시스템 다이내믹스를 이용한 건설 작업자의 불안전한 행동의 인지 과정 모델링

Finding causes of workers' unsafe behaviors is important to prevent construction accidents because 80 percent of accidents occur by workers' unsafe behaviors. In this regard, this research aims to investigate possible reasons of workers' unsafe behaviors based on workers' cognitive process model using System dynamics. This study is based on two ways of workers' cognitive process which are in relation to hazard perception and failure of hazard perception. Based on existing literature, causal loops for workers' cognitive process are developed to explain workers' habituation by staying out of accidents, safety learning by experience, failure of hazard perception, and attitude change by accidents. The interactions between the developed loops provide managerial insights to reduce workers' unsafe behaviors from a safety manager's perspective including increasing the probability of workers' hazard perception through knowledge management, maintaining workers' positive attitude toward safety, and controlling first-line supervisors to eliminate workers' unsafe behavior. The research allows us to better understand the causes and solutions of workers' unsafe behaviors in workers' cognitive perspectives. 건설재해의 직접적인 원인은 작업자의 불안전한 행동과 작업장의 불안전한 상태로 분류할 수 있다. 그러나 작업자의 불안전한 행동의 원인은 불안전한 상태에 비해 상대적으로 발견이 어렵다. 왜냐하면 불안전한 행동은 개인의 인지과정을 거쳐 순식간에 발생하기 때문이다. 따라서 작업자 인지과정모델을 통해 불안전한 행동의 원인을 밝히고 그 관리방안을 밝히는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 작업자의 인지과정모델을 개발하기 위해 피드백 관계를 규명하기에 알맞은 시스템 다이내믹스 방법론을 사용하였다. 개발된 인지과정모델은 작업자가 위험을 인식하지 못하는 그 상황 자체의 위험성에 대하여 강조하였으며 작업자가 위험을 인식 하였더라도 불안전한 행동을 할 수 있음을 나타냈다. 또한 불안전한 행동이 바로 사고로 이어지지 않는다는 습관은 작업자의 안전에 대한 부정적 태도인 태도로 이어진다는 점에 대해서도 규명하였다. 이러한 분석은 건설현장의 안전관리자가 작업자의 인지상태를 관리하는데 도움이 될 것이다.

In battery-operated systems, an isolated converter is used to interface the utility grid with the system to increase stability when charging and discharging batteries. Systems such as vehicle-to-grids (V2Gs), on-board chargers, and energy storage systems (ESSs) have recently become popular, and the roles of isolated converters have become important considerations in fabricating such devices. A fixed-frequency LLC converter, which is a type of isolated converter, presents the advantages of high efficiency and high power density by performing zero-voltage switching (ZVS) over wide frequency ranges. However, the magnetizing inductance of the LLC converter should be designed to enable ZVS in all switching devices. Therefore, in this study, the operating characteristics of the LLC circuit are analyzed, and an optimal design method for ZVS operation is established. Moreover, an 8 kW LLC high-efficiency and high-power-density resonant converter is designed and tested for ESS application. The LLC converter achieves 98% efficiency at rated power.

This paper presents an overview of AUTOSAR's software modules and its application to the body systems. The implementation of the body systems adopts state-of-the-art automatic code generation method to enhance the development process. A current automotive electric/ electronic(E/E) architecture has a number of requirements which are legal enforcement, passenger convenience, driver assistance and dynamic drive aspects. These requirements makes the E/E architecture more complex to manage. As a result, automotive OEMs and their suppliers need to collaborate more closely, and Leading OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers recognize this to be an industry-wide challenge and decide to work together to address it. AUTOSAR(AUTomotive Open System ARchitecture) is established an open standard for automotive E/E architecture. It will serve as a basic infrastructure for the management of functions within both future applications and standard software modules. The software of body system based on AUTOSAR standard has flexibility for product modification, scalability of solutions across product lines, and improved quality.

본 연구의 목적은 제품군을 형성하고 있는 의자디자인에 대한 고찰이다. 의자디자인의 경우, 단순한 형태에 다양한 변수를 적용한 제품들이 시리즈물로 등장하곤 하는데, 이러한 제품의 군집을 제품군 개념이 적용된 디자인이라고 한다. 연구자는 제품군이라는 하나의 틀 안에서 대두되는 새롭고 다양한 변수와 그 변수에 영향을 미치는 사회적 현상에 주목했고 이를 의자디자인의 사례를 통해 고찰했다. 본 연구는 문헌연구와 사례조사 및 분석으로 진행했다. 연구의 방법으로는 2장에서 제품군에 대한 이론적 고찰을 선행했으며, 3장에서는 디자인 분야에 나타난 제품군을 유형별로 서술했고, 4장과 5장에서 사례로 선정한 두 작가와 작품에 대해 언급한 후 6장에서 두 의자를 비교분석해 결론을 도출했다. 연구자는 제품군이라는 동일한 개념 속에서 변화와 차이를 보이고 있는 의자를 비교분석하고자 했으므로, 연구의 사례로 아르네 야콥슨(Arne Jacobsen, 1902-1971)의 세븐 체어(7 chair)와 유르헨 베이(Jurgen Bey, 1965- )의 코콘 체어(Kokon chair)를 선택했다. 제품군이라는 하나의 프레임으로 바라봤지만 그 속에서 두 개의 의자가 보여주고 있는 특징은 차별화됐으며, 이 두 사례 분석을 통해 의자디자인에 나타나는 제품군 형성방법을 비교해 볼 수 있었다. The purpose of this study is to investigate chair design which forms product family. In case of chair design, a series of product family in which various variables are applied to diverse forms would appear. A concept of product family was adopted in this kind of product group. This study paid attention to new diverse variables which have emerged within a single frame titled `product family` and social phenomena which influence these variables. In addition, they were analyzed based on chair design cases. For this, literature review and case study & analysis were conducted. This study is structured as follows; In chapter 2, a theoretical review on product family was performed. In chapter 3, types of product family in design were described. In chapters 4 and 5, two artists and their chairs were explained. In chapter 6, two chairs were comparatively analyzed, and conclusion was given. This study attempted to comparatively analyze chairs which revealed changes and differences even under the same concept of `product family`. For a case study, therefore, `7 Chair` by Arne Jacobsen (1902-1971) and `Kokon Chair` by Jurgen Bey were selected. Even though they were analyzed from the same perspective as `product family`, the characteristics of two chairs were differentiated. As a result, the product family formation method in chair design was compared trough analysis on the two cases.
