        초, 중학생 및 급식 담당 영양사를 대상으로 한 버섯의 인식 및 이용형태에 관한 연구

        A study on the recognition on the mushrooms by elementary school pupils, middle school students and school dietitians were-carried out. The ways of cooking mushrooms by school dietitians were also investigated. Most students and dietitians highly recognized mushrooms as good food. The most favorite mushroom was Flammulina velutipes, the cooking of mushrooms with meat and the hot mushroom soup with meat(Jungol) being the most preferred cooking methods. School ditetitians like to use mushrooms in school lunch and generally use medium or high quality mushrooms. Students, however, do not tend to prefer mushrooms compared to other vegetables. Mushroom dishes that can promote the consumption by students are mushroom bulgogi, mushroom pizza, sweet and sour mushroom in the order.

      • 대규모 전력계통의 적용을 위한 전력조류계산법

        전력조류계산은 전력계통의 상태를 파악하는데 필요한 도구로 전력계통의 운용과 계획의 기반이 되고 있다. 특히 대상 전력계통의 규모가 커지고 구성설비가 복잡해짐에 따라 보다 효과적으로 전력계통을 해석할 수 있는 조류계산법의 연구가 요청되고 있으며, 현재 우리나라 전력회사의 실무에서는 미국 PTI사에서 개발한 PSS/E 패키지를 수입하여 사용하고 있다. 본 연구는 실계통 규모를 해석할 수 있는 전력조류계산법을 개발하는데 있다. 개발된 산법에는 전력방정식을 풀기 위해 가우스-자이델법과 뉴턴-랍슨법 및 고속분할법을 포함하였으며, 스퍼스 프로그래밍 기법과 객체 지향적 프로그래밍 기법도 도입하였다. 개발한 산법의 성능을 평가하기 위해 IEEE 샘플계통과 우리나라 실계통에 적용하였으며, 그 결과를 실무에서 널리 사용하고 PSS/E의 결과와도 비교하였다. Power flow calculation is a important tool for power system analysis, operation and planning. Therefore many methods to analysis power system have been proposed for decades. In Korea power system, the softwares are developed by the oversea and are not suitable for new computer environments. In this paper focused on developing software which can analyze large scaled power system and be suitable for new computer environment. Developed software includes three well-known algorithms, that is, Gauss-Seidel, Newton-Raphson and Fast-Decoupled method. And it also employees a sparse programming technique, bus ordering scheme and object-oriented programming (OOP). The developed software is tested on IEEE -14, -30, -57 and -118 bus sample system and KEPCO's 823 bus system and their results are compared with those of PSS/E developed by PTI.

