TV 드라마를 통해 본 경호원 이미지에 관한 연구 : <더 킹 투 하츠>, <쓰리 데이즈>, <더 킹: 영원의 군주>를 중심으로

본 연구는 2010년 이후 방영된 TV 드라마 중 경호원 직업을 가진 주인공이 등장하는 3개의 작품을 선정하여 2012년 이후 꾸준한 연구가 진행되고 있는 ‘휴먼이미지디자인’의 이론에 근거하여 경호원의 이미지를 분석하였다. 3개의 작품은 다음과 같다. 2012년 조정석 주연의 <더 킹 투 하츠>, 2014년 박유천 주연의 <쓰리 데이즈>,’ 2020년 우도환 주연의 <더 킹: 영원의 군주>이다. <더 킹 투 하츠>에서 조정석의 가시적 이미지는 리젠트컷 헤어스타일과 신체적 조건이 갖춰진 사람만 입을 수 있는 황실 근위부대 제복 스타일을 멋지게 소화하고 있다. 비가시적 이미지에서는 육사 장교 출신의 엘리트적 업무수행의 모습에서 담대함, 충성심, 온유함으로 나타나고 있다. <쓰리 데이즈>에서 박유천의 가시적 이미지는 전형적인 공직자를 연상시키는 헤어스타일과 어두운색 정장을 착장하여 매우 단정하고 반듯한 이미지를 연출하고 있다. 비가시적 이미지는 빈틈없는 업무수행을 하는 모습에서 철저함, 충성심, 정의감으로 나타났다. <더 킹: 영원의 군주>에서 우도환의 가시적 이미지는 포마드 헤어스타일과 블랙 슈트 스타일을 보이고 있다. 비가시적 이미지는 황제를 지켜낼 수 있다는 믿음을 가지고 업무를 수행하는 모습에서 정의감, 책임감, 신중함으로 나타났다. 위의 분석 결과 경호원의 가시적 이미지는 헤어라인을 깔끔하게 정돈한 스타일, 제복 스타일, 단색 슈트 스타일은 화려하지는 않지만 절제되고 단정한 이미지로 표현되었으며, 비가시적 이미지는 담대함, 충성심, 온유함, 철저함, 정의감, 책임감, 신중함 등이 표현되었다. 본 연구는 다음과 같은 제한점을 가진다. 첫째, 세 편의 TV 드라마를 연구대상으로 선정하였기에 본 결과를 일반화하는 데에는 한계가 있다. 둘째, 최근 10년 동안 방영된 작품들을 연구하였기에 시대성을 반영하지 못했다는 한계가 있다. 셋째, 경호원 이미지에 영향을 주는 다른 요인들도 있으나, 본 연구에서는 가시적 이미지와 비가시적 이미지를 중심으로 연구가 이루어져 외부 환경적인 요인에 대한 접근과 분석에는 분명한 한계를 가진다. This study analyzed bodyguards’ images based on ‘human image design’ which was studied after selecting three TV series in which the main actor was a bodyguard and were aired in 2012 or later. The three series selected were ‘The King 2 Hearts (2012, starring Jo Jung-suk),’ ‘Three Days (2014, starring Park Yoo-chun),’ and ‘The King Eternal Monarch (2020, starring Woo Do-hwan).’ In ‘The King 2 Hearts,’ Jo Jung-suk displayed a contemporary haircut and cool royal guard uniform styles that look good only for those with decent physical fitness. In terms of non-visual characteristics, he showed boldness, loyalty, and gentleness as an elite military officer. In ‘Three Days,’ on the contrary, Park Yoo-chun had a typical public official’s hairstyle and wore a dark suit, creating a tidy and upright image. Regarding non-visual characteristics, he unveiled completeness, loyalty, and righteousness, while handing his jobs dutifully and meticulously. In ‘The King Eternal Monarch,’ lastly, Woo Do-hwan had a classic pomade hairstyle and wore a black suit. In terms of non-visual characteristics, he demonstrated righteousness, responsibility, and prudence, while dutifully fulfilling his obligations believing that he could guard and protect the king. According to the above analysis, a bodyguard’s visual images can include formal hairstyles, uniforms, and solid color suits, which generate modest and tidy appearances. In terms of non-visual characteristics, boldness, loyalty, gentleness, completeness, righteousness, responsibility, and prudence were expressed. However, this study has the following limitations. First, since only three TV series were chosen and analyzed, there are limitations in generating the results. Second, as they were aired on TV over the past decade, they are limited in reflecting historical aspects. Third, even though other factors are affecting a bodyguard’s image, this study primarily examined visual and non-visual aspects only, it shows clear limitations in terms of the approach and analysis of external factors.

