        니켈기 초내열합금 RENE 80 의 크리프시험중 결정입계 균열생성 및 전파

        Two kinds of specimens with different microstructure were prepared by changing casting variables in vacuum investment casting. The effect of microstructural difference on the creep behavior, creep crack initiation and creep crack propagation was studied in Ni base superalloy RENE 80. The specimen having fine grained and uniformly distributed carbide exhibited superior creep properties to the large grained specimen tested at 760℃. However above 870℃, two kinds of specimens showed similar creep behavior. At higher temperature creep, crack initiation was principally caused by the reaction between the grain boundary exposed at the surface and the test atmosphere rather than the internal microstructural changes. The crack initiated at the surface propagated to the internal area and this kind of crack propagation leads to fracture of material.

        홍삼 추출물이 반치사량정도의 방사선(5Gy)에 조사된 생쥐조직 및 이들 조직에서의 효소활성에 미치는 영향을 관찰하기 위하여 ICR계 생쥐를 대상으로, 생리적 식염수군을 대조구군으로 하여, 홍삼 추출물 투여군과 방사선만을 조사한군 및 홍삼 추출물 투여후 방사선 조사군 등 4군으로 나누어 1일, 4일, 9일, 17일 및 30일 등 5회에 걸쳐 생체의 조직중 비장 및 고환에서의 중량 변화 및 GOT와 GPT의 활성을 측정하여 결과를 얻었다. 비장의 중량변화는 1일째 및 4일째 최소치를 보이다가 이후 증가추세를 보였으며, 고환의 중량 변화는 17일 이후 급격한 감소로 30일에도 증가하지 못했다. GOT의 활성도 변화는 비장에서는 초기에 현저히 증가했으며 이후 회복하는 경향이었다. 방사선 조사군들에서는 홍삼추출물 투여군이 방사선만을 조사한 군보다 빠르게 회복하는 경향이었으며 고환에서의 GOT활성은 매우 불안정하였다. GPT 활성도 변화는 비장, 고환에서 모두 초기에 증가하다가 점차 회복하는 경향이었으며 홍삼 추출물 투여후 방사선 조사군이 방사선만을 조사한군보다 빠르게 회복하는 경향이었다. 이러한 결과로 볼 때 홍삼 추출물은 방사선 조사에 의하여 기인된 비장 및 고환의 GOT와 GPT활성도 증가에 방호효과가 있다고 생각된다. This study was prepared to observe the change of tissues weight, glutamate oxaloacetate transminase(GOT) and glutamate pyruvate transminase(GPT) activities in the spleen and testis treated with red ginseng extract injection in the gamma ray irradiated mice. Groups were divided into control, red ginseng extract injection, irradiation after saline injection and irradiation after red ginseng extract injection. The spleen and testis weights were decreased at 17th day irradiation after saline injection and irradiation after red ginseng extract injection. The GOT activity showed earlier recovery at irradiation after red ginseng extract injection group than irradiation after saline injection group in the spleen. The GPT activity showed earlier recovery at irradiation after red ginseng extract injection group than irradiation after saline injection group in the spleen and testis. The above result suggest that red ginseng extract have the recovery effect on the change GOT and GPT activity after radiation injury in the spleen and testis of mice.

        지열시스템의 그라우트 및 수온변화가 미생물에 미치는 영향 실험

        Objective of this study was to examine the effects of grouts and temperature change on microorganisms in geothermal heat pump. Groundwater samples were obtained from wells in the heat pump system during installation (Oriental medicine hospital) and in the heat pump system under operation (Business incubation center). Grouts are the volclay sodium bentonite. Real-time PCR was used to evaluate total bacterial number and 16S rDNA. The results showed that total bacterial number of groundwater in the heat pump operation was greater than that of non-operation case, which indicates a temperature effect on the bacterial culture. In addition, high concentration of grout showed an elevated bacteria number. In the mean time, a long-term field monitoring is essentially required to confirm the effects of the grouts and the temperature changes. 본 논문은 지열시스템의 설치 시 사용되는 그라우트와 운영에 따른 수온변동이 유발할 수 있는 미생물학적 영향을 실내실험을 통해 살펴보았다. 시료는 지열히트펌프가 아직 가동되지 않는 관정(한방병원)과 지열 히트펌프가 가동 중인 곳(창업보육센터)에서 채취하였다. 실험에 사용한 그라우트는 볼클레이 벤토나이트로 나트륨(Na)계이며 Real-time PCR을 사용하여 각 시료에서 추출된 총 유전자 DNA 중 세균이 가지고 있는 16S rDNA를 정량함으로써 전체 세균의 양을 평가하였다. 실험 결과 지열히트펌프가 가동 중인 지하수에서 총 세균양이 가장 많았으며 벤토나이트를 주입하면서 세균수가 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 한편 그라우트 및 수온영향을 보다 명확하게 파악하기 위해서는 장기적인 현장모니터링이 요구된다.

