        컴퓨터 기술비용이 급격히 감소하고 텔리커뮤니케이션, 사무자동화 등 신기술의 유용성이 급격히 개선됨에 따라 정보사용을 통해 관리효과성을 개선할 기회가 높아지게 되었다. 즉, 좋은 관리를 위해서는 정보의 효과적 사용이 필수적인 것이다. 정보화사회로의 진입은 기업을 둘러싸고 있는 사회경제적 여건의 급격한 변화를 가져오게 되고, 기업은 새로운 환경변화에 대응하기 위해 보다 많은 양의 정보를 필요로 하게 되었다. 정보는 인적자원, 재무자원, 물적자원 등과 함께 기업의 주요 자원으로 등장하게 되었다. 기존 자원들의 관리가 조직의 전반적 목표와 연재되어 이루어져야 하듯이, 정보자원 역시 全社的 관점에서 계획, 실행 및 통제의 필요성이 생긴 것이다. 이를 위하여 정보시스템의 활용 및 실용화가 관건이 되어야 함에도 불구하고 공사부문 여러 현장에서 진행되고 있는 정보시스템의 구축 및 실용화는 아직도 많은 문제점이 내재해 있는 것이 현실이다. 아직도 최고관리자의 관심과 지원 결여, 사용자의 이해 부족, 시스템개발자와 사용자간의 갈등 상존 등이 바로 그러한 내용이 될 수 있다. 특히 공공부문에서의 정보화는 사부문의 그것과 달리 면밀한 정량적, 정성적 분석 기제가 아직도 미미한 실정이어서 정보시스템의 실용화에는 한계가 있는 실정이다. 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위한 방안으로 최고관리자의 참여와 지원, 사용자의 이해와 적극적인 참여, 전산부서의 능력, 자원의 사용가능성 고려, 조직의 환경적 요인 참작 등이 있음을 본 연구를 통하여 알게 되었다.

      • Mandibular Kinesiograph를 利用한 下顎開閉運動形態의 分析

        The author has studied mandibular opening and closing movement patterns using mandibular kinesiograph in order to make basic data that is necessary to diagnose the mandibular movement function. The 83 normal subjects, who were students of the school of Dentistry, Kyungpook National University and Daegu junior Health College, were selected according to sampling criteria. The results were as follows: In the sagittal plane, crossover pattern had the highest incidence in male(72.7) and female(76.8%). There was no significant difference of distribution of hbbitual closing movement patterns between male and female. (p>0.05) There were differences between each patterns. (p<0.01) In the rrontal plane, there was no difference of distribution of male's opening and closing and closing movement patterns between habitual and maximum velocity (p>0.05),but differences between each subjects. (p<0.05) In the frontal plane, there was no dif erence of distribution of habitual opening and closing movement patterns between male and female. (p>0.05) In the frontal plane, the averahe number of habitual opening and closing pathways cross the midline was greater than that of maximum velocity.(p<0.05) The average of the maximum mandibular movement velocity of male was greater than female in opening and contact (p<0.01) and there was no difference between male and female in closing. (p>0.05)

      • 키틴을 이용한 N-acetyl-β-D-glucosamine 생산과 키토산 제조를 위한 탈아세틸화 반응

        The relationships between the concentration of alkali solution, reaction temperature, reaction time and deacetylation of chitin were studied for the preparation of chitosan. It was to prepare chitosan products varing from low degrees of deacetylation up to virtually 100%. The intermittent forced-neutralization product through the process deacetylated, called chitosan, was intermittently washed in water to neutrality without serious degradation of molecular chain. Thus it would be possible to prepare the highly deacetylated chitosan within the short period of time. Enzymatic hydrolysis of chitin to N-acetyl-β-D-glucosamine(NAG) is performed by a system consisting of two hydrolases : chitinase and chitobiase. The bacterium Serratia marcescens QMB 1466 highly produces chitinolytic enzyme (about 1㎎ per 1liter of medium). We have studied the effect of induction time on chitinase production in fermentation reactor under the optimum growth condition. Inoculumn time for the optimum induction time of the microorganism was 3hrs after it was cultured for 16hr. Using this optimals, the effect of substrates on the chitinase activity and the ratio of chitinuse/chitobiase winch produces the maximum quantity of NAG were studied in digestion batch reactor. As the ratio of chitinase/chitobiase was 30.03U/3.44U(9:1), the amounts of NAG was the highest, 3.0g/L.

