        Generally parking of the vehicle only driver sight and in compliance with an experience comes to do the spatial security which is caused by with judging distance and the camera which are accurate the various sensor, but it in recent times is caused by with technical advancement and leads was possible, parking was quicker and safely there made be a possibility of doing. So about unmanned parking the research vehicle with technical advancement and in standard to be advanced from the side which is various comes. In this paper the parking sector from the public parking lot or the formation parking market is clear and importance in the space where the unmanned camera is established in the parking sector depends in real-time image value and is parks autonomously. The camera which is established in the parking sector guard and the vehicle of parking space, recognized the object with real-time image processing and the vehicle wheel track angle in compliance with a image data and presumed Fuzzy-control led and in the four-wheel mobile robot and parking a production value and got applied accomplished.

        낙동강 상수원수의 오존처리 효과 : II. 회분식 오존처리에 의한 휘발성유기화합물 및 조류제거 효과 II. Removal of VOCs and Algae in Raw Water by Conducting Batch Test of Ozonation Experiments

        This study was carried out to evaluate the pollutant removal efficiencies of the advanced drinking water treatment using ozonation process. For raw water, Nakdong River was used. By conducting batch test of ozonation efficiencies of the ozonation were 94 to 92%, respectively. Removal efficiencies of single VOC compound or mixed VOC compounds in the raw water were 80% to 90% by the ozonation with 2 mg/ℓ dosage and 10 minutes contact time. Removal efficiencies of ABS by the ozonation with 1 mg/ℓ, 3 mg/ℓ dosage and 20 minutes contact time were 83% to 96%, respectively. Almost 67% of chlorophyll-a at the concentration of 38.㎍/ℓ was removed by ozonation at ozone dosage of 1mg/ℓ for 20 min. considering the efficiency of ozone utilization and water treatment, the most effective ozonation could be obtained with high ozone dosage and short and short contact time.

        한국인에 발생한 기저세포 모반 증후군 : REVIEW OF 33 AFFECTED KOREAN INDIVIDUALS

        Basal cell nevus syndrome(BCNS)is a hereditary condition transmitted as an autosomal dominant trait that exhidits high penetrance and variable expressivity. There ara many potential complications which have been reported in association with the naevoid basal cell carcinoma syndrome. The data upon which this review is based has been retrieved from published case reports in Korean dental and medical literatures between the years 1981 to 2002. this survey included unpublished 3 patients by reviewing patients files and charts from the Dental hospital, Chosun University during same periods. We found 33 subjects who met the diagnostic criteria for BCNS reported by Evans et al. Relative frequencies of associated complications are presented and compared with those of the recent English survey. The frequencies of most manifestations are similar. Odontogenic keretocyst (OKC)and palmar and/or plantar pits, and hypertelorism were the most frequently observed anomalies. OKCs are often the first signs of BCNS and can be detected in patients younger than 9 years of age. however, the relatively low frequency of basal cell carcinomas and ectopic calcification were two major difference. This study more clearly defines the possible complications of the syndrome and gives earlier guidelines for counselling and screening affected and at risk persons.

      • 비·부비동 종양의 신생혈관 형성에서 COX-2 및 VEGF의 역할

        Background and Objectives : COX-2, the inducible form of cyclooxygenase(COX), is upregulated in transformed cells and in malignant cells, which have important roles in promotion of colorectal carcinogenesis, invasiveness and angiogenesis. Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) may act as endothelial cell mitogen in various cancer tissues. It will increase tumor growth and angiogenesis. Aims of this study were to asses COX-2/VEGF expression and it's clinical correlation in sinonasal tumors and to investigate the effects on angiogenesis also. Materials and Method : The study samples were obtained from surgical removal of 27 cases of inverted papilloma(IPs), 5 cases of IP with malignant transformation(IP-MT), 16 cases of Squamous cell carcinoma(SCC) in sinonasal cavity COX-2 and VEGF expressions were assessed by immunohistochemical staining. Synchronism of COX-2/VEGF expression in one tumor cell was demonstrated with double immunofluorescence technique. Results : The expression rates of COX-2 were 37% in IP, 80% in IP-MT and 100% in SCC. The positive rates of VEGF were 29 6% in IP, 100% in IP-MT and SCC. COX-2 and VEGF expressions were increased as tumor progressed, and there is a positive correlation between COX-2 &EGF expressions. All clinical features which were compared are not associated with COX-2 &EGF expressions except malignant change in IP(p=0 028). Synchronism of COX-2/VEGF expressions was noted in all positive immunostaining samples. Conclusion : These findings suggest the role of COX-2 pathway could be involved in sinonasal tumor angiogenesis, which is modulated by VEGF COX-2 may act as autocrine factor in VEGF expression. There is a potential role for selective COX-2 inhibitors in the treatment of these lesions.

