현행 중등학교 과학 실험 , 실습 교육 실태 조사 및 그 운영 진단 (Ⅱ) : 고등학교 과학 실험 , 실습 교육을 중심으로

본 연구는 96년도에 실시한 우리 나라 중학교 과학 실험·실습 교육의 실태 조사 연구에 따른 계속 연구의 일환으로 고등학교 과학 실험·실습 교육의 실태를 조사하기 위한 것이다. 연구내용은 고등학교 과학 교과서의 분석, 실험·실습 실시 현황 분석, 현행 실험·실습 교육의 문제점 분석, 현행 학교 구성원들의 실험·실습 교육 운영 실태 조사 및 현행 실험·실습 교육의 개선을 위한 연구과제 도출을 주요 연구내용으로 다루었다. 연구방법은 전국의 고등학교 80개교를 대상으로 이들 학교의 학생 1,977명, 교사 165명, 학교장 80명에게 적용하였다. 본 연구에서 밝혀진 결과를 중심으로 우리 나라 고등학교 과학 실험 실습 교육의 정상화를 위한 실험 내적인 연구과제를 제시하면 다음과 같다. (1)교재 개발에 대한 연구, (2)실험 킷트 개발에 대한 연구, (3)교사교육 및 재교육 프로그램 개발에 대한 연구, (4)교실 밖 실험·실습 활동 프로그램 개발에 대한 연구, (5)과학 실험·실습 소재의 개발에 대한 연구. This study was accomplished to analysis and survey on the experimental and practical science education of high school in korea for the consecutive study of the an analysis and survey on the experimental and practical science education of middle school in korea(Lee, Yoon-Jong et al., 1997). The status of facilities, management for the experiment, practices, teaching methods in high schools have been investigated. The present status and reasonable management of the high school science education have been grasped from the questionaires. To do this 165 high school science teachers, 1977 students and 80 principals of high schools in Korea are administered questionaires of Science Education Research Institute of Kyungpook National University(1997). The results of this study are as follows : The reasonable management for experiments and practices of science education were scanty in the high school around the urban and rural school owing to the shortage of facilities and equipments, crowded class, excessive class works for teacher, excessive contents of present textbooks and insufficiency of the administrative supports etc. The current teaching method of high school science has emphasized knowledge. This fact does not satisfy the objective of learning due to lack of the teaching method. Desirable directions for the improvement of present status of high school science education were proposed in this paper.
Oscillatory potenials of Local Macular ERG in Diabetic Retinopathy

망막전위도에서 율동양소파는 초기 당뇨병성 망막증의 망막 기능을 평가하는데 임상적 가치가 있다고 한다. 그러나 현재까지 기록된 율동양소파는 망막을 전제적으로 광자극하여 얻은 것이므로 당뇨병성 황반증과 같은 국소적 병변에 대한 평가는 불가능하였다. 그래서 국소 자극장치를 이용한 국소 황반부 망막전위도를 당뇨병성 황반증에서 기록한 결과, a파와 b파는 정상이나 황반부 율동양소파가 선택적으로 감소되었다. 그러므로 선택적으로 감소된 황반부 율동양소파는 당뇨병성 황반증에서 황반부 기능을 평가하는 한 지표가 될 수 있다고 본다. The oscillatory potentials (OPs) in electroretinogram (ERG) have clinical values in measuring retinal functions of the early stage of diabetic retinopathy. However, OPs have, until now, been evaluated as components of total ERG recorded with a full field simulus over the entire retina. Therefore, little information could be obtained about the macular condition (diabetic retinopathy). Using focal stimuli, we successfully recorded OPs in human macular region. We modified our previously reported system for recording local macular ERG under the fundus monitor with the infrared televeson fundus camera. We evaluated macular OPs with simultaneously recorded a-and b-waves in many patents with diabetic retinopathy. In somekinds of early diabetic maculopathy, the macular OPs were selectively reduced, leaving the a-and b-waves intact. The macular OPs can be a valuable indicator in assessment of the macular function in diabetic maculopathy.

From April 1981 to March 1985, a clinical study was made at the Intcrnal Medicine department of Ewha Womans University Hospital on 13 patients with IgA nephropathy. The following results were obtained. 1) The mean age of patients was 27 years, the male to femle ratio was 1.2:1. The most common chief complaint was gross hematuria(38%). 2) In urinalysis, hematuria and proteinuria were noted 100% and 92%, respectively. Creatinine clearance was decreased than normal range of creatinine clearance. ASO titer, immunoglobulin and C3 level were normal range. 3) Kidney biopsy finding showed minor mesangeal change in 62% of patients. IgA deposition was noted in all patients.

<P>The oxidation and hydration kinetics of a proton conductor oxide, SrCe<SUB>0.95</SUB>Yb<SUB>0.05</SUB>O<SUB>2.975</SUB>, were examined <I>via</I> conductivity relaxation upon a sudden change of oxygen activity in a fixed water-activity atmosphere, and <I>vice versa</I>, in the ranges of −4.0 < log <I>a</I><SUB>O<SUB>2</SUB></SUB> ≤ 0.01 and −5.0 < log <I>a</I><SUB>H<SUB>2</SUB>O</SUB> < −2.0 at 800 °C. It was found that under an oxygen-activity gradient in a fixed water-vapor-activity atmosphere, the conductivity relaxation with time is monotonic with a single relaxation time (as usual), yielding a chemical diffusivity that is unequivocally that of the component oxygen. In a water-activity gradient in a fixed oxygen activity atmosphere, on the other hand, the conductivity relaxation appears quite unusual, exhibiting an extremum after an initial transient. The conductivity relaxation upon hydration or oxidation, in general, is quantitatively analyzed in terms of two apparent chemical diffusivities for component oxygen and hydrogen, respectively. The inner workings of hydration is discussed, and the as-evaluated chemical diffusivities are reported and compared with the conventional chemical diffusivity of water.</P> <P>Graphic Abstract</P><P>Conductivity relaxation of SrCe<SUB>0.95</SUB>Yb<SUB>0.05</SUB>O<SUB>2.975</SUB> upon hydration and dehydration between log <I>a</I><SUB>H<SUB>2</SUB>O</SUB> = −3.0 and −3.6 in a fixed oxygen atmosphere of log <I>a</I><SUB>O<SUB>2</SUB></SUB> = 0.01 at 800 °C.
