인지 연구한다. 본 논문에서는 PC 보안관제시스템 구축 및 운영 방안에 대하여 다루었으므로 해당 시스템을 도입하려는 기업에게 좋은 기준서로 활용될 수 있다. There was a large scale of DDoS(Distributed Denial of Service) attacks mostly targeted at Korean government web sites and cooperationss on March 4, 2010(3.4 DDoS attack) after 7.7 DDoS on July 7, 2009. In these days, anyone can create zombie PCs to attack someones website with malware development toolkits and farther more improve their knowledge of hacking skills as well as toolkits because it has become easier to obtain these toolkits on line, For that trend, it has been difficult for computer security specialists to counteract DDoS attacks. In this paper, we will introduce an essential control list to prevent malware infection with live forensics techniques after analysis of monitoring network systems and PCs. Hopefully our suggestion of how to coordinate a security monitoring system in this paper will give a good guideline for cooperations who try to build their new systems or to secure their existing systems.
