Analysis of cholesterol concentration based on training type presents high in Walking group at 10min but low at recovery 30min. HDL-C Concentration based on training type presents higher at training 10min and recovery 10min than that of jogging group. LDL-C Concentration based on training type presents higher in walking group during stability period but presents high in jogging group at training 30min. However, jogging group presents high at recovery 10min.

Spent pig bone was consist of hydroxyapatite. And then we thought that it have a possibility as a adsorbent. The preparation of bone char prepared from spent pig bone in this study. We study on the recycling possibility as a adsorbent is able to adsorb copper ion from their single aqueous solutions. The results are summarized as follows. Bone char that prepared from spent pig bone at 105, 400, 700℃. The adsorption removal efficiency of copper ion onto bone char as adsorbent was above 90% for 15 hours. Increase in the initial pH of the copper ion solution result in an increase in the copper ion uptake per unit weight of the adsorbent. Freundlich isotherm model was found to be applicable for the experiment data of copper ion. The results showed that spent pig bone can be used for the absorption of the copper ion.

Result of analysis of walking and running training to 50-60yrs female non-insulin depentent diabetic patients presents next; Blood pressure of constriction period presents, based on training type, high during the training but is reduced during the recovery period. Analysis of heart rate based on training type presents high during the training but is reduced recovery period. In the result Exercise prescription programs for the non-insulin-depentent diabetic patients are required to maintain their Blood pressure and heart rate.

여자 핸드볼선수의 생리기간에 따른 경기관련 체력의 변화

This study, whose subject was a group of 10 girls' middle school handball players, analyzes physical fitness related to handball such as 100 meter sprint, standing broad jump, 1000 meter run, 10 meter return run and throwing handball during the menstrual period, especially before the period, the second day and the 4th day of the period and the 7 days after the period. The results of this study are below. 1. 100m sprint The records before period and of the second day of the period are significantly higher than that of the 7 days after the period. 2. Standing broad jump In the records of standing broad jump, there is no significant difference in accordance with the menstrual period. 3. 1000m run With respect to 1000 meter run, the record before period is significantly lower than that of the second day of period. Besides, the record of the 7 days after period is significantly lower than those before period, of the second day and the 4th day of the period. 4. Side step test In the light of the records of side step, the records before period and of the 4th day of period are significantly low. In addition, the record of the 7 days after period is significantly lower, compared to those before period, of the second day and the 4th day of the period. 5. 10m return run Taken 10 meter return run into account, the record of the 7 days after period is significantly lower than those before period, of the second day and the 4th day of the period. 6. Throwing handball The record of throwing handball on the second day of the period is significantly lower than those before period and the 4th day of the period. Besides, the records before period and of the second day are significantly lower than those of the 7 days after period. When all the results above are taken into account, with respect to the physical fitness related to handball in accordance with the menstrual period, the time of 7 days after the menstrual period of the handball players is superior to before period or during the period. As stated above, the analyses of the players' menstrual periods can be valuable materials for applying to training program and choosing players in games.

평면형 Bi-Sb 다중접합 열전변환기의 특성

A planar Bi-Sb multijunction thermal converter for the precise measurements of ac voltage and current has been fabricated and its characteristics was discussed. In order to convert ac power into heat, a bifilar thin film Pt-heater, which could cancel its Thomson and Peltier effects, was prepared on the Si_(3)N_(4)/SiO_(2)/Si_(3)N_(4) diaphragm for the thermal isolation between heater and silicon substrate. To convert the temperature or the heat generated by the heater into dc voltage and current, hot and cold junctions of the Bi-Sb thermopile, which has a large difference in Seebeck coefficients, were formed on the dielectric diaphragm and the silicon substrate, respectively. The respective thermal sensitivity of the thermal converter with a bifilar heater was about 10.1 mV/mW and 14.8 mV/mW in the air and vacuum, which is about eight times higher than that of commercial 3-dimensional thermal converter. In the case of ac 2 V-input voltage, the ac-dc voltage transfer difference was about ±2.0 ppm, and in the case of ac 10 mA-input current, the ac-dc current transfer difference was about ± 0.6 ppm, in the frequency range from 10 Hz to 10 kHz.

