The heat storage type combustion oxidation device is a system capable of treating VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) discharged to the atmosphere at 95% or more. Aromatic hydrocarbons such as benzene are strong carcinogenic substances that cause leukemia, central nervous disorder, and chromosomal abnormalities, and hydrochloride causes destruction of the ozone layer and global warming. This VOCs reduction technology is expected to reduce the number of harmful substances generated for many operating and working conditions. This paper implements a 100CMM Regenerative Thermal Oxidation (RTO) device to reduce air pollution in VOCs generating sites. The carbon-free system is evaluated by measuring the concentration of the VOCs emission gas according to the operating conditions of the production process, analyzing and measuring the THC (Total Hydro-carbons) concentration change. As a result, through the 100CMM RTO experiment, stable RTO driving, renewable energy measurement, and hydrocarbons and nitrogen oxides can be reduced.
THREE-DIMENSIONAL SHOCK STRUCTURE OF THE ORION KL OUTFLOW WITH IGRINS

<P>We report a study of the three-dimensional (3D) outflow structure of a 15 '' x 13 '' area around the H-2 peak 1 in Orion KL with slit-scan observations (13 slits) using the Immersion Grating Infrared Spectrograph. The datacubes have a high-velocity resolution (similar to 7.5 km s(-1)), provide high-contrast imaging within ultra-narrow bands, and enable the detection of the main stream of the previously reported H2 outflow fingers. We identified 31 distinct fingers in the H-2 1-0 S(1) lambda 2.122 mu m emission. The line profile at each finger shows multiple-velocity peaks with a strong low-velocity component around the systemic velocity at V-LSR = +8 km s(-1) and high-velocity emission (|V-LSR| = 45-135 km s(-1)), indicating a typical bow-shock. The observed radial velocity gradients of similar to 4 km s(-1) arcsec(-1) agree well with the velocities inferred from large-scale proper motions, where the projected motion is proportional to the distance from a common origin. We construct a conceptual 3D map of the fingers with estimated inclination angles of 57 degrees-74 degrees. The extinction difference (Delta A(v) > 10 mag) between blueshifted and redshifted fingers indicates high internal extinction. The extinction, the overall angular spread, and the scale of the flow argue for an ambient medium with a very high density (10(5)-10(6) cm(-3)), consistent with molecular line observations of the Orion Molecular Cloud core. The radial velocity gradients and the 3D distributions of the fingers together support the hypothesis of a simultaneous radial explosion of the Orion KL outflow.</P>
엎드린 자세에서 고관절 신전 시 고관절 외회전 각도가 골반과 하지 근활성도에 미치는 영향

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of hip external rotation angle on pelvis and lower limb muscle activity during prone hip extension. Sixteen healthy men were recruited for this study. Each subject performed an abdominal drawing-in maneuver (ADIM) in a prone position, and extended the dominant hip at three different hip external rotation angles (0°, 20°, 40°) with a 30° hip joint abduction. Activity of the gluteus maximus (G Max), gluteus medius (G Med), and hamstring (HAM) and the G Max/HAM and G Med/HAM ratios were determined with surface electromyography (EMG). The EMG signal was normalized to 100% maximum voluntary isometric contractions (MVICs) and expressed as %MVIC. Data were analyzed by one-way repeated analysis of variance (alpha level=.05) and the Bonferroni post hoc test. Significant differences in G Max and G Med muscle activity were noted among the three different hip external rotation angles. G Max muscle activity increased significantly at both 40° (p=.006) and 20° (p=.010) compared to a 0° hip external rotation angle. G Med muscle activity increased significantly at 20° (p=.013) compared to a 40° hip external rotation angle. The G Max/HAM activity ratio increased significantly at both 40° (p=.004) and 20° (p=.014) compared to a 0° hip external rotation angle. The G Med/HAM activity ratio increased significantly at 20° (p=.013) compared to a 40° hip external rotation angle. In conclusion, 40° and 20° hip external rotation angles are recommended to increase G Max activity, and 20° hip external rotation is advocated to enhance G Med muscle activity during prone hip extension with ADIM and 30° hip abduction in healthy subjects.

A pulmonary thromboembolism usually results from a serious complication of deep venous thrombosis (DVT). However, several prothrombotic genetic risk factors are known to predispose a patient to thrombotic events, with manifestation at a young age. Protein C and S deficiencies are known to increase the risk of venous thrombosis and pulmonary thromboembolism. We report a case of a young patient with protein C and S deficiencies suffering from a massive pulmonary thromboembolism.

According to the current trend of single arm type pantograph for high speed train, korean pantograph designed to single arm type will be installed on each power car roof of prototype train of korean very high speed rail configured to 7 cars and have the characteristics of maximum 1% contact loss at 350 ㎞/h speed. This study is devoted to design basically element components of pantograph for korean very high speed train on the basis of kinematic analysis, static analysis and dynamic analysis, followed by making the basic drawings of korean pantograph. This drawings will be complemented through certification tests of prototype pantograph and verification of analysis software.

