        총상에 의한 하악결손의 재건술

        Most mandibulr reconstructions are performed primarily or secondarily for bony defects caused by injuries or removal of tumors. An autogenous bone greft is still the method of choice for the restoration of mandibular defec. But a conventional autogenous free bone graft does not possess an intact blood supply and is dependent on local nutrition to survive. Severely scarred or radiated tissue are unfavorable beds for bone graft and even more the risk of resorption and infection is inceased in these kinds of a pooly vascularized bed. To overcome this difficulty, free vascularized bone graft has been tried with microsurgical gical technuque. A free vascularized bone graft has significantly higher rate of survival, with less resorption and higher resistance to infextion than a connentional free bone graft. A free vascularized iliac bone graft pedicled on deep circumflex iliac vessels is used widely, as it have many advantages such as, availability of large bloc of composite tissue, simplicity of donor dissection, large and long vascular pedicle and few donor site morbidity. In this paper, we represent 4 cases of reconstruction of wide mandibular defects using free vascularized iliac bone graft and free dsteocutaneous groin flap, and review the characteristics of gunshot wound. The result is satisfactory.

        화상으로 인한 소구증 환자의 치험례

        Deep burns of the face & lips often lead to scarring and contraction of the circum-oral tissues with a marked reduction in the size of the oral aperture. Such burns most commonly caused by electrical contact, for example, children sucking electric plugs, or as a result of chemical burns and the exposture to flame. Once having burns, burned tissue may contract and reduce considerably the size and mobility of the mouth ; therefore bring up the resultant functional disturbance, verbal difficulty, even disgestive difficulty, and poor appearance, which fall into difficulty in social acceptability, caused by burns. In our department, 2 patients who were complain of functional limitations and esthetic problem owing to scar contracture, were visited, and we treated this microstomia with scar excision, graft and flap technique, and postoperative intensive physical therapy. We obtained relatively favorable results, thus report this cases with literature review.

      • Mo¨ssbauer분광법에 의한 Ca_(0.75)Ba_(0.25)Fe_2O_4의 Fe이온에 대한 연구

        The Mo^ssbauer spectrum of CaFe_2O_4, consists of paramagnetic two doublets absorption peaks at room temperature. But, the replacement of Ca^+2 ions in CaFe_2O_4 with Ba^+2 ions changes the magnetic properties without changing the crystal structure and the Mo^ssbauer spectrum of Ca_0.75Ba_0.25Fe_2O_4 consists of paramagnetic two doublets and ferrimanetic three different Zeeman sextets absorption peaks due to the Fe^57 nuclei in the various sublattices. According to this study, the Fe ions in the Ca_0.75Ba_0.25Fe_2O_4 are trivalent in al sublattices and there are more than three sublattices in this structure.

      • 굴착 단계를 고려한 쉴드 터널의 점소성 유한요소 해석

        쉴드 터널공법은 연약지반이나 붕괴성 지반에 매우 유리한 터널공법이므로 날로 그 사용이 증대되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 쉴드 공법을 사용할 경우에는 대상 지반에 대한 충분한 지반 조사가 먼저 이루어져야만 한다. 본 연구에서는 쉴드 터널링을 모사 할 수 있는 점소성 유한요소를 통해 STAVIS라는 프로그램을 개발하였다. 이 프로그램은 Mohr-Coulomb 항복 규준을 사용하였고 지반의 변위 이력을 통한 유동계수 값을 사용하였다. 해석 대상은 부산 지하철 230공구로 하였고, 계측 라인에 대한 해석치와 계측치를 비교하였다. 융기 및 테일보이드 폐합단계, 라이닝 설치 후 지반 거동에 대한 해석결과가 계측치와 유사한 경향을 보여주었다. 본 논문의 연구결과는 지하 구조물의 가까운 곳에 쉴드 터널을 건설할 경우 유용하게 적용할 수 있을 것으로 본다. The construction method by the shield tunnel is increasing day by day, because it is useful method to soft ground and to be structure at neighboring place. Incase of use of the method, it must be planed enough a geological survey of soil and ground condition. Viscoplastic FEM program was developed STAVES in this study. The program is used Mohr-Coulomb yield criterion and adequate ·fluidity parameter was selected as comparing displacement histories of soil. The object of analysis was Busan Subway 230 site. The analytical values were compared with the measured values. The results of analysis are similar to the measured behavior of ground for heaving, tail void closure and liner installation. By using the results of this study, it can be applicable to construction of shield tunnel when it is nearly constructed to the underground structures.

      • 비선형모델의 선형화 변환 기법

        For analyzing systems of multi-variate nonlinear equations, the linearized modelling techniques are expedited. The technique applies Newton-Raphson iteration, partial differentiation and matrix operation providing solvable solutions to complicated problems. Practical application examples are given in; determining the zero point of functions, determining maximum (or minimum) point of functions, nonlinear regression analysis, and solving complex coefficient polynomials. Merits and demerits of linearized modelling techniques are also discussed.

      • Gauss-Seidel 계의 수렴조건및 해석에 관한 고찰

        Gauss-Seidel iteration method can be used in analyzing multi-variate linear systems of equations. This method provides fast algorithm when convergence conditions are satisfied. But, normally it is tricky and difficult to have satisfactory convergence conditions. This paper researches possibilities of applying Gauss-Seidel method to nonlinear cases as well as linear cases. Simple criteria for finding convergence conditions are presented. Given the difficulty of meeting convergence conditions, a linearized approach is suggested for solving most nonlinear systems derived from Gauss-Seidel forms.

        Modified Free Wrap-around flap을 이용한 수무지 재건술

        The thumb is the most important part in the hand and its loss results in severely diminished function of the hand for pinch and grasp. There are several microsurgical and other methods to reconstruct and amputated or lost thumb such as toe-to-thumb transfer1)2)9) as well as several varieties of flaps. Among them, a free wrap around flap taken from the big toe, including the nail and an iliac bone graft as the cone of the reconstruction was a quite satisfactory procedure, but there were some problems. We performed a free wrap around flap on traumatically missing thumb with modification to include all part of the distal phalanx without iliac bone graft. The resorption and atrophy of a grafted iliac bone, a constant problem with Morrison's original procedure8), could be prevented by the modified method. The donor site defects were covered by remained medial flap for weight bearing area first, and full thickness skin graft for remained defected area. The results were good cosmetically and functionally without significant problems.

      • Newton-Raphson Method와 Matrix를 이용한 고차방정식의 인수분해 기법

        Application of Newton-Raphson iteration, partial differentiation and linear algebra in factoring both real and complex coefficient polynomials is presented. When factorizating complex polynomials, it is shown that calculations can be performed in real arithmetic only. Complex cases expand the matrix size by a factor of two due to the real-numbers-only computation. For complex cases with large matrices, the method to calculate inverse matrix and factor polynomials using quarter matrices is suggested.