First, The local residents' opinion has to be reflected to make the most of the swimming pool in sports center thus preferentially it is taken enough consideration not only space guarantee but also arrangement of facilities. second, It doesn't have any difference in the scale of Taegu downtown many swimming pool facilities under residents' disposition. It showed that the scale of change room and shower bath are influenced in Business sales. the last thing is especially, it showed that The scale of sauna facilities have an effect on Business.

高果糖 誘導 고지혈증 흰쥐에 대한 薏苡仁의 효과

Objective : In order to examine the effects of Coicis Semen on the hyperlipidemia, the extracts of Job's Tears were given to hyperlipidemic rats induced by fructose-rich chow. Method : The hyperlipidea was induced by fructose-rich chow during five weeks in rats. And the rats were administered with the extracts prepared from husk layer, bran layer, polished rice, unpolished rice or unhulled grain of Job's Tears each others during three weeks. And then, the effects of the extracts on body weight gain, total cholesterol, triglyceride and blood glucose were examined. Results and Conclusion : The extracts prepared from polished rice, unpolished rice or unhulled grain of Job's Tears had no effects on the body weight gains of the corpulent rats induced by a high fructose diet. Meanwhile, the extracts prepared from the unhulled grain (Coicis Semen), unpolished rice, and bran layer of Job's Tears decreased the levels of blood total cholesterol. and triglyceride, each others. And the effect of unhulled grain was more stronger than those of the others. The results suggested that unhulled grain had some materials useful for alleviating the hyperlipidemia, and the effective molecule is existed in the surface of unhulled grain.

精神練習이 運動技術의 學習과 遂行에 미치는 影響

The purpose of this study was to identify whether the mental practice affect the learning of motor skills, and thus contribute the basic data to the teacher, the coach, and the training program. Each of the 3 groups (Physical Practice Group: PP. Mental Practice Group: MP, and Physical-Mental Practice Group: PP-MP) had 10 college students. The data was recorded in adding 10 trial points after having offered the subject the task hitting the target with one bounce of the basketball, using the non-preferred hand. After the pretest such as the above example, they practiced the total of 6 trials with their own devided groups, and the effects of the practice were observed. The data of the pretest and posttest results in each of the groups was compared and analysed. The significant differences of practice effect were statistically analysed among the groups. The results were as follows; 1. The mental practice group(MP) and physical practice-mental practice group(PP-MP) showed significant differences between the score of pretest and that of posttest except for physical practice group(PP). 2. The significant difference did not appear in the pre and posttest scores(P〈.05). But the difference between the scores of physical practice group(PP) and those of physical-mental practice group(PP-MP) showed almost a level of 95% increase in the physical-mental practice group (PP-MP).

Background : Mucins possess the unique function of protecting and lubricating the epithelial surface and other important functions such as call growth, direct implication in the fetal development, the epithelial renewal and differentiation, the epithelial integrity, carcinogenesis, immune regulation, cellular adhesion and metastasis. Purpose : This study was done to provide the significance of alteration of MUC1 and MUC2 expression in colorectal adenocarcinoma, A series of 131 colorectal adenocarcinomas including 11 mucinous carcinomas were screened immunohistochemically for their expression of MUCI and MUC2, Materials and mehtods : Of 131 carcinomas, 76 (58,5%) were MUCI positive and 91 (68, 9%) were MUC2 positive, In normal colonic goblet cells, MUCl was not expressed but MUC2 was expressed in cytoplasm, Conclusion There were up-regulation of MUCI and down-regulation of MUC2 in colorectal carcinomas, The frequency of MUC2 positivity according to differentiation was statistically reliable. (p=0.0001)
