        과학자에 대한 초등학교 일반 학생과 과학 영재반 학생의 인식 비교 분석

        This study was designed to compare the understanding of ordinary elementary school students and scientifically gifted students about scientists. 473 fourth, fifth, and sixth graders in ordinary elementary schools and 40 students attending scientific educational institutions for the gifted were studied with the help of questionnaires and interviews. The survey showed that there were no significant differences between the two subject groups in relation to the external images of scientists. The subjects turned out to have four fixed external images. The scientifically gifted students had a better understanding of the internal images of scientists than ordinary elementary school students. Both the subject groups turned out to be influenced by the press media and off-campus education, thinking that scientists served as inventors producing something useful in daily life rather than as researchers studying natural phenomena or laws. It was found out that both groups admired Edison. The ordinary students respected Einstein and Jang Yeong-Sil whereas the scientifically gifted students respected Curie, Jang Yeong-Sil, and Nobel. The subjects admired them because of their achievements instead of their backgrounds or individual characteristics.

      • 동부 F_2 世代에 있어서 莢柄長, 莢長 및 莢當粒數에 관한 遺傳分析

        This experimental studies were conducted to clarify the effects of selection, and aimed at estimating genetic parameters such as, gene action, combining ability and heritability on three agronomic characters in Cowpea (Vigna sinensis Savi.). The six different parents and 15 F_2 hybrids by 6×6 diallel crosses were used as materials, and were planted in a randomized block design with three replications. The results obtained are summarized as follows : 1. Vr-Wr graphic analyses Length of pod stalk was found to be inherited in over dominance. and length of pod and seed numbers per pod were inherited in partial dominance. 2. Components of variance: Estimates of additive components of variances were greater than those of dominance components of variances for length of pod and seed numbers per pod. Negative values of F were estimated for two characters, length of pod and seed numbers per pod. The highest heritability value was found in length of pod, but the value of seed numbers per Pod was the lowest. 3. Combining ability analyses: The mean squares of general combining ability for length of pod and seed numbers per pod were higher than those of specific combining ability. 4. Effects of combining ability: The high GCA effects were expressed by variety TVu1857 in length of pod stalk and seed numbers per pod, variety TVu2885 in length of pod. The high SCA effects were exhibited in the hybrids between TVu1857×J78 and TVu2885×J80 in length of pod stalk and seed numbers per pod, TVu1857×TVu2885 and TVu2734×TVu2885 in length of pod. Therefore, it can be concluded that TVu lines could be the useful varieties in cowpea breeding for long pod and high yielding.

        소아복부둔상시 저혈량성 쇽과 연관된 복부전산화 단층촬영술의 유용성

        Background: We reviewed retrospectively the clinical features and contrast material-enhanced computed tomography(CT) after blunt abdominal trauma demonstrated a characteristic hypoperfusion complex. Our purpose were to evaluate the hypothesis that children with this "hypoperfusion complex" CT finding were associated with a tenuous hemodynamic state, severe injury and a poor outcome. Methods: Between January 1996 and December 1999, 39 consecutive children who sustained blunt trauma and were suspected clinically of having intraabdominal injury underwent CT. Demographic data, blood pressure, indication for CT, pediatric trauma score(PTS) and Glasgow coma score(GCS) were recorded at the time of the initial examination. Results: Three of the 39 children(8%) demonstrated a characteristic finding at CT which was described as the hypoperfusion complex. The "hypoperfusion complex" was present in the 3 of the 39 traumatized children(8%), but was the main radiographic finding in the 3 of the 14 children with a severe pediatric trauma score(PTS<8) and in the 3 of the 6 children with a Glasgow coma score(GCS<8) who were examined with CT. Conclusion: The CT findings in all children with the hypoperfusion complex by definition included marked, diffuse dilatation of the intestine with fluid; abnormally intense contrast enhancement of the bowel wall, mesentery, kidney and/or pancreas; decreased caliber of the abdominal aorta and inferior vena cava(IVC); and moderate to large peritoneal fluid collection. This "hypoperfusion complex" is a relatively rarely observed in injured children but appears to be associated with severe injury and a poor outcome. The pediatric trauma score provides a useful profile of injury severity in children. Prompt diagnosis of hypovolemic shock is important so that supportive therapy can be instituted to prevent further metabolic abnormalities and their potential cardiotoxic effects. In summary, the intense multiorgan enhancement pattern seen in the hypoperfusion complex indicates tenuous hemodynamic stability and is associated with a poor outcom.

