한국 정상인에서 연령에 따른 뇌혈류분포와 혈류예비능의 변화 : Tc-99m HMPAO SPECT 에 의한 연구

Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate the normal values of regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) and cerebrovascular reserve (CVR) in normal children to aged volunteers using Tc-99m HMPAO. Materials and Methods: Thirty four right-handed normal volunteers (20 males, 14 females, mean age 40.3±24.9 years, range 4 to 82 years) were underwent rest/acetazolamide (ACZ) brain SPECT using Tc-99m HMPAO and the sequential injection and subtraction method. rCBF was estimated on the basis of a semiquantitative approach by means of right/left ratio, region/cerebellum and region to whole brain ratios in frontal, parietal, temporal, and occipital lobes, basal ganglia, thalami, and cerebellum. CVR was measured by means of % perfusion increase calculated as % mean count change compared to rest rCBF in each regions. Results: Mean values of right to left ratios range from 1.004 to 1.018. rCBF was highest in cerebellum and lowest in basal ganglia and thalami. Frontal and temporal rCBF decreased while occipital and thalami rCBF increased according to age. No sexual difference of rCBF was noted. Mean CVR was 29.9±12.9%. Mean CVR significantly increased to late teens, and declined thereafter. After 6th decade, CVR in both frontal lobes, left parietal lobe and right basal ganglia decreased significantly with advancing age. There was no sexual difference of CVR. Conclusion: Quantitative assessment of CVR was possible by ACZ Tc-99m HMPAO brain SPECT. It revealed that rCBF and CVR changed according to age in normal Korean volunteers. There was no sexual difference.

대덕밸리 정보통신산업의 인력수급 실태분석

본 연구는 정보통신산업 인력분류에 의거한 실태조사를 통하여 대덕밸리 IT기업의 인력수급 실태를 파악하고, 이를 토대로 대학에서의 IT 인력양성 교육프로그램과 산학관 협력프로그램 등 효율적인 IT 전문인력 양성방안에 대해 검토하였다. 대전·충남 정보통신 산업의 인력수급상의 불균형을 해소하고 효과적인 교육과정의 개발을 위해서는 우수인력의 유치, 교육 및 재교육, 활용 등 인력양성의 단계별로 산-학-연-관의 효율적 역할분담과 유기적인 협력체제의 구축이 중요하다. 다음으로 지역 정보통신 업계에서 요구하는 현장에서 즉각 활용 가능한 첨단지식을 갖춘 전문인력의 양성을 위해서는 교과과정의 개발단계에서부터 업계가 같이 참여하여 수요자 중심의 새로운 교육과정이 마련되어야 한다. 마지막으로 이러한 인재들을 적재적소에 배치하여 활용할 수 있도록 전문인력 데이터베이스의 구축 등을 포함한 고급인적자원관리를 위한 인프라를 확충할 필요가 있다.

變動換率制度와 國際通貨의 役割

This paper analyzes the roles of international currency and the exchange-rate determination methods occurring in the reorganization processes of intermational monetary order. Based on the research findings, we show that the supply of an international currency is determined by the trade deficit of the currency-issuing country and the willingness to hold international reserves of other countries in the world. On the other hand, its demand depends on the scale of international economic transactions, the settlement periods and efficiency, returns of the currency, the movements of international reserve balances, and the frequency of exchange-rate movements. In addition, we show that the random-walk models emphasizing the value-storing role of money holds in the short-run period analysis of Korean Won exchange-rate determination, but structural models bases on all the roles of money prove effective in the long-run. The findings, however, indicate that the error-correction type of structural models holds even in the short-run forecasting period for Korean Won-U.S. Dollar exchange rates in monthly data. Finally, this research suggests that the internationalization of Korean Won currency would incur the relatively large demand of international currency, the unstabilizing speculation, and the unstable movements of exchange-rates through worsening the risk of domestic fluctuations due to the increasing foreign-exchange-market interventions.

