We treated a 78 year-old male patient with loculated pleural effusion. The patient complained of cough, sputum and throat discomfort. We diagnosed him as Globus hystericus (梅核氣) and gave Banhahoobak-tang three times a day. After treatment, all the main symptoms were disappeared and pleural effusion was absorbed. Therefore, we suggested that Banhahoobak-tang had a effect on the pleural effusion.

The unsteady flow in the river was calculated by the finite difference method. The results are follows. 1) When the explicit method are used in the unsteady flow, because of occurring the damping phenomena except Cr No. = 1, it is considerated to the stability. 2) In the results which analyze the unsteady flow by implicit F.D.M., the damping phenomena is smaller than the one by the explicit method.

In order to improve the runoff simulation program for the Nakdong river system, which had been developed based upon the storage-function model and started its roll in 1987, the watershed and channel parameters have been reevaluated using T/M hydrologic data collected from 1987 to 1993. This paper presents the analysis of the problems found during the reevaluation of the parameters and the verification of the runoff simulation for the historical flood events using the re-evaluated parameters.
A Mixed-Regime Model for Dry Bulk Freight Market

This paper constructs a mixed-regime model for dry bulk freight market. Then it performs maximum likelihood estimation and provides the results. Inter alia, the hypothesis that there is bimodality in the supply curve of shipping freight markets is strongly supported by analyzing the effect of the erm structure of time-charter rates on the time-varying volatility. Furthermore, the adjustment speed of 1-year time-charter rate in low-volatility regime is larger than in high-volatility regime, which means the market players consider the backwardation shock in low uncertainty as more mportant than in high uncertainty. Especially the Cape-size markets respond positively to the back-wardation shock in low-volatility regime but respond negatively in high-volatility regime. Finally, the estimated time-varying variance using real-time data has a highly statistically signi cant relation with he next squared error terms.

탑뷰 기반 주차 지원 시스템 (Top- View Based Parking Assistance System)은 차량의 전자장치 기술과 영상 기반 제어 기술을 융합하여 운전사들의 판단 및 조작 실수로 인한 경제적 손실이나 운전자들의 주차에 대한 중압감을 해소한다. 본 논문에서는 이를 구현하기 위하여 차량의 전, 후, 좌, 우, 네 위치에 카메라를 장착하였고 각 카메라의 높이, 초점거리, 렌즈의 종류와 지면에 대한 각 등을 공식화하여 영상-지면 좌표 모델을 개발하였다. 이를 바탕으로 추출된 영상을 확대, 축소, 회전, 조합 등의 영상처리를 이용하여 차량의 위에서 내려다보는 것과 같은 영상을 생성하는 알고리즘을 제안하고 VC++을 이용하여 소프트웨어 어플리케이션으로 개발하였다.
글로벌 화학제품 운반선 운임에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인에 관한 연구

화학공업의 발달과 더불어 액체 화학제품(chemical)의 해상 물동량이 빠르게 증가하고 있는 가운데, 이를 수송하기 위한 화학제품 운반선(chemical tanker)의 중요성도 커져가고 있다. 한편 화학제품 운반선도 여타의 벌크(bulk)선과 같이 표준선형의 운임, 선가 등을 기준으로 시황을 이해할 수 있는 것으로 알려지고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 글로벌 화학제품 운반선 운임에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인들을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 벡터오차수정모형(Vector Error Correction Model; VECM)을 사용하여 화학제품 운반선 운임을 결정하는 장기균형함수를 추정하였다. 추정결과, 현 시점의 용선료가 장기균형 시점의 용선료와 차이가 있을 경우 용선료는 물동량, 선복량, 벙커유 가격, Libor 금리 등 제반 변수로부터 영향을 받으면서 결국 장기균형에 수렴하는 것으로 나타났다. 그동안 건화물선, 유조선 시장에 대한 실증분석은 학계에 다수 소개되었으나, 화학제품 운반선 시장의 동태적 분석을 수행한 연구는 찾아보기 힘들다. 본 연구는 벡터오차수정모형을 활용하여 화학제품 운반선 시장의 동태적 특징을 설명하고 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다. With the development of the chemical industry, sea traffic of chemicals is increasing rapidly, heightening the importance of chemical tankers for transporting liquid chemicals. The chemical tanker’s hull is specially designed for the shipment of a wide range of target cargoes with various characteristics such as toxicality, explosiveness, flammability, and corrosiveness. Despite this specificity, hipping market analysis of chemical tankers, similar to that of general bulk ships is based on the shipping rate, ship price, and other relevant variables of a standard ship size. This study analyzes some major determinants of global chemical tankers freight rates using a vector error correction model. In particular, estimates the long-term equilibrium function using a co-integration regression equation. Although many previous studies have analyzed container and dry bulk markets, only a few have carried out the dynamic analysis of chemical tanker market. This study is meaningful because it explains the dynamic characteristics of the chemical tanker market, using a vector error correction model.
지하매설 도시가스배관의 누출시나리오에 따른 사고피해영향분석

