      • 흰 쥐에서 Olanzapine의 장간 재순환을 설명하기 위한 약동학적 모델

        Abstract - Olanzapine is an atypical antipsychotic drug that is widely used for the treatment of schizophrenia and acute bipolar disorder. It had been reported that olanzapine was shown enterohepatic recirculation in rat and human. But pharmacokinetic model for enterohepatic recirculation of olanzapine had not been developed yet. In this study, we developed pharmacokinetic model for enterohepatic recirculation of olanzapine. 30mg/kg of olanzapine was administered to rats (n=7) by oral and plasma concentration of olanzapine was determined by HPLC-MS/MS(API2000). Noncompartmental analysis was done by WinNonlin and pharamcokinetic model was developed by NONMEM ver 7.2. Enterohepatic recirculation model was developed with two compartment including gall bladder compartment with mtime option and evaluation was done by visual predictive check(VPC) and bootstrap. As a result of VPC and bootstrap, our model was robust and parameter values were reliable. In conclusion, pharmacokinetic model for enterohepatic recirculation of olanzapine was successfully developed and evaluated. The model was appropriate to predict the plasma concentration of olanzapine in rat and may be useful to develop human model in further study.

      • 디-젤 批塵用 移動벨트型 電氣集塵裝置의 小型化에 관한 硏究

        A Moving-Belt Type Electrostatic Precipitator (MBEP) proposed by one of authers has been improved by introducing systematic control concept for the diesel soot particulates from diesel engine exhaust. The proto type MBEP was designed without helping of any precharger or precoagulator of the soot particles, and so it is too large for equipping to the vehicles. The improved one is designed as a systematic control device consisted of a precharger and a MBEP. This systematization makes it possible miniaturizing the size of MBEP without any drop of its collection performance by enhancing the corona field intensity and current density in the collection space concurrently obtained by reducing the interelectrode spacing of corona electrode to collection electrode. As a result, the collection efficiency of present MBEP system, which is reduced by ca. 1/2 in volume to the proto type MBEP, amounts to 82% at the gas velocity of 1.0m/s (this nearly equals to the gas exhaust of a 2000 cc diesel powered vehicle) and gas temperature of ca. 50℃ for the simulated soot particles ranged in size from 0.005μm (mass median diam is 1.0 μm). The collection efficiency of the improved MBEP system of 82% is higher enough to the US EPA regulation limit of 70% of the year of 1985 for the diesel powered light-duty trucks and passenger cars.

      • 부산시 공장지역·주거지역 하천의 수질특성분석

        This study is carried out to investigate the water quality changes in Busan Metropolitan streams. The results are as follows. In Busan Metropolitan streams, the loading rates of contaminants are greater in industrial waste water streams than domestic waste water streams. Some sampling points show a little high loading in autumn, but this needs more investigation to make clear the causes. The level of organic contaminants(BOD_(5) and COD_(MN)) is found to be low and does not show seasonal variation in domestic waste water streams. But, the level of organic contaminants in industrial waste water streams is relatively high and seems to be seasonally variable, which is affected by other factors. The nutrient materials, such as nitrogen(as T-N, about 20mg/L) and phosphorus(as T-P, about 2.0mg/L), are abundant than Nak Dong River and the general trends of contaminants level are similar to those of organic contaminants.

      • 長方形 容器內에서 磁性流體의 流動特性에 관한 硏究

        The present paper describes sloshing phenomena of the magnetic fluid flow in rectangular tank which is horizontally oscillated under non-uniform magnetic fields. In theoretical analysis, the desision of potential function obtained by assuming that linear to be non-linear boundary condition. The obtained results from experiment and theoretical analysis are as follows : The resonant frequency of fluid and magentic fluid based on a potential theory are in good agreement qualitatively with that of experimental results. It is found that resonant frequency depends on the magnetic intensity and moves into high frequency region. Pressure and velocity increase by non-linear with increasing wave heights and linearly increase with increasing magneitc force.