정신분열병에 대한 리스페리돈의 효과 및 안정성

연구목적 : 본 시험의 목적은 임상시험 시작전에 연구자들을 대상으로 PANSS Workshop을 통하여 PANSS, ESRS에 대한 국내에서의 표준화 작업을 구축하고 새로운 정신병 치료제인 리스페리돈의 효과와 안정성을 재확인하여 리스페리돈 사용에 대한 적정화를 이루는데 있다. 연구방법 : 1996년 4월부터 1996년 9월까지 국내 39개 대학병원 정신과에 입원중인 혹은 증상이 악화되어 입원하는 정신분열병 환자 377명을 대상으로 다시설 개방 연구를 시행하였다. 1주일간의 약물 배설기간을 가진후, 리스페리돈을 8주간 투여하였고, 기준점, 1주, 2주, 4주, 그리고 8주후에 평가되었다. 용량은 제1일에는 리스페리돈 1mg씩 1일 2회, 제2일에는 2mg씩 1일 2회, 제3∼7일에는 3mg씩 1일 2회 투여하였다. 이후 환자의 임상상태에 따라 임의로 증량할 수 있으며, 최대 일일 16mg을 초과하지 않도록 하였다. 추체외로 증상을 조절하기 위한 투약을 허용하였다. 임상증상 및 부작용의 평가는 PANSS(Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale), CGI(Clinical Global Impression) 그리고 ESRS(Extrapyramidal Symptom Rating Scale)을 사용하였다. 연구결과 : 377명중 343명(91%)이 8주간의 연구를 완결하였다. 치료 종결시점인 8주후 PANSS 총점수가 20% 이상 호전된 경우를 약물 반응군으로 정의할때, 약물반응군은 81.3%였다. 리스페리돈에 반응하는 예측인자로는 발병연령, 이전의 입원 횟수, 유병기간이 관련 있었다. 리스페리돈은 1주후부터 PANSS양성, 음성, 및 일반정신병리 점수상에 유의한 호전을 보여 효과가 빨랐다. CGI의 경우도 기준점에 비해 1주후부터 유의한 감소를 나타내었다. ESRS의 경우, 파킨슨 평가점수는 기준점과 비교해 투여 1주, 2주, 4주후 유의하게 증가되었다가 8주후 기준점과 차이가 없었다. Dystonia 평가점수는 1주후만 유의한 증가를 보였으며, dyskinesia 평가점수는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 혈압, 맥박수의 생명징후 및 일반 혈액학 검사, 생화학적 검사, 심전도 검사에서 유의한 변화는 없었다. 결 론 : 이상의 다시설 개방 임상 연구를 통해 리스페리돈은 정신분열병 환자에서 양성증상뿐만 아니라 음성증상 및 전반적인 증상에도 효과적인 것으로 사료된다. 보다 명확한 평가를 위해서는 다른 항정신병약물과의 이중맹검 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각되며, 또한 장기적 치료에 대한 평가도 함께 이루어져야 하겠다. Objective : The purpose of this study was to investigate the efficacy and safety of risperidone in the treatment of Korean schizophrenic patients. Method : This multicenter open study included 377 schizophrenic patients drawn from 39 university hospitals. After a wash-out period of 1 week, the schizophrenic patients were treated with risperidone for 8 weeks and evaluated at 5 points ; at baseline, and 1, 2, 4 and 8 weeks of treatment. The dose was increased from 2mg/day(1mg twice daily) to 6mg/day(3mg twice daily) during the first week and adjusted to a maximum of 16mg/day over the next 7 weeks according to the patient's clinical response. Medication to control extrapyramidal symptoms was permitted. The psychiatric and neurological status of the patients was assessed by PANSS, CGI, and ESRS scales. Results : 343(91%) of 377 patients completed the 8-week trial period. Clinical improvement, as defined by a 20% or more reduction in total PANSS score at end point, was shown by 81.3% of patients. The predictors of response to risperidone were associated older age, shorter duration of illness, fewer previous hospitalization. Risperidone had rapid onset of action ; a significant decrease of the total PANSS and three PANSS factor(positive, negative, general), and CGI was already noticed at the end of first week. For the ESRS, parkinsonism rating scores were significantly increased until week 4 comparing with baseline. Dystonia rating scores were significantly increased until week 1, and dyskinesia rating scores were not significantly changed during the study. Laboratory parameters including vital sign, EKG, hematological, and biochemical values showed no significant changes during the trial. Conclusions : This study suggests that risperidone is generally safe and effective against both the positive and negative symptoms in our group of patients.