      • 배양액내 아미노산 첨가가 돼지 난포란의 체외발달에 미치는 영향

        체외성숙 배양액내에 첨가된 각각의 필수, 비필수, 필수 및 비필수아미노산이 돼지 미성숙난포란의 체외수정 또는 처녀발생유기후 초기배 발달에 미치는 영향에 대해서 검토한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 체외 배양 후 돼지수정란의 초기배 발달에 있어 체외 배양 후 48시간에서 대조구에 비해 각각의 필수아미노산 또는 비필수아미노산의 첨가시 4-8cell 발달율에서 유의적으로 높게 나타났고 (21.5%, 13.2% vs 6.9%, P<0.05), 72시간에서는 필수, 비필수, 필수 및 비필수아미노산 첨가시 초기배 발달율에서 유의적으로 높게 나타났다(49.2%, 48.9%,57.1%, vs 39.7%, P<0.05). 2. 처녀발생유기후 초기배 발달에 있어서는 대조구에 비해 배양 후 48시간에서 각각 필수아미노산과 비필수아미노산 첨가시 4-8cell단계까지의 발달율에서 통계적 유의차를 나타났고(15.2%, 19.3% vs 8.4%, P<0.05), 배양 후 72시간에서는 비필수아미노산의 첨가구가 4-8cell 발달율에서 대조구에 비해 유의적으로 높게 나타났다(25.5% vs 20.5% P<0.05). 이상의 결과로 미루어 볼때 돼지 난포란의 체외성숙 배양액내 첨가된 필수 및 비필수 아미노산이 난자의 성숙중에 축적되어 수정후 또는 처녀발생유기후 초기배의 발달에 필요한 단백질 합성에 영향을 주는 것으로 사려된다. The effect of amino acids supplemented to maturation medium on early embryo development of porcine oocytes matured and fertilized or chemically activated in vitro was studied. Porcine oocytes were matured in BSA-free Whitten's medium containing 10% porcine follicular fluid and 10% Eaa, Naa or Eaa+Naa with or without hormonal supplements for 20h. After maturation, the oocytes wee fertilized and chemically activated, and then cultured in CZB medium containing 0.4% BSA. After 48h of fertilization, supplementation of Eaa and Naa increased(P<0.05) 4-8cell developmental rate. After 72h of fertilization, supplementation of Eaa Naa and Eaa+Naa increased(P<0.05) total early embryo developmental rate. After 48h of chemical activation, supplementation of Eaa and Naa increased(P<0.05) 4-8cell developmental rate. After 72h of chemical activation, supplementation of Naa increased(P<0.05) 4-8cell developmental rate. In conclusion, suplementation of maturation medium with essential and non-essential amino acid improved early embryo development. These results suggest that essential and non-essential amino acids are accumulated during oocytes maturation and it increased protein synthesis which is essential to the early development of embryos.

        양식 은어의 미포자충 감염예에 대한 병리조직학적 관찰

        1998년 9월 말경, 경남 지역의 양식 은어(Plecoglossus altivelis)에서 미포자충증이 발생하였다. 채집 당시, 하루 약 200마리씩의 폐사가 10일째 진행되고 있었으며 약 10%의 누적폐사율을 나타내었다. 병어는 입올림을 하거나 기면 상태에 있었으며, 대부분 체색흑화 및 복부팽만 소견을 보이고 있었다. 아가미, 아가미 뚜껑, 각종 내장, 복강벽 및 생식소에 직경 1~3㎜의 흰색 결절이 다수 형성되어 있었다. 감염 어종, 기생충의 형태 및 xenoma 분포 장기의 다양성에 근거하여 Glugea plecoglossi에 의한 감염증으로 추정되었다. 병리조직학적 검사를 실시한 결과, 광범위한 장기에 걸쳐 xenoma를 형성하고 있었으나 xenoma 인접조직에 변성 변화는 없었다. 아가미 새변, 비장, 두신 및 체신의 조혈영역에 심한 울혈 소견이 인정되었고, 간장, 심근 및 신세뇨관 국소에는 응고 내지 액화괴사 소견이 확인되었다. 따라서, xenoma의 인접조직에 대한 물리화학적인 영향보다는 xenoma형성 장기 및 조직에 야기된 국소 순환장애가 은어의 폐사와 직접적인 관련을 갖는 것으로 사료되었다. On September in 1998, a microsporidian infection was recognized in ayu, Plecoglossus altivelis, farmed on Kyongnam province of South Korea. Cumulative mortality was around 10% in 10 days. Infected fish which were piping for air near the surface of the water or in the asphyxic, lethargic condition revealed darkening of body and abdominal distention. Numerous whitish nodules up to 3㎜ in size were observed throughout most of body organs and tissues including gill, operculum, peritoneal wall and organs. Xenomas were also histologically confirmed in multiple internal organs with the evidences suggesting circulatory disturbance. Based on the morphology of spore and xenoma, and the distribution of xenomas in organs and tissues, this disease was diagnosed to be a microsporidiosis caused by Glugea plecoglossi. The mortality might be deeply related to the local circulatory disturbance by xemonas rather than the mechano-chemical effect of xenomas on adjacent tissues.