인구가 밀집되어 있는 도심지역에 매설된 천연가스 공급배관은 외부 또는 내부 결함으로 인한 가스의 누출, 확산, 화재, 폭발로 발생되는 재산과 인명피해의 큰 잠재위험을 지니고 있다. 사고를 미연에 방지하기 위해 정량적 평가에 기초한 위험관리를 실시하고 있으며, 매설배관의 정량적 위험성을 평가하기 위해서는 우선적으로 사고피해영향 분석을 통한 화학물질의 누출량 계산, 확산 분석, 화재 및 폭발로 인한 복사열과 압력파 계산이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 CCPS, TNO에서 제안하는 model 들을 통하여 실제 San Bruno 매설배관 폭발 사고 시나리오를 기반으로 천연가스의 누출량, Fireball의 복사열 계산을 수행하고 결과 값을 실제 피해결과와 비교분석 하였다. Buried natural gas pipelines in densely populated urban areas have serious hazards of property damages and casualties generated by release, dispersion, fire and explosion of gas caused by outside or inside failures. So as to prevent any accident in advance, managers implement danger management based on quantitative risk analysis. In order to evaluate quantitative risk about buried natural gas pipelines, we need calculation for radiant heat and pressure wave caused by calculation for release rate of chemical material, dispersion analysis, fire or explosion modeling through consequence analysis in priority, in this paper, we carry out calculation for release rate of pressured natural gas, radiant heat of fireball based in accident scenario of actual “San Bruno” buried high pressured pipelines through models which CCPS, TNO provide and compare with an actual damage result.
P007 : Specific sublingual immunotherapy in Korean patients with atopic dermatitis

Background: Sublingual immunotherapy (SLIT) with house dust mites (HDM) preparation has recently been proved to be beneficial for allergic rhinitis and asthma. However, there was no report regarding efficacy and safety of SLIT in Korean patients with atopic dermatitis (AD). Objectives: To investigate the efficacy and safety of SLIT in Korean patients with AD. Methods: A total of 34 patients with AD and IgE-proved HDM sensitization (Class ≥3) were recruited from Pusan National University Hospital between July 2011 and September 2014. Patients were treated with SLIT for at least 12 months. Eczema area and severity index (EASI) score, serum IgE levels, rescue medications and adverse effects were recorded at each scheduled visit. “Responder” was a patient with ≥30% improvement of EASI score after SLIT. Results: Twenty three patients continued SLIT for 12 months or more, and 11 patients (32.4%) dropped out because of exacerbation of dermatitis or loss to follow-up. Duration of receiving SLIT was 22.4 months on average (range 12 to 32 months). There was a significant reduction of EASI score at 12th month (p < 0.001) compared with baseline value. A total of 19 patients (19/23, 82.6%) were responders to SLITat 12th month. No patients experienced serious adverse events except two patients suffering from transient lip and tongue swelling. Conclusion: SLIT with HDM extracts is effective in Korean patients with AD. Further controlled long-term trials are required to reinforce current results.