        정신분열병에 대한 리스페리돈의 효과 및 안정성

        연구목적 : 본 시험의 목적은 임상시험 시작전에 연구자들을 대상으로 PANSS Workshop을 통하여 PANSS, ESRS에 대한 국내에서의 표준화 작업을 구축하고 새로운 정신병 치료제인 리스페리돈의 효과와 안정성을 재확인하여 리스페리돈 사용에 대한 적정화를 이루는데 있다. 연구방법 : 1996년 4월부터 1996년 9월까지 국내 39개 대학병원 정신과에 입원중인 혹은 증상이 악화되어 입원하는 정신분열병 환자 377명을 대상으로 다시설 개방 연구를 시행하였다. 1주일간의 약물 배설기간을 가진후, 리스페리돈을 8주간 투여하였고, 기준점, 1주, 2주, 4주, 그리고 8주후에 평가되었다. 용량은 제1일에는 리스페리돈 1mg씩 1일 2회, 제2일에는 2mg씩 1일 2회, 제3∼7일에는 3mg씩 1일 2회 투여하였다. 이후 환자의 임상상태에 따라 임의로 증량할 수 있으며, 최대 일일 16mg을 초과하지 않도록 하였다. 추체외로 증상을 조절하기 위한 투약을 허용하였다. 임상증상 및 부작용의 평가는 PANSS(Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale), CGI(Clinical Global Impression) 그리고 ESRS(Extrapyramidal Symptom Rating Scale)을 사용하였다. 연구결과 : 377명중 343명(91%)이 8주간의 연구를 완결하였다. 치료 종결시점인 8주후 PANSS 총점수가 20% 이상 호전된 경우를 약물 반응군으로 정의할때, 약물반응군은 81.3%였다. 리스페리돈에 반응하는 예측인자로는 발병연령, 이전의 입원 횟수, 유병기간이 관련 있었다. 리스페리돈은 1주후부터 PANSS양성, 음성, 및 일반정신병리 점수상에 유의한 호전을 보여 효과가 빨랐다. CGI의 경우도 기준점에 비해 1주후부터 유의한 감소를 나타내었다. ESRS의 경우, 파킨슨 평가점수는 기준점과 비교해 투여 1주, 2주, 4주후 유의하게 증가되었다가 8주후 기준점과 차이가 없었다. Dystonia 평가점수는 1주후만 유의한 증가를 보였으며, dyskinesia 평가점수는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 혈압, 맥박수의 생명징후 및 일반 혈액학 검사, 생화학적 검사, 심전도 검사에서 유의한 변화는 없었다. 결 론 : 이상의 다시설 개방 임상 연구를 통해 리스페리돈은 정신분열병 환자에서 양성증상뿐만 아니라 음성증상 및 전반적인 증상에도 효과적인 것으로 사료된다. 보다 명확한 평가를 위해서는 다른 항정신병약물과의 이중맹검 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각되며, 또한 장기적 치료에 대한 평가도 함께 이루어져야 하겠다. Objective : The purpose of this study was to investigate the efficacy and safety of risperidone in the treatment of Korean schizophrenic patients. Method : This multicenter open study included 377 schizophrenic patients drawn from 39 university hospitals. After a wash-out period of 1 week, the schizophrenic patients were treated with risperidone for 8 weeks and evaluated at 5 points ; at baseline, and 1, 2, 4 and 8 weeks of treatment. The dose was increased from 2mg/day(1mg twice daily) to 6mg/day(3mg twice daily) during the first week and adjusted to a maximum of 16mg/day over the next 7 weeks according to the patient's clinical response. Medication to control extrapyramidal symptoms was permitted. The psychiatric and neurological status of the patients was assessed by PANSS, CGI, and ESRS scales. Results : 343(91%) of 377 patients completed the 8-week trial period. Clinical improvement, as defined by a 20% or more reduction in total PANSS score at end point, was shown by 81.3% of patients. The predictors of response to risperidone were associated older age, shorter duration of illness, fewer previous hospitalization. Risperidone had rapid onset of action ; a significant decrease of the total PANSS and three PANSS factor(positive, negative, general), and CGI was already noticed at the end of first week. For the ESRS, parkinsonism rating scores were significantly increased until week 4 comparing with baseline. Dystonia rating scores were significantly increased until week 1, and dyskinesia rating scores were not significantly changed during the study. Laboratory parameters including vital sign, EKG, hematological, and biochemical values showed no significant changes during the trial. Conclusions : This study suggests that risperidone is generally safe and effective against both the positive and negative symptoms in our group of patients.