        간경변증 환자에서 간세포암 발생 위험 요인의 분석

        N/A Objectives: 80-90% of the cases of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) are associated with cirrhosis. Hepatitis B virus(HBV) is known as a major etiologic factor of HCC and about 10% of Koreans are HBV carriers. And the prevalence of HCC is high in Korea. Early detection of HCC is important for the better treatment especially in the patients with cirrhosis who usually have the decreased functional hepatic reserve. Risk factors for the hepatocellular carcinoma in the korean patients with cirrhosis were evaluated. Methods: Risk factors for hepatocellular carcinogenisis such as age, sex, ascites, alcohol, HBsAg, anti-HCV, AFP, ICG R(15) and risk score were investigated among the 176 patients with cirrhosis and HCC(group I) and 72 patients with cirrhosis(group II) and compared between the two groups. Results: 1) No age difference was noted between group I and group II. 2) Male to female sex ratio were 5.7: 1 and 2.4: 1 for group I and II in each(p<0.01) and the frequency of HCC among cirrhosis was higher in male than female sex(p<0.01). 3) Both HBsAg and anti-HCV positivity were significantly higher in group I than in group II (p<0.01 and p<0.05 respectively). 4) The frequencies of Child-Pugh A, elevated AFP, elevated ICG R(15) and the frequency of super-high risk patient were higher in group I than in group II(p<0.01). 5) The frequency of alcoholic patients was significantly higher in group II than in group I (p<0.05) but no difference was noted between HBsAg positive group I and group II patients. 6) The frequency of abnormal AST with the level of below 100IU was not significantly different between group I and group II. 7) The frequency of the patients with ascites was higher in group II than in group I (p<0.01). Conclusion: Risk factors for hepatocellular carcinogenesis in korean patients with cirrhosis are male, Child-Pugh A, HBsAg positivity, anti-HCV positivity, absence of ascites, higher AFP, lower ICG R15 and higher platelet count.

        Antitumor Activity of 7-[2-(N-Isopropylamino)ethyl]-(20s)-camptothecin, CKD602, as a Potent DNA Topoisomerase I Inhibitor

        We developed a novel water-soluble camptothecin analobue, CKD602, and evaluated the inhibition of topoisomerase I and the antitumor activities against mammalian tumor cells and human tumor xenografts. CKD602 was a nanomolar inhibitor of the topoisomerase I enzyme in the cleavable complex assay. CKD602 was found to be 3 times and slightly more potent than topotecan and camptothecin as inhibitors of topoisomerase, respecitively. In tumor cell cytotoxicity, CKD602 was more potent than topotecan in 14 out of 26 human cancer cell lines tested, while it was comparable to camptothecin. CKD602 was tested for the in vivo antitumor activity against the human tumor xenograft models. CKD602 was able to imduce regression of established HT-29, WIDR and CX-1 colon tumors, LX-1 lung tumor, MX-1 breast tumor and SKOV-3 ovarian tumor as much as 80, 94, 76, 67, 87% and 88%, respectively, with comparable body weight changes to those of topotecan. Also the therapeutic margin (R/Emax: maximum tolerance dose/$ED-{58}$) of CKD602 was significantly higher than that of topotecan by 4 times. Efficacy was determined at the maximal tolerated dose levels using schedule dependent i.p. administration in mice bearing L1210 leukemia. On a Q4dx4 (every 4 day for 4 doses) schedule, the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) was 25 mg/kg per administration, which caused great weight loss and lethality in <5% tumor bearing mouse. this schedule brought significant increase in life span (ILS), 212%, with 33% of long-term survivals. The ex vivo antitumor activity of CKD602 was compared with that of topotecan and the mean antitumor index (ATI) values recorded for CKD602 were significantly higher than that noted for topotecan. From these results, CKD602 warrants further clinical investigations as a potent inhibitor of topoisomerase I.

