The purpose of this study is to suggest that dwelling site planning of residential improvement district is to make in the point of sustainable improvement. The methods of this study are as follow, first, introduce the concept of sustainable improvement and research possibility of adaption of the concept. second, make a survey of the Nanminchon II District in Jeonju as a sample of residential improvement district and make a comparative study of the before and after the development. third, research adaptable elements of sustainable residence concept to Nanminchon II District to dwelling site planning. Progress and result of residential improvement district affects dweller to character of place and habitation and will gain summits of architecture.

크리스타 볼프의 『천사의 도시 또는 프로이트 박사의 오버코트』에서 ‘회상’의 시적 함의와 기능

Ziel der vorliegenden Arbeit ist es, die poetische Bedeutung und die Funktion der ‘Erinnerung’ im Roman Stadt der Engel oder The Overcoat of Dr. Freud(2010) von Christa Wolf zu untersuchen. Für Christa Wolf ist die Literatur ‘das einzige Erprobungsfeld für die Vision von ganzheitlichen menschlichen Wesen’. Dafür muss das Unterdrückte im unbewussten Bereich, das nicht Zugelassene, von früh an Ausgeschlossene ausgegraben und in uns vereinigt werden. Nur dann ist eine wahre Selbstbegegnung möglich. Auf diesem Weg zur Selbsterkenntnis zeigt die Erinnerung ihre besondere Funktion als Lotse, der zu den vielen schlummernden Gedächtnissen im Unterbewusstsein führt. Besonders im Roman Stadt der Engel oder The Overcoat of Dr. Freud erkundet Christa Wolf ihr wahres Selbst, indem sie bis auf ihre Kindheit zurückblickt und dabei historische und gesellschaftliche Ereignisse des Vergangenen rekonstruiert. Folglich ist dieser Roman im Großen und Ganzen ein Durchspiel von Erinnerungen. Die Erinnerungen übernehmen die Rolle, die Objekte der Reflexionen hervorzurufen und sie in ein ästhetisches ‘Gewebe der Literatur’ zu verknüpfen. Darüber hinaus führt die erinnernde Reflexion zur kritischen Beleuchtung der Vergangenheit aus der heutigen Sicht und ruft die Selbsterkundung der Autorin hervor. 본 논문의 목적은 크리스타 볼프의 소설 천사의 도시 또는 프로이트 박사의 오버코트(2010)에 나타난 ‘회상’의 시적 의미와 기능을 심층적으로 연구 분석하는 데 있다. 크리스타 볼프에게 문학은 총체적인 인간 존재의 가능성을 시험할 수 있는 유일한 현장이다. 이를 위해서는 무의식 깊이 억압된 것, 일찍부터 배제된 것, 용인되지 못한 것을발굴해내어 우리 존재에 통합해야 한다. 그래야만 우리는 우리의 진정한 자아와 마주할수 있다. 이러한 자아인식의 도정에서 무엇보다도 회상은 많은 기억들이 묻혀 있는 무의식으로 인도하는 주요한 기능을 발휘한다. 특히 천사의 도시 또는 프로이트 박사의오버코트에서 크리스타 볼프는 어린 시절까지 거슬러가는 회상을 통해 자신의 지난 삶의 배경을 이루는 역사적, 사회적 사건들을 재구성하고 자신의 진실한 자아를 탐색한다. 그러므로 이 소설은 그 자체로 회상의 형식을 취하고 있을 뿐만 아니라, 회상은 주요테마들을 성찰의 대상으로 불러내어 하나의 치밀한 ‘문학의 조직’으로 엮어내는 연결고리 역할을 수행한다. 나아가 회상하는 사유는 현재의 관점에서 비판적으로 지난 역사를고찰하고 작가가 자아를 탐색하고 인식하도록 유도한다.

