        과실이 크고 품질이 우수한 조생종 배 ‘금촌조생’ 육성

        ‘금촌조생’ 품종은 농촌진흥청 원예연구소 나주배연구소에서 1971년 ‘금촌추’의 품질을 개선하기 위해 당도가 높고 육질이 유연한 ‘단배’를 교배하여 1982년 1차 선발되었고, 1997년부터 5년 간 지역적응시험을 거쳐 2001년 최종 선발 및 품종보호출원 되었다. 수세는 비교적 강하고, 수자는 반개장성이다. 꽃가루가 풍부하며, 주요 재배품종과 교배친화성을 보인다. 또한 흑반병에 대하여 강한 포장저항성을 나타내었다. 숙기는 재배중인 ‘원황’ 품종보다 약 5일 정도 늦은 9월 3일로 추석에 출하하기 알맞은 품종이다. 과형은 ‘금촌추’와 같은 도원추형이고, 과피색은 황갈색이다. 과중은 593g이고, 당도는 13.2Bx이다. 육질은 유연하며 과즙이 풍부하고, 석세포가 없어 식미가 매우 우수하다. 그러나 과육선숙형 품종으로 원예적 수확기에도 과피에 녹색이 남지만, 완숙과가 되면 황갈색으로 착색된다. 상온저장 기간은 20일 정도로 다른 조생종에 비해 저장력은 좋은 편이다. ‘Geumchonjosaeng’ pear cultivar (Pyrus pyrifolia var. culta Nakai) originated from the cross between ‘Imamuraaki’ and ‘Danbae’ to improve the fruit quality of ‘Imamuraaki’ cultivar in 1971 at Naju Pear Research Institute of National Horticultural Research Institute (NHRI), Rural Development Administration (RDA). It was preliminarily selected in 1982 and named in 2001. The tree habit shows vigorous growth and upright spreading. It carries abundant pollen grains and shows cross compatibility with leading cultivars. Also it shows high resistance to black leaf spot (Alternaria kikuchiana) in the field condition. Optimum harvest time is around Sep. 3, which is 5 days later than that of ‘Wonwhang’, and it could satisfy consumer’s demand for high quality pear fruit in “Chuseok”. The obovate fruit shape resembles maternal parent, ‘Imamuraaki’ and skin color is green yellowish brown at normal harvesting time and gradually turned to yellowish brown at full ripennig state. Fruit weighs about 593 g, and the soluble solid content is 13.5 ˚Bx. The flesh is very soft and juicy and, rendering good eating quality. Shelf life is about 20 days under the ambient temperature, and it is a relatively long period as compare with other early season cultivars.

        The free-formed surface machining using a ball end mill is important and the geometric accuracy of a 3D workpiece is effected by the cutting characteristics. Machining error is defined by the normal distance between designed surface and actual tool path with tool deflection. This is inevitably caused by the tool deflection, tool wear, thermal effect and machine tool errors and so forth. The results will be useful as a guidance for cutting condition to improve the geometrical accuracy of free-formed surface in ball end milling.

      • 대전 3ㆍ4 산업단지 주변의 하천수 및 지하수오염 실태조사

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the quality of surface water and groundwater near the Daejeon 3.4 industrial complex. In the case of surface water quality as considered by BOD, the water quality of the Hyun-do Bridge in Kum river was suitable to the class II (less than 3mg/L) of environmental standard for the river. The water quality of Bool-lo Dong in Kum river after joins Kab stream was class III (less than 6mg/L) and the water quality of Kab-chun Bridge was over class V as over about 8mg/L(less than 10mg/L). In the result for the groundwater at Wit-mal, the NO3-N concentration was average 14.6mg/L and maximum 23.4mg/L that was about twice more than the drinking water quality standard regulations(10mg/L). In other points, the groundwater quality was inadequate to the standard for a few items.

      • HBR과 결합된 간헐폭기공정에 의한 도시하수의 영양소제거 특성

        In this study, the characteristics of organics and nutrient removal from municipal wastewater with various operation conditions using modified intermittent aeration combined with HBR process was investigated. This system was operated with HRT of 10hr at COD/N 1.96, COD/P 75.3, sludge recycle of 50% to 100% and 18℃ to 25℃. It has been the best operating condition to control, Oxic/Anoxic time ratio setting rate has been set 40min/20min and 100% of sludge recycle, under the conditions such as 2hr HRT at the anoxic reactor, 6hr HRT at the aeration tank. In that conditions, the removal efficiency of BOD, COD, T-N and T-P were 97.5%, 91.7%, 75% and 76.2%, respectively. The SNR(Specific Nitrification Rate) was 3.213mgNH4-N/gMv/hr and the SDNR(Specific Dinitrification Rate) was 4.5mg NO3-N/gMv/hr. T-P removal efficiency is due to biological phosphorus removal and formation of chemical precipitates by pellet. The performance of wasted sludge dewatering in this process is better than wasted activated sludge.

