Silk protein을 첨가한 機能性 절편의 製造에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to reach silk protein added in differing amounts to Jeolpyon, Korean traditional rice cake, using rice powder as its primary material, estimation of the micro organism quality, physicochemical property, sensory evaluation and the property of storage period (20±5℃). In the physicochemical property, the content of proximate composition of rice powder was measured as 38.11% of moisture, 56.62% of total sugar, 5.11% of crude protein, 0.52% of crude lipid, 0.25% of ash. And the raw material of silk protein was measured as 6.61% of moisture, 91.22% of crude protein, 6.41% of crude lipid and 0.75% of ash. The pH of raw material for rice powder and silk protein Jeolpyon showed mild acidity as 6.41 and 6.23, respectively. In rice powder and silk protein, total free sugar contents was 0.89% and 0.02%, and total amino acids contents was 4.28% and 52.21%, respectively. For sensory evaluation. color, taste, softness and adhesiveness were significantly acceptable in control and adding 1% silk protein. Control and samples added 1~3% silk protein had high sensory score color in overall acceptance. In conclusion. Jeolpyon can be manufactured with nutritious Jeolpyon by adding silk protein.
구조적 손상을 입은 철근콘크리트 보의 보강 효과에 관한 연구

This study conducted bending experiment to examine reinforcing effects after preloading of reinforced concrete by reinforcing materials and obtained the following conclusions. To sum up experimental results, it was found that CFS reinforced specimens were excellent in improving bending force and ductility capacity and CB reinforced specimen showed higher reinforcing effects. GFS reinforced specimen had lower reinforcing effects due to lower attachment than fiber reinforced material CFS. GSP reinforced specimen had larger internal force than other reinforced specimens, but it showed the lowest reinforce effects due to its low attachment to concrete and GSP reinforcing specimen showed the same or higher reinforcing effects than other reinforcing materials if its attachment to concrete is improved.
한국판 섬망 평가 척도-98(K-DRS-98)의 표준화 연구

Objective : This study was conducted to develop and to validate the Korean version of Delirium Rating Scale-Revised-98(K-DRS-98), which is a scale for diagnosing delirium and evaluating its severity. Method : After developing the K-DRS-98, 102 patients were rated by it among 4 diagnostic groups, such as delirium (N=25), dementia (N=27), schizophrenia (N=25) and others (N=25). To test for reliability, K-DRS-98 was independently administered by two psychiatrist. To test for validity, Korean version of Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE-K) and Clinical Global Impression (CGI) were administered simultaneously. Statistical analysis was done with SPSS window version 12 package and statistical significance was p<0.05. Result : Intemal consistencies (Cronbach α) of two raters were 0.867 and 0.858, respectively. Inter-rater reliability (κ) was 0.893 for severity items of K-DRS-98 and κ value of diagnosis items was 0.969. In Delirium group, Pearson correlation Coefficients (r) of K-DRS-98 were -0.682 for MMSE-K and 0.667 for CGI. In comparison Delirium group with Others, ANOVA post hoc multiple comparison LSD was statistically significant (p<0.001). The cutoff score to diagnosis of delirium can be recommended 16 for seventy items and 21.5 for total score, respectively. Conclusion : The K-DRS-98 was showed good reliability and validity for the assessment of delirium. The K-DRS-98 is an easy and useful tool for diagnosing delirium and assessing its severity.

Background : Because systolic and diastolic dysfunction frequently coexist in acute myocardial infarction (AMI), we hypothesize that a combined measure of ventricular performance using Doppler echocardiography may be more sensitive and time-saving diagnostic tool for the evaluation of patients presenting with cardiogenic chest pain. Method and Results : Seventy-one patients with AMI (47 male, 59±11 years) and 45 patients with normal coronary artery (29 male, 52±11 years) were included in the study for measurement of cardiac performance index and established parameters of ventricular function using conventional echo-Doppler methods. a new derived index of cardiac performance: (ICT+IRT)/ET, was obtained by subtracting ejection time(ET) from the interval between cessation and onset of the mitral inflow velocity to give the sum of isovolumic contraction time(ICT) and isovolumic relaxation time(IRT). The mean value of the index was significantly different between normal and AMI(p<0.01). The degree of inter-group overlap was smaller for the index compared to other parameters. within functional groups, the value of the index did not appear to be related to heart rate, mean arterial pressure and the degree of mitral regurgitation. Conclusion : cardiac performance index is a conceptually new, simple and reproducible Doppler index of combined systolic and diastolic myocardial performance, and it is useful as screening test for patients with cardiac dysfunction due to AMI
토마토 플러그 묘 생산을 위한 배지로서 펠릿형 Phenolic Foam의 이용

본 연구는 새롭게 개발된 무기물인 phenolic foam 배지를 이용한 토마토 파종용 플러그 묘의 생산 가능성을 평가하기 위하여 수행되었다. 토마토 ‘Madison’품종을 Grodan 암면, UR 암면, phenolic foam LC,phenolic foam LC-lite 4종류의 펠릿 배지를 플러그 트레이에 파종하였다. 파종 후 7일 동안 발아율을 조사하였다. 묘의 생육은 파종 후 19일째에 측정하였다. Phenolic foam LC와 LC-lite 배지에서 가장 높은 발아율을 보였다. 초장, 하배축, 엽면적, 건물중, 생체중은 암면배지에서 유의적으로 양호한 결과를 나타냈다. 하지만 T/R율과 경경은 phenolic foam LC 배지에서 양호한 결과를 나타냈으며, 총공극과 용기용수량 또한 다른 배지와 비하여 가장 높게 측정되었다. 기상률은 phenolic foam LC 배지에서 가장 낮았다. 전체적으로 phenolic foam 배지인 LC와 LC-lite는 암면배지와 비교하여 유사한 생육을 보였다. 본 연구에서 ‘Madison’ 토마토의 공정 묘 생산을 위한 배지로서 phenolic foam LC와 LC-lite 배지의 이용 가능성이 입증되었다. This study was conducted in a glasshouse to examine the possibility of producing tomato plug seedlings in a newly-developed inert phenolic foam medium. Plug seedlings of ‘Madison’ tomato were grown in four pellet type media, Grodan rockwool, UR rockwool, phenolic foam LC, and phenolic foam LC-lite. Seed germination was checked for 7 days. Seedling growth was measured at 19 days after sowing. The greatest germination was obtained in the phenolic foam LC and phenolic foam LC-lite. Plant height, hypocotyl length, leaf area, dry weight, and fresh weight were significantly greater in the rockwool medium than those in the other media. However, the T/R ratio and stem diameter were the greatest in the phenolic foam LC than those in the other media. The total porosity and container capacity of the phenolic foam LC was higher than in the other media. The air space (%) was lowest in the phenolic foam LC. Overall, the phenolic foam LC and phenolic foam LC-lite produced seedlings with similar growth as the rockwool. These results suggested that both phenolic foam LC and phenolic foam LC-lite have potential to be used in production of plug seedlings of ‘Madison’ tomato.
