      • 全北地域農業活性化方案과 食品加工産業育成戰略

        This paper attempts to suggest an alternative regional policy of agricultural restructuring and strategies for food processing industry support in Chonbuk. Chonbuk is on the threshold of serious restructuring against the trade liberalization. The increasing pressure of agricultural import liberalization from abroad has given great burden to Chonbuk agricultural sector which has lagged behind the average growth of national agriculture. The challange is to find an orderly process of restructuring that will achieve a more improvement of productivity and stability. This study suggests diversification out of rice monoculture into a multicrop enterprise system as an essential component of agricultural restructuring, induced by the changing relative profitability of rice and nonrice enterprise. The potential for diversification out of rice depends on both physical and economic factors. The profitability of diversification is constrained by both markets and physical infrastructure. Successful transition from rice monoculture to a rice based farming system in Chonbuk should be induced by market forces. The Korean dietary pattern has been changed drastically in parallel with economic growth and the share of processed foods in the daily diet has been increasing over the last decade. Thus, the Chonbuk local government should encourage the growth of the food industry which is projected to continue to grow in the comming years. The structure of the food industry in Korea is lather unique in that small-sized firms produce a greater part of the total output. One major problem facing the small firms in the food industry is that they are often too small to exploit economies of scale in production and marketing. Some small-sized companies are being gradually phased out of business due to shortage of labor and high cost seructure. The expansion of export market is expected to accelerate the development of food industry. In order to keep ahead of competition in export markets, Chonbuk local government should undertake an important role in establishing food combinat to adopt a restructuring and upgrading strategies for food processing industry support.

        This study presents an automatic generation method of machining data an files for speaker die. The geometric shapes of cone and edge are defined selecting the speaker type and variables. Die machining module will generat for speaker surface through sweeping principal section curves. Die drawin will also generate CAD files for speaker dies with reference to standard pa The modules presented in this study can be thus a useful example of CAD/CAM application.

        인체혈장 중 에탐부톨의 HPLC 분석법의 검증 및 단일용량 투여에 의한 약물동태 연구

        An HPLC method was employed for the determination of ethambutol in human plasma. After addition of internal standard (IS, octylamine, 2 μg/mL) and alkalinization of the plasma with 5 M sodium hydroxide, the drug and IS were extracted into the mixture of chloroform and diethyl ether (40:60, v/v). Following a 15-min vortex-mixing and a 10-min centrifugation, the organic phase was spiked with 100 pL of phenylethylisocyanate (2000 μg/mL) for chemical derivatization, mixed for 5 min and evaporated to dryness under a stream of nitrogen. The residue was reconstituted with 100 μL of mobile phase and 20 pL was injected into Cl8 column with a mobile phase consisting of methanol:water (70:30, v/v). The samples were detected utilizing an ultraviolet detector at 200 nm. The method was specific and validated with a limit of 0.15 μg/mL. Infra- and inter-day precision and accuracy were acceptable for all quality control samples including the lower limit of quantification. The applicability of this method was demonstrated by analysis of human plasma after oral administration of a single 1200-mg dose to 20 healthy subjects. From the plasma ethambutol concentration vs. time curves, the mean AUC was 9.61 ± 1.64 μg hr/mL. and Cmax of 2.68 μg/mL reached 2.73 hr after administration. The mean biological half-life of ethambutol was 3.46 ± 1.21 hr. Based on the results, this simple and validated assay could readily be used in any pharmacokinetic studies using humans.

      • 건강인에서 결핵균 30-kDa항원이 말초혈액 임파구증식에 미치는 영향

        T lymphocytes are thought to play a central role in cell mediated immune response. To Study the T lymphocyte proliferative response to 30-kDa antigen purified from Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv, peripheral blood lymphocytes isolated from healthy subjects were stimulated with the 30kDa antigen, crude antigen or PHA. Healthy subjects were divided into three groups so that PPD(+), PPD(±) and PPD(-). The proliferations of lymphocytes were measured by the incroporation of ^3H-thyrnidine. The results were summarized as follows: 1. For the PPD(+) person, at concentration of < 1 ㎍/ml, the proliferative response to 30-kDa antigen resulted in a mild reduction but crude antigen showed relatively rapid reduction. For the PPD(-) person, decreasing the concentration of the both antigens showed rapid reduction of proliferation 2. The lymphocytes proliferations to 30-kDa antigen and crude antigen were significantly increased in PPD(+) group when compared to those in PPD(-) group, but PHA response was no significant difference. 3. The sensitivity and specificity of lymphocyte proliferation assay to 30-kDa antigen and crude antigen when compared with skin test results were 92.3%, 100% and 76.9%, 50%, respectively.

        Application of Fuzzy Theory and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) for Developing Occupational Stress Index

        This paper illustrates the application of Fuzzy Theory and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) for developing Occupational Stress Index(OSI). The purpose of the OSI development is for future prediction and problem solving of prevailing occupational stress. In developing OSI, the concept of fuzzy set theory was introduced to determine the existence and level of perceived occupational stress instead of actually measuring the strain parameters. The AHP is adopted to collect different weighting factors, since there exist various perceptions and responses to the occupational stress by different individuals. The validation study revealed that the OSI is a reliable predictor of work-related accident and illness and the physiological health of employees. Creating preventive measures, such as early detection of stress, proper placement and promotion of employees, and job enlargement will be possible by using this OSI effectively.

