Diversity of Agronomic Characteristics of North Korean Rice Cultivars
Youn Sang Cho,Moon Tae Song,Eung Gi Jeong,O Young Jeong,Hong Yul Kim,Hung Goo Hwang,Huhn Pal Moon 한국육종학회 2002 한국육종학회지 Vol.34 No.4
The main problem of the Korean rice improvement program is narrow genetic background of genepool used as crossing parents. Although some successes have been reported for introduction of genes from the germplasm of distant genetic relationship such as indi
Cortical Spreading Depression상태에서 저혈당과 저체온이 Direct Current Potential에 미치는 영향에 대한 실험적연구
문수현,박정율,박윤관,이기찬,주정화,이훈갑 대한신경외과학회 1994 Journal of Korean neurosurgical society Vol.23 No.7
The object of this study was to investigate the influences of hypoglycemia and hypothermia on the direct current(DC) potential changes during Cortical spreading depression(CSD) in rats. The induction of CSD was achieved by the application of KCl solution on the cortex of the frontal lobe. Hypoglycemia and hypothermia were induced respectively by insulin injection and the application of an ice pack The DC potential changes during progressive hypoglycemia and hypothermia were measured with microelectrodes from the cortex of the parietal lobe of rats. Under control condition, the rate of CSD was one per 5-lomin and the negative shift of DC potential was about 3OmV. The recovery time from negative shift to base line of DC potential was about 4Osec. In rats treated with insulin, the amplitude of DC potential shift was unaffected by hypoglycemia. The recovery time of DC shift was 4O±2.26 sec at normoglycemia and it was delayed progressively as the blood glucose level lowered The mean of it was 63k8.02 sec at 3Omg/dl and 77.1±_22.Osec with the blood glucose falling below 2Omg/dl. The same delay in the recovery time as seen in the hypogylcemia group was observed in rats treated with hypothermia. The recovery time of JX shift was 39.4+ 3.02 sec in normothennia (36.9C). but it was delayed to 61.15+ 4.15sec at 30v and %.67k 14.92sec at 2& body tempera-ture. This study suggested that each condition of profound hypoglycemia below u)mg/dl and hypothermia below 30'c was to be harmful to the ion homeostasis and the integrity of the cell membrane and it may lead neurons to death.

In high speed railway, event recorder system stores a train speed and the related data for train operation in real time. Using those information, we can analysis the train operation and the reason of train accident. Analysis software gets the stored data from Event Recorder and shows the status of various signals related with train operation. Using it, also we can analysis the train operation before and after the given time. In this paper we propose the analysis software to show and analysis the operation of high speed train. The method of transferring the stored data from Event Recorder into Analysis Software is proposed. We develop the efficient procedure to store the transferred data into analysis system. Also the effective method to show the store data and to analysis them is studied for finding the cause of train accident.

The novel coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), which began in Wuhan, China, has rapidly flared up all over the world, evolving into a pandemic. During these critical times, we should give emphasis on infection prevention for the health care staff as well as appropriate patient management in order to maintain the health care system. We report our experience in protecting a surgical team from COVID-19 infection during a bipolar hemiarthroplasty in an infected patient. This case highlights the importance of appropriate protection of the health care staff and education in minimizing the risk of transmission of the infection and maintaining the health care system.
