Finding the size of market potential is essential task for every stakeholder including policy makers, investors, managers, employees in the international hotel industry. This study proposed a conceptualized global investment evaluation model based upon understanding the environmental key risk variables and their impacts on the market size of the industry. Since potential market size cannot be determined by single environmental factor, this study comprehensively reviewed literature articulating environmental variables associated with the market size. This study assumed market size of each country or region is aggregated output of the environmental variables. In this sense this study developed and proposed propositions to be used. The proposed model may represent a blue print for the market size of the hotel industry and environmental variables surrounding the industry worldwide. The information will give a strong tool for the hotel investors considering overseas as a potential market.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of story-based and activity-based collocation instruction on collocation acquisition and affective domain of elementary fourth graders. The results of this study were as follows. Firstly, both experimental groups had significant improvement in collocation recognition and recall, but there was no significant differences between two groups. Secondly, experimental group 1 showed more positive effects on learning motivation, interest, confidence compared to experimental group 2. It is, therefore, necessary to enhance the awareness about the importance of collocation instruction and develop various collocation instruction methods and learning activities to acquire collocation more effectively.

Nickel-based superalloy IN 713C powders have been consolidated by hot isostatic pressing (HIPing). The microstructure and mechanical properties of the superalloys were investigated at the HIPing temperature ranging from $1030^{\circ}C$ to $1230^{\circ}C$. When the IN 713C powder was heated above ${\gamma}^{\prime}$ solvus temperature (about $1180^{\circ}C$), the microstructure was composed of the austenitic FCC matrix phase ${\gamma}$ plus a variety of secondary phases, such as ${\gamma}^{\prime}$ precipitates in ${\gamma}$ matrix and MC carbides at grain boundaries. The yield and tensile strengths of HIPed specimens at room temperature were decreased while the elongation and reduction of area were increased as the processing temperature increased. At $700^{\circ}C$, the strength was similar regardless of HIPing temperature; however, the ductility was drastically increased with increasing the temperature. It is considered that these properties compared to those of cast products are originated from the homogeneity of microstructure obtained from a PM process.
