성소수자 상담수련생이 경험한 차별과 억압에 관한 자문화기술지

본 연구는 성소수자임을 이유로 겪은 따돌림 경험 및 차별과 억압을 받아온 경험이 성소수자 상담수련생에게 어떤 영향을 미쳤는지 살펴보고, 사회문화적 맥락에서 분석함으로써 성소수자들의 심리적 어려움을 이해하는 것에 그 목적이 있다. 성소수자의 심리적 어려움을 내부자들의 관점으로 제시하는 자문화기술지로 연구하여 성소수자가 어떻게 자신을 수용하고 사회에 속해 가는지를 연구한다. 본 연구는 다음과 같은 의의를 갖는다. 사회적으로 소외되어 있는 성소수자의 현실을 보여주며, 성소수자의 차별과 억압에 대한 경험이 상담수련생으로서 동질 집단을 위한 옹호 활동으로 이어지는 것을 보여준다. 또한, 성소수자에 대한 차별과 억압은 개인의 문제가 아니라 사회문화적 맥락에서 일어나는 것임을 알려준다. 본 연구는 다음과 같은 바를 시사한다. 첫째, 이성애 중심적인 사회에서 성소수자들이 겪는 따돌림과 그로 인해 야기되는 고통에 대한 이해가 필요하다. 둘째, 성소수자가 느끼는 차별과 억압을 내부자적 관점에서 연구할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 상담 장면에서 성소수자에 대한 이해를 높일 필요가 있다. 성소수자에 대한 무지는 성소수자 내담자가 살아가면서 겪는 독특한 경험들에 대한 이해의 부족으로 이어지며, 이는 상담 장면에서 내담자에 대한 이해와 공감의 어려움으로 나타난다. This study aims to examine the impact of bullying, discrimination, and oppression experienced due to being a sexual minority on counseling trainees. By analyzing these experiences within a sociocultural context, the study seeks to understand the psychological challenges faced by sexual minorities. The purpose of this study is to investigate how sexual minorities accept themselves and belong to society by studying the psychological difficulties of sexual minorities with the perspective of insiders. This study holds the following significance: it shows the reality of sexual minorities who are socially marginalized sexual minorities, and the experience of discrimination and oppression of sexual minorities leads to advocacy activities for homogeneous groups as counselors. In addition, this study suggests that discrimination and oppression against sexual minorities occur in a sociocultural context, not in an individual's problem. The study suggests the following implications: first, there is a need to understand the bullying and resulting pain that sexual minorities endure in a heteronormative society. Second, it is necessary to study the discrimination and oppression of sexual minorities from an insider perspective. Third, it is necessary to enhance understanding of sexual minorities in the counseling scene. Ignorance of sexual minorities leads to a lack of understanding of the unique experiences that sexual minority clients experience in their lives, which appears to be a difficulty in understanding and sympathy for the client in the counseling scene.

Objective: The ARTISENTIAL instruments aim at bringing advanced articulation to laparoscopy to overcome challenges in narrow anatomical spaces. We present the first single-center results of a series of single-port laparoscopic hysterectomies performed with ARTISENTIAL. Methods: Between September 2021 and August 2022, 34 patients who underwent single-port laparoscopic hysterectomy using ARTISENTIAL needle holder for benign or malignant disease by a single surgeon were enrolled retrospectively. The ARTISENTIAL needle holder was used only for vaginal vault closure. The handle of ARTISENTIAL was placed left to the camera head and held with the surgeon's right hand. A conventional grasper was placed right to the camera head and held with the surgeon's left hand. The two devices were crossed in peritoneal space (reverse hand grip technique). All suturing process was videotaped to measure vaginal vault closure time and technique. Perioperative and short-term postoperative data were analyzed. Results: The patients had a median age of 48 years (range 35-75 years). The median time of the vault suture was 411 seconds (range 156-1083 sec), and the median total operative time was 92 min (range 60-160 min). There was one case of vaginal vault dehiscence and two cases of vaginal vault hematoma. The median suture time for the Initial 10 cases and the last 10 cases were 900 sec (range 576 ~ 1083) and 364 sec (range 156 ~ 470 sec), respectively (p <0.001). After 5 cases of the initial experience, the suture times did not exceed 10 minutes in any patient. Conclusion: Intracorporeal vaginal vault closure with ARTISENTIAL needle holder in single-port hysterectomy is feasible and safe. All patients had a successful surgical outcome. The Cumbersomeness of the handle of ARTISENTIAL can be solved using the reverse hand grip technique, which confers more suitable ergonomics to the surgeon. We will now seek to evaluate the benefits of ARTISENTIAL in comparison with standard laparoscopic instruments through a larger study.