본 논문에는 장애물들을 극복할 수 있는 새로운 메커니즘을 연구하기 위해 장애물 극복 전 방향(ALL-Direction) 주행 RC 카를 제작하여 여러 가지 장애물이 있는 시험장을 제작해 주행평가를 진행한다. RDS3115 서보모터를 제어하는 알고리즘을 제안하고, 자이로센서를 활용하여 여러 장애물 지형의 기울기를 인식하고 RC 카가 지형을 넘을 수 있는 서보모터의 각도를 조절한다. 시험장 지형 실험에서 제작한 모든 장애물 지형들을 주행하는 데 있어서 가장 적합한 RC 카의 회전 각도를 확인하였다. In this paper, a novel mechanism for overcoming obstacles is studied by designing an All-Directional RC car for obstacle traversal and creating test courses with various obstacles. We propose an algorithm for controlling the RDS3115 servo motor and utilize a gyro sensor to detect the incline of various obstacle terrains, adjusting the servo motor's angle to enable the RC car to navigate the terrain. Through terrain experiments in the test course, we determined the most suitable RC car turning angles for traversing all obstacle terrains created in the experimental terrain.

본 연구에서는 주정 농도별로 추출된 감국에 대한 항산화 및 항염증 활성을 측정하였다. 추출 수율의 경우 50% 주정 추출물에서 33.6%로 가장 높은 수율을 보였다. 총 폴리페놀 함량의 경우 30%와 70% 주정 추출물이 각각 59.70, 61.35 ㎎ GAE/g으로 다른 추출물에 비해 유의적으로 높은 함량을 보였고, 플라보노이드 함량은 30% 주정 추출물에서 57.94 mg QE/g으로 가장 높은 함량을 보였다. 항산화 활성은 70% 주정 추출물이 DPPH 라디칼 소거능(RC<SUB>50</SUB> 14.95 ㎍/mL), ABTS+ 라디칼 소거능(RC<SUB>50</SUB> 42.28 ㎍/mL)에서 가장 활성이 높았다. FRAP 활성은 30% 주정 추출물에서 다른 추출물과 비교해 유의적으로 높은 활성을 보였다. 주정 농도별 추출물의 항염 효과는 LPS로 유도된 RAW 264.7 세포에서 염증 매개인자인 NO 생성 억제를 측정한 결과, 세포독성없이 30% 주정 추출물 200 ㎍/mL 농도에서 11.16 μM로 가장 우수한 NO 생성 억제를 보였다. 또한, iNOS 발현을 측정한 결과 30-70% 주정 추출물이 높은 iNOS 발현 저해 효과를 보였다. 따라서 감국 추출물 제조 시 항산화 효과를 위해서는 30% 주정 및 70% 주정 으로 추출하는 것이 효과적이며 항염 효과를 위해서는 30-70% 주정으로 추출하는 것이 가장 효과적일 것으로 사료된다. 본 연구의 결과는 감국을 기능성 신소재 개발 원료로 활용하는데 기초 자료가 될 것으로 기대된다. In the present study, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities were measured in Chrysanthemum indicum Linne extracted with different ethanol concentrations. The 50% ethanol extract demonstrated the highest yield of 33.6%, while the 30% and 70% ethanol extracts showed the highest total polyphenol contents of 59.70 and 61.35 ㎎ GAE/g, respectively. The antioxidant activity of 70% ethanol extract was highest in the DPPH radical scavenging activity (RC<SUB>50</SUB> 14.95 ㎍/mL) and ABTS<SUP>+</SUP> radical scavenging activity (RC<SUB>50</SUB> 42.28 ㎍/mL). FRAP activity was significantly higher in the 30% ethanol extract than the other extracts. The anti-inflammatory effects of Chrysanthemum indicum Linne extracted with different ethanol concentrations were examined using nitric oxide (NO) inhibition assays. In LPS-induced RAW 264.7 cells, the 30% ethanol extract showed the highest inhibition of NO production with 11.16 μM at a concentration of 200 ㎍/mL. The results of this study suggest that Chrysanthemum indicum extracted 30% or 70% ethanol concentrations as potential functional raw material.
PU 기반 On-the-fly 업샘플링을 이용한 SHVC 복호화기 고속화 방법

HVC(Scalable High efficiency Video Coding)는 다양한 멀티미디어 서비스 환경에서 높은 코딩 효율을 위해 공간적, 시간적, 화질적 스케일러빌리티를 이용한 표준 기술이다. SHVC는 멀티-계층 부/복호화를 수행하기 때문에 싱글-계층인 HEVC(High Efficiency Video Coding) 보다 추가적인 복잡도를 요구한다. 본 논문에서는 SHVC 복호화기의 복잡도를 분석하고 SHVC 복호화기에서 높은 복잡도를 차지하는 프레임 기반 업샘플링을 PU 기반 On-the-fly 업샘플링(On-the-fly Up-sampling) 방법과 SIMD 연산을 통해 고속화 한다. 제안하는 알고리즘이 적용된 SHVC 복호화기는 기존 SHVC 복호화기의 복호화 시간보다 평균 1.23배 고속화 성능을 보이며 업샘플링의 복잡도가 24.7%에서 1.9%로 감소하였다. On-the-fly 업샘플링 과정은 기존 프레임 레벨 업샘플링 과정 대비 평균 90.3% 수행시간 감소율을 보인다.
