MPLS망에서 RSVP와 DiffServ연동모델의 성능분석

The explosive growth of the internet traffic has imposed tremendous stress on routers, particularly, in the core network. Today's IP services reflect the unpredictable and undifferentiated packet loss and jitter characteristics of traditional best-effort routers. For above requirements, it is required not only the high-speed transmission of the packet, but the new routing function, the guarantees of QoS and bandwidth, the supports of user-requested services MPLS is proposed by the IETF and many other research institute as the solutions for this problem. In this paper, analyze performance of QoS Model applied RSVP over DiffServ to MPLS network. this model is each RSVP applied access network and DiffServ applied core network. In Result, It is amiss that basis MPLS net uses to core network because the average packet loss rate and average delay time are increased if traffic increases. Experiment result was seldom difference in case of network that apply each RSVP, DiffServ, RSVP over DiffServ. RSVP over DiffServs case packet loss rate and delay time were low than DiffServ and the packet loss rate is high because comparing than RSVP but delay time was very low.

Subcutaneous abscesses, which occur mainly in goats and sheep, are lymph node abscesses caused by Corynebacterium pseudotuberculosis infection, and are divided into internal, external, and mixed types depending on the type of occurrence. While diagnostic methods for subcutaneous abscesses have been continuously studied, research reports for effective treatment and management of subcuta-neous abscesses are inadequate. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the changes in bio-metric information related to the inflammatory markers of goats induced by subcutaneous abscesses by infection with C. pseudotuberculosis . For this, hematological tests, analysis of inflammatory indi-cators, and analysis of serum proteins through electrophoresis separation of goats with healthy goats and goats inoculated with C. pseudotuberculosis to induce subcutaneous abscesses were compared and analyzed by date, and the differences and characteristics were identified periodically. As a result, in goats induced with subcutaneous abscesses, anemia findings related to a rapid decrease in red blood cell (RBC), hematocrit (HCT), and hemoglobin (Hb) were observed, and a significant increase in inflammatory cells expressed in total white blood cell (WBC), neutrophil, and monocytes was observed. And the levels of acute phase protein (APP) such as fibrinogen, haptoglobin, and serum amyloid A (SAA) were observed to increase rapidly immediately after infection. In addition, in the results of electrophoretic analysis of serum proteins, it was observed that the levels of α-globulin and β-globulin were significantly increased in goats with subcutaneous abscesses. That is, when looking at these changes, it was found that the systemic inflammatory response of goats was rapidly induced immediately after infection with the C. pseudotuberculosis pathogen. Through this study, it was pos-sible to identify changes in the biomarkers of goats with subcutaneous abscesses, which had not been reported. Furthermore, these analyzed data are thoughts to be of great help in identifying, treating, and managing the goats of subcutaneous abscesses.

<P>We report a phenomenological study of Cu(In,Ga)Se<SUB>2</SUB> (CIGS) dots and their morphological transition into nano‐ridge shapes induced by application of a focused ion beam (IB) to CIGS film. Real‐time observations of nano‐structure evolution during IB irradiation were obtained by recording sequential images at various ion energies of 1 to 30 keV. We observed that as irradiation time increased, the dots became larger and developed elongated ridge structures under continuous sputtering. This transition process was induced by a combination of the Ostwald ripening processes and cluster diffusion. Compositional analysis revealed that the nano‐dots changed from pristine CIGS to Cu‐rich CIGS. The Ga content of the dots was also found to increase due to sputtered implantation, while levels of In and Se decreased. Copyright © 2012 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.</P>
철도역사 환경에서의 지능형 인지기반 안전관리 자동화 연구

최근 잇따른 안전사고로 인해 안전관리에 대한 사회적 관심 및 요구가 증가하고 있으며 철도역사 환경에서의 안전관리 자동화에 대한 요구 또한 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 철도역사 환경에서의 안전관리 현황 및 문제점을 분석하고 향후 안전관리 자동화를 위한 효과적인 접근 방향에 대해 기술한다. 보다 상세하게는 먼저 최근 5년간의 철도여객사고 데이터에 대한 분석 결과 및 이로부터 도출된 시사점을 기술한다. 그리고 실제 철도역사 현장 답사 및 인터뷰를 통해 얻어진 데이터를 바탕으로 현재 철도역사에서의 안전관리 현황 및 개선 요구사항, 시사점을 기술한다. 마지막으로 향후 효과적인 안전관리 자동화 방향에 대한 제안 내용을 기술한다. Recently social concern on the safety issues and automation system of the railway safety management system has been increasing. In this work, we investigate status and problems of current safety management system of railway stations and suggest effective way for safety management. We first describe analysis result on the railway accident data for recent 5 years. Issues and user requirements derived from the on-site investigation and interviews are also described. Finally we discuss on the effective way for the automation of the railway safety management system.

This study was conducted to identify the useful blood variables in di- agnosing calf diarrhea in Hanwoo calves and good indicators for calf diarrhea. In 530 Hanwoo calves, fecal scores were recorded on a scale of 0 to 3, and blood samples were collected and analyzed for hematology, serum biochemistry, and acute phase proteins. Among the blood variables, 16 blood variables showed significant differences (p < 0.01) according to fecal scores. After reference in- tervals of these 16 blood variables were calculated, the distributions of calves by calculated reference intervals showed a significant difference (p < 0.001) and lin- ear associations (p < 0.001) in blood urea nitrogen (BUN), glucose (GLU), blood sodium concentration (Na), blood potassium concentration (K), fibrinogen (Fib), and haptoglobin (Hp). Of 6 blood variables, the optimal cut-off values were cal- culated for BUN, K, Fib, and Hp, and the area under the curve was 0.5 or more: BUN (9.5 mg/dL, AUC: 0.623), K (5.8 mmol/L, AUC: 0.599), Fib (650.0 mg/dL, AUC: 0.706), and Hp (12.5 mg/dL, AUC: 0.847). These findings could be useful in evaluating calves with diarrhea and making decision of further treatment of calf diarrhea in Hanwoo calves.
