실내 구기운동별 대학 선수들의 요추 및 대퇴골 골밀도 비교

In this study, the bone mineral density (BMD) of the femoral neck, trochanter, Ward's Triangle and lumbar vertebrae, and were measured using dual photon absorptiometry and the results compared in healthy young males involved in indoor ball games. The results were as follows. 1. In the priority of order among college indoor ball game players, the lumbar vertebra BMD was highest in those engaged in volleyball(mean 1.4814±0.1531)g/㎠ and 1.4441±0.1314g/㎠ in handball, 1.3394±0.1271g/㎠ in basketball, 1.1585±0.0273g/㎠ in college students respectively.(P<01) 2. In the priority of order among college indoor ball game players, the femoral neck BMD was highest in those engaged in volleyball(mean 1.4503±0.0652)g/㎠ and 1.3749±0.0825g/㎠ in handball, 1.3040±0.1624g/㎠ in basketball, 1.2807±0.1543g/㎠ in college students respectively. (P<5) 3. In the priority of order among college indoor ball game players, the Ward's Triangle BMD was highest in those engaged in volleyball(mean 1.3775±0.0637)g/㎠ and 1.3149±0.824g/㎠ in handball, 1.2443±0.1588g/㎠ in basketball, 1.1585±0.0273g/㎠ in college students respectively. But there were no significant differences in the Ward's Triangle BMD among them. 4. In the prioroty of order among college indoor ball game players, the trochanter BMD was highest in those engaged in volleyball(mean 1.3017±0.0632)g/㎠ and 1.2381±0.0708 g/㎠in handball, 1.1724±0.1466g/㎠ in college student, 1.1650±0.1560g/㎠ in basketball respectively. But there were no significant differences in the trochanter BMD among them.

In the priority of order among combat sport players, the lumbar vertebra BMD was highest in those engaged in wrestling(mean 1.5654±0.1518)g/㎠ and 1.3230±0.0804g/㎠ in taekwondo, 1.2107±0.0805g/㎠ in kumdo.(P<01) 2. In the priority of order among college combat sport players, the femoral neck BMD was highest in those engaged in wrestling(mean 1.4696±0.1485)g/㎠ and 1.4297±0.0663g/㎠ in taekwondo, 1.2976±0.1283g/㎠ in kumdo respectively.(P<5) 3. In the priority of order among college combat sport players, the Ward's Triangle BMD was highest in those engaged in wrestling(mean 1.4107±0.1459)g/㎠ and 1,3644±0.0565g/㎠ in taekwondo, 1.2280±0.1355g/㎠ in kumdo respectively.(P<5) 4. In the prioroty of order among college combat sport players, the trochanter BMD was highest in those engaged in wrestling(mean1.3517±0.1416)g/㎠ and 1.2891g/㎠ in taekwondo, 1.1597±0.1351g/㎠ in kumdo respectively.(P<5)
3관능성 BPA-3MA를 기질로한 광중합형 치면열구전색재의 물성 연구

The BPA-3MA(bisphenol-A trimethacrylate) in which one of two hydroxy group was substituted by methacrylate was synthesized by reaction of Bis-GMA with methacryloyl chloride. To investigate the possibility to apply BPA-3MA as matrix of composite resin or pit and fissure sealant, BPA-3MA(3MA) or Bis-GMA(GMA) as matrix, TEGDMA as diluent, CQ as photosensitizer, EDMAB as photoinitiator and 5㎛ pyrogenic silica as filler were used for making experimental sealants. In addition, these experimental sealants were compared to a commercial Concise L/C White sealant(CLW, 3M Co, U.S.A.) for flexural strength, diametral tensile strength, amount of abrasion, surface hardness, water sorption and solubility, and degree of conversion. The flexural strength of CLW was the highest value but there was not significant difference with 3MA. Diametral tensile strength of all 3 groups were similar(p>0.05) and the amounts of abrasion of 3MA and GMA were less than that of CLW(p<0.05). The surface hardness of 3MA was higher than that of GMA(p<0.05) but similar to that of CLW. The water sorption of 3MA was less than that of GMA and CLW(p<0.05) and the solubilities of 3MA and CLW were than that of GMA(p<0.05). GMA and CLW were relatively polymerized well as compared to 3MA. From these results, pit and fissure sealant using trifunctional BPA-3MA as matrix had superior physical and mechanical properties to existing Bis-GMA sealant. Furthermore, it will be possible to develop composite resin having superior properties to existing composite resin.

<P>Summary: Photocured coatings promise enhanced performance, higher productivity and an improved environmental impact on the favorable reduction or near elimination of volatile organic compounds. Increasing interest in the photocuring industry has been imposed on the “photoinitiator-free photopolymerization [PIFP]” system based on the electron-donor-acceptor [EDA] concept, which commonly employs a mixture of a vinyl ether monomer (donor) and an N-substituted maleimide or bismaleimide monomer (acceptor). The PIFP systems employing silicon-containing maleimides together with vinyl ether monomers were firstly investigated and their photoreactions resulted in quite fast curing comparable to the conventional acrylate- based photocurable systems.</P>
