        국방위원장체제의 이데올로기와 특징

        This Article talk issue with ideology of Kim Jong-Il`s Regime and the characteristic of Kim Jong-Il`s National Defense Commission(NDC). In particular, I focuses on threes points. First, Historically since 1960, The Role of the Korean People`s Army(KPA) is an overwhelming power and plays a vital role in North Korea. Under Kim Jong-Il, The KPA has increased its political, social stature. In result, It plays important the pillar and main force revolution national security in North Korea society. Second, North Korea`s military system is situated in the decision making group. National Defense Commission, Central Military Committee, Ministry of people`s Armed Forces. Military and Security command structure set policy and overseas its implementations by the other military organizations. Especially, National Defense Commission controls Ministry of people`s Armed Forces. Third, Ideology of Kim Jong-Il`s Regime consist of Juche, the teachings left Kim Il Sung, the ideas Red Flag, Priority of Military, Strong State. It force North Korean people to self sacrifice and total obedience and absolute loyalty to him. Consequently, Supreme Commander of Kim is credited with army-people unity, promoting the army as a model for North Korean society. The logic of Priority of Military and Strong military state reproduce a government by a single person having unrestricted power.

        흰쥐에 있어서 Toluene대사에 미치는 주.야 시차의 영향

        주·야 (day, night phase) 시차에 따른 toluene 대사를 검토할 목적으로 흰쥐에 50% toluene (olive oil과 toluene의 동량혼합액)을 체중 100 g 당 0.2 ml씩 밤 12시, 낮 12시에 각각 투여한 다음 각각 8시간 후에 처치하여, 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 간 microsomal aniline hydroxylase 활성은 night phase군이 day phase군 보다 대조군 및 toluene투여군 모두 높게 나타났으며, cytosol의 benzylalcohol dehydrogenase (BADH) 활성은 night phase군과 day phase군 간에 별다른 차이를 볼 수 없었으나, toluene 투여시에는 night phase군이 day phase군 보다 효소의 활성도가 오히려 억제되었다. 또한 간 조직의 benzaldehyde dehydrogenase (BALDH) 활성은 night phase군이 day phase군 보다 다소 높게 나타나는 경향을 보였으며, toluene 투여시에는 night phase군에서는 대조군 보다 오히려 감소되었으나 day phase군에서는 높게 나타나는 경향을 보였다. 그리고 in vitro 시험에서 benzylalcohol 및 benzaldehyde가 BADH 및 BALDH 활성을 억제시킴이 관찰되었다. 요 중 hippuric acid 함량은 대조군 및 toluene 투여군 모두 night phase군과 day phase군 간에는 별다른 차이를 볼 수가 없었다. 한편 toluene투여로 인한 체중 당간 무게 및 혈청 xanthine oxidase 활성 증가율은 night phase군이 day phase군 보다 높게 나타났다. 이상 실험결과를 종합해 볼 때 요 중 hippuric acid 함량이 주·야 시차에 따라 별다른 차이가 없는데도 불구하고 toluene으로부터 benzylalcohol 및 benzaldehyde 생성률이 day phase군 보다 night phase군이 높게 나타남으로서 toluene 대사산물에 의한 간 손상 정도가 day phase군 보다 night phase군이 높게 나타난 것으로 사료되어진다. To investigate the effect of the circadian variations on the toluene metabolism, 50% toluene in olive oil (0.2ml/100 g body weight) was intraperitoneally administered to the rats every other day for 6 days both in the night; 24:00 and the day; 12:00. Each group of animals was sacrificed at 8 hr after last injection of toluene. Hepatic microsomal aniline hydroxylase activity was more increased in control rats of night phase than those of day phase. On the other hand, the activities of hepatic benzylalcohol dehydrogenase in control rats of night phase showed the similiar value with that in those of day phase and in case of toluene treatment, these enzyme activities in rats of night phase were rather more decreased than those of day phase. Furthermore, hepatic benzaldehyde dehydrogenase activities were more or less higher in the control rats of night phase than those of day phase and by toluene treatment, enzyme activities of rats of night phase were somewhat decreased than those of day phase. In vitro, benzylalcohol or benzaldehyde inhibited the activities of benzylalcohol or aldehyde dehydrogenase prepared from the rats liver supernatant. There were no differences in urinary hippuric acid contents between the night phase and day phase both in the control and toluene treated group. The increasing rate of liver weight per body weight (%), serum xanthine oxidase activities were higher in rats of night phase than in those of day phase by toluene treatment. In conclusion, these results indicate that the producing rate of benzylalcohol and benzaldehyde from toluene may be higher in rats of night phase than those of day phase.

