Due to the development of the CNC machine tool and CAM software, sculptured surface machining can be broadly used in die and mold industries and ball end milling process is often used for the sculptured surface machining. It is found out how feedrate affects the precision of the machining and also tried to study the most suitable feedrate in specific cutting condition. Two eddy current sensors were used for measuring tool deflections of X, Y axis, dynamometer for cutting force and roundness tester for roundness. It was found that the tool deflection is getting better as tool path is going to farther from the center of convex surface. The reason is that the cutting force is increased as the tool approaches to the center. Examining the roundness, cutting force and tool deflection characteristics, it was found that the most suitable feedrate is 90mm/min in convex surface and 120mm/min in concave surface.

Pancreas is known for the unfavorable soil to the metastatic carcinoma, and pancreatic metastasis is achieved after systemic dissemination was developed. The primary tumors of metastatic pancreatic carcinoma are breast, lung, Iymphoma, malignant melanoma, leukemia, stomach. and colon. The breast carcinoma is the commonest tumor to metastasize to pancreas and both tumors are related to estrogen receptor for tumor growth. In the present case, tumor cells had small round nucleus and showed indian file infltrating pattern and lack of cohesion, which are seen in infiltrative breast carcinoma. The patient was underwent radical mastectomy due to infiltrative ductal carcinoma three years ago. And also the tumor cells showed nuclear reactivity to immunostaining for estrogen receptor In combination of the histopathologic. immunohistochemical, and her past history, we concluded that breast carcinoma was metastasized to pancreas, and we report a case of metastatic pancreatic carcinoma from breast with review of literatures.

The unnatural dead body refers to a corpse which is suspicious of unusual death and the dead case has been occurred more than 20 thousands times every year during the recent five years and most of them are found decayed. Police Scientific Investigators investigate unnatural dead bodies and its surroundings in all-around way and determine whether the death is involved with a crime, and most of the Scientific Investigators are exposed to a danger to get infected with pathogenic bacteria which are generated during the decaying process of dead body and are mostly to cause serious injuries on human beings. In line with the fact, the present study conducted a bacterial analysis by collecting excretions from 60 dead bodies and culturing the bacteria to evaluate infection risk of the police agents. The study cultured bacteria from 60 bodies and classified pathogenic bacteria of 108 strains, and its main bacteria are found to be them (; Acinetobacter baumannii 20 strains (19%), Pseudomonas aeruginosa 19 strains (18%), E. coli 18 strains (17%), Klebsiella pneumoniae 11 strains (10%), Proteus mirabillis 10 strains (9%), Enterococcus faecium 10 strains (9%), Staphylococcus aureus 9 strains (8%), Bacillus spp. 5 strains (5%), Streptococcus pneumoniae 3 strains (3%), Candida albicans 2 strains (2%), Mycobacterium tuberculosis 1 strains (1%)). The study results are expected to be used as educational data for preventing the Police Scientific Investigator from infections with bacteria or as a minimum data for improving work environment of the agents.

Because the climate of summer is very hot, that is easy to increase the properties of hot medicines, a doctor must be careful to use it in summer. Also the climate of winter is very cold, that is easy to increase the properties of cold medicines, a doctor must be careful to use it in winter. But in the certain conditions to use diaphoretics or purgatives, in spite of that regulation a doctor can use them.

Although microbial consortia have been considered potential platforms for bioprocessing applications, the complexity in process control owing to the use of multiple strains necessitates the use of an efficient population control strategy. Herein, we report a novel population control strategy for improving biochemical production by a microbial consortium using circuit-guided synthetic acclimation. As a proof of concept, we designed a consortium comprising alginate-utilizing Vibrio sp. dhg and 3-hydroxypropionic acid (3-HP)-producing Escherichia coli strains for the direct conversion of alginate to 3-HP. We constructed a genetic circuit, named “Population guider”, which degrades ampicillin only when 3-HP is produced. We observed that 3-HP production by an acclimated population increased by 4.3-fold compared to that by a simple co-culturing consortium during a 48-h fermentation. We believe this concept is a useful strategy for the development of robust consortium-based bioprocesses.

1980년대 동서 냉전이 끝난 뒤에 국가 간 분쟁은 줄어들 것으로 예상되었지만, 기독교 문명과 이슬람 문명의 충돌 그리고 미국과 중국 문명의 패권갈등은 지구적 평화가 아직 요원함을 보여주고 있다. 2001년 9.11테러는 국가간 대결이 아니라 문명 충돌이 새롭게 주목받는 계기가 되었다. 미국과 중국의 갈등은 문명 충돌을 그 배경으로 하고 있다. 이 글은 문명 충돌과 갈등의 인류문명사에서 패권갈등이 아니라 소프트 파워를 중심으로 한 협력과 평화의 길을 모색한다. 1842년 아편 전쟁에 이은 난징 조약 이후 동아시아는 문명 쇠퇴기에 문명의 겨울에 접어 들었다. 그 이후 180여년이 지난 지금 동아시아는 다시 문명의 봄을 맞고 있다. 최근의 한국 문화컨텐츠는 패권경쟁과 분열의 세계사에 문명 간 협력의 평화의 메시지를 전하고 있다. 이 글은 동아시아 문명의 봄이 동아시아 철학인 ‘수기치인(修己治人)’에 뿌리를 두고 있음을 밝히고 있다. After the end of the East-West Cold War in the 1980s, conflicts between countries were expected to decrease, but the clash between Christian and Islamic civilizations and the hegemony conflict between the US and Chinese civilizations show that global peace is still far away. The 9/11 terrorist attack in 2001 became an opportunity to draw new attention to the clash of civilizations, not the confrontation between nations. The conflict between the United States and China is based on the clash of civilizations. This article seeks a way of cooperation and peace centered on soft power, not hegemonic conflict, in the history of human civilization of conflict and conflict. After the Treaty of Nanjing following the Opium War in 1842, East Asia entered the winter of civilization during the period of civilization decline. Now, more than 180 years have passed since then, East Asia is experiencing the spring of civilization again. Recent Korean cultural contents are conveying the message of peace through cooperation between civilizations in the world history of hegemonic competition and division. This article reveals that the spring of East Asian civilization is rooted in ‘East Asian philosophy, Self-Discipline and Governing the World(修己治人)’.