      • 스쿠버다이빙을 통한 스포츠관광 활성화 연구

        본 연구는 스쿠버관광의 현황을 파악하고 현안과제 및 개선방안을 통한 스포츠관광 활성화에 목적을 두고자 한다. 이를 위해 문헌조사와 포커스그룹인터뷰를 통해 전문가적인 방안을 제시하였다. 인터뷰 대상은 전국에서 활동중인 스쿠버강사를 대상으로 지역적 안배를 고려하였고 평균 나이41세, 강사경력 11년의 활동경력을 가진 전문가들이였으며 제주도에서 인터뷰가 실시되었다. 본 연구의 결과, 첫째, 관련업계 종사자들이 현안 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 적극적인 노력이 요구되며 둘째, 다양한 교육과 이벤트를 통한 수익창출과 장비 국산화를 통한 저가의 장비개발이 필요하며 셋째, 투자를 통한 시설의 확충으로 편리성을 제공하여야 하며 다양한 홍보를 통해 스쿠버의 안전성과 교육적 효과에 대해 대중에게 알려야 하는 것으로 분석되었다. The purpose of this study is to understand the situation of scuba tourism and revitalize sports tourism by examining pending tasks and methods for revitalization. In order to achieve this, literature review and focus group interview were used to present professional methods. An interview was conducted with practicing scuba instructors nationwide in Jeju-do in consideration of local arrangement. Subjects' mean age was 41, and mean career was 11 years. The following results were obtained. First, related-industry practitioners should make active efforts to solve pending problems. Second, it is needed to create profit through various education and events, and develop inexpensive equipment through the localization of equipment. Finally, it is needed to provide convenience with the expansion and improvement of facilities through investment, and introduce the safety and educational effect of scuba to the public using a variety of PR activity.

      • 그란닥신 정(토피소팜 50 mg)에 대한 토핌 정의 생물학적 동등성

        Tofisopam is a new type of tranquilizer valuable for the relief of anxiety and tension in a wide range of emotional disorders. Tofisopam has the therapeutic characteristics of a minor tranquilzer and a mild stimulatory effect. The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the bioequivalence of two tofisopam tablets, Grandaxin^TM (Hwan In Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and Tofim^TM (Kyung Dong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.), according to the guidelines of Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA). Eighteen normal male volunteers, 23.11±2.83 years in age and 65.43±7.64㎏ in body weight, were divided into two groups and a randomized 2 x 2 cross-over study was employed. After one tablet containing 50㎎ of tofisopam was orally administered, blood was taken at predetermined time intervals and the concentrations of tofisopam in serum were determined using HPLC method with UV detector. The pharmacokinetic parameters such as AUC_t, C_max and T_max were calculated and ANOVA test was utilized for the statistical analysis of the parameters. The results showed that the differences in AUC_t, C_max and T_max between two tablets based on the Grandaxin^TM were -5.59%, 2.22% and -13.18%, respectively. Minimum detectable differences (Δ) at α=0.10 and 1-β=0.8 were less than 20% (e.g., 14.95% and 19.34% for AUC_t and C_max, respectively). The powers (1-β) at α=0.10, Δ=0.2 for AUC_t and C_max were 95.21% and 81.93%, respectively. The 90% confidence intervals were within ±20% (e.g., -15.64∼4.45 and -10.77∼-15.21 for AUC_t, and C_max, respectively). Two parameters met the criteria of KFDA for bioequivalence, indicating that Tofim^TM tablet is bioequivalent to Grandaxin^TM tablet.