HCP장치로 펌핑한 청록색소 레이저

The HCP(Hypocycloidal pinch) device has been used for pumping a dye laser. The characteristics of LD 490 dye laser pumped by the device has been studied for various electrical input energies applied to it and argon fill pressure in it. The used LD 490 dye concentration in methanol solution was 4 exp (-4)M/l. The rise time of the pumping light is measured to be about 0.5μsec, its FWHM is about 1㎲ and its ringing period is 2.5μsec when the charging voltage to the energy storage capacitor (15㎌) is 8KV and argon fill pressure is 1.5 Torr. The spectral intensity of the visible light from the HCP is stronger than that of ultraviolet range, refering the response on the black-white film pictured by the UV-visible spectrometer. The FWHM of laser pulse is varied from 0.5μsec to 2μsec as the charging voltage is increased from 6KV to 9KV. The optimum pressure in HCP for the pumping of LD 490 dye solution is measured to be 1.5 Torr. The laser output energy does not increase linearly with the input energy, because of the sputtering phenomenon on the dye cuvette due to the evaporation of aluminum electrodes of the HCP. The input threshold energy per unit volume of the dye cuvette is about 24 J/㎤ when the inner diameter of the dye cuvette is 8.8mm.

空氣中 正極性 Spark Channel의 磁氣場에 의한 影響

The influences of magnetic field on the positive spark channel of point-to-rod gap under steady potentials in air were studied by means of two cameras and an oscilloscope. The direction of magnetic field was perpendicular to the gap axis, and the magnetic field strength ranging from 0 to 6.6kG was applied. The positive spark channel was deflected in the direction of the Lorentz force. Therefore, it was confirmed that the positive streamer model, which says the streamer is progressing with positive space charge on its tip, is reasonable. The first step length of the spark channel was increased as the magnetic field strength was increased, but it was abruptly decreased at about 4kG. Then, it showed constant above 5kG. However, it first step deflection length was increased at about 3kG. But it was decreased from 3kG to 4kG. It was unchanged above 5kG.

We present a case of angiomyofibroblastoma of the vulva in a 32-year-old woman. The asymptomatic lesion measured 4×3cm and appeared as a gray-white myxoid mass on cut sections Histologically, it appeared as a relatively well-circumscribed spindle cell proliferation with alternating hypercellular and hypocellular areas and proliferation of thin-walled blood vessels. Immunohistochemically, the stromal cells expressed vimentin, CD34 and progesterone receptor, but not desmin, α-smooth muscle actin, S-100 protein and estrogen receptor. Up until today, there are not a few problems to be applied in the course of the analysis of consolidation characteristics of cohesive soil under repeated loads. As this consolidation is belived to occur on road subgrades as well as on railway bases when the latters are under traffic loads, in the ground under periodic stresses of oil tanks, docks, and occur on clay layers under fluctuating condition through ground -water-level, the consolidation sinkage is not the same as that of static stress. This consolidation sinkage is understood to be designed in the light of repeated stress.

Acute torsion of the ovary and ovarian mass is a recognized surgical emergency, but rarely has the diagnosis been made preoperatively on the basis of imaging studies. The sonographic findings in 14 cases of surgically proven torsion of the ovary and ovarian mass are described. Mostly cystic ovarian mass, engorged vessel, dilated uterine tube, beak-like echo(torsion site), smooth mass wall thickening an free-fluid collection in cul-de-sac are described. More significant in terms of specificity were the demonstration in 6 cases(42.9%) of the smooth mass wall thickening and in 8 cases(57.1%) of a free fluid in the cul-de-sac. We report the sonographic findings of ovary and ovarian mass torsion that may suggest the preoperative diagnosis of this condition.

피로를 유발하는 등속성 수축시와 회복기 혈중젖산 및 외측광근의 EMG Power Specturm 변화

To examine the change of blood lactate concentration, EMG power spectrum, and Torque during fatiguing isokinetic contraction and recovery phrase, 6 sprinters performed maximal isokinetic knee extension at angular velocity of 3.14 rad.sec??(180°sec??) to 75% decreasing point (25%PT) using CybexⅡ system. In exercise phase, there was significant correlation between the decrement of peak EMG and median frequency and that of torque, and decrement of torque was greater than that of EMG . In recovery phase, EMG was restituded as normal value rapidly in a minute, but torque was restituded more slowly, and blood lactate concentration increased gradually from 50%PT to 3 minute after recovery. As a result of this study, it is suggested that muscle fatique due to decreasing of metabolic substrate and accumulation of metabolic products in peripheral site of muscle, and that inhibitory factors act neuromuscular junction in the end of exercise from rapid restitution of EMG in recovery phase.