      • 肝疾患의 Immunoglobulin量 變動에 관한 臨床的 硏究

        Author has studied 62 subjects who had been admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology, Medical College of Korea University and diagnosed by liver biopsy and 10 healthy Koreans from July, 1972 to Sept., 1973. Blood collected from the patients had been stored in freezing at -20 degree centigrade. The results of this study are as follows. 1. Blood level of immunoglobulins (Mean±Standard Deviation) in healthy Koreans are: IgG 1,387±254, IgA 171±78, IgM 94±33. The unit is ㎎/dl. 2. In acute hepatitis including icteric and nonicteric cases IgG is 1,616±314 and increased above normal range in 50 per cent of cases by mild degree with statistical significance. IgA is 313±86 and increased in 63 per cent by high degree with statistical significance and IgM is 133±66 and increased in 44 per cent by moderate degree with statistical significance. 3. In chronic hepatitis IgG is 1,788±302 and increased above normal range in 64 per cent of cases by mild degree with statistical significance. IgA is 347±127 and increased in 73 per cent by high degree with statistical significance. IgM is 143±80 and increased in 45 per cent by moderate degree without statistical significance. 4. In liver cirrhosis IgG is 1,958±449 and increased above normal range in 78 per cent by moderate degree with statistical significance. IgA is 390±129 and increased in 83 per cent by high degree with statistical significance. IgM is 160±69 and increased in 72 per cent by high degree with statistical significance. 5. In primary hepatoma IgG is 1,649±402 and increased above normal range in 71 per cent by mild degree without statistical significance. IgA is 376±171 and increased in 71 per cent by high degree with statistical significance. IgM is 149±66 and increased in 57 per cent by mild degree without statistical significance. 6. In reactive hepatitis IgG is 1,571±383 and increased above normal range in 40 per cent by mild degree without statistical significance. IgA is 333±130 and increased in 80 per cent by high degree with statistical significance. IgM is 123±62 and increased in 40 per cent by mild degree without statistical significance.

      • 토양중에서 1,1,1-Trichloethane의 흡착 및 분해 특성에 관한 연구

        Adsorption and biodegradation of 1,1,1-Trichloroethane(1,1,1-TCA) which is a common contaminant found in groundwate were investigated in soils to predict the behavior and fate of 1,1,1-TCA in the environment. 1,1,1-TCA was biotransformed in the soil to dichloroethane(DCA) and chloroethane(CA). The biodegradation rate of 1,1,1-TCA was related to the organic carbon content in soils. About 16∼91% of initial 1,1,1-TCA was transformed to DCA and CA during the experimental period. The measured biodegradation rate contants of 1,1,1-TCA were in the range of 0.004d^-1 to 0.099d^-1

      • Chronic Atrophic Gastritis例에 있어서의 血淸鐵値에 關한 硏究

        Author has measured serum iron and total iron binding capacity as well as hemoglobin level RBC count and hematocrit value in blood on 72 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis diagnosed by gastroendoscopy visiting to the division of Gastroenterology, department of internal Medicine. Korea University Hospital and tried to establish the relations between chronic atrophic gastritis and iron deficiency anemia RBC count. hemog1obin level and hematocrit value which signify hemog1ogic guide-posts of anemia showed normal ranges according either to age groups or to involving sites Serum iron and total iron binding capacity also revealed normal ranges according not only to age groups but to involving sites The percentage of cases in which the whole areas of stomach including antrum were involved by atrophic changes was increased as the patients grew older(from 8 to 33 per cent) It is concluded that the chronic atrophic gastritis does not supposedly play a role in developing iron deficiency anemia and no relations exist between chronic atrophic gastritis and iron deficiency anemia

      • 내용기반 이미지 검색을 위한 문자-에지 맵의 특징을 이용한 자연이미지에서의 텍스트 영역 추출

        자연이미지에 포함된 텍스트는 많은 중요한 정보를 포함하고 있다. 그러므로 자연이미지에서 텍스트를 추출할 수 있다면 다양한 분야에서 활용될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 문자-에지 맵 패턴 히스토그램을 분석함으로서 텍스트 영역을 추출하는 방법을 제안한다. 첫 번째 단계로, Canny 에지 검출기로 에지를 추출하여 16가지 에지 맵을 생성하고, 두 번째 단계로 16가지 에지 맵을 조합하여 문자 특징을 갖는 8가지 문자-에지 맵을 생성한다. 세 번째 단계로 8가지 문자-에지 맵과 16가지 에지 맵을 이용하여 텍스트 후보 영역을 추출 하고, 마지막으로 텍스트 후보 영역에 대한 검증은 문자-에지 맵의 패턴 히스토그램 및 텍스트 영역의 구조적 특징을 이용하여 수행하였다. 실험결과 제안한 방법은 복잡한 배경, 다양한 글꼴, 다양한 텍스트 컬러로 구성된 자연이미지에서 텍스트 영역을 효과적으로 추출하였다. The text to be included in the natural images has many important information. Therefore, if we can extract the text in natural images, it can be applied to many important applications. In this paper, we propose a text region extraction method using pattern histogram of character-edge maps. In the first step, we extract edges with the Canny edge detector and create 16 kinds of edge maps from the extracted edges. In the second step, we make 8 kinds of character-edge maps that has a character features with combination of edge maps. In the third step, we extract a text regions using 8 kinds of character-edge maps and 16 kinds of edge maps. Finally, verification about candidate of the text regions uses pattern histogram of character-edge maps and structural features of text regions. The proposed method is experimented with various kinds of natural images. Experimental results show that the proposed method extracts a text regions composed of complex background, various letters, various text colors effectively.