        역할모델 노출이 청년 창업의도에 미치는 영향: 창업태도, 주관적 규범, 자기 효능감의 매개효과를 중심으로

        산업구조의 고도화와 경제성장률 둔화로 인해 기존 기업에서의 일자리 공급이 부족한 상태가 지속됨에 따라 창업이 일자리 창출의 대안으로 중요시되고 있다. 특히 청년들의 취업 기회가 낮은 상태가 지속되면서 청년 창업의 중요성이 커지고 있어, 청년들이 창업이라는 의사결정을 하는데 있어 미치는 영향요인을 규명하는 연구의 필요성이 높다. 이에 본 연구에서는 창업인재 육성이라는 측면에서 국내의 일반 청년 605명을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통해 가족과 지인의 역할모델 노출 경험이 Ajzen의 계획된 행동이론의 심리적 변수들을 매개로 청년들의 창업의도에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지를 밝히고자 하였다. 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가족 역할모델과 지인 역할모델은 계획된 행동이론의 심리적 변수들(창업에 대한 태도, 주관적 규범, 자기 효능감)과 정(+)의 관계를 가지며, 계획된 행동이론의 심리적 변수들과 창업의도 간에도 정(+)의 관계가 나타났다. 둘째, Ajzen의 계획된 행동이론의 변수들이 역할모델 노출 경험과 창업의도 사이에서 매개 역할을 하고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 특히, 계획된 행동이론의 심리 변수인 ‘태도, 주관적 규범, 자기 효능감’은 가족 역할모델 노출 경험과 창업의도의 관계를 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 역할모델을 가족 역할모델과 지인 역할모델로 나누어 구조방정식을 통해 창업의도와의 인과관계 효과를 살펴봄으로써, 가족 역할모델이 계획된 행동이론의 심리 변수를 통해서만 창업의도에 영향을 준다는 점을 밝혔다는 점에서 기존 연구들과 차별점을 갖는다. The purpose of this research was to investigate what factors can promote the Korea``s young people to be self-employed through business start-up. On basis of a literature review, we designed an empirical research model to examine the mechanism how the role model exposure influences on entrepreneurial intention. This study categorized the role model exposure into two variables: family role model exposure and peer role model exposure. Further, Ajzen``s (1991) Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) model was used to verify the mediating role of psychological factors that fill the gap between role model exposure and entrepreneurial intention. To test the hypotheses, a survey was conducted to target 20~39 ages people in Korea and the empirical analysis was finally done with the surveys of effective 605 Korean young people. We employed SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 for validity, reliability, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural model analysis. The results revealed that family role model exposure and peer role model exposure gave a positive effect to psychological variables (entrepreneurial attitude, subjective norm and entrepreneurial self-efficacy) of Ajzen’s TPB model. And those psychological variables gave a positive effect to entrepreneurial intention. Meanwhile, while the direct impact of peer role model exposure had a positive impact on entrepreneurial intent, the direct impact of family role model exposure on entrepreneurial intent was not significant. That is, the TPB``s psychological variables played a full mediation role between family role model exposure and entrepreneurial intention. The results implicates that psychological factors as well as environmental factors have to be considered to develop standards and systems to cultivate talented potential entrepreneurs. This study advanced our understanding of the mechanisms linking role model exposure and entrepreneurial intention by focusing on the mediating roles of psychological factors of Ajzen``s TPB model. We discuss the theoretical and managerial implications, and provide suggestions for future research.

