This article explored the discourse of labor mady by Maeilsinbo, the bulletin of the Japanese Government-General of Korea in the wartime period. In Maeilsinbo, there were diaries, letters and reports written by Koreans; this editng method to use Koreans’ voices is good to understand the characteristics and meaning of the discourse of labor although it is difficult to take all of the contents of the diaries etc. as facts. The period was divided into June 1938, when the Labor Patriotic Corps activities began, November 1940, when the ‘Guideline for Establishing a New Labor System’ was published, and around September 1944, when the conscription order was expanded. First, since the beginning of the Labor Patriotic Movement in June 1938, MaeilShinbo had shown the superiority of collective and overall power centered on the experiences of young men who were active in the Labor Patriotic Corps, and had realized the image of the Subjects of Japanese empire who had storonger powers than the total sum of powers of members of the Subjects. Second, after the publication of the ‘Guideline for Establishing a New Working System’ in November 1940, the Maeil Shinbo explained labor as one of the standards of national ethics. Accordingly, it was explained that the working spirit was a virtue that everyone should work without exception. MaeilShinbo explained the National Labor Patriotic Cooperation Ordinance(November 1941), which did not ordered but requested for young men and women to work in the military industry. In addition, in order to establish a common sense that the women and the elderly were responsible for agricultural labor, the production labor of married women and the elderly was shown as a natural and moral duty in a way that equalized the family and the country with the cases of Japanese women and the edlderly in rural areas. Finally, before and after September 1944, MaeilShinbo tried to show the desire to labor. MaeilShinbo, described the work of rear ground embracing the battlefield with pleasure in a way that alludes to the desire to win and the desire to post-victory ideals. In particular, it directly conveyed the feelings of pleasure and satisfaction from work revealed in the diaries of the conscripted students and the letters of members of the Korean Women labor corps. and indirectly metaphorized the pleasure and satisfaction of labor with cases of labor without complaints or labor without rest of conscripted workers, members of the port labor corps and rural women.

Trends and Future Directions of Corporate e-learning Contents
Hyojung Jung 한국유통과학회 2018 산경연구논집 Vol.9 No.2
Purpose – One of the biggest problems in the e-learning distribution process is the lack of quality content and learners' discredit in e-learning content. In order to respond to the various demands of the corporate education field appropriately, it is necessary to search for directions of new e-learning models that are out of traditional e-learning contents. The purpose of this study is to identify recent trend issues related to corporate e-learning and to suggest directions for development. Research design, data, and methodology – Based on the literature review, trend issues that should be considered important in corporate e-learning were derived. Online survey was conducted to evaluate the importance-feasibility of each issue to 13 experts on e-learning and corporate education. The contents of the questionnaire are as follows: 1) recognition of importance and feasibility of trend issues to be considered important in the future corporate education field; 2) factors to be considered in developing future e-learning contents. Results – Six trends derived from a comprehensive literature review. The most important e-learning trends for corporate education field were 'mobile learning', 'micro learning', 'blended learning', 'social learning', 'adaptive learning', ‘engaged learning'. As a result of evaluating the importance and feasibility of each issue, experts point out that 'mobile learning' and 'micro learning' should be actively considered for introduction and utilization at present. In addition, 'social learning' and 'blended learning' need to be actively considered in the near future. On the other hand, experts recognized that 'adaptive learning' and 'engaged learning' need to be prepared from a long-term perspective. Conclusions – There are two main reasons for this result. First, in corporate e-learning, it is important to 1) be able to update on time, 2) the connection with the workplace is important. Second, it requires realistic verification of the expected performance of the learning model. To be considered part of the future are as follows: First, the value and effectiveness of the new e-learning type should be studied. Seconds, e-learning contents should be developed through adopting SAM or Agile methodology. Through this process, we would be able to enhance the quality in e-learning content.
Comparing Korean and Japanese Middle School Home Economics Curricula Through an ESD Lens
Hyojung Jung,유난숙 한국가정과교육학회 2022 한국가정과교육학회지 Vol.34 No.5
This study analyzed and compared the learning elements and achievement standards in Korea and Japan's current middle school home economics (HEc) curricula, focusing on the dietary, clothing, and housing life areas. Evidence was sought for the presence of six education for sustainable development (ESD) concepts: diversity, interaction, finiteness, fairness, cooperation, and responsibility. Despite that both nations have historically influenced each other's HEc curriculum, Japan and Korea presented totally different profiles relative to which ESD concepts appeared most frequently, either explicit or deduced by the researchers. Two ESD concepts dominated the Japanese curriculum accounting for half the evidence of ESD: interaction and cooperation. Three totally different ESD concepts evenly dominated the Korean curriculum accounting for more than two thirds of the evidence for ESD: finiteness, diversity, and fairness. Different profiles emerged for the three HEc subject areas. Results strongly suggested that a full representation of ESD was lacking in both curricula with the strongest evidence for interaction followed to a lesser extent by diversity and cooperation. Notions of responsibility, fairness, and finiteness were weak or lacking. Evidence of the presence of the six ESD concepts was namely through inference instead of direct evidence. Future curricular revisions in Korea and Japan should draw on insights from this study to better ensure the deep entrenchment of ESD in middle school HEc education.

Aerospace industry is integrated with state-of-the-art technology but uncertainty is increasing due to the lack of accumulated data. In addition, projects at aerospace research and development institutions have become large and complex. Accordingly, the organization’s top level has recognized the importance of risk-informed decision-making and performed risk management to operate the organization successfully. However, it is difficult to set the priorities of risk treatment as a whole in the aspect of managing risks of the organization because each project may have a difference in methods for the risk identification, assessment and determining risk levels. Thus, it is required to develop a standardized and quantitative method that can integrate risks in the level of each project to identify the status of risk management intuitively at the top level for all projects performed by the organization. This paper presents an index-based scheme for an organization-level risk management. To obtain the organization-level risk index, the risk index of each project is summed up by applying the weighting factors representing the priority of the project in the organization, such as budget. The risk index of each project is calculated by summing the levels of the risks and applying the weight factor according to the target schedule. The risk level is determined by probability and severity of the risks, which are calculated according to the quantitative evaluation standard. Based on this method, a risk model(R-Model) is established and applied to a research institute by using real data for 3 years. By analyzing the trends of the index, it can be confirmed that R-Model helps intuitively identify risks and make decisions at the top level. This paper is significant in developing an index-based scheme for an organization-level risk management and validating the proposed scheme through a case study on real projects of a major aerospace research institute.