        밤나무 교잡종 과실의 질적 특성

        This study was aimed to applicate as the basic data for the presentation of International Union for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants (UPOV) guideline and for breeding new cultivars through qualitative characteristics of nut in chestnut hybrids. In nut shape, oval type, 85.30%, could be observed in all combinations, and triangle type, 3.78%, in K×R, K×O, E×R, I×R, J×O, and oblong type, 5.46%, in R×O, I×O, E×O, I×R, respectively. Both dark and reddish brown, 49.16% and 38.24%, in nut color were observed in all combinations, and nut pericarp hairs in only K×R, R×K could be observed in whole part. The density of its hair showed above middle rank (92.86%) in most of combinations, and the size of hilum area showed above middle rank in only E×O, K×O and E×R. Ten combinations except K×O showed a good condition in nut luster, and two or three types of three split type could be observed in all combinations, simultaneously. Superior individuals, RO-22 and RO-25, showed oblong and dark brown, but others except OK-2 showed oval and reddish brown in nut shape and nut color, respectively. In position of nut pericarp hair, only OK-2 showed stigma part, but all of superior individuals except IO-15 showed thickness in its density. Only JO-7 and RO-25 were smaller than others in size of hilum area, and JO-7, OK-4, OK-15, RO-22 and RO-25 had nuts with excellent luster. Most of individuals had nuts with two or three types in type of nut split, and JO-7, JO-12, IO-15 and OK-15 showed only single type. In peeling rate, OK-2, OK-4 and OK-15 showed around 20% while RO-25 and JO-12 showed 78.6% and 72.4% being considered as superior individuals for roasted chestnuts.

        전두부 골절 환자의 임상적 연구

        Fracture of frontal bone is infrequent, but may have serious complications because of their proximity to the brain, eyes and noses. Fractures of the frontal area range from 5% to 15% of all facial bone fracture and include supraorbital rim and frontal sinus. As frontal bone fractures most frequently occur in the multiply injured patient, a thorough clinical and radiological examination of the patient is required before diagnosis and treatment plans are established. Sometimes coorperative treatment with other department is requried. It is specially considered that incision for access to frontal region and surgical methods for open reduction, cranialization, cannulization, sinus obliteration. After surgical or conservative treatment, it may have complication. Complication of frontal bone injury vary in severity and may occur at several years after the incidents. The major types of complications are those that occur directly at the time of injury, infection and chronic problems. This is clinical study on 31 patients with frontal bone fracture, at department of oral and maxillofacial surgery in dental hospital of Wonkwang university during past ten years. The results were as follows : 1. The sex ratio of all patients is 29 (94%) male to 2 (6%) female, the average age is 33 and the prominent groups are 2nd, 3rd decade age. 2. The causative factors are mostly traffic accident 22 cases (70%) and fall dawn, industrial accidents, so on. 3. The 17 cases has shown alert mental status, but neurologic problems is in 14 (45%) cases in initial accessment. 4. Associated facial bone fractures are prominent in the maxilla (42%) and panfacial fracture (39%). 5. Involved general problems are in department of neurologic surgery problems (65%), orthopaedic problems (23%) and ophthalmologic problems (19%) in order. 6. Open reduction has done in 15 cases and 16 cases with conservative management. 7. Postoperative complications are chronic headache (42%), esthetic problems (39%) and ophthalmologic problems (35%)in order.