      • 가스 마이크로 검출기의 불감영역(Dead zone)의 연구

        반도체 공정기법을 도입한 방서선 위치검출기인 가스마이크로 검출기(Gas-Micro Detector)는 높은 효율(both Quantum and Gain)과 우수한 위치분해능(Spatial resolution)을 구현하기 위하여 인가전압을 최대화 하고 양극선과 음극선 간격(half pitch)의 최소화 하려는 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 검출기의 수명과 효율에 치명적 손상을 초래하는 전자사태영역(Avajanche Region)에서의 전기장 강화의 한계점과 인가전압에 의한 양극선과 음극선 주위의 등진위선, 전기장선, 그리고 전기장의 세기를 실험과 시뮬레이션(Maxwell program)을 통해 조사하였다. 이 연구로부터 전하수집능력(rate capability)을 저하시키고, 미세한 전극간의 전기장을 교란시킴으로 효율의 불안정과 스파크현상을 초래시켜 검출기의 수명을 손상시키는 불갑영역(Dead Zone)이 존재함을 고찰하였다. Research work for improving image quality has been continued up to the present. Especially, the Gas Micro Detector (GMD) is a new class of radiation detectors in last decade. Due to its good characteristics such as better spatial resolution, better rate capability, higher gain, and lower cost, the GMD may have many potential application as a sensor in medical X-ray imaging, nuclear and high energy physics experiments, and many other fields requiring particle detection and measurement. By continual effort to improve image quality, it need to apply higher voltage and get reduced the spacing between anodes and cathodes in a small cross sectional area. In this work, we present studies of the behavior of gas gain with regard to drift field intensity, anode voltage (Va), drift voltage (Vd), different geometry pitches, electric potential field around cathode-anode strips, time dependence, and several operating parameters for detector's operating. Moreover, estimates of limits of electrical discharge energies are being presented based on computer simulation, Maxwell program package, to explain electrostatic field distortion by charge. From this experimental results, Dead Zone provided a field distortion, a relatively long charge collection time and hence loss of rate capability. We find out which geometric design has to be developed to improve high gain stability as well as detector's lifetime.

      • 모택동 시기 중국 민족정책의 주요내용과 실천과정 연구(1949-1976)(상)

        With the establishment of New China, the central Chinese government chose the System of Regional National Autonomy as a solution to domestic problems and presented major policies whose goals include the equality and the unity among the ethnic groups. To operate this system, the central government went through the preparatory period when various ethnic organizations were established and ethnic cadres were trained, and promoted the legislation for major policies and set up autonomous areas as well. Estrangement which had been created through the long Chinese history but also the minority cadres' inflexible application of the system hindered these policies operating smoothly. The "nationalization" is the main characteristic of the Chinese regional policies allowing minority ethnic groups the right of self-government. Mao's first term is referred to the "golden era" by the scholars when the regional policies operated smoothly with the great concern about minority groups. But during the second term the regional policies began to be deteriorated due to the domestic situations and the change in the perception of national problems. During the third term when socialism was established the ethnicity was identified with the rank and the reginnal policies fell into a disaster during the Cultural Revolution. When Deng Xiaoping was reinstated the regional policies were restored but the impact of the Cultual Revolution still lingers.

        When embankment is constructed on soft ground, lateral displacements and consolidation settlements develops. When load work on the soft clay ground, we can earn the following result through model test that is the lateral displacement by the piles embedded distance(L) and the piles spacing rate(s/D). 1. As increasing L and s/D, the maximum heaving height(HH Max) of the ground was also increasing, and the maximum heaving distance(HL Max) became far from the end of the load. 2. As L and s/D was increasing, the maximum of the lateral displacement(SL Max) became increasing, and The location of the maximum lateral displacement(SL Max) occurred in the -0.17~-0.28B spot regardless L and s/D. 3. HH Maxof the ground is proportional to SL Max
