SUS 304 마이크로 와이어 직선화 처리에 관한 연구

In the study, we have developed a straightening system for the SUS 304 micro wires that are normally used in the medical and semi-conductor fields. To apply heat to the micro wires, we introduced the direct wire heating method which generates the thermal energy by the electrical resistance of the wire itself. To avoid the deterioration of the wire surface by the environment, such as the oxidation or the hydration, the N_(2) gas was filled in the glass pipe in which the straightening process was being performed. A precision tension meter was also attached to control the tension of the wire during the heating and straightening process. In order to control the straightening process, several experimental investigations with varying the tension, the feeding velocity and the temperature (current) was carried out. As a result of experiments, we obtained the optimal processing conditions satisfying the straightness requirement of the micro wires.

This study was conducted to use for the Community Health Care Plan through analyzing the specific cause of death in Gangneung. The study subject were death in Gangneung that happened from January 1, to December 31 in 2000, and that were enrolled as the citizen of Gangneung. The causes of death were classified according to the 56 selected list for ranking of causes of death in Korean National Statistical Office in order to compare the data of nation. We also estimated Years of Potential Life Lost in order to evaluate the burden of disease in Gangneung.

A search for the genes expressed only in gastric cancer may help to define molecular alterations or aid in diagnosis of gastric cancer. Recently, suppression subtractive hybridization (SSH) has been used as an effective technique for detection of differentially expressed genes. We discovered a noble gene which belongs to the Reg family in stomach cancer tissue using the SSH technique. We identified and named the Reg Ⅳ gene that is highly expressed only in gastric tumor tissue. The Reg family gene has a lot of functions of the growth factor and gene regulation. The cathepsin L-12 gene, which is known to exhibit increased expression in breast cancer and some inflammatory conditions, is also expressed in stomach cancer. Expressions were verified by reverse Northern blot analysis and Northern blot analysis. We expect these genes to be used as an important tool for the diagnosis and/or understanding of the pathogenesis of gastric cancer.

This study was conducted to use for the Community Health Care Plan through the demand-supply analysis of medical institution in Gangneung. The study data were obtained from the Korean National Health Insurance Corporation and the government of Gangneung. The major findings is follows; First, the hospital beds in Gangneung was 793 beds, but supply was 2,187 beds. Second, the demand of clinic in rural area was 43, and supply was 21. But demand of clinic in urban area was 115, and supply was 144. Third, the pubic medical institution in rural covered 4.7% of outpatient demand, and that in urban covered 0.9% of outpatient demand.

The purpose of maintaining of bridges was to secure of them and expend its life. They wereneeded to have a regular safety check. But, most parts of a bridge were not able to access easily for people so it was difficult to maintain. To improve it, the flight mechanism and mobile mechanism were combined to examine with moving when they were attaching to bridges up and down. The flight mechanism is a co-axial-rotor-helicopter shape that cut the body down and can be done hovering. The mobile mechanism was shaped to move every direction with holding the position of a robot. These robot platforms showed possibilities to use them not only for observation and patrol but they could be used for a new usage with transformation of flying robots. This paper was focused on location maintaining when a robot was examined a bridge. The flight mechanism would only have thrust and adhesive force, the mobile mechanism would be used for moving. Therefore, defining the mechanistic model of the mobile mechanism has proved the validity of the model through simulations and experiments.

Critical success factors (CSFs) have been replicated and applied in a wide variety of settings for more than two decades Most previous research on CSF have focused on identifying critical factors, based on the variance theory, in terms of the correlation between individual factor and information system (IS) success However, it is unknown how a set of critical factors influence each other and lead to IS success, which means the process of IS implementation In this research, we aim to understand how a set of critical factors influence each other and lead to IS success in the context of IS implementation for Customer Relationship Management based on the process theory. This reseach has implications in explaining a mechanism leading to CRM systems success based on the influencial relationships among the critical factors.

In resent times, the analysis of power system by the method of phase coordinates which uses the phase quantites directly has been studied extensively instead of the method of symmetrical components. In this paper, the power system components are modelled in terms of the phase coordinates representation, and some results are obtained from the sample power systems based on this model. In addition, in order to demonstrate further effectiveness and reliablity of phase coordinate method, its results are compared with those from the method of symmetrical components. In simulation, simple models are used for the analysis of power system, but this method can be extended to any number of systems.

Organizational change projects such as Business Process Redesign (BPR) have been perceived to incur high risk due to their high management complexity, enterprise-wide impact, and steep project cost. This research intends to reduce such risk by developing a systematic process redesign method, called Dynamic Process Modeling (DPM) method. DPM integrates the customer-oriented business process modeling technique with computerized visual simulation technique to promote better understanding of the target process and enable performance simulation of the proposed redesign alternatives prior to actual BPR implementations. For the customer-oriented process modeling, we propose Dynamic-Event Process Chain (Dynamic-EPC) extending from the conceptual customer process model, Event-Process Chain (EPC). We compare DPM with four other implementation-level process modeling methods over eight criteria and demonstrate its effectiveness by applying it to the real-world hospital BPR case.
