      • TFD 소자의 전기적 특성에 관한 상위전극의 영향

        In this work, we examined the electrical and mechanical characteristics of TFD devices for various top electrode materials by measuring barrier height and performing ASE depth profile. It was found that the shift of current-voltage(Ⅰ-Ⅴ) characteristics of TFD device depends on the top electrode material. The main reason of the asymmetry in Ⅰ-Ⅴ curve was the differences in barrier height of top and bottom electrodes, and chemical composition at the interface region between top electrode and insulator layer also was important reason. The barrier heights(φ_B) evaluated from temperature dependence of the Ⅰ-Ⅴ relation are 0.7795(Al) 1.0287(Ti) and 1.2928(Ta) eV.

      • 자바 애플릿을 사용한 웹 기반 C컴파일 시스템

        웹을 이용하면 전 세계 어디라도 연결할 수 있고, 원하는 정보 또한 쉽게 제공받을 수 있다. 이러한 웹의 장접을 이용하여 다양한 교육용 콘텐츠가 개발되어지고 있다. 본 연구는 C언어 학습 콘텐츠를 개발중 값비싼 C 컴파일러를 구매하지 않고 쉽게 실습할 수 있는 방법으로, 클라이언트에 제한적으로 실행되어지는 C 컴파일러를 인터넷에서 이용하게 한 연구로 LINUX 기반의 서버측 C 컴파일러를 이용하여 프로그램을 작성 실행시켜 보는 시스템을 개발하였다. 구현된 시스템은 상용의 컴파일러를 구매하지 않아도 되는 경제적인 장점을 가진다.

      • 웹 기반 8051 마이크로콘트롤러 교육 컨텐츠 구현

        원격 교육시스템의 구현은 인터넷의 기술의 급격한 발전과 함께 활발하게 연구가 진행 되고 있다. 공학 분야에서 원격 교육시스템을 구현하는데 가장 큰 제약사항은 하드웨어의 제어이다. 본 연구에서는 8051 원격 컴파일 시스템을 구현하였으며, 시스템의 구성은 학습자가 웹에서 8051실습 키트를 직접 제어해보며 학습하도록 할 것이다. 학습자는 C언어와 어셈블리어로 8051제어 소스를 작성하고 작성된 소스파일을 서버에 업로드 하여 컴파일 및 링크할 수 있다. 이 과정을 통해 생성된 실행파일을 서버에 연결되어있는 8051 실습키트에 다운로드하여 실행하도록 구현하였다. 또한, 실행 결과의 확인은 웹 카메라를 통해 학습자의 PC에 영상데이터를 전송하여 8051키트의 동작을 학습자들이 확인하게 된다.

        Recently Excessive national resources, energy losses and social·economical problems are induced by reconstruction apartment housing which was constructed about 20 years and is enough to keep one's residence structurally. Especially, the greatest obstruction in longevity & recycling technology of apartment housing is the current Ondol system of wet process integrated structures. Also the current Ondol system is difficult to improve due to its character of material and process. The object of this study is to develop IHCS(Infill Heating & Cooling System) standard model with prefabricated & dry process that shall be the substitution for the current wet Ondol system.

      • 보건소 내소자의 보건의료서비스 이용 실태 및 만족도에 관한 연구 : 경북 일부지역을 중심으로

        This study was conducted to examine aspects of health service availability and the satisfaction level of clients of public health centers. 351 clients who visited health centers located in Kyungsan, Chongdo, Youngchon, Kyungju, and Pohang were selected as subjects of this study. Data were collected from March 2, 2000 to April 15, 2000. The results of this study are summarized as follows. 1. 89.5% of them had experience in utilizing health services in public health centers. The rate of availing themselves of public health centers by their own decisions was highest (49.4%). 39.8% of them replied that it took below thirty minutes to visit public health centers. 42.2% of them visited public health centers to be vaccinated. 38.0% of them wanted Oriental medicine to be introduced in public health centers. 30.7% of them thought that doctors need go and see patients at their houses and 31.6% of them was satisfied with present office hours. 39.2% of them was not satisfied with the health services because public health centers were ill equipped. 65.1% of them received medical care in public health centers due to low medical charge and 91.0% of them replied that they would visit again public health centers. 35.5% of them thought that medical equipments must be increased to improve health services of public health centers. Each of the above rates were highest in each variables. 2. According to the satisfaction level with health services of public health centers, 35.2% of them was satisfied, while 9.0% of them was not satisfied. 5.7% of them was very satisfied, while 3.0% of them was not satisfied at all. 47.0% of them was satisfied only to a usual extent. 3. The variables, which significantly influenced the satisfaction level with availability of public health centers, were 'reliance on the medical staff (b=0.1749)', 'sufficiency of nurse's explanation (b=0.2093)', 'medical technician's kindness (b=0.1557)', 'simplicity of medical care procedure (b=0.2036)', 'level of medical charge (b=0.1393)', and 'satisfaction with effect of treatment (b=0.1690)'. 4. The variables, which displayed significant correlation with the satisfaction level with availability of public health centers, were 'necessity of doctor's visit to patients' houses (r=0.229)', 'reliance on the medical staff (r=0.488)', 'sufficiency of doctor's explanation (r=0.495)', 'nurse's kindness (r=0.441)', 'sufficiency of nurse's explanation (r=0.458)', 'medical technician's kindness (r=0.326)', 'the staff's kindness in civil service office (r=0.352)', 'simplicity of medical care procedure (b=0.338)', 'environment of waiting room (r=0.283)', 'convenience of availability of subsidiary facilities (r=0.275)', 'level of medical charge (r=0.335)', 'location of public health center (r=0.173)', 'medical facitities and equipment (r=0.217)', 'treatment methods (r=0.294)', and 'treatment effect (r=0.359)'. It appeared that the community residents were somewhat unsatisfied with public health centers because of problems of equipment, treatment sphere, treatment procedure, and medical personnel. Therefore. The government must focus on increase and modernization of medical equipments, the establishment of oriental medicine, and increase of medical personnel. It is important for public health centers to provide community residents with better health services in order to meet their health needs.

