The Effect of Travel Constraints on Behavioral Intention of Package and Incentive Tourists Focus

Group package-tours comprise the mainstream mode of outbound travel, particularly in Asia; however, authority-paid incentive travel is rapidly gaining momentum. Participation in both travel categories has risen dramatically among Chinese outbound tourists. Our study sought to determine whether there are differences between the two types of travelers in terms of demographic and travel characteristics, and if so, how those differences might impact each travel group"s future travel behavior. Our study population was Chinese tourists visiting Jeju Island. Using data obtained in standard questionnaires, we compared and analyzed the effect of perceived travel constraints on both groups" behavioral intention-a predictor of how likely tourists are to revisit a location or recommend it to others. Results revealed distinct differences between the two groups. Given tourism"s potential economic benefit, it is crucial that tourism professionals know and understand these differences when developing or refining travel programs and marketing strategies.

There are many investigations about the impact of interactive media on communication, entertainment, and formal education. But, it is hardly to find out the researches about the interactive media in tourism areas. This paper aims to investigate the impact of interactive media on the tourism destination. In this paper, using data obtained in standard questionnaires, Firstly, indicated the demographic characteristic of respondents, and the impressive things impact by interactive media on respondents, also the features in time using level of interactive medias. Then, stated the influence on the frequency of contact with the information from interactive media relevant to Korea and Jeju in 7-point likert scale. At last, through analysis of variance (ANOVA) method, confirming the relationship between different income groups and the frequency of contact with the information from interactive media.

In many countries, incentive travel has played a more and more prominent role in more and more enterprises, accounting for its ability to encourage staff, develop new markets and shape corporate images. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of inventive travel constraints on behavioral intention. The methods of analysis included demographic characteristics and travelling characteristics to grasp the characters of the respondents. Then through the factor analysis and regression analysis to identify whether the travel constraints in incentive tour will effect on the behavioral intention or not. The results show that the three factors of travel constraints based on literature reviews were proper. The constraints factors included intrapersonal factors, interpersonal factors, and structural factors. The result of relations between travel constraints and incentive tourists`` behavioral intention showed that the intrapersonal factors have obviously influenced on travel intention.

And recently, Chinese tourists visiting Korea have increased dramatically, in order to maintain the Chinese tourism and increase their shopping intention in Jeju, this research aims to identify the satisfaction about Chinese tourists depending on Jeju shopping places. The result indicated that Chinese tourism has different satisfaction about different shopping places. In the case of duty-free shops, they are satisfied with the price; but, the higher expectation about service attributes was there. In hypermarkets, they are satisfied with the quality of the merchandise; but, communication service is a key factor that effects the customers`` satisfaction. The result of analyzing the effect of satisfactory factors on souvenir shops is the price but Chinese tourists were satisfied with good communication. In traditional markets, Chinese tourists are highly satisfied with the physical environment in Jeju traditional markets, compared with the physical environment in Chinese traditional markets. In addition, demographic characteristics also affects on Chinese tourists’degree of satisfaction based on shopping places.
제주방문 중국개별관광객의 관광정보서비스가 전반적 관광만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

Recently, Chinese tourists visiting Korea have increased dramatically, because of the growth of Chinese economy and the impact of Hallyu. And tourism is one of the key industry of Jeju. Jeju island becomes a free international city in 2002, and Chinese tourists could visit Jeju with free-visa. Under these circumstances, in order to maintain the Chinese tourism and attracting more individual Chinese tourists visiting Jeju, this study aims to prove accessibility, usability, diversity, and accuracy of tourism information services will improve Chinese individual tourists` satisfaction for improving their convenience when they had visited the South Korea. The study collection is in progress of Chinese young patients of sns suers. The methods of analysis included demographic characteristics and travelling characteristics to grasp the characters of the respondents. Then through the factor analysis and regression analysis to identify the whether the tourism information services will effect on the overall tourism satisfaction or not. The results show that the four factors of tourism information systems based on literature reviews were proper. The result of relations between tourism information system and Chinese tourists` satisfaction showed that it was necessary to improve the usability, diversity and accuracy of tourism information services. The result of study could give very useful implication for improvement of Chinese individual tourists` satisfaction.
Cloning of Phospholipase D from Grape Berry and Its Expression under Heat Acclimation

To investigate whether phospholipase D (PLD, EC 3.1.4.4) plays a role in adaptive response of post-harvest fruit to environment, a PLD gene was firstly cloned from grape berry (Vitis Vinifera L. cv. Chardonnay) using RT-PCR and 3'- and 5'-RACE. The deduced amino acid sequence (809 residues) showed 84.7% identity with that of PLD from Ricinus communis. The secondary structures of this protein showed the characteristic C2 domain and two active sites of a phospholipid-metabolizing enzyme. The PLD activity and its expression in response to heat acclimation were then assayed. The results indicated PLD was significantly activated at enzyme activity, as well as accumulation of PLD mRNA and synthesis of new PLD protein during the early of heat acclimation, primary suggesting that the grape berry PLD may be involved in the heat response in post-harvest grape berry. This work offers an important basis for further investigating the mechanism of post-harvest fruit adaptation to environmental stresses.