      • Streptomyces griseus HUT 6037 균주의 키토산분해효소에 의한 키토산 가수분해물 생산 연구

        To investigate the enzyme activity according to substrate, we used different deacetylated chitosan and CM_-chitosan as a carbon source. We found that this strain accumulated chitosanase in the culture medium containing chitosanaceous substrates instead of chitinaceous substrates. The highest chitosanaceous activity was presented at 4 days cultivation with 99% deacetylated chitosan. The 53% deacetylated chitosan was found that it can produce chitinase as well as chitosanes. It was defined as a soluble chitosan. The specific activities of chitinase and chitosanase were 0.89 and 1.33U/mg protein at 3 and 5 days, respectively. From studies of the enzymatic digestibility of various dgree of deacetylated chitosan and CM_-chitosan, the following results were obtained : chitoanase 99% deacetylated chitosan was suitable for producing the highest specific activity of chotosanase. On the other hand, CM_-chitosan was suitable for producing chitooligosaccharides of (GlcN)_1, (GlcN)_6.

      • 알킬 키틴 섬유질의 특성에 관한 연구

        고탈아세틸화 키토산의 제조에서 중간 생성물의 증류수 세척에 의해서 알칼리 처리시킴으로서 효과적인 탈아세틸화 키토산의 제조가 가능하였고, CM-Chitin은 수용액 상태에서 독특한 고분자 전해질 거동을 나타내며, 점도곡선은 높은 NaCl 농도에서 CM-Chitin 농도에 비례함을 보였다. 그리고, 반응시간에 따른 Chitin의 탈아세틸화는 반응시간에 비례함을 알 수 있었다. Chitin derivatives are difficult to prepare due to the limited alkali-swelling properties of chitin. This communication reports the preparation of a carboxymethylchitin whose properties are sufficiently defined and reproducible to allow the polymer to be used as a potential lysozyme substrate. The carboxymethylchitin whose properties by a new procedure which is more rapid than earlier methods. In the present study, CM-chitin was prepared successfully by simple procedures involving freezing and the addition of a detergent such as sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS). The solution properties of the water soluble chitin derivatives were studied first. Infrared absorption spectroscopy was employed to investigate the initial alkylation sites on the n-acetylglucosamine residue in chitin molecules.

      • 미생물에 의한 Chitin의 가수분해에 대한 연구

        Selection and optimization of a microbial host for chitinase/chitobiase production and secretion, Development, of fed-batch minimal-media fermentation system for high-density cultivation of host organism, Serratia marcescens, Optimization of indution protocal for high-level production and secretion of intact chitinase/chitobiase ensemble, Investigation of the influence of chitin source and pretreatment on chitinase/chitobiase production and NAG production, Development of an inexpensive method for chitin pretreatment which enhances NAG production and enzyme induction. This paper shows the level of chitinase production as a function of fermentation/induction time in a fed-batch system induced at late exponential phase growth with that in the control fermentation where chitin alone sreves as the carbon source. Induction at early stationary-phase growth leads to little chitinase production, indicating that the cells are stressed to the point where they no longer accept chitin as a carbon source. Substrate pretreatment has a strong influence with NAG production rates being highest for swollen crab-shell chitin. Thus the optimal pretretments for induction of chitinolytic enzymes in S.marcescens cultures and NAG production by enzymatic hydrolysis are similar but not identical. Action of the crude enzyme solution on chitin appears to yield only NAG at all stages of hydrolysis. Enzyme fractions, however, have been obtained which yield mostly the dimer of NAG. Thus, the system appears to involve both an endoglycanase(chitinase) and NAG (chitobase), making the chitinolytic-enzyme ensemble somewhat analogous to the cellulose system.

