R&D 전략의 형태가 기업 재무성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

In Schumpeterian competition, superior profit arises from successful innovation created by firm's R&D strategy. Such R&D strategy diverges as time passes. This study examines empirically the effects of diverged forms of R&D strategy such as technological assets, technological diversity, and technological similarity on firm performance in Korean pharmaceutical industry. With the financial and patent data of 96 firms for 14 years from 1994 to 2007, we measured variables. And then we performed panel analysis with 3 years lag between dependent variable and other variables. The result shows that firm performance increases as technological asset and technological diversification increase. But technological similarity positively affects on firm performance in opposition to our hypothesis. We interpret and discuss these results and highlight the theoretical and practical implications of our findings.

<B>ABSTRACT</B><P>Quorum sensing (QS) plays important roles in the pathogenicity of <I>Burkholderia glumae</I>, the causative agent of bacterial rice grain rot. We determined how QS is involved in catalase expression in <I>B. glumae</I>. The QS-defective mutant of <I>B. glumae</I> exhibited less catalase activity than wild-type <I>B. glumae</I>. A β-glucuronidase assay of a <I>katG</I>::Tn<I>3-gusA78</I> reporter fusion protein revealed that <I>katG</I> expression is under the control of QS. Furthermore, <I>katG</I> expression was upregulated by QsmR, a transcriptional activator for flagellar-gene expression that is regulated by QS. A gel mobility shift assay confirmed that QsmR directly activates <I>katG</I> expression. The <I>katG</I> mutant produced toxoflavin but exhibited less severe disease than BGR1 on rice panicles. Under visible light conditions and a photon flux density of 61.6 μmol<SUP>−1</SUP> m<SUP>−2</SUP>, the survival rate of the <I>katG</I> mutant was 10<SUP>5</SUP>-fold lower than that of BGR1. This suggests that KatG is a major catalase that protects bacterial cells from visible light, which probably results in less severe disease caused by the <I>katG</I> mutant.</P>
유소년축구선수의 심리기술강화 음악중재 프로그램 개발을 위한 요구도 분석 연구

본 연구의 목적은 요구조사를 통해 유소년축구선수의 심리기술강화 음악 중재프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 것이다. 이를 위해 유소년축구선수가 겪고 있는 심리적 어려움과 약점, 유소년축구선수와 지도자가 요구하는 심리기술 프로그램, 중재 구성에 대한 기준을 확인하였다. 그리고 유소년축구선수 심리기술프로그램의 도입과 질적 향상을 위해 현장 유소년축구선수와 지도자들이 필요하다고 인식하는 심리기술 프로그램이 무엇인지 살펴보았다. 요구조사에는 유소년축구선수 62명과 축구지도자 5명이 참여하였다. 자료 수집기간은 2019년 9월부터 10월까지로 설문과 인터뷰를 통해 심리기술 프로그램에 대한 요구를 확인하였다. 요구조사의 결과는 다음과 같다. 유소년축구선수의 심리적 어려움은 스트레스, 불안, 긴장, 대인관계에서 겪는 어려움의 비중이 높았다. 스포츠 심리기술 약점으로는 불안조절과 팀 응집력의 문제가 확인되었다. 유소년축구선수지도자는 유소년축구선수의 스트레스 완화 및 팀 응집력 향상, 중도 포기 예방을 위한 지원을 요구하였다. 중재 구성에 관해서는 경기와 훈련 일정이 없는 시간에 시행할 수 있는 단기·집단프로그램으로 개입되기를 원하였다. 그리고 심리기술 음악 중재프로그램에 대한 요구조사 결과 90% 이상의 유소년축구선수가 프로그램 제공이 필요하다고 응답하였다. 이에 본 연구 결과와 함께 유소년축구선수의 심리기술강화 프로그램 개발에 주는 시사점, 추후 연구를 위한 제언 및 본 연구의 제한점을 논의하였다. The objective of this study is to provide a fundamental data for development of a music intervention program that can intensify the psychological skills of youth soccer players based on demand survey. To this end, this study first elucidated not only the psychological difficulties and weakness of youth soccer players but also the criteria for psychological skills program and intervention configuration that are required by both youth soccer players and coaches. Furthermore, it also investigated the psychological skills program that youth soccer players and coaches on the ground recognize as a necessity in order to implement the psychological skills program for youth soccer players and to enhance their quality. A total of 62 youth soccer players and 6 soccer coaches participated in the demand survey. Data were collected from September to October in 2019 through both questionnaires and interviews to verify their demand on psychological skills program. The results of the demand survey are as follows. The difficulties experienced from stress, anxiety, tension and interpersonal relation accounted for a high rate in youth soccer players. Anxiety control and cohesion were identified as a weakness in sports psychological skills. The coaches requested supports for youth soccer players to alleviate stress, enhance cohesion and prevent giving up in the middle of career. In terms of the configuration of intervention, they wanted a short-term group intervention program so that they can perform it during the off-season that has no match and training schedules. In addition, as the result of demand survey on the music intervention program for psychological skills, over 90% of youth soccer players responded that they need such a program. Therefore, this study explored discussions further on the implication of program development for intensifying the psychological skills of youth soccer players as well as suggestions for a follow-up study and limitation of this study according to the results of this study.

MauG catalyzes the six-electron oxidation of pre-tryptophan tryptophylquinone (preTTQ) cofactor in methylamine dehydrogenase (MADH) to form mature tryptophan tryptophylquinone (TTQ) via long-range electron transfer. To identify alternative substrates for MauG, docking models for 10 tryptophan-like compounds were constructed using Autodock Vina. These demonstrated spontaneous binding to the preTTQ binding site of MauG, with hydroxyindoles most frequently sharing the natural substrate binding site of MauG. To confirm the result of in silico analysis, 7-hydroxyindole was reacted with bis-FeIV of MauG. The spectroscopic change, representing the reactivity of MauG, revealed the highly increased reaction rate (k3) toward 7-hydroxyindole, suggesting that bis-FeIV MauG extracted an electron from the 7-hydroxyindole and then oxidized to di-ferric MauG.
