Background: It has been known that most of thyroid stimulating antibodies(TSAbs) may interact with epitopes near N-terminal, and thyroid stimulation blocking antibodies(TSBAbs) near C-terminal on the extracellular domain of TSH receptor. However, many authors have reported different results about epitopes reacting with TSH receptor autoantibody(TRAb). TSBAbs inhibit thyroid stimulation of TSH and TSAbs at the receptor level. However, it has been reported that there are some TSBAbs which bind to the other sites, not TSH receptor, or block post-reeeptor process. These findings raise the possibility that TRAbs may be heterogeneous according to the mechanism of action. In order to investigate the heterogeneity of TRAb, we undertook immuno- precipitation using synthetic peptides of TSH receptor and measured TRAb activities by FRTL-5 cells and chimeric CHO cells. Methods: We studied 102 patients with autoimmune thyroid disease(Graves disease 32, Hashimotos thyroiditis 29, atrophic thyroiditis 41) and 35 healthy persons. Three synthetic peptide fragments of TSH receptor were used to perform immunoprecipitation with serum or IgG of patients and healthy persons, TSAb and TSBAb activities were measured by FRTL-5 cells and CHO cells transfected with wild-type and 2 mutant TSH receptor cDNA(Mc2, Mc1+2). Mc2 and Mcl+2 were rnade to substitute amino acid residues of 90-165, 8-165 of the TSH receptor with corresponding residues of LH/CG receptor, respectively. Results: Two out of 10 IgGs extracted from Graves disease and 2 out of 9 IgGs from atrophic thyroiditis had specific bidings over 0.84% in immunoprecipitation with peptide I(amino acid residue 35-50). Four out of 18 IgGs from Graves disease, 9 out of 41 IgGs from atrophic thyroiditis, and 6 out of 14 IgGs from Hashimotos thyroiditis had specific bidings over 0.84% in immunoprecipitation with peptide II(amino acid residue 317-332). Only 2 out of 10 IgGs from Graves disease had specific bidings over 0.84% in immunoprecipitation with peptide III(amino acid residue 341-358). When 10 IgGs extracted from Graves disease were reacted with wild-type, Mc2, and Mcl+2 CHO cells, 7 IgGs in wild-type and 4 IgGs in Mc2 had positive for TSAb activities. In 10 IgGs from atrophic thyroiditis, 5 in wild-type, 5 in Mc2, and 3 in Mcl+2 CHO cells had positive for TSBAb activities. In Hashimoto's thyroiditis, only 1 with hyperthyroidism had positive for TSAb activity in wild-type and 1 with hypothyroidism had positive for TSBAb activities in both of wild-type and Mc2 CHO cells. Therefore, patients with Graves disease were divided into at least 3 groups according to the TSAb activities measured by wild-type, Mc2, Mcl+ 2 CHO cells and TBII activities. And patients with atrophic thyroiditis were divided into at least 4 groups according to the TBII activities, TSBAb activities by wild-type, Mc2, Mcl+2 CHO cells and FRTL-5 cells. Conclusion: From these results, epitopes of TSH receptor reacting with TSAb or TSBAb in autoimmune thyroid disease may be scattered in the TSH receptor, although epitopes of TSAb tend to be near N-terminal and those of TSBAb near C-terminal. Graves disease or atrophic thyroiditis were divided into 3 or 4 groups according to the TBII and TRAb activities. Therefore, TRAb detected in autoimmune thyroid disease may be heterogenous. Visual Preference of Diamondback Moth, Plutella xylostella, to Light-emitting Diodes

The phototactic response of diamondback moth, Plutella xylostella, to six light-emitting diodes (LEDs) was evaluated, and its response was compared with a commercial luring lamp (BLB). Based on the attraction rate under optimal conditions, green (98.3%) gave the best attractive activity of LEDs, followed by UV (90.0%), red (79.4%), yellow (76.7%), blue (69.4%) and IR (36.7%). P. xylostella showed higher preference to green LED than BLB (86.7%).
ON THE OPTIMAL COVERING OF EQUAL METRIC BALLS IN A SPHERE

