분석적 계층 프로세스(AHP) 기법을 이용한 e-CRM의 성공요인 분석

최근 기업들이 고객관계관리(CRM)의 도입과 확산에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있는 가운데, 정보통신기술의 발달과 인터넷 사용의 활성화로 인하여 온라인 채널을 활용하여 CRM을 구현하는 이른바 e-CRM에 대한 기업들의 관심 역시 높아지고 있다. 지금까지 많은 연구자들이 CRM의 성공요인들을 식별하고, 각 요인들의 우선순위를 알아보고자 노력을 기울여 왔다. 하지만, e-CRM 분야에 대한 성공요인 관련 연구는 지금까지 충분히 이루어지지 못했다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기업들이 성공적으로 e-CRM을 구현을 위한 준비를 할 수 있는 가이드라인을 제시하기 위해, 기존에 연구되었던 다양한 e-CRM구축의 성공요인들을 도출, 정리하고, 각 요인별 상대적 중요도를 전문가 설문을 통해 분석하여, 우선순위를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이 때 요인별 상대적 중요도는 전통적으로 많이 활용되고 검증되어 온 분석적 계층 프로세스(AHP) 기법을 이용하여 도출하였다. 기존의 연구들은 대부분 조직적인 요소와 기술적인 요소들로 성공요인을 분석하였지만 본 연구에서는 e-CRM의 기능적인 관점으로 성공요인을 도출하고자 하였다. 분석 결과, e-CRM의 성공을 위해서는 분석-운영-협업 CRM의 세 부분이 모두 균형 있게 관리되어야 하며, 특히 최고경영자의 전폭적인 지원과 양질의 고객정보 확보, 그리고 고객의 요구사항에 효과적으로 반응하는 우수한 온라인 처리능력의 확보가 중요한 것으로 나타났다. Recently, companies have interests in the adoption and diffusion of customer relationship management(CRM). And, as information and communication technologies and Internet technologies proliferate, they also have interests in e-CRM, which implements CRMusing online communication channels. Until now, many researchers have tried to identify the success factors of CRM and evaluate their relative importance. However, only a few studies have dealt with the success factors of e-CRM. For this reason, we aim at identifying and evaluating the success factors of e-CRM in order to provide the companies with the guideline for preparing the implementation of e-CRM. Our study adopts analytical hierarchy process(AHP) as a tool for evaluating these factors because it has been widely applied and validated for a long time. Whereas prior studies have analyzed the success factors from the organizational and technological perspective, our study analyzes them from the functional perspective. As a result, we found that the companies should manage all the CRM components including analytic-operational-collaborative CRM in good balance. Also, we found that the sufficient support from CEO, the acquisition of good quality customer data, and theonline processing capability for responding customers' requests effectively are important for the success of e-CRM.

Among various methods to build the construction safety, the consecutive improvement by the measuring and evaluating safety management capabilities for the construction participants such as an owner, a contractor, and a supervisor (construction project manager) can be the effective one. Thus, an effective evaluation and grading criteria to provide performance index for the implementation of safety management activities should be necessary. In this regards, the purpose of this study is to verify the adequacy by offering a competency evaluation system for the supervisor's safety capability and by applying the system to some construction sites. The proposed evaluation system was developed on the basis of the principles of safety management & accident prevention, basic elements of safety and health management system, and safety evaluation cases at home and abroad. The trial evaluation showed that the safety management of the construction site is mainly carried out by the contractor and the supervisor's awareness for the safety management is low on the whole. Especially, it is urgent to improve the support system from the supervisor headquarter and to place the dedicated safety management person in the field.

The patient suffered cardiac arrest 8 months before presentation. She has been suffering hoarseness and exertional dyspnea and nocturnal stridor. Upon flexible laryngoscopy, her vocal cords showed no motion and fixed in paramedian position. There was no causal finding on neck CT. EMG showed some muscular activity. Under the suspicion of crico arytenoid fixation, we performed suspension laryngoscopy, and found the arytenoid cartilage was fixed with short and stout scar, which was removed with scissors. Just after surgery she regained her voice and respiration.

The parallel contact mechanism between mold and target is the on of most important issues for the imprinting system. It is influenced by precision level of the imprinter, the waviness of mold and target and the stage motion for alignment. The uniformity of PR fluid thickness should be maintained for imprinting quality, and the ununiformity of PR fluid thickness is caused by unstable pressure distribution. In this study, we captured film shape of PR fluid film with the image processing method under several motions of contact stage. It is expected to get the information of pressure distribution by measuring tile film thickness of PR fluid.
급속응고된 Al-5% Mg-1.2% Cr 합금의 초소성 거동에 관한 연구

N/A The superplastic behavior of Al-5%Mg-1.2%Cr alloy prepared by rapid solidification technique was investigated in the temperature range of 645 to 828K. The maximum ductility exhibited by the alloy was approximately 1100%, which is larger than that of other superplastic aluminum alloys. Also, the optimum superplastic properties were achieved at much higher strain rates than other aluminum alloys. This result is attributed to the presence of fine precipitates which maintain a fine grain size in the Al-Mg-Cr alloy at high homologous temperatures. The alloy behaves as a class II solid solution (stress exponent, n, equals approximately 4.5) in the lower strain rate range of 6.7×10^(-5) to 3.3×10^(-4) S^(-1). Substructural observation revealed the tendency for subgrain formation in this strain rate range. At higher strain rate of 3.3×10^(-2) to 6.7×10^(-1)S^(-1) and above 699K superplastic deformation was observed. Substructural observation showed some evidence of heavy dislocation activity without a tendency for cell formation. Above the strain rate range of superplastic behavior the alloy behaves as a class 1 solid solution (n=3) and power law breakdown occurs above about ε˚/ D = 10^(14)㎡.
