The persistence of a status gap between men and women in Japan, on the other hand there is growing skepticism about gender inequality. This discrepancy between the reality and beliefs about gender roles and disparities sug-gests that Japan is undergoing a transitional phase in terms of the division of labor according to gender. Moreover, Japanese couples are less likely to listen to or confide in their spouses regarding their problems than those of couples from other East Asian countries. The present study examined Japanese marital communication, division of labor in the context of traditional gender roles, and the need for their support. The study involved sequential analysis of a single couple therapy session. Co-constructed narratives and sociocultural discourses were examined in the structured session, in which attachment needs were discussed between spouses, particularly those arising during crises. The results revealed that feelings of “Amae” and refraining from expressing one’s own needs ac-counted for the challenges in communication. It is important to engage in dialogue that focuses on the needs and efforts of the couple, as well as to create an environment conducive to the discussion of work-related issues, household chores, and childcare. Meeting the couple’s proximity needs and improving family management may promote equitable division of labor based on new gender roles.
Exfoliated Graphite for Spilled Heavy Oil Recovery
Inagaki, Michio,Toyoda, Masahiro,Iwashita, Norio,Nishi, Yoko,Konno, Hidetaka Korean Carbon Society 2001 Carbon Letters Vol.2 No.1
Exfoliated graphite was found to sorb selectively a large amount of heavy oil, about 80 g of heavy oil floating on water per 1 g of exfoliated graphite, which is highly possible to be applied to recovering spilled heavy oil. Sorption capacity, selectivity and kinetics of exfoliated graphite were reviewed. The possibility of recovery of heavy oil from exfoliated graphite and recycling of both recovered heavy oil and exfoliated graphite was also discussed. Its sorption performance was compared with other materials which were reported to show sorption of heavy oil.

In this paper, we describe how harmonic voltage in transmission networks influences harmonic currents in distribution networks. In the conventional equivalent circuit for harmonic analysis based on computer simulations, harmonic currents in distribution networks were regarded as a constant harmonic current source. However, results of experiments using distribution system equipment indicate that the harmonic currents vary if individual harmonic distortion (IHD) of the sending voltage in transmission networks or phase angle difference between the fundamental voltage and the harmonic voltage in transmission networks varies. To analyze the results, this paper proposes a new circuit model of the harmonic currents in distribution networks. Computer simulations using EMTP were also carried out and the results were compared with results of experiments for the verification of the proposed circuit.

The purpose of this study is to analyse through the classic philosophers of Japan and concepts of modem philosophers of the original view of the sports body feature centered on the body of dancing. The results of the study can be summarized as follows. Amenouseme who showed on ancient chronicles and Japanese history book was an shaman who plays an important role at the ancestral rites. The body of shaman exchange of message with Almighty and the body itself which cannot be controlled by the will or rationality, that is to say, body with immersed in ecstasy (extase: French term). The reason why man/women started dance is to free from fear of initial uneasiness of threatening death and unexpected danger. Of course, the body of dance has changed a lot with generations social reforms. For example, after the revolution of the current European dance feature, the dancer who pursues the art is much more difference of that of ancient dance. Furthermore, the dancer who tries impromptu performance has changed in body feature and shows new development At this point, there remains more solutions left what is the body features for dancer. But we all agree that the body features of dancer is far from the physical thought and philosophy of current Europe and the body feature is from ours or others of open minded feature.
Reactively Sputtered MgAl2O4 Barrier Layers for Heusler Tunnel Junctions

Epitaxial MgAl2O4 thin films were deposited on a lattice-matched Heusler alloy, Fe2CrSi,by reactive magnetron sputtering of an MgAl2 target in an Ar+O2 atmosphere. EpitaxialFe2CrSi/MgAl2O4 junctions were obtained by inserting an ultrathin MgAl2 interlayer, which workedas a protective layer for oxidization at the surface of the Fe2CrSi. The growth of MgAl2O4 was foundto be very sensitive to the MgAl2 thickness and the oxygen partial pressure during the deposition ofMgAl2O4. Both epitaxial growth and characteristics of the efficient tunneling barrier were obtainedin an Fe2CrSi/MgAl2O4 (3 nm)/CoFe tunneling device for MgAl2O4 thin films grown by reactivesputtering. The present epitaxial MgAl2O4 barrier deposited by reactive sputtering is expected torealize high performance spintronic devices.
