      • 중·고등학생들의 체지방 측정방법 및 총지방량에 관한 연구

        본 연구에 대한 목적은 현재까지 국내외에서 사용되어온 추정방정식과 본 연구의 추정방정식을 밀도법에 의한 체지방량을 기준으로 비교분석하고 각종 신체계측치와 신체밀도에 의한 체지방량과의 상관관계를 토대로 한국 중·고등학생들에게 적합한 체지방 추정방정식을 산출함과 동시에 본 연구에서 개발된 추정방정식을 토대로 한국 중·고등학생들의 체지방량과 제지방량을 산출하는 것이었다. 본 연구의 밀도법으로 얻은 값과 선행방정식으로 얻은 값을 비교하여 보았을 때 MSF에 있어서는 BD2와 BD3, MSM의 경우는 BD1과 BD3, HSF에서는 BD2에서만 통계적으로 유의한차(P>0.05)가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 수중체중 측정법으로 얻은 신체밀도와 가장 관련성이 높은 변인으로서는 피부두겹 측정으로서 장골경사, 무릎, 안면부, 견갑하부, 장곡옆면, 복부, 옆가슴, 삼두근의 순서로 나타났으며, 허리둘레와 발목둘레도 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 남자 중학생들의 %FAT와 LBM은 각각 12.60±3.93%와 41.75±4.85KG을 나타났으며, 여자 중학생들은 14.56%와 45.14±50KG으로 나타났다. 또한 남자 고등학생 및 여자 고등학생들의 %FAT와 LBM은 각각 11.69±4.77%, 12.01±5.26%와 46.57±4.47KG, 53.32±8.01KG으로 나타났다. 이상과 같은 결과를 고려하여 볼 때, 본 연구에서 개발된 방정식을 사용함으로서 기존의 외국인을 대상으로 개발된 선행방정식을 이용하여 산출하였을 때 나타나는 오차범위를 보다 크게 줄임으로서 정확한 체지방량을 산출할 수 있을 것으로 평가된다.

      • 자전거 에르고미터운동시 유ㆍ무산소성 역치수준의 근전도 변화

        The aim of present study is investigate the change of IEMG and PEMG in the aerobic, anaerobic threshold by ventilation an blood locate concentration. Subjects of this study is adult sedentary men of age 32.18±4.28yrs. Subjects performed an incremental test on the bicycle ergometer from an initial work load of 0.5KP(60 rpm) to exhaustion by 3-min steps of 0.5KP. The results of this study was as follows: 1. The levels of relative exercises load in the ventilation, lactate, PEMG and IEMG by aerobic threshold were appeared 39.88±15.62%, 39.66±13.05%, 34.31±13.74% and 36.69±13.05%, respectively. It was not significant difference between variables. 2. The levels of relative exercise load in the ventilation, lactate, PEMG and IEMG by aerobic threshold were appeared 70.02±7.72%, 65.69±8.82%, 64.61±8.65% and 69.64±9.76%, respectively. It was not significant difference between variables. In this results above, It is considered that analysis methods by non-linear increase point of PEMG and IEMG related to both respiratory gas variables, blood lactate accumulation type and muscle function, muscle fiber recruitment type for determination of aerobic and anaerobic threshold.

      • 우수여자 유도선수들의 연간 트레이닝과 디트레이닝에 따른 무산소성 역치의 변화

        The seasonal variance for estimate of exercise intensity, energy expenditure, maximal oxygen uptake and anaerobic threshold of elite women judo players(Group Ⅰ:4,Group Ⅱ: 4) was measured during 3,5,7,9,10month. The results of this study is as follows. 1. Exercise intensity by %HRmax during seasonal training was shown range of 56.45-73.62, 65.56-82.15, 80.03-86.62, 62.06-68.83%HRmax, respectiveley, from 3 to 9month in the warm up, additional exercise, main exercise and cooling down. 2. Energy expenditure per min during seasonal training was shown range of 4.09-7.96, 5.41-8.66, 8.95-9.90 and 5.05-6.41Kcal/min, respectiveley, from 3 to 9month in the warn up, additional exercise, main exercise, main exercsie and cooling down. 3. Changes of maximal oxygen uptake(VO₂max)during seasonal training and detraining not significant difference between both group, and in the seasonal variance. However, maximal heart rate during detraining expressed significant difference(p<0.05) between both group. 4. Anaerobic threshold levels during seasonal training and detraining not significant difference between both group, and in the seasonal variance. However, AT-VE(1/min) and AT- work time(min) of group Ⅱ expressed significant difference(p<0.01) in the seasonal variance.

