항생제 대체제(앤타시드-100)의 급여가 젖소 송아지 육성에 미친 영향

This study was carried out to develope an antibiotic substitute with some feed additive ingredients; activated charcoal, microbial products( Saccharomyces cerevisiae), sodium bentonite and pyroligneous. Sixty Holstein male calves(control 30 and tested 30 calves) were assigned to one of two diets, control(containing commercial antibiotic) and treatment diet (containing antibiotic substitute) with three replicates(10 calves each). The experiment were carried out for 30 days. The daily weight gains were similar between control(1.01kg/d) and treatment groups(1.01kg/d), however feed requirement were lower for treatment calves (2.80kg) than control calves (3.24kg) (P<0.05). Also calves were more health for treatment calves than control calves for diarrhea and respiratory diseases occurrences. The ammonia concentration of feces were lower for treatment calves(2.67 ppm) than for control calves(6.33 ppm) (P<0.05). No statistical difference were found in blood substances between control and treatment calves(P>0.05). In conclusion, the calve performances were improved by substitute without commercial antibiotic additive. 본 연구는 항생제를 대체할 목적으로 동물체의 활성을 가져오는 원료로 알려져 있는 활성탄과 목초액, sodium bentonite, 홍삼박, 생균제를 선별하여 이들 원료로 구성된 항생물질 대체제를 개발하여 홀스타인 수송아지에 급여하였을 때 생산성에 미치는 효과를 규명하고자 수행하였다. 송아지의 일당증체량은 대조구(1.011kg), 처리구(l.0lkg)간에 유의적인 차이가 없었고(P>0.05), 사료 요구율은 대조구 3.24에 비하여 처리구 2.80로 처리구에서 유의적인 개선효과를 나타냈다(P<0.05). 설사 발생률은 동일하였으나 분 상태는 처리구가 양호하였고, 호흡기 질병은 처리구에서는 발생하지 않았다. 분 중 NH₃ 농도는 대조구(6.33 ppm)에 비하여 처리구(2.67 ppm)에서 뚜렷한 개선 효과를 보였고(P<0.05), 혈액 수치는 대조구와 처리구가 유사하였다. 항생물질 대체제를 급여한 처리구가 시판 항생제 첨가사료급여군(대조구)에 비하여 증체에서는 다소 낮은 성적을 나타냈지만 질병 발생 없이 유사한 성적을 낸 것은 대체물질이 가축 소화기관의 활성화, 사료의 소화율 증진 등에 영향을 나타내어 동물의 활력이 증진되므로 항생제의 사용 없이도 양질의 축산물을 생산할 수 있는 결과를 얻었다.

A new reliability assessment methodology is presented and the new method is compared with fault tree analysis. The system is modeled by directed graph at a new methodology, which is composed of nodes and arcs. The directed graph corresponds to the layout of chemical process and is easy to construct. Therefore, the directed graph analysis is applicable to the chemical process that has complex sequence. The example of fault tree analysis and directed graph analysis is given. The directed graph analysis has proved to be a valuable and useful method for the reliability assessment of chemical process.

본 논문은 파스콘 또는 콘크리트 재질의 트로프에 설치되는 전선에 대한 열의 영향과 이들 트로프에 대한 열 방출 정도에 대한 차이점을 이론상으로 접근하고 평가하고자 하였으며, 실제 상황과 근접한 조건으로 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 실시함으로서 두 트로프 내의 전선에 대한 열의 영향과 두 트로프의 열 발산정도를 추정하고 그에 대한 타당성을 입증하고자 하였다. 이에 대한 연구 결과 파스콘의 고유 열전도 값과 콘크리트의 고유 열전도 값을 단순 비교하면 콘크리트 제품의 열 방출량이 우수한 것으로 판단할 수 있으나, 실제 설치되는 두 트로프의 실제 두께와 면적 및 세부 구조를 고려하여 연산 및 시뮬레이션을 실시해 본 결과 파스콘 트로프가 콘크리트 트로프 보다 다소 우위에 있는 것으로 평가되었다. Thermal effects and characteristics of heat release for electrical wire installed in pascon and concrete trough have been theoretically approached and studied in consideration of the structure of products. The points of difference between two troughs have been evaluated by theoretical approach and estimated by computer simulation in similar condition of institution environment. As a result, the average of the intrinsic thermal conductivity of concrete trough is superiority to pascon trough considering only for characteristic of materials. But when considering for institution environment(thickness, area and trough structure etc) as the results of the calculation and computer simulation using FLUENT, the degree of heat release for pascon trough is of advantage to concrete trough.

A deep reinforcement machine learning algorithm is applied to an energy-efficient optimal operation point search of an inverter air conditioner. The combination of the two factors of compressor output (COM) and electronic expansion valve (EEV) opening, which have a major influence on the efficiency (EER) of an air conditioner, is analyzed with the algorithm over 5 days. It displays a repetitive stabilization pattern 12 hours after the commencement of the deep learning algorithm, and finds the optimal (COM, EEV) combination with the maximum EER. An arbitrary case (600, 400) that satisfies the target cooling capacity (9200 W) is started with an initial value to reach (420, 230) with the optimal EER at a given condition (given product specification, standard test condition (T1 condition)). In this study, since the optimal point of (COM, EEV) exists at the boundary of the action domain, it inevitably has a repeating learning pattern. The repetitive stabilization pattern is examined for two cases of the discount factor of 0.5 and 0.99. When the discount factor is 0.5, it shows a shortsighted behavior to the present reward value more clearly than when it is 0.99. This kind of experimental study can be extended to find the optimum operating point when several components of an air conditioner are operating simultaneously.

A study is made of time-dependent flow of a viscous fluid driven by an infinite oscillating disk. Numerical solutions to the Navier-Stokes equations are obtained for the flow over a disk torsionally rotating at a velocity Ωcosλt. Details of the three-component velocity field are examined at high Reynolds number. The value of the nondimensional amplitude of disk oscillation, ε=Ω/λ, encompas ses a range up to ε≥O(1). The numerical results for the case of ε≪1 are consistent with the predictions of the earlier analytical model. The azimuthal flow is largely confined to the Stokes layer thickness. The steady meridional streaming at finite values of ε is exhibited. Finally, disk skin friction and heat transfer enhancement are analyzed.

In this paper, the MHD flow of an incompressible, viscous and electrically conducting fluid above an infinite rotating axisymmetric wavy disk is analyzed by using transformed boundary layer equations. The fluid is subjected to an external uniform magnetic field parallel to the axis of the rotation. Generally, the flow fields in the r-z plane are weakened as the magnetic parameter becomes larger, thus the radial skin friction coefficient itself and the surface wave effect on it decrease. But the torque required to maintain steady rotation of the disk increases.
