In this paper, we developed a SIFG(Slice-based Information Flow Graph) for modeling the information flow on a program on the basis of the information flow of data tokens on the slices. Then we defined a measure, called SCM(Slice-based Complexity measure), for measuring the program complexity by measuring the complexity of the information flow on SIFG. We showed that SCM satisfied the necessary properties for the complexity measures proposed by Briand et al.

본 저자들은 백혈병으로 진단 받지 않은 환자에서 경막외에 침범하여 척수를 누르고 있고 수술후 방사선 치료로 증상이 좋아진 과립구상 육종을 경험하였기에 이에 보고하는 바이다. Granulocytic sarcoma is an uncommon tumor composed of immature cells of the granulocytic series, occuring in patients with AML and blast crisis of CML. It may rarely precede an acute myelogenous leukemia with an uniformly fetal course. We experienced a case of granulocytic sarcoma of extradural space presenting as spinal cord compression in a 31 years old female with no evidence of leukemia on the bone marrow and periphera1 blood. The tumor was located to the T₁-T₃ having narrowing pole after decompression laminectomy, patient received local irradiation to the residual tumor bed, and being followed at the OPD without evidence of leukemia.

Highly cohesive classes define only a data factor(instance variable) whose all methods(or operations) refer to, or have the maximum connection among elements in a class. Therefore, an increase in the number of the data factors, and the operations to obstruct the maximum connection among elements in a class are the main factors to decrease the class cohesion. In this paper, we propose a new measure, called CCM(Class Cohesion Measure), which can measure the class cohesion more consistently with our intuition on the basis of factors to decrease it. We use the reference graph in order to find the decreasing factors of the class cohesion, and measure the class cohesion on the basizs of analysis of the domain reference graph. CCM can provide more upgraded measures than the existing measures through comparing it with the measures of existing cohesion.
The Classification of the Software Quality by the Rough Tolerance Class

When we decide the software quality on the basis of the software measurement, the transitive property which is a requirement for an equivalence relation is not always satisfied. Therefore, we propose a scheme for classifying the software quality that employs a tolerance relation instead of an equivalence relation. Given the experimental data set, the proposed scheme generates the tolerant classes for elements in the experiment data set, and generates the tolerant ranges for classifying the software quality by clustering the means of the tolerance classes. Through the experiment, we showed that the proposed scheme could product very useful and valid results. That is, it has no problems that we use as the criteria for classifying the software quality the tolerant ranges generated by the proposed scheme.
Reuse easiness measurement system

Software reuse is one of the important methods to overcome software crisis. But really, the existing software is not very reused. One of the main reasons of this situation is that is difficult for reuser to understand and apply the existing program components. In this paper, we proposed the reuse easiness measurement system. For measuring the reuse easiness we divide the factors of reuse easiness by program size, program structure and program documentation, and measure the modules using fuzzy logic, and finally helped reuser to select the most ease module to reuse. Advantage of the propsed system is that we can increase the rate of reuse of the existing program and reduce reuser's effort to select the appropriate module to reuse.

Although it has been well known that the central catecholamines (CA) are heavily involved in the regulation of LHRH secretion from the hypothalamus, no attempts has been yet made to determine 1) the precise relationship between LHRH secretion and LHRH biosynthesis, and more importantly 2) whether CA regulates LHRH gene expression in the hypothalamus. Diethyldithiocarbamic acid (500 ㎎/㎏), a dopamine β hydroxylase inhibitor was treated to ovariectomized, estradiol and/or progesterone-treated prepubertal rats. Hypothalamic LHRH mRNA was determined by either RNA-blot hybridization assay or in situ hybridization histochemistry. LHRH release in vitro from hypothalamic fragments was monitored by using a superfusion system. Treatment with diethyldithiocarbamic acid (500 ㎎/㎏) clearly diminished LHRH mRNA induced by progesterone treatment. Alteration in LHRH mRNA was also well associated with changes in LHRH release in vitro. This study indicates that CA neurotransmission is involved in the regulation of LHRH gene expression in the hypothalamus.
