<P>This paper presents an amplifier-less and digital-intensive current-to-digital converter for ion-sensitive FET sensors. Capacitance on the input node is utilized as a residue accumulator, and a clocked comparator is followed for quantization. Without any continuous-time feedback circuit, the converter performs a first-order noise shaping of the quantization error. In order to minimize static power consumption, the proposed circuit employs a single-ended current-steering digital-to-analog converter which flows only the same current as the input. By adopting a switching noise averaging algorithm, our dynamic element matching not only mitigates mismatch of current sources in the current-steering DAC, but also makes the effect of dynamic switching noise become an input-independent constant. The implemented circuit in 0.35 mu m CMOS converts the current input with a range of 2.8 mu A to 15b digital output in about 4 ms, showing a DNL of + 0.24/ - 0.25 LSB and an INL of + 1.98/ - 1.98 LSB while consuming 16.8 mu W.</P>

In the pursuit of sustainable and environmentallyfriendly agricultural practices, we conducted an extensive study on the rhizosphere bacteria inhabiting soils that have been devoid of chemical fertilizers for an extended period exceeding 40 years. Through this investigation, we isolated a total of 80 species of plant growth-promoting rhizosphere bacteria and assessed their potential to enhance plant growth. Among these isolates, Burkholderia cepacia CD2 displayed remarkable plant growth-promoting activity, making it an optimal candidate for further analysis. Burkholderia cepacia CD2 exhibited a range of beneficial characteristics conducive to plant growth, including phosphate solubilization, siderophore production, denitrification, nitrate utilization, and urease activity. These attributes are well-known to positively influence the growth and development of plants. To validate the taxonomic classification of the strain, 16S rRNA gene sequencing confirmed its placement within the Burkholderia genus, providing further insights into its phylogenetic relationship. To delve deeper into the potential mechanisms underlying its plant growthpromoting properties, we sought to confirm the presence of specific genes associated with plant growth promotion in CD2. To achieve this, whole genome sequencing (WGS) was performed by Plasmidsaurus Inc. (USA) utilizing Oxford Nanopore technology (Abingdon, UK). The WGS analysis of the genome of CD2 revealed the existence of a subsystem function, which is thought to be a pivotal factor contributing to improved plant growth. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that Burkholderia cepacia CD2 has the potential to serve as a microbial fertilizer, offering a sustainable alternative to chemical fertilizers.

본 연구는 체육과 교육과정 국제비교 연구를 통해, 교육과정에서 움직임 역량의 특징과 차이점을 분석하고, 향후 체육과 교육과정 개정 방향에 필요한 시사점을 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 한국, 홍콩, 캐나다 온타리오주를 선정하여 교육목표, 교육내용, 교수·학습에서 움직임 역량의 반영 수준과 양상을 비교·분석하였다. 교육목표에서는 홍콩과 온타리오가 움직임 역량을 포함하고 있었다. 교육내용에서는 한국이 표현활동의 일부로만 움직임 요소를 반영한 것에 반해, 홍콩은 움직임 기술을, 온타리오는 움직임 역량을 핵심 교육내용으로 설정하였다. 또한, 한국과 홍콩은 일반적인 교수·학습 방향을 제시한 것에 비해, 온타리오는 움직임 역량 요소별로 구체적인 교수·학습 방안을 안내하였다. 연구 결과를 종합해 볼 때, 향후 체육과 교육과정 개정 시, 기본 움직임 기술에 기반을 두고 의도적으로 움직임 역량을 교육해야 하며, 발달단계와 기술의 전이를 고려하여 교육내용과 교수·학습을 설계할 필요가 있다. 마지막으로 초등학교 교육과정과 움직임 역량에 대한 연구 활성화의 필요성과 초등학교 교사의 움직임 역량 전문성 함양 필요성을 제언하였다. This study analyzed the characteristics and differences of movement competency in the curriculum through an international comparative study of national curriculum elementary school physical education, and explored implications for the future direction of curriculum revision. For this, Korea, Hong Kong, and Ontario were selected, and the level and pattern of reflection of movement competency in educational goals, educational contents, and teaching and learning were compared and analyzed. In the educational goal, Hong Kong and Ontario included movement competency. In the educational content, while Korea reflected movement elements as part of expression activities, Hong Kong set movement skills and Ontario set movement competency as the core educational content. In addition, while Korea and Hong Kong presented general teaching and learning directions, Ontario provided specific teaching/learning methods for each movement competency element. Accordingly, it is necessary to intentionally educate the movement competency, and to design the educational content and teaching and learning methods considering the developmental stage and movement skills transfer. Lastly, the necessity of revitalizing research on movement competency that can be used in the elementary curriculum and fostering the movement competency expertise of elementary school teachers was suggested.
2022 개정 초등 교육과정 성취기준에 반영된 데이터 리터러시 지식의 깊이(Depth of Knowledge) 분석

디지털 대전환 시대에 데이터 기반 기술은 사회 변화를 주도하는 핵심 요소로 자리 잡고 있으며, 데이터 리터러시는 정보의 홍수 속에서 유의미한 통찰을 도출하고 문제 해결과 의사결정에 필요한 필수 역량으로 주목받고 있다. 국제적으로 OECD, 유럽연합, 영국의 ODI 등 다양한 기관에서 데이터 리터러시의 중요성을 강조하고 있으며, 우리나라 역시 2022 개정 교육과정에서 데이터 리터러시 교육을 강화하였다. 본 연구는 2022 개정 교육과정의 성취기준을 분석하여 초등학교 교과별, 학년별 데이터 리터러시의 반영 여부를 확인하고, Norman Webb의 DoK(Depth of Knowledge) 수준을 통해 그 깊이를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국어, 수학, 사회, 과학, 실과 교과의 성취기준을 대상으로 분석을 진행하였다. 연구 결과, 데이터 리터러시와 관련된 성취기준은 과학과 사회 교과에서 가장 많이 나타나며, 수학, 국어, 실과 교과에서도 다양한 데이터 리터러시 요소가 강조되었다. 데이터 리터러시 성취기준은 주로 DoK1부터 DoK3 수준에 분포되어 있으며, 일부 과목에서는 DoK4 수준 나타났다. 본 연구가 교육과정의 개선 방향을 제시하고, 효과적인 데이터 리터러시 교육 개발의 기초 자료로 활용되길 기대한다. In the era of digital transformation, data-driven technologies have become a cornerstone in driving societal change, and data literacy is increasingly recognized as an essential competency for deriving meaningful insights from the deluge of information and for making informed decisions and solving problems. Internationally, organizations such as OECD, the European Union, and the UKs ODI emphasize the importance of data literacy. In line with this global trend, South Korea has strengthened data literacy education in its revised 2022 curriculum. This study analyzes whether the revised 2022 curriculum reflects data literacy across elementary school subjects and grades, and aims to assess its depth using Norman Webbs Depth of Knowledge (DOK) levels. The analysis focuses on achievement standards in Korean language, mathematics, social studies, science, and practical arts. The study found that the 2022 revised curriculum systematically integrates data literacy and identifies the specific levels of proficiency students need to achieve across subjects and grades through DOK level analysis. This research aims to propose directions for curriculum improvement and hopes to serve as foundational material for the development of effective data literacy education strategies.