        Analysis of the Relation between Female SOFTBALL PLAYERS Field Test and Anaerobic Exercise Ability and Isokinetic Muscle Function

        This study analyzed the relation between field test(field skills: bat speed, throw distance, base running) and anaerobic exercise ability and isokinetic muscle function related to the performance improvement in 22 female softball players in D metropolitan city. The data processing was conducted using SPSS 25.0 to produce the average and standard deviation of all measured items, and the correlation between field skills and anaerobic exercise ability and isokinetic muscle function was measured with the Pearson s correlation analysis. An analysis of the correlation between field tests and isokinetic muscle function showed a significant correlation in the left extensor and bat speed(p<.05) and in weight ratio left extensor and left extensor and throw distance(p<.01). The base running ability showed a significant inverse correlation between the right flexor and 1st base(p<.01), 2nd base(p<.01), and home(p<.05) and between the right flexor/extensor ratio and 1st base(p<.05) and 2nd base(p<.05). For anaerobic exercise ability and isokinetic muscle function, there was a significant correlation between right extensor and peak power(p<.05), average power(p<.05), and total energy(p<.05). Based on the results of this study, it is believed that the bat speed and throw distance of female softball players are related to the left extensor and the base running ability is related to the right flexor and right flexor/extensor ratio.

        Effect of a five-week high-fat diet on serum-lipid composition and LPL mrNA expression in rat skeletal muscles

        Our purpose was to investigate the effect of a 5-week high-fat diet on the body weight, blood components [triglycerides (TGs), free fatty acids (FFAs), and glucose], and lipoprotein lipase (LPL) mRNA expression in the skeletal muscles of rats. Body weight increased overtime in experimental and control groups without significant differences. In terms of the blood components, the density of TG was significantly lower in the high-fat diet group compared to the control, whereas FFA and glucose levels were similar in the two groups. Although the levels of glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase(GAPDH) mRNA expression were similar between the groups, LPL mRNA expression was significantly higher in the high-fat diet group than that in the control group. The results of this study suggest that a high-fat diet enhances LPL mRNA expression, as well as possibly increases fat metabolism. For a better understanding of the relationship between diet patterns and fat metabolism, further analysis of genes related to the fat metabolism is warranted.

        장기간의 복합운동트레이닝이 노인들의 체력 및 보행능력에 비치는 영향

        BACKGROUND: Poor balance control, mobility restrictions, and fall injuries are serious problem for many older adults. OBJECTIVE: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of physical fitness and walking abilities on compound exercise training (CET) during 24 weeks in older adults. METHOD: One hundred seven older adults were participated in compound exercise training (≥65 yr). Compound exercise training program was done three times per week, and exercise time was 60-70 minutes an each day. Initiating a program increased the gradually for 40% to 70% HRR. The established for adults for aerobic exercise training, balance control and other resistance exercise such as walking, dance, water walking, aquarobic, balance ball, and theraband pursuits. RESULTS: CET was performed three times per week and at a 40-70% HRR intensity. CET resulted in a significant improvement in physical ability such as back muscle strength, muscle endurance and agility. Futhermore, CET was a significant improved on 10m walking and the repeated 2.5m walking speed in older adults. CONCLUSIONS: The Compound exercise training may be an effective way to improving physical functioning in older people, including improving muscle strength, walking performance and delay mobility impairment in older adults.

        남자 초등학생의 농구운동 참여에 따른 신체구성과 체력 및 혈중 변인의 비교

        The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of playing Basketball with the three variables being studied: Body Composition, the Physical Strength and Blood Factors. The experiment included two groups of elementary school boys. One group was assigned to play Basketball while the other group was tasked not to play Basketball. Analyses of the three major parts were done. The first part included the effects of Basketball to the Body Composition: BMI, LBM, %Fat, WHR, Circumference of the Body and Thickness of Subcutaneous Fats. The second part included the effects of Basketball to the Physical Strength: Grip Strength, Back Strength, Sit-ups, Physical Efficiency Index, Standing Jump and Sit & Reach. The third part analysed the effects of Basketball to Blood Factors: Insulin, AST, ALT, Glucose, TC, HDL-C, TG, LDL-C and HOMA. The results are as follows: 1. WHR and the Thickness of Thigh of Body Composition were significantly decreased (p<.05) in the group of boys who regularly participated in playing Basketball. 2. Back Strength and Standing Jump of Physical Strength were significantly increased (p<.05) for the group of boys who played Basketball. 3. Glucose, TC and LDL-C levels of Blood Factors were significantly decreased (p<.05) in the group of boys who regularly participated in playing Basketball. Therefore, it has been concluded that playing Basketball regularly influenced the elementary school boys` growth and other health-related factors.