지속적 및 간헐적 가압력이 MC3T3-E1세포의 Alkaline phosphatase 활성도에 미치는 영향

교정력에 의한 치아이동은 세포반응의 결과로 나타난다. 이에 힘의 양상에 따른 세포의 반응을 알아보고자 MC3T3-E1세포를 24well 배양접시에 배양한 후 밀생상태가 되었을 때, incubator 속의 특수 제작된 사각상자에 배양 접시를 넣고 타이머에 연결된 Diaphram pump를 이용하여 300 gm/㎠의 압력을 10분간 가압후 10분간 가압이 중지되도록 한 간헐적 가압군과 지속적으로 가한 가압군으로 하여 각각 실험 24시간, 28시간, 72시간후의 alkaline phosphatase 활성도를 대조군과 비교하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 가압 24시간 후에서는 각 군간에 alkaline phosphatase 활성도에 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 2. 가압 48시간 후에서는 간헐적 가압군과 지속적 가압군 모두 대조군 보다 alkaline phosphatase 활성도가 증가 되었다. 3. 가압 72시간 후에서는 간헐적 가압군의 alkaline phosphatase 활성도 증가가 대조군에 비하여 더욱 현저하였으나 지속적 가압군에는 대조군에 비하여 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 4. 가압 72시간 후에서는 간헐적인 가압군이 지속적인 가압군에 비하여 alkaline phosphatase의 활성도가 증가되었다. 5. 가압에 의한 세포의 뚜렷한 형태학적인 변화는 관찰되지 않았다. The propose of this study was to evaluate the difference of cellular activity dependent on intermittent compressive force by determining the alkaline phosphatase activity. Alkaline phosphatase activity was measured on control and experimental groups every 24, 48, 72hours. Experimental groups consisted of continous and intermittent compressive group which were compressed by 300g/㎠ of diaphram pump. The intermittent compressive group was connected by timer which was worked on 10 minutes an off 10minutes. The results were as follows ; 1. The alkaline phosphatase activity between control and experimental groups showed not significant difference at compressed 24 hours. 2. The alkaline phosphatase activity of experimental groups were more increased than control group at compressed 48 hours. 3. The alkaline phosphatase activity of intermittent compressive group showed significant increased to control group. Whereby continuous compressive group showed not significant difference to control at 72 hours. 4. The alkaline phosphatase activity of intermittent compressive group were stringly increased than continuous compressive groups. 5. Between experimental groups and control group no other morphologic changes were detected by microscopic findings.

한국 수출기업의 인터넷 활용실태

國際物品賣買契約에 관한 UN協約상의 品質基準에 관한 考察

오늘날 국제거래상 매매되는 물품의 품질이 매매에 적합한 품질을 구비하고 있느냐의 여부, 즉 판매적합성 또는 적상성에 대해서는 나라마다 해석상의 차이가 존재하고 있고 또한 다툼이 많이 발생하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국제물품매매에서의 품질결정기준에 대하여 우리 민법, 영국의 물품매매법, 미국의 통일상법전, 국제물품매매계약에 관한 유엔협약을 중심으로 연구하는 과정을 통해서 품질기준에 관한 제규정을 법리적으로 해석 정리하였으며, 실제 적용가능성을 고려하여 참고 자료가 될 수 있도록 하는 동시에 해석상의 객관성을 기할 수 있도록 하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship of skin beauty artist's stress to musculoskeletal subjective symptom to identify what factors are related to skin beauty artist's musculoskeletal subjective symptom. The subjects in this study were 211 selected skin beauty artists. A survey was conducted from March 11 to 31, 2001, with standardized self-reporting questionnaire to find out the general characteristics, perceived stress level and musculoskeletal subjective symptom. The findings of this study were as below; l. All the skin beauty artists investigated were female. 110 skin beauty artists (52.1%), more than half them, were highschool graduates, 117(55,5%) were unmarried, and the mean career was 52,74 months(four years and four months). The daily mean working hours were 10.61, and the actual daily mean working hours were 7.94. 2. For health habit. 19(9.0%) skin beauty artists were smoker, which indicated that most of them didn't smoke. 136(64.5%) people, more than half them, drank alcohol, and just 72(34.1%) got exercise. 3. In regard to the relationship of general characteristics to stress, the unmarried group was more stressed as they got a score 69.25(SD 12.45), compared to the married group that got 66.30(SD 11.50). The difference between the two group was significant (p<005). The nondrinking group were more stressed out with 69.42(SD 11.50) than the drinking group with 65.87(SD 12.97). The difference between the two was significant(P<0.05). The group that didn't get exercise were more stressed with 70.17(SD 12.11) than the workout group with 64.26(SD 11.27), and the difference between the two was significant(P<0.05). By career, the group that had worked for 34 months or less were more stressed with 70.47(SD 12.38) than the other group that had worked for more than 35 months with 65.87(SD 11.48). And the difference between the two was significant. 4, As for the correlational relationship between musculoskeletal symptom to relevant variables, stress was positively correlated to musculoskeletal symptom and the pain of neck, shoulder, back, arm, hand, wrist, waist and leg. Their stress had a positive correlational relationship with the symptom in every part. The younger people made more complaint of the symptom of shoulder, back and leg, and those who had worked for less period were more stressed out. The findings of this study suggested that there was a relationship between stress and musculoskeletal subjective symptom. To prevent stress and musculoskeletal subjective symptom, there should be an attempt to ease stress. The break time should be offered regularly during working hours, and amicable human relations should be kept. The right health habit should be formed in daily living, and stretching exercise and health care should be done more thoroughly.
