영산강 치수대책 사업 중 나타난 원촌지구의 어류상 변화

This study was accomplished to give a better understanding of a suitable habitat for fish by investigating ichthyofauna. Freshwater fish was found as evidence of disturbance or spontaneous condition of inland water ecosystem. Ichthyofauna were identified with 26 species belonging to 6 families, including eel, carp, crusian carp, steed barbel, goby minnow, korean piscivorous chub, medaka and korean aucha perch in Weonchon. Ichthyofaunal change appeared during project of riparian improvement at the Weonchon in Yeongsan river; Species diversity, evenness and richness were decreased in one year after construction, however, the tendency of increase was comprehended in this region. However, Yeongsan river was polluted more then other larger national rivers in Korea. Yeongsan river keeps its natural environment well preserved and flows throughout the river, and fishes live in their habitat. Species diversity, evenness and richness were decreased in one year after construction. However, increasing biodiversity of fish was in process of preparing suitable habitat for fish of in this region comprehendingly.
자연친화적 하천공사 기법이 적용된 경천에서의 어류상 변화

자연친화적 하천공법이 적용된 하천의 어류상의 변화를 확인하고자 전라북도 순창군에 위치한 경천을 대상으로 모니터링을 수행한 결과 6목 10과에 속하는 33종 의 담수어류가 확인되었다. 이 중 한국고유종은 13종 이 었 고 멸종위기야생동물 2종까지 확인되었다. 우점종은 R. uyekii(26.37%), Z.platypus(26.14%), 그리고 C auratus (l9.11%) 으로 확인되었다. 각 조사지점별 어류상의 양상은 수제에서는 어식성 어류인 C herzi의 출현이 우세하였고, 도피 및 은신할 수 있는 공간을 제공하는 공법 적용 구간에서는 소형 어류를 용이하게 확인할 수 있었을 뿐 아니라 이들의 번식 양상까지 파악할 수 있는 하천 내 공간이 됨을 확인할 수 있었다. 하중도와 수제구간은 육식성 어종인 C. herzi와 Oplatycephala 등에게 사냥 및 서식에 유리한 조건을 제공하여 하천 내 생태적 안정성을 갖춰나가는 요인으로 작용하고 있음을 추정 할 수 있었다. In induction of close-to-nature streams construction, the prerequisite things of characters were analysis the hydraulic and careful consideration of environmental effects about related stream for least trial and error subsequently. The freshwater fish fauna were measured at eight close-to-nature streams construction as which wing deflectors, riffle, sediment basins, stone we protection, low flow revetment, stepping stones, side stream, and island in the Kyungcheon periodically. In analysing the ichthyofauna in Kyungcheon, suitable target fish species were Coreoperca herzi in wing deflectors, Coreoleuciscus splendidus in riffle, and Oryzias latipes in sediment basins in consideration that divergent construction of close-to-nature stream built Comparative study of attemptεd to divergent eight kinds of construction of close-to-nature streams through analysing the ichthyofauna in Kyungcheon. Suitable fish habitats were diversity index , evenness, richness, number of capture, number of species, stability of egg laying, and the area of rest as criteria significantly. The close-to-nature streams would be succeed with stream diversity in circumstances considerably.
어류상을 활용한 영산강 광주도심하천 수계의 생태적 가치고찰

영산강 수계에서 장기 생태 모니터링 결과 취한 어류상의 변화를 생태학적으로 분석하였다. 조사지점은 영산강 수계 내 7개 공사 지점과 5개 대조지점을 포함하는 127~ 지점으로 삼았다. 조사는 2004년 부터 2007 년 까지 정성, 정량적 조사를 위해 표준화시킨 방법에 따라 각 계절마다 실시하였다. 어류 모니터링 결과 4년 간 확인된 어종은 모두 52종 으로 확인되었다. 이들 중 한국고유종은 16종(30 .8% )이었고잉어목 어류는 34 종(65 .4% ) 이 었 다. 하천생태의 평가를 위해 어류의 종수와 다양도 지수를 포함한 생태계구조를 127~ 지점에서 나타난 어류상 자료에 적용하였다. 그 결과 공사 1년 이후부터 어류상의 화복 경향이 조사구간에서 나타나고 있음을 파악할 수 있었다. The analysis of ecological change of ichthyofauna was achieved with long term monitoring Twelve sampling sites was including five control sites in Yeongsan river. Sampling of fish carried out standardized method of the purpose of qualitative and quantitative investigation from 2004 to 2007 at. each season. Fifty-two species were identified during four years with fish monitoring Sixteen Korean endemic species(30.8%) and thirty-four cyprinids(65.4%) were/including in fifty-two fishes. Applying to the ichthyofaunal data of twelve sires for the purpose of evaluation of riparian ecosystem with species number, diversity index and some other factors. As the result of stream repair, the tendency of ichthyofaunal repair became visible post one year after constructIon in stream.
Complete amplitude and phase control of light using broadband holographic metasurfaces

<P>Reconstruction of light profiles with amplitude and phase information, called holography, is an attractive optical technology with various significant applications such as three-dimensional imaging and optical data storage. Subwavelength spatial control of both amplitude and phase of light is an essential requirement for an ideal hologram. However, traditional holographic devices suffer from their restricted capabilities of incomplete modulation in both amplitude and phase of visible light; this results in sacrifice of optical information and undesirable occurrences of critical noises in holographic images. Herein, we have proposed a novel metasurface that is capable of completely controlling both the amplitude and phase profiles of visible light independently with subwavelength spatial resolution. The full, continuous, and broadband control of both amplitude and phase was achieved using X-shaped meta-atoms based on the expanded concept of the Pancharatnam-Berry phase. The first experimental demonstrations of the complete complex-amplitude holograms with subwavelength definition at visible wavelengths were achieved, and excellent performances with a remarkable signal-to-noise ratio as compared to those of traditional phase-only holograms were obtained. Extraordinary control capability with versatile advantages of our metasurface paves a way to an ideal holography, which is expected to be a significant advancement in the field of optical holography and metasurfaces.</P>

Klinefelter`s syndrome which is characterized by hypogonadism with karyotype abnormality (47 XXY or 46 XY/47 XXY) in males has been reported to be associated with autoimmune diseases including rheumatoid arthritis and systemic lupus erythematosus. However, Klinefelter`s syndrome accompanying with polymyositis has rarely been reported. We report a case of KFS with polymyosits in a 38-year old man for the first time in Korea.

Aplasia cutis congenita is an uncommon congenital abnormality defined by areas of absent calvaria covered with a thinmembraned skin. It occurs most commonly as an isolated finding, but may be present in conjunction with other craniofacial, ocular, ectodermal, and developmental anomalies. Among them, oculo-ectodermal syndrome (OES) is a rare syndrome which shows aplasia cutis congenita, epibulbar dermoid, and other abnormalities. Herein, we report on a 28-day-old male infant referred to department of dermatology for evaluation of multiple skin-colored patches with lower density of hair. He had slightly tense bullae on the left parietal scalp that had been present since birth, compatible with aplasia cutis congenita. Radiologic evaluation including skull X-ray, ultrasound, and brain MRI were performed, and no significant defect was noted. Corneal opacity with excessive tissue growth on left corneal surface was detected on ocular examination, and epibulbar dermoid was diagnosed by histopathologic finding. Therefore, the patient was diagnosed with OES, and genetic test revealed a balanced translocation (46,XY,t(2:15)(p21;126.1)) in karyotyping, and benign copy number variants in array.