      • 풀러렌 및 비 풀러렌 억셉터 기반 유기물 포토다이오드의 근적외선 광전변환특성 비교

        유기물 광전 소자는 용액 공정을 이용한 저비용, 저중량, 공정상에서의 용이함으로 차세대 에너지 소자로써 각광을 받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 유기물 벌크 이종접합 광전 소자를 제작하여 근적외선 영역까지 흡수하는 공액 고분자 Diketopyrrolopyrrole(DPP) 전자 주개와 전자 받개를 혼합하여 광전 소자를 제작하였다. 전자 받개로 풀러렌(PC71BM)과 비 풀러렌(ITIC) 공액 단분자를 비교하여 광전 효과를 비교 분석하였고, PC71BM 대비 ITIC 기반의 소자는 암전류의 약 10<sup>2</sup>배 감소로 인하여 900-950nm 근적외선 광대역에서 우수한 광전변환특성을 나타내었다. 전기적 및 모폴로지 분석을 통하여 전자 받개에 따라 달라지는 유기물 근적외선 광전 소자의 특성을 비교하고, 비풀러렌 억셉터도입을 통한 초저수준의 암전류 유지 전략은 유기물 근적외선 광전 소자의 광전변환성능 최적화를 위해 매우 효과적인 접근법임을 밝혔다.

        동결분쇄에 따른 아로니아, 자몽, 서리태, 발아현미의 이화학적 특성

        식품중의 영양성분을 잘 보존하고 섭취가 용이하며 소화가 잘 될 수 있는 가공방법의 최적화를 위하여 식품원료의 동결분쇄물과 일반분쇄물을 비교하였다. 단백질의 공급원으로 알려진 서리태는 동결분쇄한 것이 일반분쇄한 것에 비해 미세하나 에너지원으로서 영양성분 보존율(이하보존율)이 4.57% 높고, 미네랄은 큰 차이가 없었다. 특히, β-carotene의 경우, 동결분쇄가공분말에서 11.54% 높게 포함되어 있어 비타민 A의 전구물질인 공급에 유리함을 보였다. 아로니아의 총 안토시아닌은 동결분쇄가 453.49 mg으로 일반분쇄 158.98mg 보다 보존율이 높았다. 자몽에서 열에 약한 베타카로틴은 동결분쇄가 129.47%, 니아신은 439.39%로 동결분쇄가 보존율이 높았다. 발아현미는 동결분쇄에서 단백질, 탄수화물, 니아신이 107.74%, 103.87%, 156.52%로 각각 높았다. Protease에 의한 단백질 소화율은 일반분쇄에 비하여 아로니아가 120.5%, 서리태가 101.14%로 동결분쇄방법이 단백질 소화율이 높았다. 그러나, 자몽과 발아현미는 동결분쇄에서 94.06%와 93.14%로 소화율이 떨어졌다. We compared the ingredients present in freeze-dried ground food samples with those present in hot air-dried and ambient ground food samples to optimize processing conditions for preserving nutrients in and for improving the ingestion of different foods. The freeze-dried ground sample of black bean showed 4.57% higher retention rate than the ambient ground sample of black bean. Mineral content was also significantly different between these two samples. Moreover, the freeze-dried ground sample of black bean contained 11.54% higher content of β-carotene, a precursor of vitamin A, than the ambient ground sample of black bean. Total anthocyanin content was 453.49 mg in the freeze-dried ground sample of Aronia compared with 158.98 mg in the ambient ground sample of Aronia. Contents of β-carotene and niacin increased by 129.47% and 439.39%, respectively, in the freeze-dried ground sample of grapefruit. Retention rates of proteins, car-bohydrates, and niacin were 107.74%, 103.87%, and 156.52%, respectively, in the freeze-dried ground sample of germinated brown rice. Protein digestibility increased by 120.5% and 101.14% in the freeze-dried ground samples of Aronia and black bean, respectively, but did not increase in the freeze-dried ground samples of grapefruit and germinated brown rice.