        하악골 충격시 안면 두개골의 응력분산양상에 미치는 구강보호장치의 역할에 관한 유한요소법적 연구

        연구 목적: 이 연구의 목적은 하악골 충격 시 안면 두개골의 응력 분산양상에 미치는 구강보호장치의 효과에 대해 조사하는 것이다. 연구 재료 및 방법:: 구강보호장치를 제작하고 사람의 머리부위와 치열의 3차원적 유한요소 모델을 컴퓨터 토모그래피를 사용하여 제작하였다. 머리부위의 finite element model은 356,092요소와, 87,099절점으로 이루어져 있다. 그리고 skull과 maxillae, mandible, articular disc, teeth, 그리고 구강보호장치로 구성되었다. 경부의 움직임을 묘사하기 위하여 스프링이 사용되었다. 하악골의 충격점은 gnathion, center of inferior border 와 anterior edge of gonial angle이었다. 충격방향은 수직, 경사방향(45 도), 그리고 수평이다. 충격량은 0.1초당 800 N이었다. 결과: 수직충격을 가한 경우에는 구강보호장치의 장착여부와 무관하게 비슷한 응력과 분산양상이 나타났다(P>.05). 경사충격(45 도)을 가한 경우 구강보호장치를 장착한 모델에서는 응력이 치아와 안면골 및 두개골로 넓게 분산되었으나 이에 비하여 장착하지 않은 모델에서는 치아에 응력이 집중되었다(P<.05). 수평충격을 가한 경우 구강보호 장치를 장착한 모델에서는 응력이 치아와 안면골 및 두개골로 넓게 분산되었으나 이에 비하여 장착하지 않은 모델에서는 치아에 응력이 집중되었다(P<.05). 구강보호장치를 장착하지 않은 모델에서는 상악 치아에 응력이 집중되는 반면, 장착한 모델에서는 모든 충격실험에서 계측된 응력이 매우 낮았으며, 전달된 응력이 상악 치아와 안면골 및 두개골로 넓게 분산되었다. 결론: 구강보호장치는 외부충격 시에 하악에 수직으로 가해지는 충격에는 완충효과가 적었고, 45 도 경사 충격과 수평 충격에는 발생하는 응력을 안면골과 두개골의 넓은 범위로 분산시키고 응력을 감소시켜 응력의 완충 효과가 있었다. PURPOSE. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of a mouthguard on stress distribution under mandibular impact. MATERIALS AND METHODS. The FEM model of head consisted of skull, maxilla, mandible, articular disc, teeth, and mouthguard. The impact locations on mandible were gnathion, the center of inferior border, and the anterior edge of gonial angle. And the impact directions were vertical, oblique (45 degrees), and horizontal. The impact load was 800 N for 0.1 sec. RESULTS. When vertical impact was applied, the similar stress and the distribution pattern was occurred without the relation of the mouthguard use (P>.05). The model with mouthguard was dispersed the stress to the teeth, the facial bone and the skull when the oblique (45 degrees) impacts were happened. However, the stress was centralized on the teeth in the model without mouthguard (P<.05). The model with mouthguard was dispersed the stress to the teeth, the facial bone and the skull when the horizontal impacts was occurred. However, the stress was centralized on the teeth without mouthguard (P<.05). For all impact loads, stress concentrated on maxillary anterior teeth in model without mouthguard, on the contrary, the stress was low in the model with mouthguard and distributed broadly on maxillary anterior teeth, facial bone, and skull. CONCLUSION. The mouthguard was less effective at shock absorbing when vertical impact was added. However, it was approved that mouthguard absorbed the shock regarded to the oblique (45 degrees) and horizontal impact by dispersing the shock to the broader areas and decreasing the stress.

        Difference of Developmental Time, Survival Rate and Sex Ratio of Dichocrocis punctiferalis (Lepidoptera: Pyralidae) on Three Hosts

        The experiments were conducted by supplying hosts with natural food(chestnut, peach, Quince). The developmental difference of peach pyralid moth, Dichocrocis punctiferalis was examined in the laboratory under three different natural food regime. The periods of egg, larva and pupa were $6.01{\pm}0.07$, $12.23{\pm}0.03$ and $13.32{\pm}0.01$ days on the chestnut fruit, $6.21{\pm}0.01$, $18.69{\pm}0.02$ and $13.38{\pm}0.03$ days on the peach fruit and $7.02{\pm}0.04$, $22.62{\pm}0.04$ and $13.44{\pm}0.14$ days on the quince fruit, respectively. The growth of D. punctiferalis larva was better chestnut fruit than other tested fruits. The rates(%) of hatching, pupation and emergence were 94.0, 57.0 and 63.3 on the chestnut fruit, 89.2, 77.8 and 85.7 on the peach fruit and 79.6, 52.6 and 70.7 on the quince fruit, respectively. The survival rate(%) of D. punctiferalis from hatching to emergence were 31.0 on the chestnut fruit, 4.8 on the peach fruit and 14.3 on the quince fruit, respectively. The sex ratio (female: male) of all pupae obtained on the tested natural food fruits were 52.7 : 47.3. The sex ratio of D. punctiferalis reared on three difference food fruits were no significantly. It can be used a as the basic research for the study of D. punctiferalis.