      • 후두 및 하인두 편평세포암종에서 E-cadherin의 면역조직화학적 발현

        Background and Objectives : The cell-cell adhesion molecule E-cadherin is necessary for the maintenance of the epithelial cellular structure. We were designed to confirm the significance of E-cadherin as a marker for differentiation and invasiveness of squamous cell carcinoma of the larynx and hypopharynx. Materials and Methods : Our study was investigated for the immunohistochemical expression of the epithelium-specific cell adhesion molecule E-cadherin in formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue specimen of 32 cases of squamous cell carcinoma of larynx and hypopharynx. Results : The positive expression of E-cadherin was 56.3%(18 cases) in squamous cell carcinoma of the larynx and hypopharynx. Decreased E-cadherin expression was a stastistically significant correlation with a increased grade of lymph node stage and clinical stage. Reduced expression was seen in the large tumor size and poorly differentiated tumors, but these result was not statistically significant. Conclusion : The expression of E-cadherin may be related with progression of squamous cell carcinoma of the larynx and hypopharynx. But these correlation were not sufficient for the prognostic indicators in squamous cell carcinomas of the larynx and hypopharynx.

      • 강유전체 박막 커패시터 하부전극에 관한 연구

        We have investigated Pt and RuO₂as a bottom electrode for a device application of PZT thin film. The bottom electrodes were prepared by using an RF magnetron sputtering method. We studied some of the property influencing factors such as substrate temperature, gas flow ratem and RF power. An oxygen partial pressure from 0 to 50% was investigated. The results show that only Ru metal was grown without supplying any ‬O₂gas. Both Ru and RuO₂phases were formed for ‬O₂partial pressure between 10-40%. A pure RuO₂phasewas obtained with ‬O₂partial pressure of 50%. A substrate temperature from room temperature to 400°C was investigated with XRD for the film crystallinity examination. The substrate temperature influenced the surface morphology and the resistivity of Pt and RuO₂ as well as the film crystal structure. From the various considerations, we recommend the substrate temperature of 300°C for the bottom electrode growth. Because PZT film growth on top of bottom electrode requires a temperature process higher than 500°C, bottom electrode properties were investigated as a functiona of post anneal temperature. As post anneal temperature was increasedm the resistibity of Pt and RuO₂was decreased. However, almost no change was observed in resistibity for an anneal temperature higher than 700°C . From the studies on resistivity and surface morphology, we recommend a post anneal temperature less than 600°C.

      • 휴대용 근적외분광분석기를 이용한 유탕면의 수분 함량 측정 : Infrared(NIR) System

        This experiment was carried out to determine non-destructively water content in a intact fried noodle in oil by portable near-infrared system. Water content was ranged from 0 to 14.3w/w% and the near infrared (NIR) measurements were made on 70 intact samples over the spectral range 1100-1750nm. We found the variation of absorbance band due to OH vibration of water in the noodles depending on the concentration change around 1450nm in the second derivatives spectra. Partial least squares(PLS) regression models were set up using a calibration set(42 E.A.) and a validation set(28 E.A.) between the NIR response and value from loss on dry. Various pretreatments of the spectra were examined: the smallest stnadard error of prediction(0.35%) was obtained using autoscaling spectra over 1100-1700nm. 10 factors were required for the PLS model to give a good relationship between the spectral information and the noodle water content. In order to validate the developed calibration model, routine analyses were performed using other intact noodles. Water contents from the NIR calibration model were compared with the values from loss on dry and the results showed good correlation with those of loss on dry. This study showed that the rapid and non-destructive determination of water content in a intact fried noodle in oil was successfully performed by portable NIR system.

        Effects of I- and W-Phases Under Identical Conditions on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of As-Cast Mg–Zn–Y Alloys at Room and Elevated Temperatures

        Three alloys (Mg–6Zn–1.2Y, Alloy I; Mg–3.65Zn–1.65Y, Alloy II; and Mg–4.3Zn–1.4Y, Alloy III) with same volume fractionand grain size were designed to evaluate the effects of the I-phase (Mg3Zn6Y) and W-phase (Mg3Zn3Y2), which are themajor phases in Mg–Zn–Y alloys, on the mechanical properties. The tensile strength of Alloy I with the I-phase at roomtemperature was the highest among the tested alloys because the coherent interface between the I-phase and the α-Mg phasewas more resistant to cracking than the incoherent interface between the W-phase and the α-Mg phase. A cross-sectionalmicrostructure analysis of a sample that was tensile-tested at 423 K revealed that the morphology of the I-phase remainedrelatively stable. In contrast, the W-phase was broken and fragmented during the tensile test at 423 K because it had higherbrittleness under the test conditions. Therefore, the tensile and creep properties of Alloy I at 423 K were better than thoseof Alloys II and III containing the W-phase. According to the results, the I-phase in the Mg-Zn-Y alloy was more beneficialto the mechanical properties at room temperature and 423 K than the W-phase.