      • 피로를 유발하는 등속성 수축시와 회복기 혈중젖산 및 외측광근의 EMG Power Specturm 변화

        To examine the change of blood lactate concentration, EMG power spectrum, and Torque during fatiguing isokinetic contraction and recovery phrase, 6 sprinters performed maximal isokinetic knee extension at angular velocity of 3.14 rad.sec??(180°sec??) to 75% decreasing point (25%PT) using CybexⅡ system. In exercise phase, there was significant correlation between the decrement of peak EMG and median frequency and that of torque, and decrement of torque was greater than that of EMG . In recovery phase, EMG was restituded as normal value rapidly in a minute, but torque was restituded more slowly, and blood lactate concentration increased gradually from 50%PT to 3 minute after recovery. As a result of this study, it is suggested that muscle fatique due to decreasing of metabolic substrate and accumulation of metabolic products in peripheral site of muscle, and that inhibitory factors act neuromuscular junction in the end of exercise from rapid restitution of EMG in recovery phase.

        cDNA array 방법을 이용한 망간에 노출된 흰쥐 뇌기저핵의 유전자발현 분석

        Objectives: This study investigated the gene expression profile in basal ganglia of manganese-exposed rats based on cDNA array analysis. Methods: For cDNA array, 25 male Sprague-Dawley rats (250±25 g) were intraperitoneally injected with 25 ㎎/㎏ B. W./day of MnCl2 (0.3 ㎖) for 10 days. For dose-related gene expression analysis, rats were intraperitoneally injected with 0.2, 1.0, and 5.0 ㎎/㎏ B. W/day of MnCl2 for 10 days. Control rats were injected with an equal volume of saline. RNA samples were extracted from brain tissue and reverse-transcribed in the presence of [α^(32)P]-dATP. Membrane sets of the Atlas Rat 1.2 array Ⅱ and Toxicology array 1.2 kit (Clontech, Palo Alto, CA) were hybridized with cDNA probe sets. Northern blot hybridization method was employed to assess the dose-related gene expression. Results: Fifty-two genes showed significant changes in expression of more than two-fold. Twenty-eight were up-regulated and 24 were down-regulated in the manganese-exposed group compared to the control. Among the 52 genes, 28 genes including nuclear factor I-X1 (NF1-X1), neuroligin 2 and 3, mitochondrial stress-70 protein (MTHSP70), neurodegeneration-associated protein 1 (Neurodap 1), multidrug resistance protein (MDR), and endoplasmic reticulum stress protein 72 (ERP72), were reported for the first time related to the manganese-induced neurotoxic-metabolism in the rat basal ganglia. According to the dose-related gene expression analyses, MTHSP70, Neurodap 1 and ERP72 genes were up-regulated compared to the control even in the group exposed to low manganese dose ( 0.2 ㎎/㎏ B.W./day). Conclusions: Twenty-eight genes detected for the first time in this study were closely related to the manganese-induced neurotoxic-metabolism in the rat basal ganglia and further study of these genes can give some more useful information about the manganese metabolism.

        모기업 협력업체 산업안전보건관리에 대한 인식

        This study is planned to investigate the attitude toward the safety and health management of contractor comparry. Under the contract based production system, all of activities including safety and health management in the contractor company are depended upon the contract. How to make contract influence the worker's health of contractor company. Work's health of contractor company can be protected by efforts of company of contract-out and contractor company, especially their safety managers. The modelling of the effective safety and health management system for contractor company should consider the need of safety manager of each company and employer of contractor company. Data is collected from safety managers of 3 contract out companies as electronic and electrical manufacturing industry and 55 safety managers, 57 employers of their contractor companies using self administered survey with structured questionnaire. The most of all respondents want to support from the contract out companies. The most important items supported from contract out company is the information based on the safety information network between each company. Safety manager and employer of contactor company also itemized safety education and training in the supporting system from contract out company. These results can be generalized to survey on the other industries.

