긍정심리 미술치료가 학교부적응 초등학생의 자아존중감 및 학교생활적응에 미치는 사례연구

본 연구는 긍정심리 미술치료가 학교부적응 초등학생의 자아존중감 및 학교생활적응에 미치는 효과를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 연구 대상은 S시에 소재한 초등학교에 재학 중인 여자 1명으로, 2017년 9월 7일부터 2017년 11월 21일까지 주 2회 45분씩 총 15회기를 진행하였다. 평가척도는 자아존중감척도와 학교생활적응척도를 사전, 사후에 실시하고 결과를 비교분석하였다. 또한 KHTP, KSD그림검사를 사전, 사후에 실시하고 결과를 비교분석하였으며, 단계에 따른 회기별 변화를 질적 분석(회기분석, 단계분석)하였다. 본 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학교부적응 초등학생의 자아존중감점수가 17점이 증가하였으며, KHTP 그림검사에서 긍정정서의 증가로 긍정적인 변화를 보였다. 둘째, 학교부적응 초등학생의 학교생활적응점수가 39점이 증가하였으며, KSD 그림검사에서 학교생활 즐거움과 긍정적인 자아상증가로 긍정적인 변화를 보였다. 셋째, 질적 분석에서 자기표현과 또래관계 증가는 긍정심리 미술치료가 학교부적응 초등학생의 자아존중감과 학교생활적응에 긍정적인 영향이 있었음을 알 수 있다. 따라서 긍정심리 미술치료가 학교부적응 초등학생을 대상으로 하여 자아존중감 및 학교생활적응에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 근거를 제시하였으며, 미술치료 현장에서 실제 활용가능성과 경험적 사례연구 자 료를 제공했다는데 의의를 둔다. The purpose of this study is to understand the influence of positive art psychotherapy on self-esteem and school life adaption of maladjusted elementary school student. The subject of the research is a female elementary school in S city. The experiment were implemented 15 times in total from September 9th, 2017 to November 21st, 2017, twice a week for 45 minutes each. The evaluation of self-esteem and school life adaption were implemented before and after the experiment and those result were analysed and compared each other. Moreover, there were comparative analyses of before and after KHTP, KSD drawing tests and qualitative analysis(regression analysis and phase analysis) after implementing those tests. The results are the following. Firstly, the score of the self-esteem in the maladjusted elementary student increased 17 points and there was a positive change in KHTP drawing test according to a higher level of positive feeling. Secondly, the score of school life adaption in the maladjusted elementary student increased 39 points and there was also a positive change in KSD drawing test according to the development of school life pleasure and self-image. Thirdly, the increase of self-expression and peer relationship in qualitative analysis demonstrates that there was a positive influence on self-esteem and school life adaption of the maladjusted elementary student. Therefore, this research proves reasonably that the positive art psychotherapy has a positive influence on the self-esteem and school life adaption for maladjusted elementary students. This not only has a significance as a empiric case study but also demonstrates the applicability in art therapy field

This study has discovered on the effects of art therapy for the self-identification of children who have hearing difficulties. The researcher classified self-identification into general self-identification, self-willed self-identification, social self-identification, self-identification in school life andd sexual self-identification in this chapter. The conclusion of children's special behavior in each session is following. First, it appeared in a positive way that art therapy influences general self-identification for the children with hearing difficulties. It appeared that art therapy gave less influences on self-willed self-identification, social self-identification and social self-identification for them. On the other hand it appeared that art theray almost did not effect sexual self-identification. Second, special behavior discovered on the effects of art therapy for the self-identification of children who have hearing difficulties is summarized as follows Hearing impaired children in this program didn't control their emotion, acted on impulse in the early period. It discovered positive actual changes on self-identification in the latter period that children could control their emotion judging from the existing state of things, do less an impulsive act, and gave a therapist great affection. In conclusion, the influence of art therapy on child with hearing disability changed the negative concepts of general self-identification, self-willed self-identification, social self-identification, and self-identification in school life into a positive way. These positive ideas help to have self-confidence, achievement and a healthy relationship in society. Each experiment proves that an impulsive act and emotion can be controlled and children show affection to others in the latter period. However, it appears that art therapy doesn't give changes to sexual self-identification. According to the results of study, some suggestions will be provided below. First, this thesis is studied with only one person's point of view so it might be restricted to generalize the results. Second, this thesis has studied the effects of self-identification on the children with hearing difficulties through art therapy program in a short period of time. Therefore, varieties of techniques on experiment will be needed for the long term experiment in the future.
중년여성의 자아존중감 및 결혼만족도에 대한 현실요법 미술치료 사례연구

본 연구는 현실요법 미술치료가 중년여성의 자아존중감과 결혼만족도에 대한 영향을 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 연구 대상은 D시에 거주하는 44세, 기혼여성으로, 2017년 9월1일부터 2017년 11월 3일까지 주 2회 50분씩 총 17회에 걸쳐 진행하였다. 자아존중감과 결혼만족도 두 가지 영역으로 진행하였으며, 프로그램 진행 사전과 사후에 자아존중감과 결혼만족도척도 검사를 실시하여 결과를 비교 분석하였다. 또한 KHTP와 KFD 검사를 사전·사후에 실시하고 변화를 비교분석하였으며, 또한 자기보고식 검사의 한계를 보완하고 대상자의 자아존중감과 결혼만족도의 행동 및 변화과정을 구체적으로 알아보기 위해 매회기 진행시 회기별 관찰지를 이용하여 질적 분석을 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 현실요법 미술치료가 중년여성의 결혼만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것을 자아존중감 척도와 KHTP를 통해 확인하였다. 둘째, 현실요법 미술치료가 중년여성의 결혼만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것을 결혼만족도 척도와 KFD를 통해 확인하였다. 셋째, 현실요법미술치료가 중년여성의 자아존중감과 결혼만족도에 미치는 영향을 회기 및 단계로 확인하였다. 이와 같은 결과를 통해 현실요법 미술치료가 중년여성을 대상으로 자아존중감과 결혼만족도 개선의 효과성에 대한 근거를 제시하였으며, 상담 현장에서의 활용가능성 및 경험적 사례 연구 자료를 제공했다는데 의의를 둔다. This study aimed to examine the effects of art therapy applying reality therapy on self-esteem and marital satisfaction of middle-aged women. The subjects were 44-year-old married women who lived in D. and attended two 50-minute art therapy sessions per week. The program proceeded a total of 20 times from September 1, 2017 until November 3, 2017. Self-esteem and marital satisfaction were assessed before and after the study commensed. The results of self-esteem and marital satisfaction scale were analyzed. In addition, KHTP and KFD tests were carried out before and after and the changes were analyzed. In order to understand the process of change on the self-esteem and marital satisfaction of the subjects, qualitative analysis was carried out using observations during each session. The results are as follows. At first, it was confirmed through the self-esteem scale and KHTP that the reality therapy positively affects marital satisfaction of middle -aged women. Secondly, the reality therapy affects the marital satisfaction of middle-aged women through the marital satisfaction scale and KFD. Thirdly, the reality therapy on self-esteem and marital satisfaction of middle-aged women were confirmed by session and step. These results suggest that the reality therapy provides a basis for the effectiveness of self-esteem and the improvement of marital satisfaction in middle-aged women, and provides empirical case study data to the counseling field.
