        Analysis of Component Technology for Smart City Platform

        In order to solve the urban problems caused by the increase of the urban population, the construction of smart city applying the latest technology is being carried out all over the world. In particular, we will create a smart city platform that utilizes data generated in the city to collect and store and analyze, thereby enhancing the city's continuous competitiveness and resilience and enhancing the quality of life of citizens. However, existing smart city platforms are not enough to construct a platform for smart city as a platform for solution elements such as IoT platform, big data platform, and AI platform. To complement this, we will reanalyze the existing overseas smart city platform and IoT platform in a comprehensive manner, combine the technical elements applied to it, and apply it to the future Korean smart city platform. This paper aims to investigate the trends of smart city platforms used in domestic and foreign countries and analyze the technology applied to smart city to study smart city platforms that solve various problems of the city such as environment, energy, safety, traffic, environment.

        A Trend on Smart Village and Implementation of Smart Village Platform

        We intend to improve the sustainability of rural villages by investigating the element technologies and platforms necessary for building smart villages. There are so many investment smart city platforms and solutions in many cities. but there are relatively few investments in rural or small cities. This situation can not only increase the urban problem due to the increase of population to the city, but also deepen the digital gap of citizens. So far, studies on smart village have been investigated in fragments. We will examine the cases applied to smart village as a whole and study the open smart village platform that analyzes the overall data storage and management of the village after the smart village was finally established. First, we will look at the overseas trends of smart village and second, we will study the smart village platform that efficiently manages smart village through the technology necessary for smart village.

        Nanolithography on Graphene by Using Scanning Tunneling Microscopy in a Methanol Environment

        <B>Abstract</B><P>Since it was discovered in 2004, graphene has attracted enormous attention as an emerging material for future devices, but it has been found that conventional lithographic processes based on polymer resist degrade its intrinsic performance. Recently, our group studied a resist-free scanning tunneling microscopy-based lithography in various atmospheres by injecting volatile liquids into a chamber. In this study, multilayer graphene was scanned and etched by controlling bias voltage under methanol pressure. We focused on improving patterning results in terms of depth and line width, while the previous study was performed to find an optimum gas environment for patterning on a graphite surface. Specifically, we report patterning outputs depending on conditions of voltage, current, and pressure. The optimum conditions for methanol environment etching were a gas pressure in the range of 41-50 torr, a −4 V tip bias, and a 2 nA tunneling current.</P>

        In the Toyota ESTIMA HEV with E-4WD system, it was necessary to determine the rear motor torque about front motor torque to allow practical 4WD performance. This paper discusses the torque distribution ratio of front and rear motor. <br/> In the energy efficiency, the rear motor can increase regenerative braking energy and in the vehicle stability. ESTIMA HEV applies rear motor to be practical 4WD. In this paper, we discuss the power distribution of rear motor fur assisting and regenerating of E-4WD HEV.

        The Structure of BC3N Tubular Nanofiber Synthesized by Using PECVD

        Boron carbonitride (B$_x$C$_y$N$_z$) nanotubes were synthesized with a gas mixture of C$_2$H$_2$, NH$_3$, N$_2$ and B$_2$H$_6$ by using dc plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition. The compartmented B$_x$C$_y$N$_z$ nanofibers were vertically aligned on the substrate with a diameter of $\sim$70 nm and a length of $\sim$3 $\mu$m. The transmission electron microscope images showed the B$_x$C$_y$N$_z$ nanofibers to be nanotubes with a well-aligned wall structure. The images of an elemental mapping taken by using a transmission electron microscope equipped with an electron energy loss spectroscope showed that the carbon, nitrogen, and boron atoms in the compartmented B$_x$C$_y$N$_z$ tubular nanofiber were uniformly distributed. The atomic composition ratio of the B$_x$C$_y$N$_z$ tubular nanofibers was investigated by using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The estimated ratio of each chemical component of the compartmented B$_x$C$_y$N$_z$ tubular nanofibers was $x$ = 0.37 (boron) : $y$ = 1.0 (carbon) : $z$ = 0.36 (nitrogen), which is very similar with that of BC$_3$N. Based on the experimental data, we suggest a chemical structure of the BC$_3$N nanotube that is consistent with the structure obtained from a theoretical calculation.         웹 서비스에서 UDDI는 서비스 제공자(service provider)가 제공할 수 있는 서비스 리스트인 WSDL을 UDDI에 등록, 검색할 수 있도록 기능을 제공한다. 하지만 Java등의 프로그래밍 언어를 이용하여 웹 서비스를 개발하는 개발자는 UDDI에서 제공하는 WSDL 문서만으로는 충분한 도움말을 받지 못한다. 이에 TSPWRB(TSP Web Service Repository Browser)를 개발하여 WSDL의 자바 인터페이스를 검색하고 도움 기능을 제공하며, 외부 UDDI 검색 기능을 제공하여 웹 서비스 개발을 보다 쉽게 개발할 수 있도록 하였다.