의약품 임상시험에서 여성의 참여 확대를 위한 법·제도적 개선방안: 2016년 의약품 승인·사용정책 관련 특정성별영향평가 결과를 중심으로

여성은 현행 「의약품 임상시험 관리기준」에 명시된 취약한 대상자의 범주에 포함되지 않음에도 불구하고, 임신 가능성이나 임신 시 태아에게 미치는 잠재적 영향 등을 이유로 연구자의 편의성과 여성 대상자에 대한 과도한 보호가 강조되면서 남성에 비해 임상시험 참여율이 낮은 실정이다. 그러나 건강과 질병에 영향을 미치는 요인은 개인마다 다르며, 그중에서도 성(sex)과 젠더 (gender)는 중요한 생물학적·사회문화적 변수(variable)로 작용한다. 최근에는 의생명과학 분야 학술지에서 연구결과를 발표할 때 대상자의 성별 정보를 필수적으로 기재하도록 요구하는 추세가 확산되고 있으며, 미국에서는 연구 설계 단계부터 성별 변수를 의무화하고 있는 반면에 우리나라에서는 여전히 임상시험 수행 과정에서 성별과 젠더를 중요한 변수로 포함하도록 제도화되어 있지 않다. 이러한 문제의식을 바탕으로 2016년에 여성가족부에서는 의약품 승인·사용정책 에 대한 특정성별영향평가를 실시하였으며, 그 결과에 따라 2018년에 관계부처에서는 ‘임상시험 시 여성에게 유병률이 높은 질환 및 관련 의약품에 대한 연구 지원 강화’라는 과제를 포함하여 일부 과제에 대해 개선 이행현황을 제출하였다. 그러나 이후 관련 정책에 대한 지속적이고 체계적인 모니터링이 이루어지지 않았으며, 임상시험에서 여성의 참여 확대를 위한 실질적인 제도 역시 여전히 부재한 상황이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 특정성별영향평가 결과 및 그에 따른 이행현황을 중심으로 해당 정책의 현 상황을 파악하고, 향후 의약품 임상시험에서 여성의 참여를 확대하기 위한 법·제도적 개선방안을 다음과 같이 제안한다. 첫째, 제약산업 관련 국가연구개발사업에서 성평등성을 강화할 수 있도록 지속 가능한 제도적 기반을 마련할 것, 둘째, 임상시험 종사자를 대상으로 성차의학을 반영한 교육과정 및 교육내용을 개발하여 운영할 것, 셋째, 국가연구개발사 업과 연계된 일부 임상시험에서의 여성 참여를 의무화하고 대국민 홍보 활동을 추진할 것, 넷째, 식품의약품안전처의 임상시험 실시상황 보고자료를 활용하여 임상시험 대상자의 성별 및 연령별 참여 현황 등을 공개하는 제도를 마련할 것을 제안한다. 여성의 건강은 단지 여성 개인의 문제뿐만 아니라 가족과 사회, 더 나아가 국가의 건강과 직결된 공공의 문제이다. 이에 본 논문에서 제 안한 개선방안이 향후 의약품 관련 정책 수립과 제도 개선에 반영되어 국민의 건강한 삶을 영위 하는데 기여할 수 있기를 기대한다. Women are not classified as vulnerable subjects under Good Clinical Practice, but they are often excluded from pharmaceutical clinical trials due to pregnancy-related concerns, resulting in low participation rates. Sex and gender are crucial health variables, yet Korea lacks institutional measures to reflect this in research. Recognizing this, the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family conducted a specific gender impact assessment on drug approval and usage policies in 2016. In 2018, relevant ministries submitted implemen- tation status reports on improvements for some tasks. However, consistent monitoring and policy implementation remain insufficient. This paper reviews the outcomes of the gender impact assessment and proposes four measures to increase the partici- pation of women in clinical trials: (1) establishing a sustainable framework for gender equality in pharmaceutical national research and development programs; (2) developing education programs on gender-specific medicine for persons engaged in clinical trials; (3) mandating the inclusion of women in selected government-funded trials and promoting public awareness; and (4) creating a disclosure system showing trial participation by sex and age using data from the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety. Women’s health is linked to public health issues, so we hope these will be reflected in future pharmaceutical policy development and institutional improvements, thereby contributing to the healthy lives of the people.