<P>Poly(2,6-dimethyl-1,4-phenylene oxide)s (PPOs)-based anion exchange membranes (AEMs) with four of the most widely investigated head groups were prepared. Through a combination of experimental and simulation approaches, the effects of the different types of head groups on the properties of the AEMs, including hydroxide conductivity, water content, physicochemical stability, and fuel cell device performance were fully explored. Unlike other studies, in which the conductivity was mostly investigated in liquid water, the conductivity of the PPO-based AEMs in 95% relative humidity (RH) conditions as well as in liquid water was investigated. The conductivity trend in 95% RH condition was different from that in liquid water but corresponded well with the actual cell performance trend observed, suggesting that the AEM fuel cell performance under in situ cell conditions (95% RH, 60 °C, H<SUB>2</SUB>/O<SUB>2</SUB>) is more closely related to the conductivity measured ex situ under 95% RH conditions (60 °C) than in liquid water. On the basis of the conductivity data and molecular simulation results, it was concluded that the predominant hydroxide ion-conducting mechanism in liquid water differs from that in the operating fuel cell environment, where the ionomers become hydrated only as a result of water vapor transported into the cells.</P> [FIG OMISSION]</BR>
Research on Hazardous Materials in Fishery Products in Busan Area

To ensure the safety of fishery products marketed in Busan, 42 residual veterinary drugs, heavy metals (Pb, Cd and Hg) and radioactivity (<SUP>131</SUP>I, <SUP>134</SUP>Cs, <SUP>137</SUP>Cs) were analyzed. Fishery products were collected in 2020 from January to November, and collected products were divided into groups for further analysis. Fifty-one samples were analyzed for residual veterinary drugs, 157 samples for heavy metals and 322 samples for radioactivity. LC-MS/MS analysis showed that veterinary drugs were detected in 9 cases in 4 species of fishery products. Detected samples were Rockfish (5 cases), Olive flounder (2 cases), Sea bass (1 case) and Gizzard shad (1 case). The detected veterinary drugs were ciprofloxacin (3 cases), trimethoprim (3 cases), lincomycin (2 cases) and enrofloxacin (1 case), and the concentrations were below MRL (Maximum Residue Limit). A total of 157 samples were analyzed for heavy metals using ICP-MS and mean concentrations were 0.024 mg/kg for Pb, 0.063 mg/kg for Cd and 0.074 mg/kg for Hg. The concentrations of Pb, Cd and Hg were within MRL. Radioactivity was measured by HPGe spectrometer and among the 322 samples tested, radioactivity was not detected in 321 samples which means that the activity was below MDA (Minimum Detectable Activity). For 1 sample (Sea bass), 0.88 Bq/kg of <SUP>137</SUP>Cs was detected, but <SUP>238</SUP>Pu, <SUP>239</SUP>Pu, <SUP>240</SUP>Pu and <SUP>90</SUP>Sr were not detected in the subsequent experiment.

This study is a descriptive survey research to identify factors affecting the nursing intention of nursing college students who will nurse COVID-19 patients. This study was analyzed through convenience sampling for freshmen, sophomore, junior, senior attending the Department of Nursing at E University in Gyeonggi-do from May 17 to August 11, 2022. As a result, it was found that the intention to care for COVID-19 patients increased by 20% every time the knowledge score on COVID-19 increased by 1 point . If the average score for each item in the moral sensitivity question increased by 1 point, the nursing intention increased significantly by 5.21 times, and it was found that the nursing intention for COVID-19 patients increased significantly by 6.93 times each time the average score for each behavioral belief item increased by 1 point. Based on the results of this study, it was confirmed that the higher the knowledge, moral sensitivity, and behavioral beliefs of nursing students, the higher the intention to care for new infectious disease patients. Based on the results of this study, it was confirmed that It is necessary to develop and apply educational and psychological intervention programs and integrated nursing ethics programs.
Biochemical characterization of variants of canine CYP1A1 using heterologous expression

<P>Cytochrome P450 1A1 (CYP1A1) is a heme-containing mono-oxygenase involved in metabolism of environmental contaminants. Two variants of dog CYP1A1 with a single residue difference were identified and designated Sap1 and Sap2. Compared with Sap1, Sap2 had a Trp50Leu substitution. The biochemical characteristics of the variants were comparatively analyzed using heterologous expression in <I>Escherichia coli</I>. The membrane fraction of <I>E. coli</I> expressing Sap2 exhibited higher CYP holoprotein and heme contents than the Sap1-containing membranes, although the level of total CYP1A1 protein (i.e., apoprotein + holoprotein) was comparable between the groups. As normalized to holo-CYP content, the Sap2-expressing membranes showed lower CYP1A1-specific enzyme activities, such as 7-ethoxyresorufin <I>O</I>-dealkylation (EROD), than the Sap1 group. In single substitution variants of residue 50, proteins with hydrophobic residues having mass similar to Leu exhibited lower EROD activities than those with hydrophobic residues having larger mass than Leu. In addition, variants with polar or charged residues having mass similar to Leu showed activities that were comparable to those of Sap2. Taken together, these findings suggest that the Trp50Leu substitution leads to an enhancement of holo-CYP1A1 formation, but diminishes the enzyme activity because of the small size of Leu compared with Trp.</P>