In this paper we consider covering problems in spherical geometry. Let $cov_q{S_1}^n$ be the smallest radius of q equal metric balls that cover n-dimensional unit sphere ${S_1}^n$. We show that $cov_q{S_1}^n\;=\;\frac{\pi}{2}\;for\;2\leq\;q\leq\;n+1$ and $\pi-arccos(\frac{-1}{n+1})$ for q = n + 2. The configuration of centers of balls realizing $cov_q{S_1}^n$ are established, simultaneously. Moreover, some properties of $cov_{q}$X for the compact metric space X, in general, are proved.
A Study on Comparison of Excellence Among of P-Model, E-Model, and GAP-Model

The disconfirmation paradigm is the earliest researched and the most deeply researched of all the paradigms in marketing. Disconfirmation paradigm deals with the influence of expectation, perceived product performance, and the discord between the two on consumer satisfaction. The GAP-Model is based on the disconfirmation paradigm that tries to understand the effect of the gap between before purchase expectations and after purchase perceptions of the product performance on dependent variables such as customer satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to test whether regression coefficients of a P-Model(performance only model), an E-Model(expectation only model) and GAP(P-E)-Model are equivalent in explaining service value and loyalty. The Chow's F-Test is used to test the excellence of the 3 models. As a result of comparison and analysis, P-Model showed more excellence of service value and loyalty than E-Model or GAP-Model.
A Study On Order Structure of SERVPERVAL's 5 Dimensions

This Paper has adapted SERVPERVAL scale so that hotel manager can use it to determine how customers perceive the service Quality in hotel. A considerable amount of research has focused on the dimensionality of service quality construct. As later found with the generic SERVQUAL, tangible was the most important out of the 5 dimensions. Listed in descending order of importance to hotel customers, the orders of the other 4 dimensions are assurance, reliability, responsiveness, and empathy. But there was order structure in SERVPERVAL's 5 dimensions. Order structure of 5 dimensions is divided by 3 order groups because there was same order among the 5 dimensions.
Degradation of Ba(DPM)2 during Storage in a Desiccator for Extended Periods

We have investigated the degradation mechanism of Ba(DPM)₂, which has been stored in a desiccator for extended periods using thermogravimetry, FTIR and mass spectroscopy. TG analysis shows that the aged sample loses the initial weight significantly at relatively low temperatures, the rate of weight loss decreases above 380℃, and large amounts of residue remain at 550℃. FTIR and mass spectroscopy show that Ba(DPM)₂ is easily attacked by CO₂ and H₂O in air, which results in the dissociation of chemical bonds between the Ba ion and the ligand at low temperatures. This eventually enhances the oligomerization of Ba(DPM)₂ and the formation of carbonates that exhibit low volatility and unstable thermal properties.
Development of Organic Material Recommendation System for Organic Rice Using Linear Programming

Fertilizer recommendation system (FRS) is a useful method for environmentally friendly agriculture. However, the conventional FRS does not deal with organic materials such as green manure and oilcake, which used for domestic organic farming. In this study, we developed an organic material recommendation system (OMRS) using linear programming. This procedure calculates the amount of organic material that maximizes the fertilizer effect under constraints such as N input range and C/N ratio. A combination of two organic materials, including green manure etc., is considered. The procedure was tested in the R statistic program using lp_solve, a library for the mixed integer linear programming solver. Application of this model increased rice yield index than standard rate of fertilizer. This program was also implemented to Korea Soil Information System. This system will be useful for farmers to make decisions that meet their specific needs, such as organic resources, crop nutrient requirements, and environmental regulatory policies.

The purpose of this study is to identify relationship among job stressor, organizational stressor, and turnover intention of school meal chefs. The respondents included 155 school meal chefs in the survey. Data were analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis and cause-effect analysis among the constructs. After research model testing, the following results were obtained : job stressor was influenced directly and positively by the turnover intention of school meal chefs. But organizational stressor was not influenced directly and positively by the turnover intention of school meal chefs.

The purpose of this study is to identify relationship among motivation factor, hygiene factor, and job satisfaction of school meal chefs. The respondents included 155 school meal chefs in the survey. Data was analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis and cause-effect analysis among the constructs. After research model testing, the following results was obtained : hygiene factor was influenced directly and positively by the job satisfaction of school meal chefs. But motivation factor was not influenced directly and positively by the job satisfaction of school meal chefs.