        복합레진의 표면거칠기에 따른 투명도와 표면 색상의 차이에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 복합레진의 표면 연마에 의한 표면 거칠기가 표면 색상과 투명도에 어떤 영향을 미치는가를 알아보고자 시행하였다. Charisma (Heraeus Kulzer GmbH, Domagen, Germany)의 B1과 A3, Esthet-X (DENTSPLY Caulk, Milford, USA)의 B1과 B3 레진으로 거칠기에 따른 표면 색상을 평가하기 위한 직경 8㎜, 두께 5㎜의 시편을 제작하고, Sof-Lex finishing & polishing system(3M, ESPE Dental Products. St. Paul USA)의 C, M, F, 및 SF 디스크로 시편의 한쪽 면을 연마하였으며, 연마 전 Mylar strip으로 압축된 면을 대조군으로 하였다. 거칠기에 따른 투명도의 차이를 평가하기 위한 두께 1 ㎜의 시편을 Charisma의 A3로 제작하여, 한쪽 면을 600, 1000, 1500 및 2000번 사포로 연마하였다. 각 시편의 연마 전과 후, 연마면의 CIE L^(*)a^(*)b^(*)값과 1 ㎜ 시편의 백색과 흑색 배경판 상에서의 Y값을 spectrophotometer인 Spectrolino (GretagMacbech, Regensdorf, Switzerland)를 사용해 측정 분석하였으며, 각 시편의 연마 전과 후의 평균 표면 조드 (Ra)값을 Surface Roughness Tester SJ-301 (Mytutoyo, Tokyo, Japan)로 측정했다. L^(*)값은 재료와 색상에 상관없이 가장 거친 Sof-lex C 디스크로 연마한 군에서 가장 높은 값을 보였으며 (p < 0.05). Esthet-X B3군을 제외한 모든 군에서 Ra값이 감소함에 따라 L^(*)값도 낮아졌다. a^(*)값은 표면 거칠기에 따라 특정한 변화 양상을 보이지 않았으며, b^(*)값은 Esthet-X B1군을 제외한 모든 군에서 Sof-lex SF 디스크로 연마 시 가장 높은 값을 보였으며 (p < 0.05), Charisma B1과 Esthet-X B3군에서 Ra값과 비교적 높은 상관 관계를 보였다. Contrast ratio는 1000번과 1500번 사포로 연마한 군간을 제외한 모든 군 간에 유의한 차이를 보여으며 (p < 0.05). 표면 거칠기가 감소함에 따라 contrast ratio도 감소하였다(R2 = 0.801). The objectives of this were to evaluate the effect of surface roughness on the surface color and translucency of the composite reins. Two composite resins (Esthet-X, Dentsply, Milford, USA and Charisma, Kulzer, Domagen, Germany) were used to investigate the surface color. Charisma was used to investigate the translucency. 40 disc samples (diameter: 8 ㎜, thickness: 5 ㎜) were made by each product to measure the surface color. Ploymerized each sample's one side was treated by Sof-Lex finishing and polishing system (Group C, M, F, SF). 40 disc samples (diameter: 6 ㎜, thickness: 1 ㎜) were prepared to measure the opacity. 1 ㎜ samples were ground one side with #600, #1000, #1500 and #2000 sandpapers. CIE L^(*)a^(*)b^(*) values of each 5 ㎜ thickness samples, and XYZ values of 1 ㎜ thickness samples on the white and black background were measured with spectrophotometer (Spectrolino, GretagMacbeth, Regensdorf, Switzerland). Mean surface roughness (Ra) of all samples before and after surface treatment was measured using the Surface Roughness Tester SJ-301 (Mytutoyo, Tokyo, Japan). Regardless of type and shade of the composite resin, L^(*) values measured in group C were higher than others (p < 0.05), and L^(*) value decreased as the Ra value decreased except B3 shade of Esthet-X. But there were no significant difference in a^(*) values among groups. In control group and SF, highest b^(*) values were measured (p < 0.05), except B1 shade of Esthet-X. Contrast ratio decreased as the Ra value decreased (p < 0.05). With the above results, difference of surface roughness has influence on surface color and translucency of dental composite resins. 〔J Kor Acad Cons Dent 31(4):312-322, 2006〕

        A valve spring retainer is a small disc and located at intake and exhaust valve stem of engine. The retainer supports a valve spring and transmits spring force to a valve. Force is applied to the retainer repeatedly by a rocker arm. Durability of the retainer is an important factor of performance. Weight of retainer affect dynamic performance of engine. Therefore, optimal strength and weight of the retainer design are needed. In this study, stress distribution and fracture load of retainer were analyzed by using FEM to design optimal strength and weight. Static load test was simulated by using commercial FEM code DEFORM-3D. Shapes of the retainer to reduce weight were designed and analyzed to verify validity of it. Simulated results and experimental ones were compared

        In manufacturing process, the. free-formed surface machining using a ball end mill of CNC machining center is important and the geometric accuracy of a 3D workpiece is effected by the cutting characteristics. Machining error is defined the normal distance between designed surface and actual tool path with tool deflection. This is inevitably caused by the tool deflection, tool wear, thermal effect and machine tool errors and so forth. In this study, the geometric accuracies such as roundness in semi-cylinder, free-formed profile and surface roughness were measured using a Coordinate Measurement Machine(CMM) and a contact type surface roughness measuring device. The results will be useful as a guidance for cutting condition to improve the geometrical accuracy of free-formed surface in ball end milling.