      • 일방향응고 초내열합금 CM186LC의 크리프 및 저주기피로 균열생성

        The second generation DS alloy CM186LC has comparable creep-rupture life to first generation single crystal alloys CMSX-2 and CMSX-3 in the as-cast and double aged condition. In the assembly of nozzle guide vanes, Ds components are joined into pairs by brazing. In order to study mechanical behavior of the material at the same condition as production, DS bars were subjected to brazing simulated treatments. Compared with standard treatment a small drop in creep-rupture life was observed but the degree of fall in life was not serious. Creep cracks initiated at the transverse components of the grain boundaries, which were normal to the applied stress direction. Every crack was associated with the v-v' eutectic phase at grain boundaries v-v' eutectic was not only located at grain boundaries but also in the interdendritic regions. It also acted as crack initiation site during creep. Low cycle fatigue tests were conducted under fully reversed trapezoidal strain wave at a frequency of 0.25Hz. The depth of the LCF cracks at the surface was comparable to that of the secondary dendrite arms from the surf-ace of the specimen. Cracks initiated at all of the interdendritic regions exposed at the surface, especially at the v-v' eutectic phase. LCF crack initiation and propagation are therefore proposed to be microstructally dependent.

      • J-R 곡선에 대한 시편크기의 영향에 관한 연구

        The objective of this paper is to investigate the constraint effect on fracture resistance curves. A series of fracture toughness tests with different specimen sizes taken from nuclear piping materials(SA312 TP347 SA516 Gr. 70) were performed. Test results show that fracture toughness is increased with increase in specimen size, probably due to the relaxation crack tip constraint. Elastic-plastic finite element analyses were also performed to investigate the constraint effect. Numerical results show that the stress triaxiality at the crack tip is the governing factor for fracture toughness.

      • 이동 열원을 고려한 전자빔 용접의 유한요소해석

        Simulation on the electron beam welding of Al 2219 alloy was carried out by using commercial FEM code MARC, which encounters moving heat sources. Due to axisymmetry of geometry, a half of the cylinder was simulated. A coupled thermo-mechanical analysis was carried out and subroutine for heat flux was substituted in the program. The material properties such as specific heat, heat transfer coefficient and thermal expansion coefficient were given as a function of temperature and the latent heat associated with a given temperature range is considered. As a result, the proper beam power is 60kVX60mA and welding speed is 1~1.5 m/min. The residual stress in the heat-affected zone as well as the fusion zone does not increase. It is necessary to use jigs for preventing distortion of cylinder and improving weld quality.

      • 야생 노랑제비꽃(Viola orientalis W.Becker)의 형태적 특성 및 Callus유도에 관하여

        부산근교의 고산 지대에 자생하는 야생 노랑제비꽃(Viola orientalis W. Becker)의 외부 형태적 특성과 줄기 조직으로부터 callus형성에 미치는 식물 생장조절제의 영양에 관한 실험을 실시하였던 바 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 잎은 근생엽과 줄기상의 잎으로 구별할 수 있었으며, 엽장, 엽폭, 그리고 엽면적 각각 3.9㎝, 4.7㎝ and 15㎠로 모두 근생엽이 skjawl 줄기상의 잎보다 컸다. 그러나 엽형지수에 있어서는 근생엽이 0.83으로 가장 작았고 줄기상의 가장 작은 잎이 1.30으로 제일 크게 나타났다. 식물 생장조절물질의 단용에서 callus 유도는 Auxin의 NAA5×10??, 5×10??, 5×10??M에서 양호하였다. Auxin과 Cytokinin의 혼용에서 callus유도는 NAA 5×10??M 및 5×10??M에 BA 5×10??, 5×10??, 5×10??M의 전구에서 양호하였다. Callus 성장이 가장 양호한 조합은 NAA 5×10??M + BA 5×10??M 및 NAA 5×10??M + BA 5×10??M이었다. This experiment was conducted to study morphological feature and effect of plant growth regulators on callus induction of wild viola(Viola orientalis W. Becker). The results obtained were summarized as follows: In morphological feature, there was two distinctive leaf-forming types : one was rosette type derived from subterranean stem and the other was leaves formed on stem. Generally rosette type leaves were larger than others and the leaf length, leaf width, and leaf area were 3.9㎝, 4.7㎝ and 15㎠ on average, respectively. In the leaf shape index(the ratio of leaf length/width), the smallest value(0.83) was shown on rosette leaf while the greatest value(1.30) was determined from leaves on stems. Callus induction from the stem segments of wild viola was relatively higher at NAA concentrations of 5x10??M, 5x10??M or 5x10??M than at the same ones of other regulators used. The most effective combined concentrations of Auxin and Cytokinin for the callus formation were 5×10??M of NAA plus 5×10??M of BA or 5×10??M of NAA plus 5×10??M of BA.