        <P>Compact semilumped bandstop resonators are simply designed using parallel-coupled microstrip line and lumped capacitors. The lumped capacitors loaded in between coupled lines increase the odd mode electrical length, and the frequency of transmission zero can be controlled by the lumped capacitors. For the accurate estimation of the transmission zero frequency, the four-port impedance parameter is derived using the even/odd mode analysis in an inhomogeneous dielectric medium. Two types of the bandstop resonators are proposed using the coupled line with the length of λ<SUB>g</SUB>/8 (@2 GHz), and the calculated and measured results of transmission zero frequency are compared in 1–3 GHz ranges. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.         일개 응급의료센터에서 분석한 불화수소산 대량 누출이 지역사회 건강에 미친 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to verify the influence of a massive hydrofluoric acid spill on community health through patients who claimed to have been exposed. Methods: We analyzed 2459 patients who visited our emergency department with the claim of exposure to hydrofluoric acid, and retrospective analyses were performed. We analyzed changes in numbers of visitors per day from the day of the accidental hydrofluoric acid spill, symptoms presented by the 1924 patients, and general characteristics. Comparisons of symptoms and hematologic characteristics were made between the initially set evacuation zone(1.3 km radius parameters from the spill) and the outer zone. Results: A total of 2,459 patients who claimed exposure visited our ED from 27 September 2012 to 23 October 2012, and there was a significant increase in the number of visiting patients from day 8 of the hydrofluoric acid spill. The most common complaints were a sore throat, 729(37.9%) and no specific symptom with health concern, 547 (28.4%). Statistically significant findings were pulmonary symptoms (p=0.001), nasal symptoms (p=0.001), diarrhea (p=0.023), and skin symptoms (p=0.007). In hematologic study, a statistically significant difference was observed in white blood cell count (p=0.018), creatine phosphokinase (p<0.001), erythrocyte sediment rate (p=0.013), and phosphorus (p<0.001). Conclusion: A significant increase in the number of patients was observed one week after the accidental spill of hydrofluoric acid. The most frequent symptoms were sore throat, headache, cough, and sputum. Statistically significant increase in creatine phosphokinase level and decrease in phosphorus level were noted in patients within the evacuation zone.

        약토 시용방법이 인삼 양직묘 지상부 생육에 미치는 영향

        This experiment was conducted to determine the economic application method of Yakto among 6 application method: amount of Yak to application 3 plot(70ℓ, 25.5ℓ,13.3ℓ/kan;180cmx90cm), and added side dressing(3ℓ/kan) each plot. The reduced amoumt ofYakto application(25.5ℓ, 13.3ℓ/kan) were lower the contents of inorganic nitrogen, P₂O_5, K, Ca and Mg, but similar pH in bed soil compared with standard Yakto application(70ℓ/kan). Side dressing applicated on 29 May increased the contents of inorganic nitrogen, P₂O_5, K, Ca, Mg and salt concentration in bed soil compared with nonside dressing in each Yakto application plot(70ℓ, 25.5ℓ, 13.3ℓ/kan). The reduced amoumt ofYakto application(25.5ℓ/kan) added side dressing(3ℓ/kan) were similar the contents of inorganic nitrogen, K, Mg and salt but lower PPs and Ca in bed soil compared with standard Yakto application(70ℓ/kan) in June. The reduced amoumt of Yak to application(25.5ℓ/kan) added side dressing(3ℓ/kan) was similar the contents of P, K, Ca and Mg but lower N in leaves compared with standard Yakto application(70ℓ/kan). The reduced amoumt of Yakto application(25.5ℓ/kan) added side dressing(3ℓ/kan) was shorter stem length, and higher 5% chlorosis of leaf tip, but similar emergence ratio, survival ratio, leaf senescence ratio, chlorophyll, stem diameter and leaf area compared with standard Yakto application(70ℓ/kan). These suggested that 25.5ℓ Yakto application added side dressing(3ℓ/kan) per kan might be possible economical application method of Yakto.
