3차원 LIGA 미세구조물 제작을 위한 마이크로 액추에이터 내장형 X-선 마스크

We present a novel method for 3D microfabrication with LIGA process that utilizes a deep X-ray mask in which a micro-actuator is integrated. The integrated micro-actuator oscillates the X-ray absorber, which is formed on the shuttle mass of the micro-actuator, during X-ray exposures to modify the absorbed dose profile in X-ray resist, typically PMMA. 3D PMMA microstructures according to the modulated dose contour are revealed after GG development. An X-ray mask with integrated comb drive actuator is fabricated using deep reactive ion etching, absorber electroplating, and bulk micromachining with silicon-on-insulator (SOI) wafer. 1mm $\times$ 1 mm, 20 $\mu$m thick silicon shuttle mass as a mask blank is supported by four 1 mm long suspension beams and is driven by the comb electrodes. A 10 $\mu$m thick, 50 $\mu$m line and spaced gold absorber pattern is electroplated on the shuttle mass before the release step. The fundamental frequency and amplitude are around 3.6 kHz and 20 $\mu$m, respectively, for a do bias of 100 V and an ac bias of 20 $V_{p-p}$ (peak-peak). Fabricated PMMA microstructure shows 15.4 $\mu$m deep, S-shaped cross section in the case of 1.6 kJ $cm^{-3}$ surface dose and GG development at 35$^{\circ}C$ for 40 minutes.
실업검도선수들의 후리기루틴 훈련이심리적 기술 및 경기력에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 실업검도 선수들의 후리기 루틴을 통해 심리기술(혼잣말, 감정 조절, 컨디션 조절, 심상과 목표설정, 긴장풀기, 자신감) 및 성적 변화를 확인하는데 목적이 있고 미치는 영향을 규명함으로써 검도선수들의 경기력 향상을 위한 기초 자료를 개발하는 데 의미를 두고 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 실업검도선수 3명으로 선정하였다. 실업검도 선수의 후리기루틴 프로그램은 선수들과의 면담, 개방형 질문지, 후리기루틴 선행연구, 전문가의 도움으로 개발되었다. 후리기루틴 훈련은 처치 전 3회 처치 후 5회로 A·B설계로 이루어진 단일피험자설계의 원형이다. 훈련프로그램은 선수에게 맞는 루틴을 개발하여 자신의 후리기루틴을 만드는데 있다. 본 연구를 검증하기 위해 심리기술은 tops면담 방법과 자신감 요인을 분석하였으면 비디오 분석과 면담 녹음을 통하여 후리기루틴개발과 분석을 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 나온 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 후리기루틴 훈련이 실업검도선수들의 TOPS(혼잣말, 감정 조절, 컨디션 조절, 심상과 목표설정, 긴장풀기)는 처치 전 보다 처치 후 컨디션 조절요인을 빼고는 전체적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 후리기루틴 훈련이 실업검도선수들의 처치 전 보다 처치 후 전체적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 후리기루틴 훈련이 실업검도선수의 처치 전 보다 처치 후 시합성적에서는 단체전을 제외하고는 개인적인 부분에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 본 연구결과를 종합해 볼 때 후리기루틴 훈련은 시합에 필요한 심리적 기술들 컨디션 조절을 빼고는 전체적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있으며, 시합성적 또한 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있다. 후리기루틴은 검도선수들에게 필요한 훈련임을 알 수 있다. This research aimed to identify the changes of the psychological techniques (talking to oneself, emotional control, condition management, setting the images and goals, relaxation and confidence) and game records through the Suburi routine of the business Kendo players, and develop the basic data to improve athletic performance of Kendo players by identifying the impact of the changes. The subjects of the research were 3 business Kendo players. The Suburi routine program of business Kendo players was developed based on the interview with the players, open questionnaire, advanced research on Suburi routine and professional assistance. The Suburi routine is the original form of the single-subject design composed of A/B design of 3 A (before training) and 5 B (after training). The training program is to develop the routine tailored to the players. To prove the research, the psychological techniques were analyzed with the TOPS interview method and confidence factors and the Suburi routine was developed and analyzed through video analysis and interview recording. The research results are as follows: First, it was discovered that the Suburi routine training has overall positive impacts on TOPS (talking to oneself, emotional control, condition management, setting the images and goals, relaxation) of the business Kendo players except for the condition management factor after training rather than before training. Second, it was identified that the Suburi routine training has overall positive impacts on the business Kendo players after training rather than before training. Third, it was discovered that the Suburi routine training has positive impacts on individual game records of the business Kendo players after training rather than before training, except for the group match. In conclusion, the Suburi routine training has overall positive impacts on the psychological techniques required for game, except for condition management, and on the game records. This indicates that the Suburi routine is a necessary training for the Kendo players.
탄소나노튜브 필름을 이용한 투명 압저항체의 제작 및 특성 연구

본 논문에서는 탄소나노튜브 필름을 이용한 투명 압저항체의 제작 및 특성 연구를 수행하였다. 진공필터 방식으로 제작된 다양한 투과도를 가지는 탄소나노튜브 필름은 금층이 증착된 실리콘 기판위에서 사진식각 공정을 통해 패터닝이 된 후, 금층과 실리콘 기판의 약한 접착력으로 인해 실리콘 러버인 poly-dimethysiloxane (PDMS) 로 전사된다. 탄소나노튜브 필름의 압저항 특성을 분석하기 위해, 얇은 PDMS 멤브레인의 처짐에 대한 탄소나노튜브 필름의 저항 변화를 측정하여 10?20 의 개이지 팩터를 얻었으며, 인가 압력에 대한 저항 변화 실험을 수행하였다. 본 실험을 통하여 탄소나노튜브 필름은 폴리머 멤스의 다양한 응용분야에 투명한 압저항체로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 판단한다. We present the fabrication and characterization of transparent carbon nanotube film (CNF) piezoresistors. CNFs were fabricated by vacuum filtration methods with 65?92% transmittance and patterned on Au-deposited silicon wafer by photolithography and dry etching. The patterned CNFs were transferred onto poly-dimethysiloxane (PDMS) using the weak adhesion property between the silicon wafer and the Au layer. The transferred CNFs were confirmed to be piezoresistors using the equation of concentrated-force-derived resistance change. The gauge factor of the CNFs was measured to range from 10 to 20 as the resistance of the CNFs increased with applied pressure. In polymer microelectromechanical systems, CNF piezoresistors are the promising materials because of their high sensitivity and low-temperature process.
온도 변화를 이용한 고분자 막 마이크로 액추에이터의 공진 주파수 튜닝

Resonant frequency tuning of micro devices is essential to achieve performance uniformity and high sensitivity. Previously reported frequency tuning methods using electrostatic force or mass deposition are not directly applicable to non-conducting polymer devices and have limitations such as dielectric breakdown or low tunable bandwidth. In this paper, thermally frequency-tunable microactuators with poly-dimethylsiloxane membranes are proposed. Permanent and/or nonpermanent frequency tunings are possible using a simple temperature control of the device. Resonant frequency and Q-factor variations of devices according to temperature change were studied using a micro heater and laser Doppler vibrometer. The initial resonant frequencies determined by polymer curing and hardening temperatures are reversibly tuned by thermal cycles. The measured resonant frequency of 9.7 ㎑ was tuned up by ~ 25% and Q-factor was increased from 14.5 to 27 as the micro heater voltage increased from 0 to 70 V.