      • 약진의 임상적 고찰

        연구목적 : 본 연구는 입원환자 및 외래환자를 대상으로 약진의 임상양상 및 의심되는 유발 약물에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 방법 : 1994년 1월부터 1999년 5월까지 본원 피부과 외래환자와 본과에 피부병변으로 의뢰되었던 타과 입원환자 중 약진으로 진단되었던 131명을 대상으로 하였다. 약진으로 진단된 131명을 대상으로 현병력 및 과거력을 검토하였고, 문진, 이학적 검사소견, 일반 혈액검사, 간기능검사 및 IgE PRIST를 실시하였으며, 약진의 임상형태, 원인약제, 잠복기에 대해 조사를 하였다. 결과 : 1) 본 연구에서는 남녀간의 유의한 차이는 보이지 않았고. 연령분포는 20대와 30대에서 높은 빈도를 보였다. 2) 투약으로부터 약진발생까지의 시간, 즉 잠복기는 24시간에서 3일까지의 경우가 48예(36.6%)로 가장 많았고, 4일에서 6일까지 35예(26.7%), 7일에서 13일까지 25예(19.1%). 14일에서 20일까지, 21일에서 27일까지 6예로 나타났고. 28일 이상이 9예로 나타났다. 3) 약진환자의 임상형태는 발진형 발진이 가장 많았으며 그다음은 고정약진, 여드름양 발진, 급성 담마진, 자반, 수포성 발진, 태선양 발진, Stevens-Johnson 증후군, 그리고 AGEP 순으로 나타났다. 4) 약진환자 중 그 원인약제를 살펴보면, 항생제를 포함한 항균제가 22예로 가장 많았고, 다음은 해열진통제, 종합 감기약. 중추신경억제제, 항결핵제 순이었다. 5) 검사실 소견에서는 백혈구 증다증이 22.5%, 백혈구 감소증이 5.6%, 호산구 증다증이 14.5%, 비정상적인 SGOT/SGPT가 11.4%, 비정상적인 IgE수치는 8.3%였다. 결론 : 본 연구에서는 입원환자 및 외래환자를 대상으로 약진의 임상양상 및 의심되는 유발 약물에 대해 알아보고자 하였으며, 이전의 연구와 비교해 볼 때 연령 분포, 약진의 임상형태, 잠복기, 원인약제의 순서는 유사하거나 일치함을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한, 우리나라는 의사의 처방없이 약물을 남용, 오용하는 경향이 크고, 여러 가지 약물을 동시에 투여하는 경우도 많으며, 구성성분을 알 수 없는 한약제의 사용이 빈번하므로 약물을 처방하는데 있어서 이에 대한 고려가 필요한 것으로 생각된다. Objectives and Method : This study attempts to evaluate the clinical manifestations and causative drugs of drug eruptions at Ewha Womans University Tongdaemun Hospital by retrospective study of outpatients, inpatients and consulted patients(number : 121, duration : 1994. 1 - 1999. 5). Results : 1) Most drug eruptions occurred in patients at the age of 20 - 39 years old. 2) The cutaneous manifestations of drug eruptions in the order of frequency were as follows : exanthematous eruption, fixed drug eruption, acneiform eruption, purpura, urticaria, bullous eruption, lichenoid eruption, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, and acute generalized exanthemic pustulosis. 3) Drug eruption developed most frequently from 24 hours to 3 days of drug intake. 4) Most common causative drugs were antibiotics, followed by antipyretics and analgesics. 5) Laboratory abnormalities were leukocytosis(22.5%), eosinophilia(14.5%), abnormal AST/ALT(11.4%), abnormal IgE titer(8.3%), and leukopenia(5.6%). Conclusion : The most frequent clinical feature of the drug eruption were exanthematous in nature and the most common causative drugs were antibiotics, as suspected. Since too many patients take various unidentified drugs at drug stores in Korea, physicians need to exercise special care in prescribing drugs and evaluating patients with drug eruption.

      • 이온 교환체로서 Quinine-금속thiocyanate착물을 이용한 Quinine의 정량

        The fabrication and performance characteristics of quinine sensitive poly(vinyl chloride) membrane electrodes based on the ion-association complex of quinine with an anionic counter ion, metal thiocyanates (Co(SCN)??, Cd(SCN)??, Fe((SCN)??, Hg(SCN)??, Mn(SCN)??, Ni(SCN)??, zn(SCN)??) was described. The sensing membrane was based on the quinine complex of cobalt thiocyanate plasticized with 65.3% (w/w) tris(2-ethylhexyl) phosphate (TEHP), ferric thiocyanate with 65.3% (w/w) TEHP, nickel thiocyanate with 65.3% (w/w) TEHP and zinc thiocyanate with 49% (w/w) TEHP. These electrodes show a linear response down to 1.2×10?, 1.0×10?, 9.6×10?, 2.0×10?M with Nernstian slope of 55.69, 54.96, 56.63, 55.80 mV/dec. for quinine with relative standard deviation of 3.1, .51, 2.26, 3.16% at pH 5.5∼7.6, respectively. Response time was 10∼20s. The quinine-nickel complex with 65.3% (w/w) TEHP was the optimal ion-exchanger for quinine selective electrode. The electrode exhibits good selectivity for the quinine in the presence of some inorganic cation and organic cations. The quinindine-nickel complex instead of quinine-nickel complex as an ion-exchanger was successfully applied to the direct potentiometric determination of quinidine pharmaceutical preparation giving an average recovery of 101.5% and relative standard deviation of 2.5%.