      • 농촌마을 생태체험을 위한 소택지 식물의 전통지식 분석

        본 연구는 습지 식물과 전통지식을 활용한 해설 콘텐츠 개발을 위해 이루어 졌다. 1차로 습지의 출현종을 파악하기 위해 8개 습지의 식생을 이(2006)와 이(2006)의 기준으로 2009년에 1년간 조사하였다. 식생조사 결과 출현한 종은 총 73과 176속 199종 29변종1품종 1아종으로 총 230종류가 확인되었다. 이 중 식재 및 목본 20과 25속 30종 2변종1품종을 제외한 55과 151속 169종 27변종 1아종을 대상으로 전통지식 및 민간 활용법을 구 등(2008)의 기준으로 정리하였다. 구 등(2008)의 리스트에 없는 식물은 박 등(2008)과장(2011)의 기준으로 정리하였다. 전통지식 분석결과 197종류의 식물 중 농업, 한방, 음식재료 등으로 이용되는 식물은 총 176종류(89.3%)였다. 이 중 식용되는 식물은 64종류(32.5%)로 나물과 국(56taxa, 28.4%), 차(9taxa, 4.6%), 술(6taxa, 3.0%) 등으로 분석되었다. 한방 및 치료에 이용되는 식물은 157종류(79.7%)로 피부 및 비뇨기 질환에 이용되는 식물이 105종류(53.3%)로 가장 높은 빈도로 분석되었다. 다음으로 당뇨, 장기, 궤양 등의 내분비 질환이 86종류(43.7%), 감기, 가래 등의 호흡기질환이 77종류(39.1%), 소화불량 등의 소화기 질환이 70종류(35.5%) 등으로 분석되었다. 추가로 순환기질환(62taxa, 31.5%), 상처(53taxa, 26.9%), 해열(53taxa, 26.9%), 근육 및 골격 질환(46taxa, 23.4%), 여성질환(45taxa, 22.8%), 항문질환(22종류, 11.2%), 안구질환(18taxa, 9.1%), 정신치료(16taxa, 8.1%), 부기치료(15taxa, 7.6%), 자양강장(11taxa, 5.6%), 치아 및 구강 치료(10taxa, 5.1%) 등으로 분석 되었다. 공예 및 재료로 이용하는 식물은 총 19종류(9.6%)로 방석 및 모자 등의 공예품만들기 재료로 이용되는 것이 5종류, 꽃꽂이(4taxa), 염색염료(7taxa), 경관용(6taxa)로 분석되었다. 농업 및 축산업에 이용되는 식물은 23종류로 가축의 사료가 18종류, 비료 4종류, 침식방지 4종류 등으로 분석되었다. 기타의 활용성으로는 독풀, 등불 심, 살충제 등다양한 이용성이 있었다. 이러한 전통지식 및 습지식물의 이용성을 바탕으로 습지교육 및 생태교육의 콘텐츠로 활용 할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. This study was conducted to provide basic informations for development of experience contents of green-tourism using the traditional knowledge related to wetland plant in rural area. The plant was surveyed at 8 palustrine wetland in 2009 and discriminated with Lee (2006a & 2006b)`s standard. A total of 230 plant species with 73 families, 176 genera, 199 species, 29 varieties, 1 forma, and 1 subspecies were identified. Among them, a total of 197 species with 55 families, 151 genera, 169 species, 27 varieties, and 1 subspecies were used in excavation of traditional knowledge related to plant by Goo et al. (2008), Park et al. (2008) and Chang (2011)`s standard. As the result of analysis, a total of 176 species were used for materials for food, oriental medicine, art and crafts, and agriculture. Among them, 64 species were used as food materials for soup (56 species; 28.4%), tea (9 species; 4.6%), and alcohol (6 species; 3.0%). 157 species were used as oriental medicine for dermatology and urology (105 species; 53.3%), respiratory disease (77 species; 39.1%) such as cold and phlegm, digestive disease (70 species; 35.5%). And, cardiovascular disease (62 species, 31.5%), wound (53 species, 26.9%), antipyretic diseases (53 species, 26.9%), muscular diseases (46 species, 23.4%), women`s diseases (45 species, 22.8%), anal disorders (22 species, 11.2%), ocular diseases (18 species, 9.1%), psychotherapy (16 species, 8.1%), swelling treatment (15 species, 7.6%), nutritional fortification (11 species, 5.6%), and dental diseases (10 species, 5.1%) were in order of frequency. 19 species was used as materials of art and crafts for dyeing (7 species), landscape (6 species), crafts such and hat and cushion (5 species), and floral arrangements (4 species). 23 species was used as materials of agriculture for livestock feed (18 species), fertilizer (4 species) and prevention of erosion (4 species). This study will be valuable as a basis study for development of experience contents of green-tourism using the traditional knowledge related of wetland plant in rural area.

        농촌지역 소규모 소택형습지의 유형분류 및 기능평가 연구

        This study was conducted to utilize as basic information for the construction of conservation and estimation system for Palustrine wetland, which was badly managed and imprudently reclaimed, through the analysis of distribution characteristics and the estimation of conservation value for sample sites (eight wetlands) in rural area. As the result of wetland type classification, these wetlands was classified by 4 types (Permanent freshwater marshes/pools, ponds, Aquaculture ponds, and Seasonally flooded agricultural land) by Ramsar system, 3 types (Emergent Wetland, Aquatic Bed, and Scrub-Shrub Wetland) by NWI (Cowardin) System, 5 types (Farm Pond Depression, Under-flow wetland, Man-made Pond Depression, Abandoned Paddy Fields Wetland, and Reservoir Shore) by National Wetland`s Categorical System, and 3 types (Aquatic Bed Wetland, Emergent Wetland, and Forested Wetland) by Lee (2000) System. These results suggest us developing the new type classification system for small Palustrine wetland in Korean rural areas. The score of function assessment (The Modified RAM) for small Palustrine wetlands was high at the wetlands nearby hills and rice paddy fields, and low at those nearby upper fields, which was mainly affected by land-use and vegetation. The functions as ``Flood/Storm Water Storage``, ``Runoff Attenuation``, ``Water Quality Protection`` were resulted by the structural difference of inflow and outlet. Some functions as ``Wetland size``, ``Wetland to immediate watershed ratio``, ``Presence of boat traffic``, ``Maximum water depth``, ``Fetch of water``s body`` of RAM were not appropriate in evaluation of small wetlands in rural area. Which suggest us developing the new function assessment system for small Palustirne wetland in Korean rural areas.