        A Survey of Inconveniences and Injuries Experienced by the Left-handed People from Using Right-handed Products

        대부분의 사람들은 의식하지 못하지만 세상은 오른손잡이 중심으로 이뤄져 있기 때문에 왼손잡이가 일상적으로 겪는 불편은 상상외로 많다. 우리가 일상에서 많이 사용하는 연장, 주방기구, 사무용품, 가전제품, 가구, 의류, 악기, 의료기기, 스포츠용품, 공공시설 등 이들 대부분이 오른손잡이에게 맞춰져 있어 왼손잡이들은 자신들의 왼팔을 비틀어서 사용하거나 주손이 아닌 오른손으로 부자연스런 자세로 사용할 수밖에 없다. 이에 따라 왼손잡이는 일상생활에 있어서의 상당한 불편을 느낄 뿐만 아니라 작업 능률의 저하, 재해나 상해를 입을 가능성이 높아질 수 있다. 본 연구는 무작위로 선정된 피설문자에 대한 설문 조사를 통하여 손잡이(handedness)와 관련된 통계수치를 제공하고 왼손잡이인 경우 왼손잡이로서 일상생활에서의 불편함, 작업능률의 저하여부, 오른손잡이 전용제품을 사용하여 상해를 입은 경험 등에 대해 조사하였다. 또한 왼손잡이도 편리하게 사용할 수 있으면 하는 제품이나 공공시설 등에 대한 이들의 주관적인 견해에 대해서도 조사하였다. 이를 토대로 왼손잡이를 위한 공구, 주방용품, 문구용품, 스포츠용품, 사무용품 등에 대하여 현재 적용되어 있는 상품에 대한 고찰과 향후 적용 가능 상품 및 공공시설에 대해 제안하였다.

        Analysis and Improvement Methods of Unsafe Posture Associated with Various Agricultural Works

        Objective: This paper presents the results of a literature review undertaken to analyze the types and risk factors of unsafe posture in accordance with the crops and the working position and to introduce various ergonomic intervention approaches. Background: There is clear and consistent evidence that agricultural work has been rated as one of the dangerous occupations in the world. A considerable number of adverse health conditions, including musculoskeletal disorders(MSDs) are related to agricultural work. Method: An agricultural work requires squatting, kneeling, and bending(stooping) postures for significant periods of the work day which due to a wide variety of activities such as planting, cultivating and harvesting various agricultural products. Thus, each of these postures is analyzed in detail to recommend the improvement methods. Results: Various unsafe postures in agricultural works are revealed and analyzed. It is proven that ergonomics intervention has the potential benefits to reduce MSDs among agricultural workers. Two types of ergonomic intervention methods were discussed to improve unsafe working postures, engineering controls and administrative controls. Conclusion & Application: As a concluding remark, this article can be used as a reference manual for the agricultural workers and also used to raise the research community"s awareness to the risk of unsafe working postures for workers in agriculture.

        유전자 재조합에 의해 제조된 하루딘의 항응고 작용

        Hirudin is a potent inhibitor of thrombin, which was originally obtained from the medicinal leech (Hirudo medicinalis). Now it is being produced through the recombinant technology on a large scale. Recombinant hirudin has been assayed for the anticoagulant activity by the measurement of clotting time and the inhibition of thrombin actvity using a chromogenic substrate. The assay range of partial thromboplastin time and thrombin time is within 0.2∼1.0 ,㎍/㎖. Thrombin time is more sensitive to the measurement of clot. Ex vivo study showed the level of hirudin in rat plasma was highest in 10 min and then it was eliminated slowly. The half-life of r-hirudin was 80∼110 min depending on the assay methods. Intraveneous injection of russel viper venom was used for thrombus induction combined with vena cava ligation. Inhibition of venous thrombosis was observed with i.v. hirudin. It was dependent on the concentration of hirudin.

        The Development of Fuzzy-based Expert System for Analyzing Occupational Stress

        This paper illustrates the process of developing and configuring the prototype computer-assisted analysis system named as Work-Expert for analyzing occupational stress. A Work-Expert was developed to allow the nonexperts or line manager to utilize the existing knowledge in the area of occupational stress estimation, and to provide intelligent and computer-aided problem solving. The purpose of the system development is for future prediction and problem solving. Creating preventive measures, such as early detection of stress, proper placement and promotion of employees, job enlargement, employee identification, employee involvement, communication, and training of managers will be possible by using this system effectively.

        A Study of the Determination of External Workload Imposed on a Human Operator in Man-machine Systems

        작업부하 산정 모델을 개발하기 위해 인간-기계 시스템 환경에서 작업자의 작업성 취 및 생산성에 영향을 미치는 내적·외적 작업부하 요인들을 발견하여 이를 모델개발 에 고려하였다. 이들 작업부하 요인들이 작업자에 감지되는 정도에 대한 반응을 5점 척도를 도입하여 숫자가 아닌 자연어로 할 수 있게 하였으며 이렇게 작업자에 의해 주관적으로 판단된 작업스트레스 요인들은 각기 다른 가중치를 판단하기 위해 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)를 사용하여 작업자가 직접 느끼는 작업부하 스트레스 정도를 비교판단 하게 하였고 이렇게 개념화된 모델을 실제 산업현장에서 사용할 수 있도록 컴퓨터를 통한 시험적인 작업부하 분석시스템을 개발하였다. 본 연구에 대한 검증을 위하여 실제 산업체에 종사하는 작업자들을 대상으로 인간공학적 작업부하 모델을 적용하여 측정하고 이를 작업자의 생리학적인 변화와의 관계를 비교 분석하여 본 결과 본 논문에서 개발된 모델은 작업부하 스트레스를 비교적 정확하게 측정할 수 있어서 앞으로 산업현장에 적용될 수 있는 신뢰성 있는 연구로 판단된다.