      • Gilbert-Elliott 채널 모델에서의 BCH 코드를 이용한 무선 ATM의 오류 정정 부호

        In this paper, the use of BCH code is considered to improve the bit error probability and cell loss probability for wireless ATM over Gilbert channel model. The Performance of the wireless ATNI with BCH code and interleaving is compared with the one without interleaving. As a result, the wireless ATM system without imerleaving is unable to reach the reguired BER with appropriate forward error correction. When the leaving is used, the required BER is obtained for reliable communication, The parameter of the Gilbert channel model and the BCH codes are determined for the reliable wireless ATM communication.

        치주조직 재생을 위한 칼슘 포스페이트 글라스 분말이 백서 두개골 결손부의 골조직 재생에 미치는 영향

        The treatment of the tone defects resulting from trauma, neoplasm, surgery, or infection is one of the major concern in dentistry. The major goal is the functional, esthetical regeneration of supporting structures already destructed by disease. Transplantation technique have been used to provide a scaffold for bone regeneration, to augment bony defects resulting from trauma or surgery, to restore bone loss caused by dental disease, to prevent the collapse the alveolar ridge in recent extraction sites, to replace bone loss by periodontal disease, to augment the alveolar ridge in implant surgery. There are autogeneous, allogenic, xenogenic and alloplastic bone-grafts in transplantation. Among the alloplastic bone-graft materials, calcium phosphates have been received the most attention. In this study, the critical size defects were surgically produced in the calvarial bone of Sprague-Dawley rats using the 8 ㎜ trephine bur. Calcium phosphate glass powders with mean diameter 400 ㎛ transplanted onto the produced detects in the experimental group, while sutured without grafting anything in the control group. Histomorphometric as well as radiodensitometric analyses were performed after sacrifice at 2, 4 and 8 weeks following operation. The prepared calcium phosphate glass powder with average size 400 ㎛ in CaO-CaF_2-P_2O_5-MgO-Al_2O_3 promoted new bone formation in the calvarial defects in the Sprague-Dawley rats. New bone was formed in the upper side of the detects as well as the defect margin and dura mater. Experimental group always exhibited higher values in the length, area and density of the newly formed bone than that of the control group. There were significant differences between the experimental and the control groups, except the density after 4 weeks (p<0.05).

      • Nd를 첨가한 Sr페라이트 플라스틱자석

        In this dissertation, we have studied on the fabrication of Sr ferrite plastic magnet with additional Nd. First, we selected SrO5.9F₂O₃of nonstoichimatric composition as the basic composition of specimen ferrite since its magnetic property was excellent. Then, we added Nd to the specimen. In order to control the properties of the particles on fabrication of magnetic powder, 0.3wt% CaCO₃, 0.2wt% SiO₂, 0.twt% Al₂O₃and 0.5wt% Na₂SiO₃were added. For carbon coating ont he compound specimen, 5wt% polyvinylalchohol was added and then the compound specimen was calcinated under N₂environment at 1,225 ℃. After performaing grinding process for 18 hours, we obtained 1.0~1.2㎛ size of single domain magnetic powder. We added 1 wt% silane coupling and 1 wt% calcium stearate to the Sr ferrite powder with additional Nd, and then mixed them well. Next, we pelleted them after kneading them, using polyamide12 as a binder. The pelleted specimen was injection-moulded using anisotropic mould under magnetic field of 12kOe. As the results of property tests for the fabricated specimen magnet, we find that the fabricated magnet has the following excellent peroperties at Nd 12.5wt%: bHc=2.84kOe, Br=3.23kG and (BH)max=2.49MGOe.

      • PCS 환경에서의 마이크로셀 시험분석

        Personal Communications Services(PCS) is a low speed pedestrian mobile services capable of guaranteeing the communication with anybody, anytime and anywhere. In this paper, The purpose of microcell test is for the application tg microcell to the KMT PCS infrastructure. For the test. microcell equipments are established two places: on the close building and line-of-sight area. The test on a call processing, hand-off by speed, service coverage of the antenna type and the output power was carried out. The service coverage by output power was tested at 2.5mW and 25mW. As a result of test, the service coverage is about 300m when the output power is 2.5mW and the service coverage is about 800m when the output power is 25mW. The test also showed that the hand-off at the speed of 60km/h was possible on the service coverage of 300m and the hand-off at the speed of 90km/h was possible on the service coverage of 800m. The fading at the close building is so serious that we cannot call at 2.5mW, but we can call at 25mW.
