The objective of this study is to provide a plan for employing the remains of revolutionary history in North Korea as touristic resources after the unification. It's mainly concerned about the economical value for using the space of revolutionary history, also it's aimed to provide the plan for using this remains efficiently as touristic resources. As the result of this study, it's important to make the touristic resources as the remains of the revolutionary history. After the unification, we recognize to be value as the touristic commodity in the revolution history, and we try to find a solution to the problem of tourism, draw up a plan to make ito a tour resources.

The event, which vitalizes space, makes cultural inheritance and tourism resource more valuable. The purpose of this study is to provide a solution which vitalizes the regional culture-tourism with the concept of event. For this, the concept of event was defined with a general study. The effect of event was considered for the regional culture-tourism and the problem in this point was also considered. Moreover, as a result, new direction for the regional culture-tourism with the concept of event was provided as creation of event theme, consideration of fine arid space and participation of regional residents and tourism companies.
Original source tracing enabled by e-learning contents system based on crowdsourcing

<P>A crowdsourcing environment, where there is a very large volume of diverse content resulting from the participation of a mass of unspecified individuals, has resulted in significant changes in education. This paper presents an e-learning content system to manage the inclusion of crowdsourced material on the Web within lecture materials. The e-learning content system comprises a scrape system, learning content editor, and tracing system. As Web content may change with the progress of time, teachers (and students) must check whether the Web-based materials previously used in their classes have been updated. Accordingly, we designed scrape metadata specifications for tracing the original source. These metadata include information on copyrights and tracing, rather than basic data regarding the original source, to allow users to determine whether the original source has been updated. An editor was also configured so that the scraped Web content could be immediately incorporated into the teaching materials for enhanced convenience. The change point tracing accuracy test and utility evaluation performed using this system show that the accuracy of the change point tracing was 97.1% and that this system effectively saves time as compared with checking for changes by entering each URL directly.</P>
Design of User Feedback Interface for Dynamic Updating of E-Book Content

With the development of IT technology, the book was able to be in a digital device. As interest in electronic books increased, there were various attempts different from existing paper book. However successful e-book service model did not come out y. In addition, the emergence of Web 2.0 maximized the active participation of users. Readers want to actively participate on reading rather than passively reading the books. Also the number of cases that providing the feedback that share one's phrase or a good review with others, have been increased. In this paper, we propose a publishing service that uses users’ feedbacks as reader participating e-book content. Existing feedback was in the form of sharing notes and annotations, such as an overall review of the e-book and highlight. However, in this paper, we focus on using user feedback as e-book content by pre-defining feedback at the time of authoring a book. For this purpose, we designed the interface to update e-book content dynamically, considering what to input, how to collect and show output result.
Mobile 3D Fitting Service using fashion catalogs

We developed 'Mobile 3D Fitting Service'. If consumers find favorite clothes through fashion catalogs, they send a 2D barcode or a character code from the mobile to the server, any time anywhere. And then, the server makes the GIF animation image through the decoded code and the avatar, scanned by 3D body scanner. Finally, the GIF animation image, virtual fitting image that created on the server, is downloaded to user's cellular phone. So, the user can see images and also get information for clothes through their cellular phones.
