본 연구에서는 한국형기동헬기(KUH) 주로터 블레이드의 축소 설계를 수행하였다. 축소 모델은 공력하중, 익단 와류 및 소음원 측정 시험을 위해 설계되었다. 실제 로터와 동일한 공력 하중을 모사하기 위하여 마하스케일링 기법이 적용되었다. 마하스케일 모델은 블레이드의 익단 마하수가 동일하며, 정규화된 진동수 또한 동일하다. 즉, 마하스케일된 모델은 공력하중 및 구조동역학적 과점에서 상사된 모델이다. 공기역학적 축소과정은 외형 치수의 축소와 회전수의 증가를 통해 완료된다. 구조동역학적 측면에서는 블레이드 단면 설계를 통해 생성된 강성 및 관성 분포가 실제 로터의 회전고유진동수 분포를 나타내는지 확인하는 과정을 통해 완료된다. 본 연구에서는 국내에서 수급 가능한 복합재 프리프레그를 이용한 블레이드 단면 설계를 수행하고, 설계된 모델의 동역학적 특성을 고찰하였다. In this study, scale-down design of full-scale Korean Utility Helicopter (KUH) main rotor blade has been investigated. The scaled model system were designed for the measurement of aerodynamic performance, tip vortex and noise source. For the purpose of considering the same aerodynamic loads, the Mach-scale method has been applied. The Mach-scaled model has the same tip Mach number, and it also has the same normalized frequencies. That is, the Mach-scaled model is analogous to full-scale model in the view point of aerodynamics and structural dynamics. Aerodynamic scale-down process could be completed just by adjusting scaling dimensions and increasing rotating speed. In the field of structural dynamics, design process could be finished by confirming the rotating frequencies of the designed blade with the stiffness and inertial properties distributions produced by sectional design. In this study, small-scaled blade sectional design were performed by applying domestic composite prepregs and structural dynamic characteristics of designed model has been investigated.
고위험 임신에서 수정된 생물리학적 계수검사법을 이용한 태아안녕평가의 유용성에 관한 연구

Objective: Our purpose was to evaluate the effectiveness of the modified biophysical profile[MBPP] for antepartum fetal wellbeing assessment in high risk pregnancies. Materials and Methods: From Jan.1,1996, through Dec.31,1996, 2,275 tests in 1,270 patients with singletone high risk pregnancies were performed for antepartum fetal wellbeing assessment using a MBPP consisting of nonstress test[NST] with acoustic stimulation and ultrasound evaluation of amniotic fluid index[AFI] weekly or twice a week. Nonreactive NST, significant fetal heart rate deceleration, and AFI <5 were regarded as positive results. Results: Those patients were 28.0±6.4 years old in mean age and the MBPPs were performed in mean 38.1±2.7 weeks` gestation. 1,182 patients had negative MBPPs on the last test before delivery. 88 patients had positive MBPPs such as 20 nonreactive NST[22.7%], 19 significant fetal heart rate deceleration[21.6%], 5 nonreactive NST plus oligohydramnios[5.7%], and 44 oligohydramnios alone[50.0%]. Population characteristics were not significantly different between negative and positive MBPPs. Perinatal outcome parameters included 5-minute Apgar score less than 7, thick meconium stained amniotic fluid, prematurity, cesarean section for fetal distress, small for gestational age, and perinatal death. They were significantly different between negative and positive MBPPs except perinatal death. There were two perinatal death. One perinatal death resulted from cord prolapse on the 5th day after negative MBPP of the last screen test. The false negative rate was 0.4/1000. The other occurred in positive MBPP. Conclusion: The MBPP appears to be a effective primary mean of fetal surveillance in high risk pregnancies.
Perianal Adenocarcinoma in Dog

12.6살 된 수컷 Shitzu의 항문주위에 형성된 결절 조직의 생검을 실시하였다. 육안적 소견상 결절은 갈색과 검은색을 나타냈으며 절단면은 흰색의 균질한 물질로 가득 차 있었으며 일부에서는 괴사소견을 관찰 할 수 있었다. 광학적 현미경 상에서 종양세포들은 농축된 핵을 가지고 있으며 일부에서는 원시 종양세포들이 인접 조직을 침습하고 있는 것을 관찰할 수 있었다. 또한 면역조직 화학적 염색상에서 농축된 종양세포, 주변조직에 침습한 종양세포와 기저세포는 EGFR, HER-2/neu, MMP-9, PKC α 등에 양성반응이 나타난 것을 관찰되었다. 일반적으로 개에서의 양성 항문주위선종은 다른 종양보다 4.5배 이상 발생된다는 보고(특히 수캐)가 있으나 조직병리학적 소견과 면역화학적 염색소견상 전형적인 항문주위선 샘암종은 보기 드물게 나타나므로 향후의 종양진단과 종양연구에 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다. A 12.6-year-old, male Shitzu was diagnosed with perianal adenocarcinoma. The presented mass was brown to black, 4×3×3 cm in size, and yellowish on cut section. Microscopic findings revealed that the mass composed of variable sized clusters of hepatoid cells with inconspicuous distinct. The tumor cells were polyhedral and pyknotic and exhibited high mitotic activity. Tumor cells intermingled with basaloid cells and primitive cells invaded the adjacent normal tissues. Basaloid cells exhibited positive immunoreactivity for Epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), human epidermal growth factor receptor (HER-2/neu), matrix metallopnateinase 9 (MMP-9), and perianal adenocarcinoma, protein kinase C alpha (PKC α). Generally, tumors of the perianal gland are common and benign 4.5 times more often than carcinoma in the dog, particularly in males. In the present report, we examined histopathological and immunohistochemical characteristics of a rare perianal adenocarcinoma in association with proteins involved tumor metastasis and adenocarcinoma development.
